No Surrender Adventure Park

No Surrender Adventure Park

Reviews Summary

No Surrender offers a fun, active environment for kids and families, with attractions like obstacle courses, arcades, and laser tag. Many praise the friendly staff, cleanliness, and variety of activities, though some note high costs, broken equipment, or strict policies. Food receives mixed reviews, with some items (like loaded fries and pizza) standing out. While most reviews are positive, a few mention issues with unsupervised older kids, poor customer service, or limited value for birthday parties. Overall, it’s a popular spot for families, especially with younger children, but pricing and occasional service hiccups are noted drawbacks.

Kids always have fun. But do note that it's easy for kids to get hurt either by accident on the play equipment or from other kids being rough or rude. The climbing area is really big, so it's hard to supervise your kids. You'll constantly lose them. The administration price is good. The food cost is quite high. You will have to fill out a waiver form either online or before entering the play areas.

Came in right now at 8pm on a Saturday, website says it's open till 10pm but we were told they are closing at 9pm. And the food and beverage area is closed down already, leaving everyone with only a water fountain? at a place where kids are running around and working up a sweat. When we asked why they're closing early the staff said ?it's up to the managers discretion based on the flow of traffic.? The place isn't packed but it also isn't empty and regardless, this is a business is it not? To have the hours

My very first time choosing No Surrender for my son?s birthday celebration & I must say it was so much more than I expected. Our hosts were absolutely amazing. They both truly went above and beyond to accommodate our very large party. I didn't have to worry about hosting, they took care of it ALL. Very pleased and as a result will be booking again in the future. Thank you ladies!

I showed up at 8PM, the website shows they close at 10PM on the weekend. I was told by the worker they were closing at 9PM tonight. I decided to stay because my son was already excited to play. They charged me FULL PRICE even though they were closing an hour early so our time was cut in more than half. After paying full price for ONE hour, we learned not only did they charge full price for less than half the time, they closed the kitchen and the bar so we were unable to buy any kind of food or drinks. When

I came here for a Bday party for a family friend. The Birthday party package was really well put together and the staff was super helpful moving things along. Definitely a consideration over throwing a bday party at home! All the kids were happy and tired at the end and that's perfect!

We had a great experience with my son?s birthday party. Aislinn was our party host and fantastic! So nice and very helpful making sure our needs were met. Pizza was surprisingly good too. ??

I had my son birthday party here, and would definitely not recommend!! There was so much miscommunication from their end . Thought I was going to enjoy my son?s party with him instead my head was all over the place from confusion when booking I was told different from the package I booked . I was so upset trying the best to keep my composure somehow still kept it professional. We spent so much money for this just for everything to be a disaster. I was told the room fits 20 people , when it clearly doesn't t

No Surrender Adventure Park is my absolute favorite destination for family fun, especially when I'm looking to entertain my niece and nephew. The gymnasium here is a hit with them; they could spend hours playing, which is a fantastic way to ensure they're happily exhausted by the end of our visit. One aspect I particularly appreciate about No Surrender is the staff's dedication. They are incredibly sweet and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. But what truly stands out is their commitm

This was my very first time visiting. Having a 4 year old, I only spent time at then Adventure Course section for toddlers and younger kids. I will say it's a lot larger than what you think! With three levels, I felt like Alice in Wonderland ? a maze trying to find my kid! LOL It is a workout for parents. Some parent watch but the signs say a parent must be present so ? it's a workout! The facility was super clean. However we came during the week when they first opened. Honestly a maze like this would be

4 stars because of the employee MIGUEL. MIGUEL went above and beyond and I appreciate his patience and compassion. He helped make my son's birthday experience and memory a wonderful one for my child and myself. I would have said 2 ? 's because no tickets came out of the machines today APRIL 5TH in the evening. And after swiping the INJUSTICE ARCADE GAME, the machine failed and my child didn't get the play. The OMNI ARENA is definitely the STAR in this building as well as THE HALO TWO PLAYER ARCADE GAME: 10

My 2 kids had fun at their cousins birthday party! A definite must to have there!!! And you can indulge in an adult beverage! The massage chairs help you relax while the kids are enjoying the play areas! Laser tag seemed to be pretty cool!

Good food good fun! Good place to have a party or just let the kids let off that energy!

I visited on a Monday afternoon with my 2.5 year old. It was a quiet school night, they decided to close early that day, at 8pm instead of 9pm. They started cleaning and putting up the tables by 7pm so it felt a bit rushed. Overall they were really nice and the place is super cool for kids! Really big and awesome mazes.

Wonderful indoor playground for little ones. I went early on a Saturday morning, there was only 3 other groups allowing great experience for my son to run around and explore. Fully loaded fries were delicious and great value as it was a large portion and filling for 2-3 people easily. Fresh fries, covered with cheese and cut up hamburger then baked to melty perfection. Picture is the adventure course side meant for larger children.

This place has a very large playground for kids....that's about it. The arcade is mediocre and very expensive. They have like 20 games and most of them were broken. Some allowed you to win tickets but the prize selection was very very poor. Nothing enticing to even try to get the tickets. They also had a (at-first-glance) impressive VR area in the back that had 6 or 7 VR games to try out...again, too expensive for what it is but a good experience if you never experienced VR before. The best thing were the

Awesome party! Hosts were fantastic, they set up everything, decorated, were polite and attentive. Kids had a blast!

Somthing to do for all ages. However the birthday party packages are TERRIBLE. very very expensive for not too much. I would recommend the venue but DEFINITELY not the party package. Party hosts was always available but very short with answering questions. Better to just grab a table and enjoy the venue than spending all the money birthday room.

The sensors weren't that accurate , plus we bought the unlimited wristband , and they decided to close 30 minutes early thus our wristbands were not unlimited !

Great place for an afternoon with kiddos and their friends! Not too crowded and the food was good! A little pricey with the new fees but I prefer to pay more and have less people (and less germs!)

Staff was very nice and helpful but too many things were broken and unavailable. Fun jungle gym and challenging obstacle course for kids but arcade is sad and virtual reality was out of service. Good Pizza

Christian in laser tag was amazing. Really made my son?s birthday party special. All the kids had a blast. We will be back

The laser tag was VERY fun, the employee Christian was very chill and explained the game rules and modes really well, would 100% recommend going early and getting the unlimited pass

Great place for kids to burn some energy and do some exercise. Our kid loves the toddler ball pit and slides. The place has plenty of maze spaces, a couple of trampolines, ball pits and slides. There is an arcade, plenty of tables to sit and eat, a maze at about 1 story height with no floor so it is a bit more challenging and scary. Overall, great place for kids to spend 2-3 hours.

Fun place for kids to cool off and away from the summer heat. Pizza are delicious. Lots of arcade games to kill time. My 8 time bringing my kids here.

Kids had a blast. We ordered the basic party plan, and the host was wonderful and excellent. Good time.

This was the first time I have been to No Surrender, and my daughter had a great time runnin' all around that place. We attended a birthday party for her little friend and the place was a perfect spot for that. With a private birthday room and a very friendly helpful staff the party was a success. After the party my little one wanted to play some more so we stayed an extra couple hours. She was so tired she slept the whole hour long drive home!!! $$ well spent, good time had by all we will definetely retur

Great place to bring your baby, toddler and bigger kids. They have great food (a little pricey) and adults drinks for reasonable price. The adventure course its nice and big. Down side is that it's only for 3 hrs if you want more time you have to buy at regular price.

The kids love this place!!! It's always out to go every time we want to be indoor especially on a cold day

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The kids love the obstacle courses and there's something for everyone.

Great and easy experience. The party hosts were very helpful and friendly

Fun place but NOT great for bday parties. Best to have the party separate from the fun here.

The best indoor playground with fun slides a big ball pit & bouncers including a cute Lego table my kids have such a blast they never want to leave they provide you w socks they have a big cafe it's a super spacious place the perfect indoor playground for your little ones to run around & enjoy themselves I highly recommend

Absolutely GREAT place for kids EDIT: Long time and repeat customer. The last three times my daughter and I wanted to play the VR games. Each time we arrived at about 6:15 pm to play the games but each time we were unable to. We stood there at the VR, and stood there, waiting, and waiting. A full 20 minutes go by. Not exaggerating. The employees see us there waiting but do nothing. The front desk staff sees us, the ones working the entrance to the adventure course see us. The restaurant area staff see us.

There definitely could have had more games to play in the arcade. I was extremely disappointed when I brought my son on his birthday on 9/25 and it said they closed at 9 pm instead of 830 like the other location so we drove all the way over there to get more time. We walked in and they told us they would be closing at 830 that night. I COULD HAVE JUST WENT TO THE OTHER LOCATION. it really ruined the night. Waste of time, and money because he didn't get but an hour and a half to play. The staff wasn't very f

It's fun but they take a while on the food here...like a WHILE??.??????

This was the perfect birthday experience for my nine-year-old. To compare equally the rooms are a little smaller then John?s incredible but I feel the environment is better at no surrender. The food is also way better. The wings and the french fries are bomb

Took 2yr old niece and she thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff was friendly.

Great place for kids to run around. Tons of slides, place to climb, and bounce all over the place. 1 large family size Pepperoni Pizza $24

Mona, was so warm and welcoming!! Her approach fixed our situation, we had a blast!! Thanks again Mona!! Take care??????????

Great place, but... ? Not a place where parents can relax ? Two Hot dogs from cafe took 30min ? Staff was overbearing I'll go back in the future, hopefully for a better experience.

Our host were awesome. Everything was ready and delivered in a timely manner. Thank you so much.

Super fun place to bring the kids to. My 3 year old loved the toddler ball pit area.

Christian was an excellent guide and helped me understand the game very easily. I had lots of fun and would recommend coming here for birthdays.

My daughter loves No Surrender. I love that she gets to be active while having fun. Win win!

Took my son for is 2nd bday.. First time being there.. Clean place. Nice people just wish had more playground stations for the little once. Their pizza was really good worth eating it.

Pros: playground/adventure course, arcade, laser tag, and VR gaming all in one place, serves food, serves alcohol. The loaded fries were actually pretty good. Cons: they make it mandatory for parents to accompany smaller kids to the playground/adventure course but the parents have to buy a separate ticket and socks. Apparently they only allow parents to switch one time otherwise you have to buy another parent ticket. I have never been anywhere in my life that requires a parent to be present but buy their o

What a scam you have to wear no surrender non slip socks to go into the play area. My kids had non slips socks on but they weren't let in.

Pretty awesome place. It was my first time there. The grandkids loved it!

Just recently we held a work party at No Surrender and everyone had SO much fun! Randy was great to work with in figuring out what packages would work best for us -- he was even there to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Thanks No Surrender!

We spend $50 a kid for an unlimited day of fun! While us parents enjoyed a cold beer! So worth it in my opinion!

This was a great place for kids and adults. Laser tag, arcade, virtual reality games and rope course. Pizza was good and everything is easy to see on line.

There is a electrical outlet on the middle of the zinc this could cause a fire kids can throw water and they can get a electric shock Be careful don't send kids by themselves

Is Super Fun For Any Age, Toddlers Love Their Play Area, Clean And The People Is Nice, The Bathrooms Are Clean, Is Super FUN

Had a party for my son, awesome experience and we had an awesome host for his bday party.

My kids love coming here to pass time

Nahh this is a sigma place tho me and my sis went

I love the Fresno NS! 10 times better than Clovis and way better service. It's Unlimited play time compared to 90minutes at Clovis! Love coming here!

It was amazing my kids had a great time 10 bucks for 3hours I ordered a Pina colada and it was amazing plus Brittany the girl who made our drinks told us if we like on Facebook it's happy hour prices so we did and she hooked up up with some bomb ?????? Micheladas!!! Love it we will definitely be back to tire the kids out again ??????????

We like bringing the kids here. They play and enjoy the adventure course. We always get the super combo for food. It's a great deal.

My grandson, that is two has so much fun here. Really helps get his energy out.

Saturday night family fun - I normally never write reviews but this evening prompted me to do just that. At the counter the customer service representative was rude. I paid for 4 kids 3 adults with add ons of rope courses and socks. I asked the person if there were combo deals that might work for my family she said - not really . I noticed that the regular combo deals were good if you get arcade time. After paying - I noticed there was a family pack deal that actually would have been perfect for us - it i

Nice place filled with burst of fun for the kids, they host pretty good private parties. All in all... kids had a blast.

The laser tag was kinda underwhelming (too many little kids, and they blast EDM music [these kids weren't even alive when EDM was popular]) and the food is overpriced. 4 boneless wings cost $16 and a large pizza costs one kidney (preferably from a healthy adult male). But Mona made the experience much better by EXPEDITIOUSLY granting me my laser tag wristbands as well as freestyling the laser tag briefing.

Nice place. Decent prices.

Terrible party organization. Took 20 minutes of my paid room time to ?check in? the kids that should have been done in the beginning. I even brought up no one was at the birthday check in and they continued to do nothing about it. I had grandparents of the guest of honor wandering the building for 10 minutes unable to find the room because no employee was there to direct. Even had multiple parents ask what was going on. Sad I spent OVER $700 on a party that was such a disaster.

We brought our 5 kids tonight and Karma was at the entrance gate. She was making sure kids were following rules and she was SO KIND as they entered and left. She was great! We had a lot of fun.

Been here multiple times sat inside watched my 5yr old daughter play never been told anything about sitting n watching her play. However today I was approached by ?Mona? and was told I had to wait outside , mind you I have a 5year old baby girl inside playing that I paid for ? Would you leave your daughter inside somewhere playing where you can't watch her ? Won't be coming here again !

Over rated to expensive , customers service sucks , just a bunch of rude kids working , and joking around

The park is great. Definitely not cheap , but you get a huge variety of activities and a fair amount of cardio workout. You must have sticky socks so we spent about $30 for my grand daughter and myself. Spent another $30 for lunch. So not cheap at all. The hot dogs and tater tots were actually very good. A much better hot dog and bun than I expected. Fries were quite good too.

very detailed battlefield and very immersed gameplay! Very fun all around would 100% recommend!!

Ian was amazing while we enjoyed our time at No Surrender. He was very respectful, had great people skills and went above and beyond for my family. Thank you Ian!

Every time we are in town, my kids love coming here. The Family Pack is totally worth it.

Beware if you have young children! Older kids (10-16) get dropped off in packs and are left unsupervised to get into trouble. A teen girl intentionally rammed into my toddler stating ?Oh well, I told him to move,? while laughing as he screamed. She hit him so hard at the ankles that he flew up and landed straight on his head. We we watching him closely, see everything happen, and were basically told they believed the kids over us. We soon found out that she was with a large group of kids who had been dumped

We had reserved a party room back in August of last year (the 6th) for my son?s 8th birthday and unfortunately due to a miscommunication we were late to our party time. I was informed that we could still attend our party if we paid for the pizzas that were left out due to us being late. I agreed, mostly because I had no other option and guests on the way. We get there, running late even for our new party time (we live an hour away from Fresno so with our 5 month old it's a long trip) and are rushed in, m

A little something for everyone. The adventure park offers thrills for the kids lazer tag for the adult, some good food and drinks and an arcade. Worth the trip for family fun.

Kyle, working at the kids section, was amazing!!! Super 100% customer service. He assisted my kids with their no slip socks. Kyle was really concern of the children's safety. We'll return to NS because of employees like Kyle.

Went for the laser tag and arcade. One of the best laser tags I've been to. A huge coarse, with upstairs and downstairs. It was $15 for 20+ minutes, a great value in my opinion.

Amazing service my baby loves this place and I do as well. Food is amazing and drinks while your kids play is a win win... lovely workers with great attitude!

Fun place for kids and pizza was surprisingly decent for an adventure park

Fun place for our grandkids! Arcades, VR, laser tag. Pizza for the birthday party was delicious & the team member assigned to the party was very attentive. Just wish they offered earplugs! 20+ kids make a lot of noise in one room!

I have twin girl who are almost 3 and an almost 2 year old girl who ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE. I swear, it was the best $30 we spent in a long time. Highly recommend.!

Love coming! Always have a lot of fun, very clean as well?

No great time for me this game said it was 4K Is not even a 720 quality no a good place for a adult for kids have fun though management that worse when you really need help

So much fun! We went for $5 Tuesday. We stayed for a few hours. The only bummer is the price of the drinks with no refills. We will go again.

It has gone waaaay downhill since they started serving hard alcohol at a kids place! A drunk lady bumped into our table after I had just set our pizza down, it feel on the ground. They said it wasn't their problem and refused to make us another one!!! Uuuh, it's your problem b/c your the ones letting her get drunk at a kids place! Then she started a fight all drunk. They could have at least asked her to leave or stopped serving when she was drunk. Half the people in there had face tattoos. Just really gone d

My family enjoy coming to No Surrender it gives the kids many activities to do! However after this past weekend I was pretty disappointed?first DO NOT ever rent a room for $150 especially since the AC was not working. We asked them multiple times to turn it on but to no avail our request was not met. Food came 30 min later even though we ordered ahead of time prior to our guests arriving. Pizza was great but the service was poor and mind you this was on a Sunday late afternoon

Good service Good food Good times!

Came to Clovis to visit family with my two kiddos. And we came across this arcade/pizza place for dinner and for my kids to play. They enjoyed it so much! We came on a Saturday, we expected a crowed and it was packed. It did took us half hour to get a table, but while I waited for a table, my kids were playing. The playground is 3 hours for a child to play and it costs $16 to $18 depending the age. Adults will have to pay $7 to go in and supervise their kids.. which I wasn't very pleased as you are going i

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
