Kids always have fun. But do note that it's easy for kids to get hurt either by accident on the play equipment or from other kids being rough or rude. The climbing area is really big, so it's hard to supervise your kids. You'll constantly lose them. The administration price is good. The food cost is quite high. You will have to fill out a waiver form either online or before entering the play areas.

Came in right now at 8pm on a Saturday, website says it's open till 10pm but we were told they are closing at 9pm. And the food and beverage area is closed down already, leaving everyone with only a water fountain? at a place where kids are running around and working up a sweat.When we asked why they're closing early the staff said ?it's up to the managers discretion based on the flow of traffic.? My very first time choosing No Surrender for my son?s birthday celebration & I must say it was so much more than I expected. Our hosts were absolutely amazing. They both truly went above and beyond to accommodate our very large party. I didn't have to worry about hosting, they took care of it ALL. I showed up at 8PM, the website shows they close at 10PM on the weekend. I was told by the worker they were closing at 9PM tonight. I decided to stay because my son was already excited to play. They charged me FULL PRICE even though they were closing an hour early so our time was cut in more than half. After paying full price for ONE hour, we learned not only did they charge full price for less than half the time, they closed the kitchen and the bar so we were unable to buy any kind of food or drinks. This was my very first time visiting. Having a 4 year old, I only spent time at then Adventure Course section for toddlers and younger kids. I will say it's a lot larger than what you think! With three levels, I felt like Alice in Wonderland ? a maze trying to find my kid! LOL It is a workout for parents. Some parent watch but the signs say a parent must be present so ? it's a workout! My 2 kids had fun at their cousins birthday party! A definite must to have there!!! And you can indulge in an adult beverage! The massage chairs help you relax while the kids are enjoying the play areas! Laser tag seemed to be pretty cool!

I visited on a Monday afternoon with my 2.5 year old. It was a quiet school night, they decided to close early that day, at 8pm instead of 9pm. They started cleaning and putting up the tables by 7pm so it felt a bit rushed. Overall they were really nice and the place is super cool for kids! Really big and awesome mazes.

Wonderful indoor playground for little ones. I went early on a Saturday morning, there was only 3 other groups allowing great experience for my son to run around and explore. Fully loaded fries were delicious and great value as it was a large portion and filling for 2-3 people easily. Fresh fries, covered with cheese and cut up hamburger then baked to melty perfection. Picture is the adventure course side meant for larger children.

This place has a very large playground for kids....that's about it. The arcade is mediocre and very expensive. They have like 20 games and most of them were broken. Some allowed you to win tickets but the prize selection was very very poor. Nothing enticing to even try to get the tickets. They also had a (at-first-glance) impressive VR area in the back that had 6 or 7 VR games to try out...again, too expensive for what it is but a good experience if you never experienced VR before. Somthing to do for all ages. However the birthday party packages are TERRIBLE. very very expensive for not too much. I would recommend the venue but DEFINITELY not the party package. Party hosts was always available but very short with answering questions. Better to just grab a table and enjoy the venue than spending all the money birthday room.

The sensors weren't that accurate , plus we bought the unlimited wristband , and they decided to close 30 minutes early thus our wristbands were not unlimited !

Great place for kids to burn some energy and do some exercise. Our kid loves the toddler ball pit and slides. The place has plenty of maze spaces, a couple of trampolines, ball pits and slides. There is an arcade, plenty of tables to sit and eat, a maze at about 1 story height with no floor so it is a bit more challenging and scary. Overall, great place for kids to spend 2-3 hours.

Fun place for kids to cool off and away from the summer heat. Pizza are delicious. Lots of arcade games to kill time. My 8 time bringing my kids here.

This was the first time I have been to No Surrender, and my daughter had a great time runnin' all around that place. We attended a birthday party for her little friend and the place was a perfect spot for that. With a private birthday room and a very friendly helpful staff the party was a success. After the party my little one wanted to play some more so we stayed an extra couple hours. She was so tired she slept the whole hour long drive home!!! $$ well spent, good time had by all we will definetely retur

Great place to bring your baby, toddler and bigger kids. They have great food (a little pricey) and adults drinks for reasonable price. The adventure course its nice and big. Down side is that it's only for 3 hrs if you want more time you have to buy at regular price.

The best indoor playground with fun slides a big ball pit & bouncers including a cute Lego table my kids have such a blast they never want to leave they provide you w socks they have a big cafe it's a super spacious place the perfect indoor playground for your little ones to run around & enjoy themselves I highly recommend

Absolutely GREAT place for kids EDIT: Long time and repeat customer. The last three times my daughter and I wanted to play the VR games. Each time we arrived at about 6:15 pm to play the games but each time we were unable to. We stood there at the VR, and stood there, waiting, and waiting. A full 20 minutes go by. Not exaggerating. The employees see us there waiting but do nothing. The front desk staff sees us, the ones working the entrance to the adventure course see us. The restaurant area staff see us.

There definitely could have had more games to play in the arcade. I was extremely disappointed when I brought my son on his birthday on 9/25 and it said they closed at 9 pm instead of 830 like the other location so we drove all the way over there to get more time. Just recently we held a work party at No Surrender and everyone had SO much fun! Randy was great to work with in figuring out what packages would work best for us -- he was even there to make sure we had everything we needed. The laser tag was kinda underwhelming (too many little kids, and they blast EDM music [these kids weren't even alive when EDM was popular]) and the food is overpriced. 4 boneless wings cost $16 and a large pizza costs one kidney (preferably from a healthy adult male). But Mona made the experience much better by EXPEDITIOUSLY granting me my laser tag wristbands as well as freestyling the laser tag briefing.

Terrible party organization. Took 20 minutes of my paid room time to ?check in? the kids that should have been done in the beginning. I even brought up no one was at the birthday check in and they continued to do nothing about it. I had grandparents of the guest of honor wandering the building for 10 minutes unable to find the room because no employee was there to direct. Even had multiple parents ask what was going on. Sad I spent OVER $700 on a party that was such a disaster.

We brought our 5 kids tonight and Karma was at the entrance gate. She was making sure kids were following rules and she was SO KIND as they entered and left. She was great! We had a lot of fun.

The park is great. Definitely not cheap , but you get a huge variety of activities and a fair amount of cardio workout. You must have sticky socks so we spent about $30 for my grand daughter and myself. Spent another $30 for lunch. So not cheap at all. The hot dogs and tater tots were actually very good. A much better hot dog and bun than I expected. Fries were quite good too.

Went for the laser tag and arcade. One of the best laser tags I've been to. A huge coarse, with upstairs and downstairs. It was $15 for 20+ minutes, a great value in my opinion.
