It was great fun! Very family friendly atmosphere. Some games were broken, but all around the kids had a fantastic time

A lot of there machines do not work and they also didn't have that big of a selection for the prizes. When you tell the staff that the machines are down they say they can't fix them and give you what you spend on the game just to go to another game and it not dispense the tickets ????? played a couple of games where buttons were broke or games not functioning properly.

A lot of great games, and some cool pinball tables too, but a lot of games were constantly not counting tokens, not giving out tickets, even the ticket eater wasn't working properly we found out after my sister in law had fed in quite a bit of her tickets. This location absolutely sucks. They don't have as many options when it comes to games, and most of them are racing. Then 60% of the machines are broken or not dispensing tickets (yes, we made sure they are ticket machines). They either eat your nickels, or are taped over. The prize counter is a joke too. Small tiny toys for over 1000+ tickets. Hardly any big ticket prizes.

Manager Diana was very aggressive with me combative with my teen daughter. I asked her to let the table down so I can set up for my party that was arriving shortly. She helped everyone that were coming in after me, even though I was the first to arrive & booked/paid for my party last year. The set up ran into our party time so we really didn't get use the table. It should be called quarter-rama since every game costs 4 or 6 Nickels. The prizes for tickets are a rip-off and 'cost' way more than other arcades charge for prizes. Your kids won't leave with much of anything. You have to pay an entrance fee per person. For the same fee you could go down the road to an all you can play free-play 'classic arcade' (no tickets). Games take 4-6 Nickels to play, which means you or your kids have to carry around a cup full of many heavy Nickels. Ultimately kids will like this

This is an amazing place for a birthday party. You can bring your own food and drinks. It's great for all ages. Just as nice as the OG location.

Took my daughter to this location for a fun day out and was seriously disappointed. About 60% of the games we tried had coin slots that were either taped over, jammed or not registering on the game when interesting coins. Even when we sat down on a two player game we could play together, it eventually ceased to operate altogether. Great place to take your kids, $5 for half a cup of nickels that'll keep your kid having fun for longer than you'd expect, I also enjoyed a few of the games and would love to go back soon!

NickelRama was a blast. The adults had just as much fun as the kids, and there was never ending options of different types of games to choose from. I would absolutely come back.

This place is amazing! They have a VERY diverse and wide array of video games, from pinball to Guitar Hero to skeeball. There is something for everyone -- they even have retro Atari games on massive screens. I've attached pictures of some of the games they have to offer so you can see for yourself. Super fun and nice layout! Even when packed it doesn't feel crowded. All the games are even spaced apart and there is plenty of room at the prize counter. First time out to Nickelrama and family had a blast! The place seemed crowded when we first stepped in but there were no issues with waiting for games etc. The game area is easy to navigate around even when there are alot of people which was great. We booked a birthday party here. It was a total disaster. For $119 (non refundable) deposit all you get is a tiny table. They say each table is for 16 people but 16 children and especially 16 adults will never be able to fit at this table If you invite 16 children who come with their parents, then you will need at least 4 of their tiny tables. I went here right after our two hour limit at the trampoline place next to it! It was so much fun and totally worth it! Half of the people I invited only came here after since the other half had to leave, but it was still a lot considering I invited like 15 people or so. Pretty fun place, check the arcades before you sit down. I was running around with two toddlers. Luckily I was able to unjam the nickles that were in there. The employees at the front prize desk were very helpful and assisted us throughout our visit.

This place is awesome! The staff is well trained to handle problems. We've had a few machines not give tickets or jackpot and they handled it perfectly. We decided to try Nickel Mania and we're so disappointed we left soon after getting there and went to nicklerama

$4.95 to get in, no matter your age. $5 or $10 dollar cups of nickels available at register. Most things take 4 nickels to play, didn't see anything over 6 nickels, or $.30. Most games worked as they should. They have a full row of pinball machines, which was where I spent my time. Love taking my family here.

I used to love this place, but unfortunately, the games are outdated, and most are broken. When asking staff for help, they often don't know what's going on. They give you a couple of tickets and send you on your way only for you to lose your nickels in the next game due to the same reasons. Smh. They need a serious makeover

There's a flat fee to enter per person and then you buy nickles to play. Most games are 4+ nickles but they have good variety. We've been a few times and often run into the issue of a good portion of the games being out of order. Did a birthday party here and it was really affordable and included a party table to eat/open presents at but it's LOUD and there is no private spaces for parties.

Had a party here for my grandson & it was not what we expected. The tables were so close that we were constantly bumping into the other party goers. It was fun and affordable it was 2 adults 2 teenagers and a 9 year old. I spent $125 and played for about 2 & 1/2 hours. That's not bad at all ! Good selection of modern cabinets for younger kids. Great time at a great price. Not a fan of the games of luck such as the coin pusher genre, though. Probably a stretch to accuse these as a gateway into gambling, but there is palpable discomfort in seeing my 6-year-old entertained by mindlessly pumping nickels in exchange for random drops of coins. More games of skill would make this great place even better.

This is a great place to have a child's birthday party! The kids had so much fun but not as much as the adults who were there!

It's a fun place to visit and take your kids. However, probably due to my own ignorance, it costs a lot more than I thought. There is a fee to get in, and every machine takes at least 4-5 nickels, so your money goes pretty quickly. We'll still visit again.

Had an awful experience. my entire life the last day on a calendar is Saturday BEWARE there's is on Sunday so when booking my child's birthday I booked it for the wrong day. When I arrived there was no help what so ever. your staff where rude and degrading. I ended up paying for the whole birthday kids individually. And have not got response from owner. Love bringing my toddler here, they update the machines frequently and try to always do as much maintenance as possible, i love that they added new machines. I booked a party for my son and cant wait to host is friends from school. Such a great place, if you are not a fan of crowds go during one of their slower times.

Have been coming to this location for quite some time but have had increasingly negative experiences, so we won't be coming back. They close at 10 but refuse to sell coins at 9:30. Told us we couldn't turn our tickets into the paper tickets at 9:40. If you don't want to continue operations past 9:30, then close at 9:30. Multiple games broken and when you inform them of a broken game that you've won jackpot on they just shrug and say they can't do anything. Waste of time and money.

I used to really enjoy bringing the kids here until today. The guys at the front desk said it's $5 person just to walk in the door. Fun place for all ages. It cost $3.50 per person to get in then all games are anywhere from 5 cents to 30 cents. Good mix of old and new games. Some give tickets and there us a small prize section for little trinkets. You can bring your own food too.

We went here for my birthday. It's okay, they could use some claw machines and maybe better working coin pushers. Many machines needed maintenance when we were there. Also, it's super crowded and you have to reserve a table so if you want to sit you have to pray for a stool or go into one of the few "experience" games like Jurrasic Park. Great place to come. Super affordable. Your money goes a long way here. My husband has taken our girls here a few times and they love it. Most recently, we booked my daughters 6th Birthday here. There's no organized party host or anything. But for $69, you get a row of tables for two hours for up to 30 people. Then, for $2/band, you can purchase VIPbraceletts to giveaway to the attendees. My 5-year-old and I went to a birthday party there. The games are really fun and you get tickets from certain games to collect prizes. I had fun and more importantly he loved it. It was a good time across the board. I can't speak to over all cost since we were there for a birthday party.

This place is a great way to kill about 40 minutes and $20. Our 6 year old loves it and knows which games give the best tickets (the minion game by the basketball hoops). The staff at the prize counter is also very patient when we are deciding what to get.

What an awesome place! I took my nephew and niece here, thinking I would just stand by and watch them play.. but I was playing with them. And we couldn't stop playing. I wish there was food because all the running around got me hungry. But there are a few food places close. 6 admission tickets and 4 wristbands along with $30 in nickels was under $70. Always a great time at Nickelrama. With only a $4.95 admission fee at the door as a small inconvenience, it's worth it. All the games are only nickels. It's a great place that was introduced to me by my older brother! My kids have loved this place for years. I drive 40 minutes one way to go to this place!

Kids run this place. I asked if they cared if I could have a table for my children to sit at and eat the snacks that this facility sells. She told me I couldn't. I asked what it would take to get a table and she said 69 dollars... I asked why they didn't charge me last time and they said "well, cause you're rude". So now we have to eat in the arcade. Do not recommend, it aint what it used to be.

My kids had a blast. Most games cost about 6 nickels and were able to get a good amount of tickets within an hour. But the prices sucked and cost too many tickets compared to other places that offer the same type of atmosphere. Rather than tokes you get nickels. The games range from 3-6 tokens and everything is nice and neat. Each ticket you earn from a game is equivalent to 5 tickets. We always enjoy our time here, lots of games to play. My only problem is some of the games eat all the nickels and some don't give you tickets, but its like that in most places. Make sure to get the VIP bracelet to give your gives extra tickets at the end so they can get more prizes, because i know my daughter waste all her nickels on games that doesn't give you any tickets lol

Tried out this newer location after being fans of the original for years. It's a great time too. You can not beat the price for family fun here! We bring the kids and they go nuts for a few hours and eveyone leaves happy and I still have money in the bank. Win/Win for family fun. ??

I have been coming to the original one in Garland for more than 10 years. This particular one was great at first, and has gone downhill. Admission has gone up to $5 a person regardless of age. The prizes hace gotten more expensive, and the machines don't give out as many tickets as before.

The employees really make the place great. there were a few small issues with the machines and they immediately came in and gave us back nickles or got the machine working. there's pinball in the back, and it's a lot of fun.

Planned a party online, paid for party. There was a conflict with our party time, so we called to change it. On our party day we found out they in fact did not change our time and had no room for us. The owner did refund the $70 table price since we did not have a table. Since it was the day of the party, we still went to play games, then went to CiCi's for cake and pizza. While the owner did refund the price, I am still disappointed in the situation, and unhappy I had to pay for kids and adults to eat off

I found them very rude to my friend who was giving the party for her daughter. She had paid from 3 to 5 and around 4:15 they were announcing over the intercom a countdown. Then told her she only had it to 4:45 because they had to clean up. It took them less than 5 minutes to wipe the table, fold it up and push it against the wall. I do not suggest having a party here.

This new location is awesome, spacious and clean. All of the Rock N Roll pinball games have been moved to this facility. However, I still enjoy going to the Beltline location as well....but they no longer have my favorite pinball machines.
