This place is fantastic! I make sure to come to every time I'm in town. My two year old son loves it. They have plenty of kid friendly games but also ones that are more challenging for adults. You can be entertained for hours for just a few dollars.

Super duper good place to go to. I have a 4 and 7 year old and come here once a month for the last few years. I usually put 15 bucks on the each kids card and that's perfect for them to get like 1500 tickets. My kids love this place. We have visited every nickel arcade in utah and SLC county and they like this one the best. Nickel City is one of our favorite places to go as a family. Our kids love going for birthdays or special occasions. It's affordable and family friendly. They are constantly adding new games which makes it fun! We always end up getting a lot of tickets and they have a very good prize selection for all ages.The laser tag is fun and affordable as well. If you want to have a fun time at an arcade with the whole family Nickel City is the place to go. It doesn't disappoint.

I'm visiting some of my online friends and they brought me here. This is better than every arcade I've ever been to. You can play more games for less money than other arcades, the games all worked and were really fun and diverse. An employee named Steve was amazing. I lost my card halfway through my visit and went to ask for help. Steve let us ask over the speaker, and when nobody came up he gave me a card with my estimated amount of what I had left (most other arcades won't do anything in this situation).

Recently got engaged and on a whim decided to have a destination wedding to nickel city?BEST. DECISION. EVER. With endless fun at every turn our party was never bored! The employees were so attentive to our every need and offered us more than we ever expected. Palmer is by far the best employee, (he deserves a raise) ask for him when you go. I can't believe how inexpensive it is to play games here. We spent 25 bucks for our 4 kids and played for hours. They all had a blast. I thought for sure after all these years, they would've raised prices drastically. They have a great mix of new and old games.

My kiddoes always have the best time at Nickel City in Orem! They basically beg to go. We've always been big fans. The management is awesome and caring. No matter how full it is they always make time to tend to the kids. Thank you to the workers who make it so enjoyable. This place was great! We visit every few years. They added new games. Although I do not like to play games, my children. Love it! Only problem was when some of the machines weren't working and my son complained that they would not reimburse him for the loss, but he shouldn't continue to try to use machines that don't work. Nickel City is a great date spot! $2.50 per person for admission and then $5.00 is a great amount for the card. That's a total of $10 for a date! Would definitely suggest. It's a fun atmosphere and everyone loves an arcade.

Three staff does a pretty good job of keeping the arcade clean and organized. They is a pretty good variety of games, even some for little kids. The entry fee is close to $3, and the games are counted in nickles, but I don't think any of them are just 1 nickle (money is paid in advance onto cards). My kids are young, so they aren't very calculated about how they spend their coins, but $5 last them about an hour, and the total cost is $24 if both my husband and I go with them.

They were very easy to work with. I had some problems with my kids wanting to exchange thier prizes and they did it willingly. Also my photos from the Photo Booth didn't turn out well (my fault) and they let me do a free retake. Ha ha. It sounds like I was mostly the problem. My excuse? This place is great to take the kids to. It's $2.50 admission and then we put $5 on 2 of the cards and it lasts for a good half hour. The kids love it. It's clean, great games. No issues with any games being broken down. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. We love to go here for birthdays.

I stumbled upon a mysterious game hidden in the depths of Nickel City. 'Ticket haggling' is not listed on the arcade directory, and the staff seems reluctant to acknowledge its existence. None of the employees were paying attention to what was going on around them. I had to call them over to me 3 different times while I was standing at the main counter (while no one else was around). We always enjoy coming to Nickel City. My husband and I use to come when we first were married and now we get to bring our kids to enjoy the fun here. The building is always clean and the games are taken care of. We have had a few of our kids' birthday parties here and it's always a blast. They take care of everything. No need to stress about having a party.

I enjoy the nickle arcade because I feel like I am not wasting a ton of money for a little fun. I hate that they have moved to credit system instead of actual nickles like before. Using actual change is part of the old arcade experience.

Growing up my parents would always take me to nickle city it gives such nostalgic feelings every time I see it. So I decided to host my daughters birthday this year here and let me just say it was the best birthday experience we have ever had! Super fun with a large group I came here as a company event and had a blast. We had like 75 ish people total and it was so much fun. I dont think it'd be as much fun as a couple or single. This is a great place to be a kid again. We have gone several times for date nights and as a family outing. The employees are super friendly and show excitement when the kids get excited about the prizes they earn. They are also great about giving coins back if one of their games malfunction. It's electronics, it happens everywhere. I appreciate how clean it is. Nothing is worse than putting your hand on a sticky button or stepping on gross carpet and we never had this happen. So great full for the pricing and the experience. The team has done a great job at being helpful by opening the gates when we have a stroller to push in and the games are always up and running, rarely have we found a game not working. The party room is so great as well.
