I worked here for a little over a month. Let's just say they don't pay employees. Bad place to work, Even worse place to play games at. Half the time the game that the customer wanted to play wasn't installed. They have bad internet here. outdated selection of games and outdated consoles. Places like this give gaming lounges a bad rep!!
Jeffreson was very nice in helping me and the kids I mentor setting up. He made it easy to pay and was understanding. Also generous. The place itself is fun and social. Kids I brought loved it and I'm sure would love to come back which I am hoping to do.
Saw this place online and decided to check it out it's really cool! My son enjoyed himself and the lady there was really nice, she even played a game with us. Good experience will be visiting again soon
I had a very bad experience there ! I don't know who is the manager there but the process is awful. My controller died after 20 minutes of playing (was fully charged) and after that I was not allowed to use another controller, I was asked to wait until the controller charges abroad and just stand there doing nothing ??, the place was empty and the employee could have just allowed us to use another controller, basically it was a rip off. I would not recommend that place for anyone, unfortunately I was excite
This place has really gone downhill. Phone line hasn't worked in ages, no updates anywhere on social media or their website as to when they are actually open. Have frequently found the open sign on, but doors are locked and it doesn't look like anyone is inside. Not even a sign on the door to say if staff is coming back or not.
This place is awesome! I go here with my little all the time, and the staff is very nice! Lanell was there today and he was friendly and helpful.
The lady there treat me and my friend badly. She is very uncooperative so we left before finishing our game. When we tried to tell her we need to talk to the manager, she replied I am the manager. Please don't go there because you will lose your money.
Perfect place for a party!!!! The owner is amazing!! The decorations and all the effort they put in to make my sons birthday amazing was very much appreciated. Very helpful with the kids and wanting to learn new games! Would reccomed and plan on coming back !!! Thank you for making our 10th birthday awesome!!!
Had my daughter's birthday party there and it was great! We had full use of the building and all the kids had a wonderful time! I would definitely recommend this place.
Nice clean comfortable vibe to this place. Love that its for all ages to have fun, came with my son the first time next time me and the guys will be there. Glad i came for sure
I had this gaming truck for my son's 8th birthday. I was very displeased with the customer service given by both of the facilitators. The older gentleman was extremely rude when introducing himself and the rules to the kids. Did he forget this was an 8-year-olds birthday party? He lacked any enthusiasm to encourage fun. Beyond this the 20 year old kid with long hair in the truck was AWFUL! I have never been so disgusted. He was rude to the kids. He called my 10 year old son and his friend a loser with th
This place is awesome! Super chill place to play game and hang with friends. There are tournaments for games several days a week, including Super Smash Bros. for Wii U on Wednesday! Come support this cool place you won't regret it!
The receptionist was very rude to me from the moment I walked in the door. She wanted me to pay before looking at the games on the shelf. I turned right around and never came back.
My grandson had the best party ever for his 7th birthday. lots of friends and good food. They had a really great time.
First time being there today the girl was really pretty and nice to me and its a cool place i was walking by and decided to stop in cause it was raining i love the set up i would give it 5 stars but i couldnt talk to my buddy on madden i would recommend this place for my fellow gamers
Went there with my team for basketball and we had a really good chill time and we also had a lot of fun. My coach is the owner.
Nice spot... Jefferson is real cool, has great customer service and the space is clean and real chill. Highly recommend
Great place! The owner is very friendly, place is really nice and the staff is very friendly as well. Definately recommend!!
Great place to hang out, really clean and the staff is nice. Would recommend to everyone
Had a friends birthday there. So awesome their party this year is there too.
This is a great spot for groups of friends who game, and cheap prices for the time you want to spend playing but you'll probably spend a while there.
Very cool place to hang out, all of the latest games & great tournaments, a great place to celebrate a special occasion or event
Me and a group of friends went there before the pandemic and had a great time 5/5 definitely recommend !
Not enough space to sit, toilet was broken and place was a bit dirty.
I think this place is closed. I tried calling and no one answered. When I called again, someone picked up and didn't say anything.
RUDE ! Let's just say we were intentionally made to feel that we did not belong ??
Friendly place, cheap and worth a visit
Amazing... Kinda put u in a Transze
It was not open even though they said it was
Very lame, poor game selection.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
