The staff was very generous, especially Cameron Billman very outgoing. The directions were very thorough and the shop was very clean. I loved having directions on how to game and how much fun I had. I always have fun every time I'm here even on a bad day I have laughs. Gaming is one of my favorite hobbies and it's a great place to come and find others that games as well. The staff was very accommodating. I can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely amazing time! Very spacious clean area in a great location. Great prices for the hourly rate as well as the membership! Really good for party setups or night out with the family. The game selection has a wide variety as well for all types of gamers. The owners are very respectful and kind and also own a nonprofit! If you're undecided, pull the trigger :)

My son was just at a birthday party here and the kids all had a BLAST! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the gaming experience was well beyond what you'd find in an arcade or at home. Great place for a party or for a rainy day!

Plenty of space, plenty of food and drink for sale (Including hydration drinks like water and gatorade), setup makes it easy for people to keep track of things during bracket, has wifi, chill and very nice owners, overall a very fun experience and I plan to go back again. Anybody who is interested in gaming tournaments should check it out!

First time playing the Virtual Reality game and the boxing was out of this world lmao. My 8 and 10 year old went to war on the boxing and knocked each other out lol. Amari set them up for success and was very knowledgeable and kind through out it all. I highly recommend bringing your kids through and get some energy out.

Brought my son and all his friends for the teen zone Saturday. They had a great time, and everyone was really helpful with the setup and getting all the boys playing together. Great place!

Stopped in with little knowledge of the library of games that they offered and was amazed by the number of gamming options that were available to play on VR. Staff was extremely helpful with getting setup and configured for playing VR. Can not wait until my next trip to Hagerstown to play again!
