The employees are so super nice, the plushies are so cute, and I love the trading system if you don't like what you got! The atmosphere is super pink and fun, and it's chill if you go later in the day, especially during the week. Definitely recommend visiting :D

The experience at the store was fantastic! The friendly and helpful staff made the process enjoyable. The claw machine was user friendly and offered a good variety of prizes. You can even exchange the ones you don't like for points, which can be redeemed for something special. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fun and engaging experience.

First time in and this place was so fun! The staff was 1000% so nice and helpful! Will move things around in the machines to help you get what you want! The machines are nothing like American made claw machines and are way easier to win! 11/10 experience! Great for kids and adults!! Very cute prizes and great trade in options!

THEY WERE SO NICE! If you want a certain plush, they will put it on the top! You can do what I am doing and leave a review for a capybara pin! I saw someone at the front, they got a duplicate gacha and they switched it out for one they didn't have! So many claws and gachas to choose from! There are keychains! If you get them half in they will get it for you!!! This is the place of my dreams! DEFINITELY coming back!!!

We love this claw machines place! Super cute stuffy animals and higher quality than other claw machines. The staff are super friendly and helpful! We love all the cute cat decorations and they give you a free tiny cat figurine when you buy $20+ coins. If staff see you struggling with a machine they will open up and "fluff and lay out" the things to increase your chance on grabbing the stuffy you want which was super helpful ?? The place was fun but my biggest gripe were the claws themselves. Even though the staff will fluff them up, it's hard to pick up the toys esp. the bigger and heavier ones. Not only that, the spring bounces too much once it reaches the top so the toy falls right away and there's too much slack on the claws' grip. I just think it's rigged. I think I had more fun than my daughter and niece though ?? The staff are really nice, hence the 3 stars.

This was such a fun place to visit! And I'm saying this as I visited an hour after finding my car was broken into and things stolen, dealing with all of the mess that comes with it before going to attempt crane games that I've only ever played once before. Great variety of plush toys! Super friendly staff, and the kids had a blast! Unlike many other claw machine places, the machines here are sturdy and actually easy to win from. Great first experience there!! Each prize on average takes 5-10 tries to win, sometimes less! Amazing date spot and kind staff willing to help you win if struggling! Lots of options and larger prizes can be obtained by trading the smaller ones!

Absolute gem of a place. The staff are super friendly and will help you, the games are tricky, but not impossible, the prizes you can upgrade to are adorable, there is tons of seating. Often times claw arcades get way too hot because of the lights and the machines, Neko Clawww didn't get overly hot, even when it was busy. The pricing is really great as well, at one coin per play it's much more affordable than other places in the metro. If you're looking for a fun family friendly place, 10/10 recommend

A little pricey, but they always have promos so I suggest coming with a friend to split the price. They also have popmart stuff which I never find anywhere, overall so cute and a great spot for pics!

I had a really fun time at this place! I went to a newer one called duck last weekend and my experience here 100% topped duck. Every machine is 1 coin and if a worker sees you struggling on one they'll ?fluff? (make it more achievable) it for you! I was definitely able to win more here and that made the experience way more fun. I ended up aiming for a bigger prize because my dad doesnt think i need all the stuffed animals that will just sit around the house but i still wanted to have the fun of the claws! I

So much fun!!! There is a wide variety of plushes to win, and you can trade them for other prizes as well. The prices are very fair and we came away with a ton of winnings. The employees were so sweet and if you're struggling with a game, they'll sometimes step in and help you out. Also, the decorations and atmosphere are super cute and a great place to get photos.

Brought my two kids here, not fully knowing what to expect! We were presently surprised! We spent $10, and each machine was a dollar to play. What made this place better than any other arcade type store was the staff! They were friendly and even came around and adjusted a few a of the machines so we could actually WIN! The stuffed animals didn't feel like the really cheap ones, they were cute and felt like decent quality! We will for sure be back! Also LOTS of cool fun stores in the same strip mall to eat

Very fun place for a date. Claw machines feel clean and well maintained. Employees are very friendly and will help you win what you want by re-arranging the prizes if you ask. We bought 50 bucks in tokens and were able to win ~8 small prizes and 1 large Snorlax, and a couple key chains. We spent about 1.5 hours here.

Neko first timer here . Employee was super helpful, don't forget! They fluff! Employee came around and repositioned stuffies in machine. 50 coins and had quiet the haul of miniatures that allowed us to trade in on bigger prizes which were on sale

Friendly staff, they can refluff the plushies in the claw machine for you to get a better chance at getting the one or swapped out the plushies in the same machine. I like how the machines are just one token besides the Gatchapons, which gives you a random Figurine display on the case. What I really like is that we can trade in won plushies for different plushy, key chain, figurine over at the counter wall, or have the staff save it as credit for another time. I really enjoyed playing with the claw machine
