I took my child to this indoor playground, and I was shocked by the level of cleanliness. The play area, carpet, game machines everything was filthy. There was visible trash, dust, and debris everywhere. Such poor maintenance in a place meant for children is unacceptable and poses serious health and safety risks. This is a great place for younger kids to run, walk, play, jump, etc. I think as soon your child is able to walk this would be a great place for them. The entire amusement center has enough options for the kids to pick from. The center is big enough for them to really enjoy themselves, but not big enough to really worry if you lose track of your child. It was our first time here, and we had a blast! There was plenty to do, the food was decent, and most importantly, the customer service was awesome! ?? They have the perfect play area for younger toddlers and jungle-gym style houses and arcade games for the older kids. Can't wait to go back!

I feel bad for staff here who tried their very best. The issue is owners/management who do not staff enough people for what they have going on. I sat waiting for food for over 40 minutes with a cranky and hungry toddler who didn't want to sit and wait around for them to finally be able to make it in between 3 birthday parties. This place was fun! It was safe for all ages and the staff was so sweet. The kids had so much fun and I was glad they had kid friendly food for when they got hungry. Some of the games were not working but other than that this place is a great place to take the kids on a day that needs some fun or a rainy day.

I have grown to like this little place alot. We usually go shortly after breakfast and hang until about lunch time. We eat a little lunch there if the kids are feeling it and then head home for naps. This place was pretty decent! The girl at the front desk was nice. I noticed then activity cleaning. It's nothing fancy but kids don't care. Also for 10 bucks you can't really beat that.

No soap or paper at the bathroom. Dirty bathrooms. Food order was forgotten and delayed. Sadly parents don't watch their kids fighting over a toy or pulling each other's clothes. Games are expensive. I have an adult son with special needs and he loves Monkey Joes- so we often plan vacations around Monkey Joes that are still open. We went to Winter Park last week. The staff was nice, the young lady helping us was great. But the location was lacking in their merchandise and seemed run down. It needs a clean up. Games are over priced and prizes are less than desirable. He had a blast though!!

So this is Winterpark fl , I feel for 21 $ everything should work there should be a better range of toys especially for toddlers that don't just jump around. As a designer there could just be more effort. Maybe even higher a disinter to better design the layout , all the images I posted where of things that didn't work .

Monkey Joe's is a good place to take kids to burn up their energy. It's pricey but worth it if you stay at least 2 hours. The arcade games are also expensive as most last less than a minute, so your kids will continuously ask for more. This monkey Joe's is clean and well maintained. The employees often seem dazed and confused. I wish they'd get rid of the arcade because it distracts younger kids. The play area is coloful, safe and fun for kids. Weekdays are the best because they're not as busy.

I gave them a call asking about birthday pricing the receptionist supposedly she was the manager said she couldn't tell me the prices over the phone that all the information is online and I told her well that's a bad business so I told her bye and sure enough I'm not ever going there not wasting my time if they can let me know simple information over the PHONE.

They recently removed some of the large inflatables and added a large climbing area appropriate for toddlers and up. They also have a small area for infants and crawlers to toddle around. They have 3 brithday rooms, they have a little kids area 3 and under, bigger kids area as well as an arcade.. they do have food and drinks you can purchase as well as socks if you forget them. I do think the one in International drive has more bouncy houses than this one but my kids still had a lot of fun..they have special pricings you can go online and check them out

This is my second monkey Joe's location I've been too. The first was in Georgia. This one had less open space and the inflatables were a little smaller. The kids still seemed to enjoy it though and it did have an inflatable obstacle course which the girls enjoyed too. The price at $14 each was a little steep considering the other location was $10. Luckily I had a BOGO since I had signed up for their mailing list. If I was to come back it would be on a Wednesday when it's BOGO day each week.

Exactly what I wanted - hassle free birthday party. Our hostess, Alexis, took great care of us from beginning to end. Only complaint is the pizza quality. Since we're not allowed to bring in any outside food, aside from cake, the least we should get is decent pizza. Pizzas were over cooked/borderline burnt and the crust was flavorless. All our friends had a great time and the birthday kid was super happy so I'm happy too!

The place is good and full of activities for the kids to do, the only down side was the staff and the how dirty it was around. It is not a place I would be taking my kids on the weekend unless they have a bday there or invitation. Most of the staff was very serious and with a face like they hate being there, even though it is a hob and you might not like it, sometimes you have to at least fake it to keep a nice atmosphere specially with kids.
