Great place to take kids up to 12 years old. Fun there for adults as well! Massage chairs are cheap to use and nice! Prices are fair, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Clean atmosphere and good gaming area with neat games and prizes for the tickets you win. Great experience and will definitely be back!

A great indoor place to bring your little ones. Clean with multiple bounce houses and reasonably priced arcade games and prizes. We went on a fairly busy day and were greeted by Julia, the only employee working. throughout the hours we were there, despite dozens upon dozens of families coming, in she kept her cool and was personable and professional with every person I saw her interact with.

Overall the experience was great. We attended a birthday party, there was pizza, game cards and lots of bouncing. The prizes aren't great but the kids are there to bounce, not play games. The only reason I went with three stars was because it seems like they have less bounce things than the last time we were there. The kids all had fun.

I bring my son here occasionally and today we came since it was a rainy day. I just want to start out by saying there was only one staff member in the whole place, Amber. She was awesome and very patient with the kids who arrived and was waiting for food. Props to her for running the whole place herself even coming out with cleaning supplies in between. This place is amazing in all but they do not allow out side food inside because they want you to buy their food like their was 1 fruit cup for a dollar and like that is not all they don't allow you to go out side of the place with out re paying like what if you need to eat lunch like me and my friend and her cousin hade to do like just give us something to go back in to the place with or at least let us bring food in or lower your prices

My son & I absolutely love this place, from the staff are the sweetest to the games to everything overall especially it being safe knowing my son will know where to find me if I decide to sit on the massage chairs it's awesome. Had a blast. My granddaughter celebrated her 2nd birthday there. Some of our party was running late and they graciously extended our time. Hats off to the great staff and manager there.

We had our daughter's 5th birthday party here yesterday. Customer service was great throughout the process. Our host Kayleigh was exceptional - timely, courteous and friendly - I recommend having a party here based on our experience.

The children liked it. The party room is noisy. The blower for the in room inflatable chair sounds like a 747 taxiing on the runway. Earplugs are recommended.

Always a great place to take my kids when I want them to get rid of their energy! They have 5 large bounce houses limited by ages, a small arcade areas, concession stand with lots of drink and food options and private rooms for birthday parties and special occasions. I'm not sure where to even begin. I am giving this place a 1 star, from the minute I walked in you had walk-ins signing up for themselves, the place was ridiculously packed and wild. Please DO NOT come here if you have toddlers - other savage ass kids will run them right over and parents and staff are in their own little world not enforcing the signs that clearly stated certain ages for the bouncy houses- so many people on top of each other sitting at small tables , why book so many people if kids or people

Good price and great for toddlers. They have dedicated 3 & under spaces for little ones. Only issue is that they don't enforce it and the older kids come into those designated spaces. Our 2 year old daughter loves this place. However, they have two sections designated for 3 and under, but they don't enforce it at all. It's very dangerous for little kids and only a matter of time before a toddler is seriously hurt by a kid much older than 3 playing in a 3 and under section. It's very frustrating. Monkey Joes should either enforce the rule better or hire older people who aren't afraid to speak up when they see kids too old playing in 3 and under areas.

The entire place smells like stinky shoes/feet...maybe it's in the carpet? I have been to a couple play places and none have ever smelled that bad... I also overheard a conversation between employees after an employee told a lady to not bring food, she was informed it was because of a food allergy.... We were here on a Sunday afternoon and it was empty. At 1pm there were 3 total families and by 3pm maybe 10. It was clean and child had fun. I only gave 4 stars bc the arcade area was a huge rip off, games weren't working, and it was small to begin with.

Cost effective and fun for kids. Can be a little overwhelming for younger kids or any children with neurodivergent symptoms. Weekends usually have more/older children so be prepared to be on the look out to make sure your little one is safe. Staff is usually pretty good at enforcing rules and restrictions.

My kids always enjoy their time here. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase, but I saw an employee with his finger in his nose. This makes me hesitant to go back because hand hygiene is absolutely necessary when preparing food for customers. I didn't see this until after we had eaten our food. We had a birthday party for our 7year old daughter! She had a blast with 14 friends. Parents you can not go wrong here. The kids run around have fun, the staff does everything from start to finish and you pay the bill at the end. Easiest most fun party ever! Most important our daughter just loved it!

It sucks to give this review because my boys absolutely love it here. I would go during the week when no one is there and let them just run and play for hours but it never fails every time I bring my kid, I've been here 3 times they become very sick. I never see anyone sanitizing the bouncy houses. My 1 year old was very sick after the third time here and ending up with bronchitis.

My son loves it here and always have a blast, but unfortunately I don't think we will be coming anymore. The last 5 times I took him here he is sick within 2-3 days after, even when using their provided hand sanitizing stations during playing. I never see anyone cleaning while there and believe they could do a better job with the cleaning part... I took him to other places like Get Air and Where Wild Things Play and this did not happen there only when we come here...

Just a heads up, Camp Hill location does not have a toddler area. The photos have since been taken off of the specific building's site, however, the main site does not mention "only available at some locations", so you would assume it's any location.. They'll tell you that there's a 3 and under jump area, but if you brought your baby who can only crawl and pull to stand, it's just not safe for them. The walkways were small to get into the play area for the bounce houses. Being that people were running by and nearly hitting people. But it was a fun time that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Getting to jump around to the "arcade-ish" games there. The staff was friendly to help out making sure anything needed the took care of it for us.

This place is amazing if you need a place for you child to run and play. It has a good variety of jump houses and a small selection of arcade games with small prizes. Its very clean and the employees are super friendly. They got a few new jumpers that my toddler can't stop telling people about. This is his favorite play place around the area. I like this place. Sometimes its a little too crazy. They have 2 bouncy houses for 3 and under, but they don't police them. So BIG kids get in them and it becomes unsafe. I started taking my LO to sky zone, they have designated toddler times. But I do like the facility, and once my daughter gets a little bigger plan to go back again. Had a blast! Was there for a birthday party. The workers were very nice and helpful. Gave the kids their requested drinks, pizza, cake and the bounce houses were real big and all the kids seemed to have a blast. Over rated. My grandson is 1 1/2 yrs old. In the 3 & under play areas should only be 3&under. There were big kids running through the 3&under areas knocking the little kids down. No one is supervising that area so the little ones were getting hurt. I paid $10 for him to have fun for 1 hr. That's all I could stand of him being bounced around and knocked down from the larger kids. I will not be back.

We had a great party, and our servers were wonderful! The pizza was from pizza hut, which was unclear in the order process. I was thrown off when they said (15 minutes after lunch was expected) that they would be "20 minutes late". So my party person redirected and asked if we could do cake and then pizza. My kids love this place (5 yo & 2yo). It's as clean as I could ever imagine a place like this and there is ample seating for adults. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes there are older kids that completely dominate the place and turn it into a wrestling ring and there aren't enough staff to stop it. This place is great on a rainy day. They have a bunch of bouncy houses for different ages. But the best thing is how clean it was. I was shocked. They take really good care of this place. My niece was 3 and she loved it. Everytime she visits she wants to go. My nephew was 1 and a half and was a little nervous at first but he went in a few times. Great indoor play area for kids of all ages. We absolutely loved our experience. I would note that coming during "peak" hours may make the experience not as enjoyable. We attended during a less busy time and my young kids had a great time and wore themselves out. It is pricey but for us it was worth the price to get the kids some exercise on a cold, wet day.

My son went here with his friends last summer and loved it. We tried twice this past weekend. Saturday was so full we couldn't get in. Sunday we got there after it opened and it wasn't as crowded, but filled up quickly. My son said there were too many little kids on bounce houses for big kids. Also, don't get there pretzels as they are gross. I can't think of something to compare it to. A little sweet with a card board consistency.

I really liked this places up until my daughter got really really really sick after playing here.. now I get it, it's the parents responsibility to be making sure their hands stay clean and such but I feel like they should be doing a better job at sanitizing, even if it's just spraying the place down every night with a cleaner

We always enjoy our time here. A little bummed they got rid of the parents area. Instead they added in more arcade type games for my kids to harass me about money for. My grandson loves the slides and playing the games like ski ball and basketball. The discounted passes are great when you go so often. The staff is great! They have gone out of their way to help make our trips special including my grandson's birthday. They have socks (with the slip resistant bottom) for purchase at the front counter. The bathroom has a changing table and a "stool" at the sink for the children to be able to reach to wash their own hands.

Had another Birthday Party here and once again the party was tended to by a great Party Host! The staff at Monkey Joe's are so good with the kids and truly on top of ensuring that all is taken care of. This makes it so more less stressful, not to mention that the Jump Houses let the kids wear themselves out by the end of the party. Took our 3 year old on a rainy day and he had a blast. It seemed very clean and well maintained and I was surprised that it was under 10 dollars for unlimited play. They also had a good assortment of food and snacks for a reasonable price. I was very impressed.
