Great place to take kids up to 12 years old. Fun there for adults as well! Massage chairs are cheap to use and nice! Prices are fair, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Clean atmosphere and good gaming area with neat games and prizes for the tickets you win. Great experience and will definitely be back!
This place is super clean. We had a private party and everything went well. The kids had fun highly recommended.
The places for toddler save and fun . My son loves this place and celebrated his second birthday with them. They are organized and very friendly.
A great indoor place to bring your little ones. Clean with multiple bounce houses and reasonably priced arcade games and prizes. We went on a fairly busy day and were greeted by Julia, the only employee working. throughout the hours we were there, despite dozens upon dozens of families coming, in she kept her cool and was personable and professional with every person I saw her interact with.
Overall the experience was great. We attended a birthday party, there was pizza, game cards and lots of bouncing. The prizes aren't great but the kids are there to bounce, not play games. The only reason I went with three stars was because it seems like they have less bounce things than the last time we were there. The kids all had fun.
I bring my son here occasionally and today we came since it was a rainy day. I just want to start out by saying there was only one staff member in the whole place, Amber. She was awesome and very patient with the kids who arrived and was waiting for food. Props to her for running the whole place herself even coming out with cleaning supplies in between. But the reason for my 4 star instead of a 5 star is there is less bounce houses now. With how packed this place gets especially on weekends, them additional
Entertaining play area for children 12 and under. About six or seven large inflatables and about the same amount of game machines. Toys available for purchase with tickets won from games. Snacks and drinks for sale as well. Space can be rented for parties. Friendly staff.
This place is amazing in all but they do not allow out side food inside because they want you to buy their food like their was 1 fruit cup for a dollar and like that is not all they don't allow you to go out side of the place with out re paying like what if you need to eat lunch like me and my friend and her cousin hade to do like just give us something to go back in to the place with or at least let us bring food in or lower your prices
My son & I absolutely love this place, from the staff are the sweetest to the games to everything overall especially it being safe knowing my son will know where to find me if I decide to sit on the massage chairs it's awesome. My son always loves it & comes home exhausted right to bed!! 10 stars for them !!
Had a blast. My granddaughter celebrated her 2nd birthday there. Some of our party was running late and they graciously extended our time. Hats off to the great staff and manager there.
We had our daughter's 5th birthday party here yesterday. Customer service was great throughout the process. Our host Kayleigh was exceptional - timely, courteous and friendly - I recommend having a party here based on our experience.
The children liked it. The party room is noisy. The blower for the in room inflatable chair sounds like a 747 taxiing on the runway. Earplugs are recommended.
Always a great place to take my kids when I want them to get rid of their energy! They have 5 large bounce houses limited by ages, a small arcade areas, concession stand with lots of drink and food options and private rooms for birthday parties and special occasions. I had 3 birthday parties for my son there until he outgrew it. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They are very Covid considerate, they don't force your children to wear the mask but if you are an adult walking through the facility
This place is overpriced for what they have to offer. I brought my daughter to play and they have one available jumphouse for 3 and under. It still is not worth the $10.99 you pay just to sit and watch your kid run in circles. I can do that at home. They advertise it as fun for all ages but unless your child can climb, and go freely on their own and like big slides I strongly do not recommend. I also ordered a hotdog and a slice of pizza for $5 and the pizza was a frisbee and cold. The only fun thing was th
This is not for older kids. My grandson is 6 and had only like 2 or 3 places to jump and had only a few games.. If you have 2-5 year olds, this is perfect place to get out winter energy.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. ?Designated toddler space? is 2 bounces with a taped ?3 and under? sign. 0 supervision from parents. We took our newly 1 year old, solely because of the toddler area advertised. We lasted maybe 20 mins of big kids running into the little kid space and bouncing in my baby?s face! They had 2 birthday parties going on so the staff were busy tending to them. The place was FILTHY, food pieces, French fries, and pizza crust in the bounce. I wouldn't even take a big kid there, disgusting. E
My kid had been asking to go back to Monkey Joes (MJ) ever since the last time she went. I can see why she loved it so much. It's a great place for kids to jump all over the bouncehouses. There is also a small arcade with prizes to win. When we were there one kid noted that a bouncy house was replaced with a different one. I read some of the old reviews and it was nice to see how the owners of MJ's have tried to improve it. Example: I noticed a few reviewers said that the bouncy houses were slippery. Now t
This is a great choice of activity for the kids ANY day of the week. Monkey Joes is affordable, offers healthy active playing for children and has other amenities including arcade games with ticket winning prizes, private party rooms, and a snack bar.
I am responding to Amanda G review. Great review Amanda! Julia is the best! She is on top of it all. Always kind and courteous. What a gem!
Great place for 12 and under kids to burn off energy. Very affordable. Just watch your kids some parents are to busy on their phones and sitting at tables. They also have food and drinks too.
I'm not sure where to even begin. I am giving this place a 1 star, from the minute I walked in you had walk-ins signing up for themselves, the place was ridiculously packed and wild. Please DO NOT come here if you have toddlers - other savage ass kids will run them right over and parents and staff are in their own little world not enforcing the signs that clearly stated certain ages for the bouncy houses- so many people on top of each other sitting at small tables , why book so many people if kids or people
Great place to get the kids energy burned out! It's a lot sensory wise so I could do without the music on top of the screaming if I had a say.
A great place where kids can jump, slide and climb on inflatables.
Great place for the kids to run around in. The only drawback is four birthday parties at the same time. But it was a Saturday scheduling had to take place.
Good price and great for toddlers. They have dedicated 3 & under spaces for little ones. Only issue is that they don't enforce it and the older kids come into those designated spaces. I recommend that employees check every once in a while to see if big kids are in the designated littles area. It can be a little daunting and scary for kids just learning to walk to be rampaged at by bigger kids. If that doesn't bother you though, it's great! The slides have inflatables are big and safe. Lots of unique open s
Looks like a fun place for older kids. My toddler would love this place, if she was able to jump without older kids coming into the "3 and younger" area and making it impossible for her. Unfortunately the 3 and under sections aren't enforced, and parents with "older kids" don't watch their kids.
My kids always have a blast when we're here, but only for short spurts. Overpriced for what you receive - including the food, drinks and desserts. There are water fountains but you're not supposed to bring in your own food or drinks. The blowups look like they're never cleaned and are starting to fall apart. Manager/owner(?) talks to adults like they're children and is snobby. You need to wait for someone to take your wristband off before you leave the building, and if there's no one there (or they're help
Our 2 year old daughter loves this place. However, they have two sections designated for 3 and under, but they don't enforce it at all. It's very dangerous for little kids and only a matter of time before a toddler is seriously hurt by a kid much older than 3 playing in a 3 and under section. It's very frustrating. Monkey Joes should either enforce the rule better or hire older people who aren't afraid to speak up when they see kids too old playing in 3 and under areas.
Awesome place to tire the kids out. Lots of fun for them and the whole family. Weekdays are great because it is not packed. Weekends are a madhouse. Pizza prices are fine and entry is around 7$. Very worth it, kids will love it.
The entire place smells like stinky shoes/feet...maybe it's in the carpet? I have been to a couple play places and none have ever smelled that bad... I also overheard a conversation between employees after an employee told a lady to not bring food, she was informed it was because of a food allergy.... The one employee came and told the other employee the reason, and the employee stated pretty loudly "just you watch, they don't have allergies and they are going to be eating an entire feast out of that bag.
We had made a trip to Monkey Joes back in March and my son had the best time, however, today was a completely different story. There were a group of kids whose parents were tucked off in the corner chatting and were not supervising at all. These kids were screaming at the top of their lungs and running over younger children. We retreated the to 3 year old and under area for a calmer environment and the children ran in their and knocked over my 16 month old son and shoved my other son. The employees did noth
We were here on a Sunday afternoon and it was empty. At 1pm there were 3 total families and by 3pm maybe 10. It was clean and child had fun. I only gave 4 stars bc the arcade area was a huge rip off, games weren't working, and it was small to begin with.
From a parent point of view; disorganized, and chaotic, but my biggest gripe was the strong bad odor from the floor carpets. They should spend more time cleaning it or use something more hygienic
Had my grandsons bday party there. Everything and everyone was very nice. He had a great time. I'd like to thank them... THANK U!..
Cost effective and fun for kids. Can be a little overwhelming for younger kids or any children with neurodivergent symptoms. Weekends usually have more/older children so be prepared to be on the look out to make sure your little one is safe. Staff is usually pretty good at enforcing rules and restrictions.
Monkey Joe's is the place to be when your a toddler so much fun jammed into 1 cool kid friendly spot.. deff a Must Do!! For the kiddos
Says for kids 12 and under only. There really wasn't anything for 1 and under more suited for their age. But I get the bounce houses.
nice inexpensive place to take your child/kids . my toddler won't stop talking about Monkey Joe?s !!!
My kids always enjoy their time here. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase, but I saw an employee with his finger in his nose. This makes me hesitant to go back because hand hygiene is absolutely necessary when preparing food for customers. I didn't see this until after we had eaten our food. Outside of this, I would give about a 4.5 star rating. Side note: I did fall under the weather shortly after this. I can't say it's because of lack of hand hygiene for sure, but it certainly doesn't help the c
My kids love this place. Kids need to be 12 and under to play. They have a small arcade area and a place to buy some food. Your fee to play is for an indefinite time period.
We had a birthday party for our 7year old daughter! She had a blast with 14 friends. Parents you can not go wrong here. The kids run around have fun, the staff does everything from start to finish and you pay the bill at the end. Easiest most fun party ever! Most important our daughter just loved it!
Very friendly staff and the kids had a great time!
It was so crowded my grandson didn't want to go any further than the door lol
Fantastic, clean area for kids to have a great time. Enough games and prizes. Reasonable prices too! We had a blast here, the children were 5 and 7. There was plenty for both of them and younger kids to do as well. Enough table and chairs for parents to sit and still watch there kids.
I have attended several birthday parties for my nieces and nephews at this establishment, and they thoroughly enjoy it. The facility features a sizable indoor bounce house with various sections for children to jump around in. Additionally, there is an area with a few slides. An arcade area is also available for the children's entertainment. I would recommend this location for children under the age of 10 or 11, as it is more suitable for younger children. A concession stand offers food, beverages, and snack
Such a great time for a two year old. She jumped around with her father for a good bit. Visiting most of the bounce houses available. We didn't get a chance to utilize the arcade section since we came pretty late. So we'll definitely be back!
Great place for kids to expel all that energy. You want your kids to sleep good tonight? Take them here!
It sucks to give this review because my boys absolutely love it here. I would go during the week when no one is there and let them just run and play for hours but it never fails every time I bring my kid, I've been here 3 times they become very sick. I never see anyone sanitizing the bouncy houses. My 1 year old was very sick after the third time here and ending up with bronchitis.
My son loves it here and always have a blast, but unfortunately I don't think we will be coming anymore. The last 5 times I took him here he is sick within 2-3 days after, even when using their provided hand sanitizing stations during playing. I never see anyone cleaning while there and believe they could do a better job with the cleaning part... I took him to other places like Get Air and Where Wild Things Play and this did not happen there only when we come here...
Wife goes all the time with grandson, so decided to join them,it was a neat little place, grandson loves it and I had fun following him around, needs some updating, normal food items pizza, fries ,water soda
Fun place to take the kids! You dont need very long before the kids wear out, and it's crazy cheap!
Great place for young children to burn some energy ??
This place is amazing!!! AH??MAY??ZING?? My two year old son had a BLAST. It's super fun and super affordable!
Just a heads up, Camp Hill location does not have a toddler area. The photos have since been taken off of the specific building's site, however, the main site does not mention "only available at some locations", so you would assume it's any location.. They'll tell you that there's a 3 and under jump area, but if you brought your baby who can only crawl and pull to stand, it's just not safe for them. I was able to get a refund, but was a waste of a drive, as we do not live in town. I will say that it looked
The walkways were small to get into the play area for the bounce houses. Being that people were running by and nearly hitting people. But it was a fun time that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Getting to jump around to the "arcade-ish" games there. The staff was friendly to help out making sure anything needed the took care of it for us.
This place is amazing if you need a place for you child to run and play. It has a good variety of jump houses and a small selection of arcade games with small prizes. Its very clean and the employees are super friendly. They got a few new jumpers that my toddler can't stop telling people about. This is his favorite play place around the area. Thank you for giving my child a safe place to run and play indoors.
Beware of this establishment if you have pre schoolers or timid/smaller elementary kids. The facility itself is good, but it was overcrowded this Saturday. Do they limit the number of kids that can come in? Not one of the houses had a staff member monitoring how many kids were in each house or monitoring poor behavior of very aggressive older kids. This set up for an unsafe environment. There were clear limits written on the # of kids that were to be in each house, but there is no way the kids, or even a g
Fun and clean place! The prices are super reasonable. $8.99 per child for unlimited play is really affordable and a great option for a rainy day. The pizza is pretty good, too! Only 4 stars though because the chairs are a really weird design? My 2.5 year old went to get off the chair and there is a a notch that sticks out that left a gash on his groin.
I don't remember if this is the one I went to when I was 4 but it's worth a shot. I remembered this place when I was little to be the most amazing place I have ever gone to. Now since I'm older looking at this place brings back memories from my childhood.
I like this place. Sometimes its a little too crazy. They have 2 bouncy houses for 3 and under, but they don't police them. So BIG kids get in them and it becomes unsafe. I started taking my LO to sky zone, they have designated toddler times. But I do like the facility, and once my daughter gets a little bigger plan to go back again. The little game section there is awesome, its half the reason we like it. The staff is awesome too, very polite.
Had a blast! Was there for a birthday party. The workers were very nice and helpful. Gave the kids their requested drinks, pizza, cake and the bounce houses were real big and all the kids seemed to have a blast. A bit noisy but it would be with all the air keeping the bounce areas inflated and the kids running around.
My grandkids absolutely love this place!!! It's a GREAT WAY TO GET THAT EXTRA ENERGY OUT OF THEM!! Highly recommend!! Lots of fun for kids!!!
Over rated. My grandson is 1 1/2 yrs old. In the 3 & under play areas should only be 3&under. There were big kids running through the 3&under areas knocking the little kids down. No one is supervising that area so the little ones were getting hurt. I paid $10 for him to have fun for 1 hr. That's all I could stand of him being bounced around and knocked down from the larger kids. I will not be back.
We had a great party, and our servers were wonderful! The pizza was from pizza hut, which was unclear in the order process. I was thrown off when they said (15 minutes after lunch was expected) that they would be "20 minutes late". So my party person redirected and asked if we could do cake and then pizza. So we did, and it was fine. Eventually the pizza came, and some kids ate while mine opened his gifts. He hardly ate a bit, but they actually comped the pizza and didn't charge since it came so late. I w
First time visiting this place. It was totally clean and my kids enjoyed a lot. Friendly staffs.
What can I say too many parents want to just sit and have the kids run rogue. Management doesn't seem to care when I left the place they never matched up kids, you could have kidnapped a child here. Needs more adult management
My kids thoroughly enjoy Monkey Joe's. We have had both my kids birthday parties there within the last 4 months, and I have no complaints. When there was an issue with other kids, the staff was quick to assist and correct the issue(s), including removing some bigger children bullying others. At both birthday parties the associate was amazing and took care of everything. That helped so much so that I could chase around my kids and actually talk to my guests. Also, they give discounts for teachers, and emerge
Great place and concept! My children and their friend enjoyed it greatly. Poor supervision from staff but it's a parent's job in the end, not there's! The staff were extremely helpful! I had an issue with a machine that didn't add tickets to my card and they rectified it. Make sure you bring socks or you'll have to purchase a pair from them for $3.99 or so.
So my daughter and i just left unhappy. We were trying to find a table to eat. However, on the tables, there were coats and shoes and belongings left on the tables so no one could eat at any of the tables. All of the tables were like this. I rated the place 3 stars because my daughter and I had fun. We were treated nice but when I told one of the employees about the upsetting situation. She said she's not going to tell anyone to just move their things. It's not like that. What I'm upset about is there shoul
Three years old is definitely the sweet spot here at Monkey Joe's. There are a few bounce houses just for 3 and below, but all houses are adequate for that age to crawl around and have fun in. A decent portion of the houses are parent friendly so you can hover or coach to your hearts content. The games section was nice. It had modern adaptions of most of the classics, a lot of assortment. The price was steep. They have a credit card style system where you buy credits and swipe the card at the mach
My kids love this place (5 yo & 2yo). It's as clean as I could ever imagine a place like this and there is ample seating for adults. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes there are older kids that completely dominate the place and turn it into a wrestling ring and there aren't enough staff to stop it. Otherwise it's a lot of fun.
This place is great on a rainy day. They have a bunch of bouncy houses for different ages. But the best thing is how clean it was. I was shocked. They take really good care of this place. My niece was 3 and she loved it. Everytime she visits she wants to go. My nephew was 1 and a half and was a little nervous at first but he went in a few times. They also have a few carnival games and arcade games. They food was fine. It's a really great place.
We love coming here with our daughter! You can't beat the price, especially since it is a one time fee for unlimited hours. The last time we were here a child threw up outside of one of the inflatables and it was cleaned up discretely and promptly. We have never had a bad experience with the staff or the property.
Great place for the kids especially the little ones. Indoor, Safe, Budget-friendly, And they have a concession stand. Less than 20 bucks it's a great idea especially for a rainy day!
First time my son and I have ever been here and it was a very fun and active experience. The employees were very nice and the manager was awesome. I believe her name was Shayne? We spent a good 3 hours here and my son did not want to leave. As soon as we got home, he said he wanted to go back! We will definitely be back!
It's fun for the kids and pretty cheap considering the cost of everything nowadays. They offer party rooms and have a small game area. It's perfect for those rainy days or cold winter months.
Great indoor play area for kids of all ages. We absolutely loved our experience. I would note that coming during "peak" hours may make the experience not as enjoyable. We attended during a less busy time and my young kids had a great time and wore themselves out. It is pricey but for us it was worth the price to get the kids some exercise on a cold, wet day.
My son went here with his friends last summer and loved it. We tried twice this past weekend. Saturday was so full we couldn't get in. Sunday we got there after it opened and it wasn't as crowded, but filled up quickly. My son said there were too many little kids on bounce houses for big kids. Also, don't get there pretzels as they are gross. I can't think of something to compare it to. A little sweet with a card board consistency.
I took my two year old granddaughter, she had the best time ever! It was on a week day and it was not crowded. I will definitely go back. The look on her face when she was going down the slide was everything! Take your kids let them play it out! Well worth it!!!
I really liked this places up until my daughter got really really really sick after playing here.. now I get it, it's the parents responsibility to be making sure their hands stay clean and such but I feel like they should be doing a better job at sanitizing, even if it's just spraying the place down every night with a cleaner
We always enjoy our time here. A little bummed they got rid of the parents area. Instead they added in more arcade type games for my kids to harass me about money for. I definitely liked it more when those were not there. I do like that I can see them making effort to keep the bounce houses clean. The staff has always been really friendly.
Just took our soon to be two year old here for the first time. I have to say, the facility was in very good shape for a place that sees a bunch of young ones running all over! Inflatables were in good condition, with the expected signs of wear from daily use. The place was clean and orderly, and even the restrooms were well maintained. My only critiques would be to more closely watch what older children are doing (many took to climbing areas they shouldn't be, and then jumping from heights to launch their f
Great place to play for ages 2-12! It's a regular for us with 2 toddlers.
Would prefer slip resistant socks. More staffing
My grandson loves the slides and playing the games like ski ball and basketball. The discounted passes are great when you go so often. The staff is great! They have gone out of their way to help make our trips special including my grandson's birthday. They have socks (with the slip resistant bottom) for purchase at the front counter. The bathroom has a changing table and a "stool" at the sink for the children to be able to reach to wash their own hands.
Perfect place for my toddler to run around and have fun independently!
Had another Birthday Party here and once again the party was tended to by a great Party Host! The staff at Monkey Joe's are so good with the kids and truly on top of ensuring that all is taken care of. This makes it so more less stressful, not to mention that the Jump Houses let the kids wear themselves out by the end of the party. We highly recommend this place for great family fun and for Birthday Parties. The staff is beyond great!
Took our 3 year old on a rainy day and he had a blast. It seemed very clean and well maintained and I was surprised that it was under 10 dollars for unlimited play. They also had a good assortment of food and snacks for a reasonable price. I was very impressed.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
