We recently had our daughter's birthday party at Monkey Joe's at Sterling VA. We have done our son's party previously here and this time also it was great experience. The kids enjoyed playing there in the trampolines and slides. Even the elder kids enjoyed and had a lot of fun, which was a surprise to us. The party host Murrisa was one of the best. She always had a smile on her face and helped us with everything we asked for. We just had to get the cake and water bottles, rest everything was provided there.

Great place for toddlers and little kids. They have lots of play areas and bounce houses where they can play and not worry about the bigger kids knocking them over. My daughter loves this place. We visited there again. Great fun and many things to do. I would like to see more employees overseeing their bounce houses. Some of the kid were breaking the rules and risky safety for other kids. I know the parents seem to let their children run wild. So, please have more employees monitor each bounce house better.

Monkey Joe?s is a fun indoor play center with bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses. There's a separate toddler area and seating for parents. It can get busy on weekends, but it's a good spot for active play and birthday parties.

Great fun! Though I think it's better for older kids. The litteler ones like 3 and under have a designates area, but became board fast and they don't like the adults getting in the larger inflatable slides so helping the you get ones through those was very difficult. Started with being charged on a Tuesday for 5+ yrs old because my hb said my daughter will be 5 in January, however she is still 4 till then. It's not the 5$ but just the principle, she should have been charged for 4 yrs old still. Next. They require you to take off ur shoes, I get it, but the carpet is filthy for this requirement !!!! The toddler area needs to have a gate and an employee at the entrance. My 9 month old is starting to climb, so I brought him specifically to play at Monkey Joe?s toddler area (ages 3 and under). The orocess was simple to book, there were a couple of check-ins leading up to the day of the event, and the day of went off seamlessly. Took my son here for the first time, it was awesome! Like any 7 year old, he loves to jump, run, bounce and play on furniture, so, instead of his aunt's couch, the bouncy houses are perfect! There are also arcade games to alternate between the jumping and that. They serve food and shakes as well. There are plenty of places for adults to sit so they can watch their kids and not have to worry about looking after them in different sections the whole time. Will definitely be back!

Negative experience here with booking a birthday party. I selected a 1230pm party, I was not allowed to arrive till 1225 at earliest. I had to wait in the vestibule till they were ready for me. I have held two birthday parties here, the facility is good for a variety of age groups and the kids love it. The food is pricey, so pay attention when you add from the menu but the entire event is set up/served/cleaned by the staff. The GM (Karen Usiak) checked in a few times and was genuinely concerned with ensuring the event was going well. Overall the place is great for an easy birthday party.

This is an awesome place for kids to play, even during these crazy times. The mgr is very friendly and engaging, making sure everyone has what they need/want and that the kids are ok. My daughter absolutely loves this place and even though she is nearly a year, there is a lot for her to enjoy. Great place for her to practice some developmental milestones while having fun.
