Absolutely loved this place! The vibes were so cute and the staff so friendly. Greeted with smiles when we walked in. There were many claw machines to choose from and so many plushy/collectible options. Tony went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Will definitely come back in the future.

My friends and I have come a couple of times before but today was extra special as Cathy was a super sweet help! She was super friendly and explained how to play the games, while also being attentive to whatever we needed. Cathy is such a gem, definitely will recommend this place to anyone I know! <3

Mirai was wonderful! So many options of machines and prizes! Loved the traditional feel of this Gatchapon place and happy another one opened up where I didn't have to go into a mall to enjoy it with my son. Also Ella was an amazing host!!

The employees are genuinely so nice. I was worried there would be a line but there was none! No machines had waits either. Staff would give out free plays and demonstrate occasionally. The prices are not bad either! I won every small claw machines after at most two tries. And the shop was well stocked with good prices too!! Highly recommend, so happy to see a place like this run by genuinely great people who are happy to be there and happy to help.

Doan was super helpful with me and my wife! We were able to obtain the black card super quickly with her help and advice. We absolutely love this spot and always come every other weekend. My experience at this location was not great unfortunately. We paid $10 for 24 credits which was enough to do 'one' claw grab and lose. After that there was 'insufficient' funds for 'every' other game in the entire building. I will say the machines are pretty and the prizes seem very cool, however, I have been to several gatcha games abroad and this experience is not quite the same. The place was cute everyone was very nice but I won't be returning there was a family in front of me playing one of the claw machines trying to win a labubu and they tried a couple times and won then the next person played and won when it was my turn they told me I couldn't play because too many people have won labubus recently so I have to wait but they wouldn't tell me how long. So I drove 40min for nothing couldn't play the one machine I wanted to play and a lot of the claw machines were empty. Again eve

Everyone was super kind, very helpful with setting games if it fell too close to the glass, and it was heart warming seeing them hype up the little ones. So fun! Went to both the soft opening and grand opening and was able to get a bunch of sonny angel?s they have for purchase & in the games! The place was organized, clean, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful with any and all questions. An employee even gave me a free play & did rock/paper/scissors with me for the plushie from seeing me struggle on a machine so much! The grand opening was super organized and they are communicative about restocks when necessary.

Went for the first time today. Got 80 credits and was able to win myself a prize. All of the workers (especially AJ) were super helpful and around to answer any questions.
