Our daughter had previously came here with her aunt and said how good it was, so we decided we needed to try it out for ourselves. I'm going to be honest, with the amount of commercials/advertising they do, and specials that they have, I felt that they were compensating for something and wasn't going to be that good. I was wrong? First the size of the building is crazy big with seating! The menu is crazy big with options! The specials are crazy big! We orders the poutine as an appetizer. The fries are
The game room is super fun for the kiddos. Unfortunately when we checked in we had a wait to get a table even though pleanty of seating was available. Once we sat it became obvious that they were short staffed for waitresses. Ours was running all over doing her very best. The food would likely be very good if it had been more than luke warm. Chicken tenders, fries and burger all seemed like it had been sitting out and got cold. The cheesey garlic bread was hot. I imagine they forgot this for the order and m
Great food. I went here exclusively for the games the last time I was here and was pleasantly surprised trying the food for the first time. I came on a Thursday and got an extra pizza for free with the Thursday deal. Ashleigh was a great server and was really cool and awesome.
The Mineshaft in Oshkosh is most definitely an awesome place to add to your dining needs. The menu offers many choices at all different price points. The huge benefit is they do offer great food at an affordable price. What is nice about the Oshkosh location is the handicap accessibility vs the Hartford location. My dad gets around with a medical scooter and he can literally go from the parking lot to the table with no issues. This visit I went with two pancakes and two eggs and bacon. Every item has an aw
We love it there! I would recommend it anytime! The food was great, and the arcade was so much fun for the whole family!
This place is awesome. A little disappointed by the hour+ wait for a table, but after getting in I see why. This place is great. It's huge. Massive bar. TVs all over. We had plenty of time to enjoy the giant arcade area. Fish fry was excellent. And I can't say enough on how clean it was for a place this giant. There were people moving about picking up any little bits of anything on the floors and cleaning all surfaces. They were decorated for Halloween and that was really cool too. My kid and I b
Breakfast is always good and reasonably priced. I get Jodi E. for a server a lot and she goes above and beyond. This is my favorite place for breakfast! I often get my sausage and eggs in minutes (which is about as much time as it takes me to finish my plates (as illustrated)
Great meal. Great friendly fast service. It was our anniversary and our initial plans fell through. Honestly ended up a great meal.
Eight of us had a reserved table ready and waiting for us, even though it was mid-day Sunday and quite busy. Our server, Ashly, was attentive, quick, and very pleasant. The ordered food was served in a timely fashion, and the brunch was extensive and all was fresh and tasty. It was priced right and we all had a wonderful family reunion, thanks to your facility and help. We are very likely to bring another group here for an Easter brunch. Thank you?..
Stopped by this place for some wings and fries. Had the hot garlic, which wasn't that hot but still good, and good size wings. The place is pretty big and they babe a game room attached. Prices were really reasonable and my server Justin was pretty attentive and polite. Great place for a family for sure. And a nice size bar. I also seen some party rooms in the back that looked great for gatherings for family or work get togethers...
We were here for a school event. The arcade was a lot of fun for adults and children alike. So many games to choose from and good old fashioned fair games as well like. Tokens were decently priced though like with all arcades you need a million tickets to get anything decent out of the shop. It was really more about the fun than the winnings here. We enjoyed a pizza buffet for the event. Food was fresh and delicious. The cleanup crew was on top of things and keeping tables clean and not allowing trash/dishe
Can't beat the fish fry here! Plenty of parking and seating, even on a Friday night. It was a first visit for me. Ordered drinks at the bar, and our table was ready before the drinks were! Dinner was excellent. I'll definitely be back.
I went for my first time and it turned out to be Prime Rib night, love me some Prime Rib. Get seated and my waiter takes my order, I asked for no bread, he said OK. Get my soup, broccoli cheese bacon, pretty good, but not hot, OK. My dinner comes minutes later, with bread (do they reuse it) and my meat is barely warm. My waiter very nicely takes it back, gets it heated, but when it comes back, fries are cold. I give up.
We came here for a birthday dinner. Initially, we had to wait a while to be seated which was fine as it was a Saturday and very busy. Once we were seated, the problems started. We initially had a female server who asked us twice within a few minutes if we were ready to order which we were not. After the second time she asked, she never came back. She had taken our drink orders and those never came. After about 40m of sitting and waiting, a new server approached us and introduced himself as Adam P. and asked
Is this place for real!??? We are so thrilled this restaurant was recommended to us by HGI! The food was mouth watering. I mean who even remembers the last time they had delicious coleslaw in a restaurant!? And their fried haddock was so fresh, not that leftover oil taste from so many locations. Amazing fries. It was Wednesday & we thought we read the menu wrong - All You Can Eat Haddock $6.99. Seriously!??? Then top it off with homemade desserts. Two for one? But you know what made it the best? Our lovely
Great price for the buffet. My family and I enjoyed the Mexican buffet. Birria tacos were amazing. ?? Our waitress was kind and patient, as we didn't know exactly what we wanted. I tried a slice of pizza, it was so delicious. ?? I gave my nephew some money to play in the arcade room. We will be going back. We are already planning on it.
Ordered two pizzas with no cheese, as always due to dairy allergies. Usually go to Hartford, which we love, but chose Oshkosh today - this is what we got!!! They were so burnt and dry but the kids would not complain. They looked like they were a week old. ???? I was also there about 2 months ago, ordered the prime rib rare- what I got was a RAW chunk of meat that in no way resembled a slice of prime rib?? Took that home and tossed into the trash can. ?? Guess we will stick to Hartford where this has
It's hard to be too critical on this restaurant because they have some of the best deal prices you can find. All you can eat fish fry and Mexican buffet are our favorites. The issue I've had is I've been three times now, and from greeters to the servers the service is always very lacking. Usually seems impossible to get refills and friendliness just isn't there. Which is sad because the restaurant does so many things right which is why I still give a 4 star. It's hard to fully complain when you can get full
Great place to gather with a group. Very clean and extremely friendly. Food was awesome. Delivered hot to the table. Our drinks were always replenished. We will visit again for sure.
Seating was very quick. We waited about 5 minutes for the waitress to show up. Once the waitress came to our table, she was very efficient. My wife and I both got make your own omelet, and they were huge and very good. Prices are great for the amount of food that you get.
Super kid friendly in the game zone area. It can get chaotic and cramped on busy days. That is due to be expected. Overall a great place to take the kids even if you're not dining out at all.
Cannot say enough about the experience here. This place is worth a drive. Second visit and both times were memorable. Food quality is GREAT and arcade area is so much fun!! Came in a weekday and a Sunday. They have daily food specials: Sunday- brunch. Monday- Buy1 pizza/ Get1 free. Etc.. Celebrated a 7th birthday today and got pizzas and cheese curds (which are half eaten in the photo) . All DELICIOUS!!! MY GOODNESS. I will be ordering the medium pepperoni pizza again. The fresh crust taste and delic
We were seated at a table with the light that was hanging over the table out. When we pointed out the light we were told, "everything is broke around here." Our waters were served to us in crappy plastic cups. My meal was, OK. My friends meal was bland and flavorless. The waitress was really nice and attentive, she even got some money taken off the bill because of the bland meal. I then went to the lady's restroom and found the hostess and a man in the lady's restroom. I was a little freaked out. But when h
I went for lunch with friends today(3/22/25) I ordered the Miner's Meltdown burger. Wanted no pink...there was pink! AND the burger was so heavily seasoned with black pepper, not to mention the bottom of the bun was soggy. I ate it with a fork! We were all thinking that the food was ready just not delivered in a timely manner. Wasn't exactly hot.Why didn't I contact waitress about this? Barely saw her. She got our drinks, took our order, and saw nothing of her until it was time to pay. And for as long as it
Visited for a baby shower. This place is HUGE! The game room is like a mini casino for little and big kids. I sadly didn't play any games but will be back to check it out when I have more time. Private party rooms were very nice.
Second time my wife and I have been here. Also the second time we've waited nearly an hour to get our food. The second time was recent, and the wait for our food was more like 40 minutes, to be fair. We watched 3 tables get seated after us and also get their food kind of long before us. It was probably a kitchen shortage and just disorganization, I suppose. But it was Memorial Day and the place was nearly empty, so I don't understand it. I ordered the sirloin steak, medium. The outside was burned and the
Delicious food, awesome customer service, and beautiful atmosphere! Came here to visit Family and came here for dinner. So happy we did ! Definitely will come back!
This is a huge place! We went there with my daughter?s softball team and families. They were able to accommodate us all sitting together. There is a ton of different selections of food on the menu from burgers to Mexican and Italian dishes as well. It was an overall great experience. It would have been better if they had given our group another server. I felt bad that she had to do so many people alone. She did as well as can be expected for that many people.
On a Friday during lunch 2 of us were sat immediately. Where we were seated in the dining room, we could see the game room but not hear it. It did take a bit longer than usual to have our waitress come greet us, but it was busy and she was very apologetic. The options are endless, service is quick, and food is delicious!
The Mineshaft team is amazing. Every Monday they cook Pizzas for my work and I we love there buy one get one deal. Mary Beth in the Bakery is also amazing she creates amazing cakes and donuts. The game room is a fun place to let loose and enjoy some games. Thank you Mineshaft team for everything you do for the community here in Oshkosh!
Sophia & the entire staff did an awesome job at staying on top of our food & drinks. We did a Friday fish fry. There was a quite a long wait. I would recommend making reservations. But, the atmosphere at the bar kept us well entertained until our table came available. We'll be back!! That's a guarantee!!
Mineshaft Restaurant is a very nice place where you can get Breakfast, lunch or dinner during the days of the week,on weekends .. Saturday and Sunday they're have brunch buffet. The price is very fai comparedare with other restaurants close to there. The service was fantastic , the food was great . On the other side of the restaurant, they have Arcade games for kids and also grown up Kids. We enjoy our time in Mineshaft Restaurant for sure we will come back. This place has a gorgeous wood wall. If you stop
Went for dinner on March 27th 2025 around 4:30 with my mom(who has a walker) and a friend. The hostess walked to the table fast and it made it hard for my mom to navigate with her walker. I found that very rude! Our server was good. The 2 pizzas we got, sausage and a chicken had way too much doughy crust. Was about a 40-45 minute wait on food. Good portions but was not impressed with the quality of food or the host.
Stopped in for lunch and had the cornbeef special. Everything was tastey. Waitress was friendly and professional
In and out on a Friday at 530 within 30 minutes for the ayce fish. Very flavorful. Only thing was the "lake perch" was NOT lake perch. It was way too big but it was good. Friendly bartenders? Will definitely go again
This is a great place to have your party's at. The cupcakes we got from the bakery were delicious. The pizza was good, and the staff are really friendly! I definitely recommend this place! Also the game room has alot of games that's are fun!
This restaurant is such a great choice for those who have picky eaters because there's an expansive selection of food. We enjoyed all of the food we ordered. Mozzarella Sticks are wrapped in a egg-roll style wrap and are twice the size of normal Mozzarella Sticks at comparable restaurants. The service was great and our server was always attentive and friendly. Will be back soon!
Overall, the bar is big, the game room is nice, but the food has never impressed me. I've had things ranging from the fish fry, pizza, burgers, and steak; sadly it's all just common fair and nothing really great. The only thing that was really good and worth it was the appetizer pretzel because it is huge, can feed an entire table, and was tasty.
This place is massive! Hugo was or waiters name... Super friendly and great service even with another party of FIFTY in it section... Hugo, your a rockstar! Food was really good quality and flavor. I had the Thai chili chicken sandwich... Delicious! Kids loved the arcade.
From the moment you walk in, the place has a very warm and comfortable feeling. It also has that sense of slightly upscale and a little bit of luxuriousness without going over the top. The bar area which is nice and clean and good to look at will also serve you food and you can eat at the bar.
I absolutely love this place and obviously for the children, this place is like a dream come true! We came here many times in the past, but as this particular time it was for my 9 year old Sons Birthday party. I think that as long as they are always changing and evolving with the caliber of games to keep everyone guessing and genuinely wanting to play and win. The service we received was fantastic and we never had to wait for anything. Their birthday specials are a great deal as with 10 guests it was only
We had dinner and played games in the arcade. My calzone was really good. The arcade area is huge! Lots of games to choose from. The amount of tickets needed for prizes is a bit ridiculous. But if you just want to have some fun playing games, the arcade is great. The bathroom has two accessible stalls. Unfortunately, both are at the end of a narrow path between stalls and sinks. Not easy to get through when busy. Also, only one of them can get a wheelchair in, and it is a tight fit. Other than that I was ab
Went Wednesday night for fish. New rule...if you order the fish you can not have a box to take you leftover fries and coleslaw with you. Dumbest thing ever. Those were my fries and coleslaw!! You took them in the back and dumped them. What a waste of food I said but I paid for them and the waiter said no you paid for the fish. The fries ,bread, and slaw are extras that you get but you can't take them with you! How stupid and unless you serve them again. What a waste of good food!
I did a pizza pick up order. Can't rate atmosphere but the pick up service was excellent. Very nice staff. Pizza was the best I've had anywhere in the Fox Valley area. I live about an hour away but I will make efforts to come here when I am in the area.
Food is almost always good here. There is sometimes a lack of decent service, especially during Sunday Brunch. Don't know if it's just do to low or new staff, but it really makes it hard to have a perfect experience.
It was the worst Mother's day brunch we have been to. Food selection was limited and sub par at best. As an example there was only one potato option and that was mashed potatoes. And maybe this seems harsh but we have had brunch here before that was miles better than this. Our server wasn't friendly in the least, almost like she didn't want to be there. I only speak for our server, her actions should only reflect on her. All this for $28.99 a plate. Mineshaft has gone downhill and unfortunately we will not
The food is good. Our server was very nice. I think his name was Kyle? They were fairly busy & there were only 2 servers but they were attentive. The game room is big & usually pretty clean. The games are fun & the kids love getting prizes. Don't waste your time on any of the claw machines because they just keep loosening the tension. Even the big ticket rolls are impossible to get. This is not a Mineshaft issue, unless they own & service their own machines, it's just a bummer. Overall it's always a good ex
Very impressed with this fairly new complex. My first time here, we had breakfast complete with a bloody mary. Portions were large, my omlette was good, service was very good, and atmosphere was really well put together. It was very apparent that a lot of money and thought was invested to provide exceptionally detailed articles throughout to match the restaurant's theme. The sides of potatoes were a bit bland, only reason for 4 stars on the food.
We ordered 3 perch and 2 haddock lunches for Teacher Appreciation week. The teachers said the food was delicious! Thank you for helping us celebrate our amazing teachers!
I had seen signs for the Mineshaft so on our way back from Westbend we decided to stop. The place is pretty cool on the inside. The game room is great for kids and reasonable compared to some. However the food is not good. Go elsewhere to eat. We were there on a Monday so it was buy 1 pizza get one free. Got a deluxe pan and a 2 topping pan. The pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. The crust was doughy the underneath was so wet that it was like eating a casserole. When I mentioned to waitress she did nothi
Who won on a Thursday for buy one get one free pizza for eight people two large pizzas fed us very well food is great service is great and the game room was a lot of fun
I never got any food, and they charged my wife and I $76!!! My wife and I just ate here for an Easter brunch. We have two boys aged 4 and 2. We came for the Easter buffet. Almost immediately after we were seated my 2 year old became impatient so I brought him to the arcade while my wife stayed at the table with our 4-year old. The buffet line was packed, so I wasn't about to wait 20 mins in line either. I return to the table 40 minutes later and find a bill for $76. Keep in mind I never ate anything and
I came here for fish on Friday night. Fish was decent and dindnt seem very busy for a Friday night. Took the kids into the game room for some fun half of the machines were either broken or had some sort of issue had to get about 7 refunds at the counter. Our server Tiffany wasn't very knowledgeable and had a rude tone when talking to us. She greeted us and told us her name and then asked "What do you want" not sure if she was joking or what. Not very professional. Prizes in the game room were iffy at best.
This restaurant is perfect for the whole family. There's a $2,000,000 Arcade room for the kids, a prize counter and amazing food. Other then booking a reservation, this restaurant has family written all over it. If a family member asked to eat here, say yes.
Waited a long time for a the bartender to get our drink order. But in the meantime time...5 staff filled glasses with ice and NEVER greeted us. Finally, ordered a drinking Poutine. Pouting was a JOKE!! It was cold and gross. Ordered pizza. Which was good but the service to get ANYTHING else. WOW....it was more of a social gathering for staff thena job. Hire friendly, observant employees.
As a long-time fan of the location in Hartford, I had to stop here with the family to check it out. The food is good, the service was wonderful, but the real star of the show is the game room. Absolutely massive and a huge selection of games. New games, classic games, all very well maintained and fun to play. If you find yourself in the area, definitely make a stop, grab a drink, and go play games!! The pizza is never disappointing, and the fish fry on Fridays is phenomenal.
The food is sub par. I was there for the breakfast buffet on Sunday. I wasn't a huge fan of the variety of food and the fact that they don't serve breakfast past 11am aside from the buffet on Sunday. The buffet had things like eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, ribs, mashed potatoes, turkey and gravy, assorted fruits and pastas which was a bit of a weird selection for me. The bakery in the bakery section was hard probably from sitting out all morning. We had a great time playing the arcade games though.
We had a great experience here. Pizza was very good and server did a great job. They seemed to have sufficient employees which is rare nowadays. Very warm and impressive architecture in the bar and dining area. My grandson loves the game room. All games were new and everything was functional!
My father took my husband, children, and I out for dinner here. The food was amazing. The kids had gluten free burgers that were delicious, my teen had tacos and loves them, my husband and I had the beef short ribs that were tender and so flavorful, and my dad had the parmesan chicken that he couldn't stop raving about. Now the service was top notch. Brooke was our server and she went above and beyond. She is incredibly friendly, and great with kids too! Such a treat to have a such a delightful server. I ho
I ordered the rib eye for the first time and it was so delicious and juicy and made to my liking. Will definitely order again. Delivery time wasn't bad either.
Donna Thursday evening was going to grab a pizza. We were seated upon arrival but no one acknowledged us for the next 20 minutes. No one served water. No one took orders, nothing. Ask at the front if it's normal not to be served for 20 minutes or acknowledged and they were shocked I said sorry you've lost us as a customer
The food tastes amazing. I had a mojito also, and it was very good. I highly recommend the burgers. My kids loved their food. Our waitress was very nice! The game room was great, had an amazing selection of games. My new favorite place!
Not only are the prices amazingly reasonable, the service is great no matter how big your party. Amelia was our one server for our group of 17 and she was great! Orders were accurate, Amelia was friendly and patient with our chatty-distracted group. Food portions are healthy and tasty. The gaming options are broad making it fun for kids and kids-at-heart. The items to choose from with your tickets are plentiful, nothing super special but compared to similar establishments they are better at Mineshaft.
Been there many times and always had great service and good food. My family and I enjoy Their all you can eat fish and taco buffet. The servers are attentive and friendly. My grandchildren enjoy the game room.
Pretzel was good but the cheese dip for it was not really something you could dip in. Pizza was pretty darn good. Games were fun. We had the copper room for a bday party. Service was very good and the space was comfortable.
We had the cod dinner special. The price is great Wednesday & Friday ($10). On average the food was good, main issue was the temperature, the fries were hot, fish was warm, and the tater tots slightly warm. If all was hot/fresher would have rated higher. Serving sizes were very good, Service was very fast and courteous. Facility is nicely furnished and in great condition.
Mineshaft is a great time. We had our daughters birthday party here, and the service and food was wonderful. The game room is really fun and entertaining for all ages. We have also come here on many other occasions, like mother's day and for my dad's birthday. Each time was pretty great. Only gripe is the Sunday buffet...I wish they executed the lines a bit better...like double items on each side of the serving tables so that there could be quicker flow
I might have just had the best fish I have ever eaten. All u can eat Haddock and Tator Tots at The Mineshaft in Oshkosh for $7.99. Wow!!! I'd recommend this to my most food snobby friends! Both were absolutely perfect and the service was great!!
This place was a welcomed surprise! We jad never been here before and were pleased to see how clean and vast this place was. Great place to enjoy dinner.
I can't speak for the other food as I have not sampled enough. This review is for the Tuesday Mexican buffet which is outstanding and you cannot beat the value of all you can choose from for$ 9.99.
Wonderful brunch. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They do have a large amount of people so there is some waiting especially for drinks. Other than that it was great.
Huge place with an enormous assortment of various games, and seating capacity seem to be around five or 600 people. On Friday we had to wait about 30 minutes and there doesn't appear to be a waiting area. So we just stood around. I guess the management hope you go in and play a few games while you're waiting but we were not interested in that. After being seated we had good service from Nolan who took our drink orders and then our dinner orders. Mac & cheese with broccoli and chicken was tasty although gri
Best Birthday Ever! Amy was so helpful and wonderful. We were camping at EAA air venture and I needed carrot cake to celebrate my dad?s birthday. I was able to walk there and pick up several huge carrot cake cupcakes and they were some of the best carrot cake we ever had. This place is a hidden gem. If I knew they had a takeout bakery as well as pizza, that would have made camping so much better. I'll be back!
Great place to dine in! And the special are great!... Besides the Mexican buffet. But the Haddock and the poor man's lobster Specials are the best! A cheap price But kindive bad becuase they took away the all you can eat but the normal special is still can get you full for sure!
We didn't eat this time, but the game room look clean and well maintained.
We had a group of 9 ladies out today, enjoying some girl time! Great place to go to let it loose! I had the Cashew Chicken salad. So many menu options to choose from . We'll definitely come back!!
I ordered ten large pizzas with four different varieties. They were done when promised!! Different individuals asked me during my small retirement lunch where I had purchased them. I told them and they told me we will be ordering from them also. Keep up the great service and quality of your pizza. Thanks so much for making my little retirement lunch awesome!!
Huge place! Went for a birthday party. Service was very good- we had a party of 18 so it wasn't easy for a server to keep up with but she did great. Mozzarella sticks are very good- marinara sauce is flavorless so we ate them with ranch. Patty melt was delicious! One of the best I've ever had. It was so good I forgot to take a picture ?? Chicken tenders are not good but you can't really expect much from chicken tenders. My 15 year old hated them. My older daughter got the Mexican Mac & cheese and it was als
I frequent this restaurant twice a week with family and friends and today was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The food was good but service was terrible. All there of us ordered the all you can eat fish fry and initial prefer took approximately 30 mins to receive. We asked for seconds and it took almost 20 mins then fish came and had to ask for tartar sauce for fish which took another 20min. After all this wasted time I told the server that I would need to box up my food because of waiting so lon
Every visit we've had excellent service ?? the pizzas are very good and BOGO on Thursdays. Their traditional wings are very good, too. The Tuesday AYCE Mexican Buffet is good- especially at $9.99 for adults. The game room is COLOSSAL! And the ticket/prize booth was well staffed even on a Tuesday between the lunch & dinner shifts. 10/10 would recommend!
We waited to be seated for quite a while. We had to go look for the hostess. but other than that everything was excellent.
Great food! However, the Womens bathroom only has 3 working faucets out of 10 and 2 soap dispensers out of 10 and they are not on a sink with a working faucet. Not acceptable considering the amount of people trying to use them. You have to go from sink to sink to find one that works!
Great food and awesome game room. My only complaint is you don't get much for the tickets you win. It takes a lot of tickets to get something decent.
The first time we had been here walked in, and we had to wait to be seated. gave our name to the person behind the desk and was told there would be a 30-minute wait. turns out they were very short-handed because they had numerous empty tables. there is a huge gaming area on the other side of the bldg so we went and exlpored that for about abou 15 to 20 min or so, by the time we walked back and checked in, we were able to be seated. We ordered our breakfast and only had to wait about 30 minutes or so, bette
Place is always nice to eat at. Waitress was either swamped or just spacy. Got our order then took forever. Got my salad when the meal showed up. Once finished, sat for 10 mins before stopping and asked if we needed the bill. I'll give the benefit of the doubt she was busy. Food was all decent.
Always good. Sunday brunch amazing. Bogo pizza M Tr yum. Cheapest ayce fish W F. Gift cards available at Costco $80 for $100 value
Food came out fast and was very flavorful. Service was spot on and of course we had to play in the arcade and get over priced prizes!
Will never go again. We went the first time this past sat and the service was horrible. We only seen our server when he took our order and brought us our drinks someone else brought our food out. He was catering to his bigger tables often and did not worry about his smaller tables as we sat next to one. He walked past us several times and never stopped to see if we needed anything we did but it's whatever now. We sat there 20 min after done eating before he even stopped to see if we were ready for the bil
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
