Justin does incredible work. I have purchased 5 machines from him over the years. Whether a basic restoration or high-end restore he always delivers a work of art. He is always responsive and willing to help troubleshoot or answer any question you have even about games he did not sell. He takes pride in all his work - you will not find a better company to purchase from. I would (and will) buy from him again.

Justin is fantastic. He helps me source games, maintain my games (10+ usually), move games, and even sell my games for me. He is always busy but still finds time to help me.

I have called several times explaining the date time and location of where their skilled gaming machine froze up and the went it to a black screen and had a error code at top acoss screen . The first time was $18 and change the second time a week later was $43 and change .. I barely had a $50 bill in the machine and got couple spins then machine froze up then went to that black screen. I've called with no return phone calls at all or a refund of money that was locked up due to the machines freezing up.

We just bought a pinball machine from Justin. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, he even delivered it and set it up in our basement. I trust that a machine bought from Midwest Game Room was thoroughly cleaned, repaired and updated to last a very long time. Will definitely buy another machine from him if we feel the need to add to our collection =)

Been involved in arcade collections since the 1980s and there isn't anyone better in my opinion in the Midwest when it comes to pinball / arcade games or repairs and restorations than Justin.
