We really wanted to like this place and went since it is ranked in the top 10, but it is in very rough condition! The greens are a mess which makes it much less enjoyable. Ridges, rolling edges, crumbling cement. Would unfortunately not recommend.
10$ Fun balls Mulligan Mondays bogo 1/2 off
I enjoyed this spot. It certainly shows its age, but the mini golf is fun and the ice cream sundaes are pretty spectacular. Definitely a good place to kill time with the kids.
Hosted a birthday party and it was great! They were very organized collecting and distributing the group ice cream orders. They also had list of allergens with the ice cream order sheet and made sure those ice creams were scooped and served separately. It was very well organized
Perfect little place to take the kids. Doing area and private bday party room too!! They have laser tag and mini golf and an arcade!! Huge icecream election too? They even have ?adult? slushes perfect for hot summer days??
Loved it here!! Took the kids for mini golf, it was fun, cute and not too hard for my 5 and 6 year old. The ice cream and slush menu is huge and they have wine/hard seltzer slushies for adults! The staff was polite, we will definitely be back.
We have had many great times playing mini golf and getting ice cream here. We also have played on their great selection of arcade games. They have lots of good food and many options for ice cream and milkshakes. This is a very fun place for a family outing.
Fun mini-golf but course needs upkeep and weed control. Some greens were peeling,
The golf course is not cared for at all. The greens are littered with debris, and are starting to be pulled up. The waterfall is broken now, and the water has become stagnant and attracting flies. One of the holes has been clogged for several years, despite staff claiming they are fixing it. The only saving grace is the ice cream, which was very good. UPDATE: They fixed the waterfall, which does a great deal to improve the atmosphere
Run down, dirty and OVERPRICED. The golf course has holes and tears in all of the carpets, yet somehow they still charge $13 per person with no discount for a child under 3 years. The $8 under 3 sign was covered with duck tape on the window. The arcade was a tiny bit cleaner, but there is no way in hell I would trust this place to prepare any food for me or my family given how poorly they take care of the grounds. Unless this place goes through a complete rehab/rebuild I don't see it worth bringing my famil
Could be a fun activity but this place is rundown. There is trash all over the mini golf area. Customer service is awful. The prices are misleading and they do not honor the prices listed on the door. Laser tag looks like it was cool once but not well kept. On a plus side, it is like a ghost town so we had the whole place to ourselves.
The 18 hole mini golf course is pretty run down. It might be worth $5 per person in its current condition but not $13. It's got a decent layout but it's overgrown in places, and most of the putting greens are tattered. I'd say to skip this place but it's the only show in town so it might still be worth visiting if you're in the area. I also visited early in the season so it's possible, they'll clean it up as summer progresses. Even if they address the landscaping, the greens definitely need to be resurface
I know inflation is running wild and small businesses need to tighten up but this is ridiculous. I've include a picture of what they are giving out as a $14 sundae. This was pathetic. Thank goodness theres other places to get icecream in tewksbury
Awesome place. Can't believe we just found this. My husband and I went on a date together, but we will definitely be coming back for a family day with our son! Awesome mini golf, arcade games, Ice cream and more!!
Not as bad as people make it to be..Had fun with the kids and family. There wasn't many people which I liked because I like the privacy and no feeling rushed. Would go again. A little bit run down so it would be nice if it was upgraded a bit.
So much fun! The laser tag area is amazing, it's huge and a ton of fun. You get to play for a full 30 minutes also. The ice cream is great and the day pass is an amazing deal.
Was extremely dirty and floor was sticky as soon as I walked in. The wall panels were also peeling off from a clear lack of maintmence. No one else was there which was nice, but staff was a little snappy. Not a suprise they are in bankruptcy.
Very fun family place with great activities and food. Have played golf and the course is very creative and also quick at the same time. Food is about what you'd expect from a golf course but the ice cream is phenomenal, also very cheap.
we just hosted our son's 8th birthday party here, would highly recommend for this age group! The kids played laser tag, arcade games, and the parents had fun, too. The woman who ran our party, Jessica, was excellent to work with? She checked each kid in as they came through the door, taking custom ice cream/slush orders for each kid, and helped set up and clean up the whole night. Ordering pizza and salad directly through MVP made it all really simple, just one invoice. Laser tag was great, too! 2 floors an
Love them! Wicked clean, nice arcade, amazing mini golf course. All the employees are great! Great for birthdays too
This place is so much fun !!! Also we ate a lot of food but it is expensive very expensive and the food is great !!
Currently at this business that shouldn't be open at the moment because they're so understaffed and the staff they do have is visibly overwhelmed and snappy at kids. Children running wild, no staff to handle any of it. Arcade card machine is out of service, staff struggled to get play cards reloaded and couldn't tell us how many points each card has. Staff couldn't load proper dollar amount requested onto 1 card so we ended up with 4. I can't blame the staff that was here, as they tried their best, but are
Went for mini golf today. It used to be nice years ago but it's now falling apart and the turf is so worn out. There are many large rips in the turf and many bare spots exposing the cement underneath. I don't understand how the owners think what they are offering the public is acceptable and actually charging for such a run down course. Save your money and play somewhere else.
I honestly have not experienced such terrible service at a location in a long time. Absolutely no one was friendly. And there was at least 5 or 6 staff members. No one greeted us. After we ordered and ate food, that was absolutely gross btw, we wanted to mini-golf. We stood at the counter, no one appeared. 4 to 5 staff members SAW us waiting and no one came over. Two made eye contact as we waited and still NOTHING. We finally had to walk over to the food counter and expressly ask to be helped. The male who
I took by kids for a day of fun at MVP and would definitely return again in the near future. The ice cream was great and affordable. Get a kiddie size as they give very generous portions. The same goes for the chicken plate which was about $10 and we were able to feed three people. The mini-golf and laser tag was the most fun and we were able to get some exercise in, and you can't get the same from bowling. We'll be back!
We had such a great time spent there. Merrimack Valley Pavilion (MVP) is an entertainment complex located in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. It offers various recreational activities, including mini-golf, laser tag, an arcade, and batting cages. The complex is often visited by families, friends, and groups seeking fun and interactive experiences. Keep in mind that my information might not be up-to-date, so I recommend checking their official website or recent reviews for the latest details.
Had my daughter's birthday here last year in 2021. We weren't planning on doing anything for her birthday because of Covid, but she wanted a party. At the last minute, we booked MVP. Mini golf, cake, ice cream, and the arcade. Staff cleaned up. Perfect!
Visited from out of town. Nice clean place and good size for young kids. Not pleased with customer service, though. Had an issue with the game cards and the person that dealt with was not helpful and quite rude. Due to the service, not a place that we would return . Completely disappointed! Received response to my post above. I was not blaming anyone and not there to argue, just trying to figure out what happened with the card. I did not appreciate how I was spoken to so I removed myself from the situatio
this place is awesome. great mini golf. great arcade. great laser tag. you name it, they have it. awesome experience.
Went here for the granddaughters birthday. Kids had a great time at mini golf and then played some video games.
This is a place of low qualities. First of all, the golf course is clearly not taken care of enough. Second, the arcade, not worth it, the prices for the cards is not bad, but the prices for the games are too high. Some of the games are also broken. Also the ticket prices are too high. Another side note, the 5$ card package only lets you play 3 games. Next, the laser tag. I played laser tag 5 times before and every time, my vest and gun was inoperative. Also the person who was running the game was not in th
We love MVP! We always visit for mini golf and milkshakes/slushes many times during the summer and it never disappoints!
Mini golf is very outdated and not kept up, there were stones on the greens and the water in the little river that is in the play area did not smell great.
What a great place, and great idea. Super family friendly. Very clean. Sundaes were a little disappointing I guess I was expecting more then just ice cream and whipped cream with toppings. But I would return.
I reached out in regards of one of the equipment not working. They're trying to claim that the gun for laser tag wasn't working till the end when that is false. If the gun had been working , our player would have gotten points. We thought that their was a glitch and it would show up @ the end but it did not. When we told the employee he basically gave me a shrug and when I emailed management they're basically telling us it's non refundable. So we paid to basically not get the experience they're supposed to
Fun, high-quality mini golf course and a nice arcade. The owner was friendly and generous - gave our kids extra candy beyond what they could buy with tickets. We had a really great time.
The mini golf course has not been well taken care of. Definitely needs to be rehabbed and updated. All of the tables to sit for ice cream were disgusting. The staff was subpar for a place you would expect a bit friendlier. I will not be returning.
Easily the worst mini golf I've ever been to. Trash on every hole, wrinkly and crusty decrepit greens. Overpriced. The last hole was clogged and you couldn't even hit the ball in so we left it on the green. Biggest waste of $, will never be back.
The outdoor mini golf is a lot of fun! If it's bad weather you can head inside for some arcade, laser tag, snack bar, and ice cream. Oh, yes, Richardson's ice cream! The Richardson's alone is worth a trip over. ?
Only because I live too far or else I would be there eating that yummy ?? food everyday. It was so delicious I had a dream about the tasty chicken shawarma and lamb chops ??????????.
The laser tag is awesome. My family (2 adults and 2 kids) just had the place to ourselves (random Monday at 5pm in June) for an epic battle. Staff is very nice as well.
Not the best or worst mini golf I've been to. 8 dollars a person for a course that takes 10 minutes to complete, and that's going at a conservative pace. Not really worth the money, you're better off finding another place or choosing a different afternoon activity.
Ice cream wasn't what was advertised asked for a Sunday and she put 3 scoops in a tray and said they don't make them like that anymore even though that is what was advertised through out the store would not recommend go somewhere else
I've been to some shabby yet charming mini golf courses and this ain't one of them. Holea and green in disrepair, garbage everywhere and not an even green to be found. In fact, on one hole I had a hard time getting my ball to stay just to tee off because it kept rolling backwards. There's also some terrible design flaws which cause your ball to get stuck and god forbid you go in the water, there's nothing stopping it for you to fish it out. Value wise, it's too expensive for the quality of experience you r
It's a little family space with mini golf, laser tag, and a small arcade. They need to cross train better to handle influxes of people. We were a group of about 15, and there were maybe 10 people there in addition and the place was like a zoo. I wish there were more things like this around, except much bigger
Fun mini golf course, but it was very easy to go to the wrong hole after hole 1. They should really put signs up with the hole number instead of the number etched into the ground with worn-out paint.
This is one of the most fun places I've ever been there are some many food option and ice that are very good
The food was super good, I got fries and chicken tender and they were so good. 5 out of 5 must try again!
Overall the mini golf is ok however a few holes really could use a refresh as the greens have big wrinkles and there are stones/pebbles throughout. Sure these could be seen as extra challenges however I feel the course could be tighter and cleaner. There are also weeds and over grown bushes as you make your way through the course.
Overall great service!!! Mini golf was super fun and the ice cream tastes amazing.
Far from being a big fan... The one time we tried to take our granddaughter 94? they expected us to wear masks throughout the whole miniature golf course and pay for disposable gloves through them... I don't think so... personally the clubs and the balls in cleaning is their responsibility each time they give them out. It's going to give us long hard thought before we ever decide to return there.
Really kind staff and clean only downfall is if something happens in the arcade it's a separate company that has the keys and it's hard to contact them .
Great Richardson?s ice cream and portions are much larger than local ice cream shops and they take credit & debit cards.
Excellent Ice Cream Sundaes. Great Laser Tag and Arcade.
Our family loved our time here. We went early on the day, so the golf course was closed for cleaning (calling ahead next time), but we had fun playing arcade games for tickets as well as some friendly Lazer tag. The day was closed out with some 'snack shack' pizza, motzeralla sticks, and Richardson's I've cream. Will return for minigolf and ropes course next time.
Read the reviews it's never the owners fault for trashing customers or people have a horrible time. Blames shortages and all this stuff yet the people going are what makes you stay in business and their support is how you strive. Not every experience is going to be a good one but come on. Own up to something. Your on here arguing with customers blaming them? That alone makes me never want to go.
Went in around 400 on a Friday with 5 boys. No one in the place. Their rules were... games go off on the 20 past and 10 of the hour. Since no one was in there for our 20 minute wait, nor showed up during our over an hour later time in there. ( I consider it...Wasting customers time) and this place is not on a full scale laser tag as we were used to. No charging stations. No screens around displaying scores. Even the worker that brought us in wasnt very enthusiastic. Wanted a little more pizazz, I guess,
My son had a very bad experience today and was seriously injured playing laser tag. I would like the owner to reach out to me . Ty
Great place for birthdays or just an all in one getaway for the kiddos. No need to plan hahahaha just show up!
This experience was so bad they charged me 3 times for the arcade card, when I got home I checked my receipt. When I played golf thier was people running around all over the place and thier was only 2 employees working they did not help and when I went back to the placed and showed them that they charged me 3 times they said they can't do anything DO NOT GO!
My kids went to play laser tag for a party and alot of the equipment was broken. The arena wasnt good and the scoreboard was broken. If it asmt a oarty, i woul have asked for my money back. Im giving 2 stars for the Richardson ice cream, but it was expensive. And the arcade was really limited and small.
Staff was wonderful, the snack bar and arcade games were great. Golf course could use a little love and attention.
Such a perfect place for a nice date or a family spot ! They have great discounts and service.
Small location, rope course looked like a jungle gym. Arcade was tiny selection and mini gold course was basic. Not a bad outing but nothing stood out to make me want to go back
Nice little mini golf course. But I knocked a star off because we were eaten alive by mosquitoes (we went around 8pm) despite using bug spray. I'd suggest some tiki torches or other type of bug deterrent.
The customer service at this facility is abysmal. The front desk staff are uninformed and the opposite of helpful. I attempted to have a children's birthday party here and never received confirmation. After repeatedly calling, the owner left me a message "there is a note on my desk saying to call you so I am". When I, finally, connected with her she was defensive and rude and tried to blame me for her facility's unprofessional communication. This is all to host a child's birthday. The owner after being rude
good place i like it a lot very fun
Nice workers good food and fun activities all around amazing place also fun for all ages
It was awesome I loved my motzerella sticks I would highly recommend this place.
The mini golf course is run down and really uninteresting. Besides a waterfall there really aren't any colorful or fun gimmicks to liven up the game.
Great mini golf and sundaes! Makes for a fun family day!
Received horrible service here and was charged for things our party didn't even receive Also the owner lied to me and my party several times. I do not recommend having a party here and if you do hope your experience is better than mine. Best of luck!
Very good service very good mini golf course 10/10 experience.
Great place to take kids for an extra fun day! We love it here!
very good service, fun mini golf, sundae is big
Great mini-golf spot. They have a nice little arcade, awesome ice-cream options, and even some adult beverages! Fun for all.
nothing overtly wrong? no one was mean? just vibes were off inside the place. liminal space. golf was pretty cool, but there was a line of people that made it awkward and feel rushed!
Wonderful staff. Alot of fun, not alot of $$$. Great place for birthday parties. Lazer tag is so much fun.
Great experience with faculty great course food was very good and fresh 10/10 must go again good job mvp
Little old style Laser tag room setup was good Arcade is very small In winter Golf will be open but you hav to play in Snow I guess?? Dont forget to get group on coupon.. the entry ticket for laser tag will be reduced on top of it ull get a free ice cream
They had a good deal on laser tag and arcade tokens we weren't even expecting over February vacation and our 7 and 13 year old both had a great time.
Awesome place to go out with the family ! I just loved this place and it was the first time the other day I went with my kids & I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone . Also the staff were very friendly & so helpful! Just amazing all around ! ????????
Very clean, lots of options! A little pricey but good family fun!
I've only been there once and I only went for laser tag. It is a very good place for laser tag! You get to change weapons with your laser gun and there are many game modes when you play laser tag! I recommend that place! It is the best place for laser tag!
Great place! They have great food great people and the place is very clean.
The staff was very friendly. Did 18 holes of mini golf. It's cute and well kept. Good for small kids.
Amazing place to host an event! Staff were amazing and so lenient with our needs!
One of the best chicken tenders I ever had is juicy crunchy and I really recommended
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
