Great place to come for some ice cream, they have many flavors, also many types of cones. They also offer different sundaes. They have indoor and outdoor seating available.

Tasty ice cream! I got the "nachos" which is the reason I picked this place, I've never heard of waffle nachos before and it was delicious! My son picked the standard Superman which was good. It was $11 for our order which isn't bad. I deducted one star because we were the only ones in the store and it took 5 minutes to get our ice cream. I realize that isn't a lot of time but it just seemed weird that it took that long to scoop 3 scoops of ice cream and sprinkle toppings on. It was worth it though!

Mermaid's Dream is a cute little ice cream shop. It is best for couples and not so much a family because of the prices. The ice cream is delicious.

This place is amazing. The staff is always so kind and friendly. Laurie is a Rockstar! This will be an annual stop for years to come!

The ice cream was good, about 48 choices of flavors and prices were reasonable but the young servers had the personalities of a 2x4. As we received no greeting, thank you or nothing, I sat and watched the next 10 or so customers walk in and not a single one was greeted with a simple "hi, hello or can I help you" These two looked like they were attending a funeral, customer service has gone down hill!

Came in this evening and the inside was clean and nicely air conditioned! One young guy took our orders while another girl was doing side work/ closing stuff while they still had an hour left. I think it would've been a more efficient visit if 2 staff took orders and made the ice cream bowls so that we all ate close to the same time. Some of us were done before others got their orders. Overall the ice cream was good, reasonably priced, and had a cute interior with lots of mermaid accents!

Fabulous service and what a variety of ice creams, vintage candies, an adorably fun mini golf course and arcade! You could honestly spend several hours. Dan and Laurie were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

A fun family friend spot with original shakes and sundaes. They serve Hershey ice cream in a big variety of flavors. I chose a hot fudge sundae and it was delicious and loaded with toppings!

came because it was three minutes away and had great reviews first thing we noticed when we pulled in was it was packed full there seem to be no space inside and gave frat house vibes. Whoever helped me clearly wasn't trained in customer service, they seemed frustrated in my confusion and with every question i asked. Then to top it off, we spent a total of 8.26 on a single cup and i mean cup of Ice cream, in a plastic cup with no lid and by the time we made it 3 minutes down the road it had completely melte

Great selection of ice cream. Staff are also very friendly. A person in our group had a mishap and drop their ice cream. They replaced it without any issue. Thanks for great customer service. We will Be back!

Ice cream is very good. The sitting area in front of the mini golf is great. The covered waffles are delicious. The only down side is we felt a bit rushed by the employees when picking the flavors

They are wonderful about accommodating allergies. My son has peanut, tree nut, and coconut allergies, and they have a chart readily available listing what items contain what allergens so he could choose something nut-free. They were so patient with him and opened up a fresh container of ice cream and a new pack of cones to ensure there was no cross-contamination. I can't tell you how much this means to me as a parent with a child who has allergies and is constantly left out of things like cake and ice crea

Friendly, fast, fun environment. Ice cream is Hershey's but still pretty good with lots of options. Reasonably priced, especially compared to some of the other places around.

All the ice cream was delicious! Staff was attentive! We loved feeding the turtles. Candy store next door is one of the best we have been to!

the icecream is pretty good but melts too much. and the main problem is when we walked in there the lady had an attitude with all of us, and the milkshakes are literal milk. definitely need to work on your people skills, and also put more icecream in the milkshakes. 8 dollars is not worth this. ??

I've went here 3 times. The 1st time was wonderful, the staff was friendly, the ice cream was good, not a super long wait. The 2nd time they messed up my order (which would be understandable, but this time it wasn't), they put sprinkles on my banana split, even though the description of the split says nothing about sprinkles, I just accepted the ice cream, and moved on with life. Came in and let them know my child had an allergy to Nuts. Unlike most places they took this very seriously even to go as far as pulling out an entire new container of ice cream, a new pack of waffle cones and wore gloves and used a different counter space and special scoop. Would def recommend this place, the service was exceptional and the ice cream was delish!

We went to Chillin n Grillin first and got there at 8:40 (before they closed at 9p) but they had already closed ?? we went to mermaids dream who closes at 11pm and they were booming with well deserved business. this place was great. they had 48 flavors of ice cream. you can get a fancy shake/ sundae or just a simple scoop of ice cream. the flavors are unique and delicious. i love how they don't act like testing flavors is an inconvenience for them. we will be back at least one more time during our vacation

We arrived around 10:30pm. They close at 11pm. I ordered a banana split and they tell me they are no longer making them this evening! Why not? So after I finish my second choice I return to order a milkshake to take home for my wife. Guess what! They are no longer making milkshakes this evening. If you are open until 11:00 then stay open until 11:00! Don't just serve half the menu.

Nice selection using Hershey's Ice Cream with lots of neat ideas on their menu. Open pretty late as well, if you're in the area it's definitely worth stopping in.

We would have loved to try the specialty milkshakes and sundaes. But upon arriving 30mins before closing, we were informed that only scoops of ice cream were being served. We drove 20mins just for this place because it was supposed to be open until 11pm. Arrived at 10:30. We could have gone to any generic place to get hershey?s ice cream scoops. Please at least add an update to google that states ?no specialty ice creams 30mins before closing!?

This place was awesome, what I liked a lot was all the flavors are posted outside the door so you have time to decide what you want. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. There is a beautiful mini golf located right outside the door.

Great ice cream choices, staff is friendly, it's always neat and clean. My only suggestions would be that they really need milkshake straws bc the small ones they have don't work. And it would be nice if the staff had work shirts instead of street clothes to look more professional.

Large selection of ice cream flavors and all are high quality. Prices are priced slightly lower than other ice cream places, and taste is much better. Portions are huge, making it the perfect all round ice cream place around

We are only ppl here. Wanted to order a hot fudge sundae. They were out of hot fudge... let that sink in for just a minute.its 3 pm on a Thursday. No ones here. It's not like we came in afterter the 2 pm rush and the mob swarmed in demanding hot fudge on their ice cream. The prices are steep. $15 for two ice creams .. two small scoops each with caramel (because as I said, no hot fudge). They told me they couldn't make me a milkshake because it was too close but the lady in front of me ordered three milkshakes and they were making them. Then a little boy behind me wanted sprinkles and they refused to give him sprinkles. The employees behind the counter had terrible attitudes and were flat out rude.

Great ice cream many different flavors and the staff was outstanding. Even though they had a line out the door it only took a few minutes, everyone worked together to take care of all the customers.

Create tasting ice cream love the location perfect for a small ocean town.. Only negatively had was we went around eight thirthe and were confused by the directions on which and to start from.. There were some people standing outside the line that seemed to be trying to order while others were inside the line going in both directions so a bit confusing for us, I would not rule out of this just us We enjoyed our visit, and will go back again.

So normal closing time is 11, sign on the door says closing at 9 due to staffing. Cool we got there at 10 til 9 and walk in and the girl who is scooping ice cream said we're closed. Really you can't wait on a customer who would have been gone in like 3 mins and out the door before you close at 9.

We got here at 10:40 on a Monday night when they didn't close until 11 pm.We ordered a banana split and a mermaids dream. They told us they couldnt make anything but just plain scoops of ice cream. I find this to be ridiculous since they weren't closing for another 20 ,minutes.You are in the service industry. This shouldnt be allowed

Always stop for ice cream here after mini golfing The Black Pearl, made a special stop for ice cream here this year because we went to Molten Mountain golfing since The Black Pearl was REALLY BUSY. So many flavors to choose from with all kinds of toppings!

They have really good ice cream! Very high quality. I love the graham central station flavor.

It was really nice, clean...the arcade games were up -to-date, delicious candy and a cool ice parlor. We plan to come back here by the end of the summer.

They actually close at 9pm. They will turn off all the lights and music before 9pm to make sure you leave.

Milk shake wasn't great and price was high for the size I can get a better shake at hwy 55 cheaper. Service was slow only one person working.

We vacation in NMBeach several times every summer and this used to be our FAVORITE place.. but not anymore. Now, the service is very short and snappy, they're unfriendly, and we won't be coming back. Super unfortunate considering my kids love this place.

My group arrived at 10:40pm on last Saturday night after calling to check hours (Closed at 11pm) & driving 20 minutes out of our way . As we walked in we were rudely shouted at that "WE ARE CLOSED!" We reached out privately to them while we were still in the area with no response back. Costumer service needs worked on! Poor experience.

The most delicious ice cream I've had in Myrtle Beach by far and my neice absolutely loved it!

Lots of variety and the cookie and ice cream sandwich is so good. You get to pick your ice cream to have in the middle.
