Many praise the affordable prices, generous portions, and attentive staff, though some mention inconsistent service or rude employees. The venue is popular for parties, with good food and entertainment options, but a few note issues like slow service, cold dining areas, or outdated facilities. Customer Reviews

This place has great deals on pizza and wings I believe it's Monday night or Wednesday nights. Staff is friendly they have a good size bar with most all drinks available. Safe arcade for the kids $10 each The kids can have a good time for a little while. Their pizza and wings are on point just like an old-fashioned pizza parlor.

My family and I celebrated Christmas in one of their private rooms on the 22nd. We had so much fun. It was super affordable. We were able to deck out the room. Our host Marisa was amazing!!! And the food was great. Wings, pizza, pasta and Salad. Wish I got photos of the food. This was the perfect place to have our family event on a budget. They did great! Below is a video of our room setup.

Megabites is our favorite pizza place. We have had multiple parties here and it's always a great time. It's affordable, the food is great, the staff is helpful and always kind and the kids love the arcade. The party packages come with so much food that there is always left overs to take home, even when we've had 50+ people attend. They have great specials and weekday deals. 10/10 would recommend!

Our waitress Leslie was so thoughtful. She offered to let us know when our food came out so we could start playing the arcade games. The tacos were delicious and only $5 for two and fries. Great selection of arcade games. We'll definitely be back!

This was a good place to take the kids. One main entrance so that helpful to make sure kids wouldn't run out. Everything seemed to have thier designated space (bar, karaoke, arcades, etc).

We ordered the appetizer platter and pizza. Everything was fresh and tastes homemade. The pizza crust was Everything. Our waitress was very friendly. We had fun playing family friendly games with our teen daughter.

Unfortunately, the pizza here is on par with Little Cesar's pizza. It's a pretty busy place for kids sports gathering and since they have a mini-Dave and Busters style game room for the kids. Sadly most of the good games were out of order. The place is understaffed when there is 75% occupancy. But they really make an effort and are apologetic. There is plenty of large area seating. Beer on tap is good ???? This is place has locals making bonfires in the parking lot. ??

Bethany was amazing and very friendly. Was there to check on us routinely. The food is great and the atmosphere is very family friendly

First thing off every time we've come here, half the games are broken! No one ever fixes the games. Food is expensive and not that great. Wings were the only great thing. Annoyed that I've wasted money on game cards for the games to be almost all busted. Why isn't the owner having them fixed? We won't be coming back unfortunately an I won't recommend this place til they start fixing the games for our kids!

Great staff. Love that they have a full bar with great cocktails and a happy hour. Let the kids loose, grab a drink and watch the game

Food was ok. A little pricey for what you get, even with the combo. The 15.99 antipasto salad was a handful of greens with some cold meats.... with the previous owners it was a lot more. The potato wedges were great though.

I ordered several pizzas for a meeting but I was looking at the hot wings and had to order them. The flavor was impeccable. I personally believe these are the best hot wings in the surrounding area.

This girl was extremely rude to not only my kids but all the kids that were in the game area , it's one thing to do your job and make sure the kids are safe but she would literally have the worst attitude and yelled at them or talk down to them . When we went to the prize area she acted like she hated her job , had a stank face the entire time ignored us when we chose which toys and would just throw the prize on the table and when I would speak up she was just so rude . Over all she just didn't seem to happ

Great safe, family-friendly place. Hours of operation are limited. Service Dogs only, please.

Been here a few times now the food always on point. The burges are amazing and good daily deals

Good little arcade with shockingly good food! Taco Tuesday tacos and fries are so worth it! I had a perfectly cooked teriyaki burger. Finally something fun in Hemet!!

really fun atmosphere and look to the place the pizza and cheese bread were delicious as well as the drinks. the kids had a blast in the arcade which was awesome had a lot of game variety and to my surprise, none of them were out of order! ..if only they had guitar hero the place would be perfect

We hosted a party for my nephew there this past weekend and Nicole assisted us. She was nothing but amazing and on top of her stuff!!

Terrible customer service. We got served after we called them out. They took 20 minutes to serve us. One of the servers was rude. She tried avoiding our table even though she was our server. Lady with a ponytail and curly hair. Other than that, the bar guy was a friendly respectful man.

Family friendly. The kids love this place. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Came here tonight for my niece?s birthday party and we had an amazing time the staff was very attentive, helpful and caring. Overall great food, great service and definitely a fun time for the kids:)

Good food, great deals during week day, kids love the arcade, while parents have some decent refreshing adult drinks ??

I made a reservation almost a week in advance. When we showed up some type of miscommunication had happened, I booked in the dinning area, but they had us in arcade room. We ended up in the arcade room, no extra charge and and young woman who I think was in charge of our room and came several timew to see if we needed anything, was fantastic. The only thing that could have made things better is less games in the arcade area where not 'temporarily out', especially having a birthday party there on a weekend.

Best Pizza place since the late 70's pre Dominos... Oh please stay in business for decades... I'd drive an hour for that pizza... Had given up on that flavor again... Actual solid amount of toppings... TYTYTY...

This place will be blowing up as people talk. Tvs everywhere on game day. Kids have their own game room. Perfect for families...

Fun place to be! Good food! Kid and adult friendly. They offer pizza, sandwiches, pasta, appetizers, burgers and alcohol. Plan to spend money! We enjoy this place! It's perfect for meeting up with friends!

Had our daughters birthday here, everyone was nice . Another birthday ???? happy birthday kly .

We went here to celebrate our son's birthday. We hadn't been in years. They are stepping out up. They have a new ps5 play station.145$ for 10 refillable drinks three large pizzas, a giant craft salad or spaghetti. We had the best salad fed everyone. Came with an hour and a half of game time. A few games were out of order, but there was plenty to do. Can't wait to go back on a Monday to get a 20$ 2 typing large pizzas that comes with two pints

I really love the food here, (have to get the pizza bite appetizers, just trust me ). Both times I have been our servers showed great customer service (even when we had two kids trying to order for us) and the food is always out super quickly. I will say the arcade is a bit small and feels more catered to children and a few of the machines are normally broken but is a great place to take kids and I still have a lot of fun with the options they do have. Their game cards are also a lot cheaper then other

This place is amazing. Since it's mainly an arcade and not an indoor playground like Airtopia, it has far less smaller kids being destructive, screaming and running around in the dining area, etc. The prices are alright (more expensive than a fast food place, but much cheaper than places like Chuck E. Cheese or Airtopia), but reasonable. They have plenty of options and the service is amazing, they're fine with substitutions and such and are very helpful. They have a card system where both game credits and t

Decent place to take your kids but kinda dead at times

Could use a few more games for the size of the place. Overall, fun place.

Nice alternative to Chuckie Cheese, better food options for adults by far. Unfortunately, we had awful service. The server was disinterested, slow, and borderline rude. There was an associate there trying to pick up for our server while doing what seemed to be everything else so there is at least 1 great employee. It was freezing inside, had to eat with our coats on. Pizza was good, but it came almost 30 minutes before our 3 other selections. We'll go back and cross our fingers that it was a bad night

We had my daughter?s baby shower here and had a great experience! They have stepped up their customer service and food options. Reasonably priced packages (with more options to come from what I was told). When you rent a room you're assigned a server. This was a HUGE plus. We had Leslie and she was amazing! This will definitely be our go to for parties. They also have karaoke nights (Monday I think) It's nice to have a local venue for family outings. Definitely recommend.

Great friendly staff. Brenda was very helpful. Had a salad, fresh and crisp. The appetizer platter was great. The pizza was delicious. Ask about their daily specials.

My sister had her daughter?s party here and the kids had a blast in their arcade! Lots to do for them in there! Pizza and salad was amazing!

I take my daughter here for a fun night with dinner and arcade. The food is really good and full drink selection. The games are much cheaper then other places we have been to. So many tvs on each wall, no matter where you are seated there is a view to multiple games/shows. Many options for photo backdrops. I really enjoy this place.

The best place in the IE for birthday parties, and sports events. Sports team parties! Great food awesome games. Great family deals and excellent quality food! Highly recommend it!

The food is pretty good. And the customer service is cool. But the atmosphere is off. First impression at the door is it's like a Chuck E Cheese. Then you walk inside and the tables are set up weird. The many TVs are ALL on sports, even though nothing about it says sports bar. And the arcade is in a separate room. So, you can't see the little kids. Which means you have to go with them to keep your eyes on them. Oh yeah. And there's a bar where your back is to the TVs. It's just set up weird. Is it for ki

It was my 1st time,it was fun,I know for sure my grandkids loved it!

My grandson 7th birthday and it was great. Staff was so helpful and nice. Kids had so much fun. The adult drinks were good. Great time was had by all. Take your kids there to have fun on play dates with family and friends. Thanks for making his day fun.

The place seems like a hot spot and so I was intrigued but it's more of a local thing, the food isn't great from what I saw (on other people's plates). I never got my food and after waiting 45 minutes at a casual restaurant (not fancy) I left. They weren't even busy. I saw a waiter about four times two of which were fo me. Both times was a different waiter. Both asked for my order and both got my order. Yeah, they just dropped the ball and I was busy so I could not be bothered.

The pizza was the most average pizza, the wings were surprisingly better than expected with a nice crunch. Staff was quick and helpful. It was a family friendly environment but some of the arcade machines needed better maintenance.

Very nice/clean/fun family establishment. Manager here takes pride in providing a good atmosphere and good service. Our kids love going to this place and the arcade is kept very well. Great beer offerings, I love the beer towers !! My only suggestion to management is that I really wish the restaurant had a larger pizza size to offer more value. While the pizza here is pretty good the large size pizza here could almost quality for a medium and with a basic Large 2 topping size pizza here starting out at over

Loved this place, saw an ad while at the dmv. The decor and overall atmosphere was very welcoming and felt safe. (My family loved the memes posters) The pizza was super yummy my family (3 adults and a child) devoured all the food. The arcade and bathroom were super clean and well kept!! The staff was super friendly, our server, Leslie, was nice bilingual and very helpful. I definitely recommend.

Second time here and we noticed that's it's under a new management and it's renovated. It looks so good! We took our girls to enjoy some delicious pizza and wings ! Our favorite was the wings their are so big and full of meat ! The girls had so much while we enjoyed some good mix drinks. Super affordable !!! The workers there were so nice to the kids and friendly, they have Karaoke in Monday so we definitely will be back to enjoy it. Thank you to our sever and the other workers for making our visit a great

Great place, sooo much better then chuckie cheese, bigger space, less traffic, more fun for the kids and us to use games. Not overly expensive at all and they have great drinks. Food was delicious!!! Definitely going back multiple times!!

Food was good! Arcade was fun for the kids

I decided to celebrate my sons 7th birthday here. I rented out a room for his party. Staff was hardly seen and you have to hunt them down in order to add anything to your tab. They automatically charge an 18% tip to your tab which is fine if they actually come by for service. You pay for service you don't even get here. I even had the waitress tell me that there was a second waitress that was supposed to help her but since it was a smaller party that they wanted to go where the tips are. I'm a great tipper

We just threw my daughter's birthday party here and was very disappointed in the service. Our waitress barely checked in on us and we had to track her down multiple times to have basic things like forks and napkins. I had one guest literally eating her salad with her fingers because she was tired of waiting. We over ordered about 15 cups for drinks and they were literally still stacked and empty in the front of the room, but she wouldn't take them off our hill because she "already brought them out." Our gam

I give 5 stars for their food. It was very satisfying. They have nice fluffy crust and good flavor. The arcade was okay. Could be a bit cleaner but the games were very fun for the kids and adults.

The games for the kids are kinda pricey but the have good food and full bar.

Food is way better than before. Aaliyah is the best employee ever ????

Food was good but service from the female waitresses were bad. They wouldn't come check in on us and we had to keep looking for them. It seemed like they didn't want to bother serving since the tip was already going to be taken out of the tab since we were over 6 guests. Unacceptable did not feel welcomed at all. Only Henry the bartender was the only one who went out of his way to get us sodas for our table.

We just had a birthday party for our daughter who turned 7. The Staff was amazing and accommodating in every way. Henry surprised our little girl with a gift when we got there, Him and Clarissa are the best! They were so nice and willing to help with any request we had with a smile on their faces, without any wait or hesitations, and it was a busy Saturday. We had the best time with our family and friends. Thank you to the team holding it down tonight, your efforts are very much appreciated. We will continu

Family fun and really good food. Staff are very welcoming and personable. Kids of all ages will have a blast here.

Came here with some family to watch some football and had a great time. Not a huge place so kids can go to the arcade while adults do what they do comfortably. Customer service was excellent, and the food was really good as well. Definitely will be going back when time permits.

The restaurant was great. My Husband, son, and I enjoyed our experience for the most part. Our son enjoyed the arcade. The staff was great, except for a girl named Clarissa. She had an attitude from the get go. When we sat down to eat, we requested a kids menu for our son. The menu had a place where you can color, of course. I asked Clarissa if they had crayons, some my son can color. She said they did. She handed me 1 single crayon. Grey. 1 crayon. She and another man explained, that their current policy,

Super family friendly and the pizza tastes amazing! The staff was attentive and friendly and the arcade games were clean and fun. Recommend everyone bring their families! Shout out to David for the best service

Great little local spot to take your kids to Also great alcohol prices with all the games on during Sundays ! (Owner is a Packers fan yukkkkkkk) but i still manage to have a great time there . I didn't notice any vegetarian or vegan options which sucks but hopefully soon they progress into a more suitable place for everyone to enjoy ! Much love to local business as always It's very hard out here and they are managing and doing their best and it 100% shows !

My great grandaughter loves to play the games. The pizza is good and the staff very friendly. Good family place.

The place isn't bad by any means the food was hot or miss the wings and pizza were great but I wouldn't get any pasta there, the arcade is cool I can definitely see it being a great place to take the kids for them to mess around and keep them busy for a while so you can grab a drink

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, delicious pizza. It's been a while since I've been here. Some remodeling but the place looks great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Service wasn't perfect (but I know how it can be in a packed restaurant so it's not going to cost them a star ?) still a good time overall.

Bar and restaurant say open until ?9:00pm? place was dead and the bartender had the audacity to say they stop serving food, service, and alcohol at 8:30? No where on the website or do they have a posted sign clarifying this. Worst service ever just had my sons birthday party here NEVER AGAIN!!!

During my visit with my family, we experienced a distressing incident where not only was my joy stolen, but also my money. I ended up wasting more than $120. Moreover, my kids had amassed 1,200 tickets, but when we tried to redeem them, we were told we only had 500. To add to the disappointment, my items were moved without any communication, leaving a sour impression. Considering these issues and the unpleasant smell resembling a sewer, I have decided that this will be my final time coming to this place. It

My sister and I celebrated our boy's birthday together here yesterday and we all had a great time. Asia (I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong) was our server, she was AMAZING and took great care of us. We will be back soon thanks to the great service and good food!

Just did my daughter's 4th birthday party here. Was decent for the price. Sadly there was lots of parties that same day our tables were right in the walk way as everyone came through the door. The waitress also spelt sprite on one of my guest while she did apologize she still didn't offer anything better than just a bunch paper towels to fix it. Vs maybe a actual towel from the back. Or ya know bill adjustment. Also the projectors need to be adjusted many more people would come for the UFC fights and or fo

Updated: I went back to try again. Much better experience this time. Some games were off and they messed up my order, but the staff was really great about it. Made it right. Didn't have any rude employees. I will be back. Okay so the pizza is not bad right? But the games are always broken down and not working and the attendants are always really rude about it. I even had one arguing with me about one of the games that my child had played. She had stated that she did not play it correctly but I sat there a

Went for a kids baseball party. It's a big place with plenty of seating and a room in the back for groups. Sandwiches average 13.99 and are good sized and probably to big for most. Didn't have the pizza but other parents seem to like them. Large isn't all that large and start about 19.99 for a basic large pizza. They have a big selection of games that are fairly priced and the kids enjoyed them. To pricey for frequent visits, but ok for special events.

The pizza was great, but the games have severely lessened in amount and quality and there's no more game consoles. I get it, COVID and all. Still a good experience though! I loved the staff, they were super nice and were very friendly with our party and each other.

Ooverall, really good place. The arcade can get pricey, but that all depends on how much you want to play. Pizza, wings, and beer are all delicious. Great place for a birthday party too Update: Not sure if it's under new management, but they stepped their game up alot. Staple place for birthday parties with pretty simple rules and pretty damn good food. I'll see ya there.

We ordered yesterday for valentine's dinner at home with our kids. There were some issues with missing items/wrong items. It's okay though because mistakes happen. Dave went above and beyond in rectifying the issues remade our order and made things right! I have to give him props on making this negative experience turn positive. When customer service is as great as Dave's we will return. He handled things fantastically and the food was great as always.

Good food pizza a bit greasy. This last time . our waitress had entirely too many people she was serving but she did a fantastic job. Bring out appetizers and beer for 3 different groups at once. Great place to watch sports and play games with the kids or grand kids.

It looks much better online. Smoke and mirrors. Many games didn't work. The layout is weird for the seating. I felt like we were sat in the middle of a busy walking area when there were more private tables available. It was not busy when we got there. I don't know about you, but I don't appreciate having people hovering around me the whole time I'm trying to eat with my family. Then, when it came time to pay my bill and leave they informed me that only my waiter could take my payment but didn't offer to get

Great place. First time there since be they added all those new games. Really enjoyed the new games, ticket payout was good. Their food is a little pricey but overall I think it's a good idea place to go to blow of some steam with the kids. Just be prepared to spend some Monday to have a decent amount of tokens and pizza

This new change is no good. They eliminated the counter where you order your food. Now you have to wait for a server to come take your order. Which seems like an okay plan except these arcades are loud and chaotic and it took an extra 20 minutes after arriving before I was able to flag down the server and order food. The arcade looks beautiful, but the new card system they replaced the tokens with is atrocious. I paid 33 dollars and my kids ran out of credits in 9 minutes because every single game is 2-4 cr

Awesome Place! Full Bar, Huge Arcade, Great Food! They even have Private Rooms for Parties!

This place is not well known yet, it's not very busy at all.

Staff is great, so helpful and kind! We had a great birthday party ??

When speaking to some of the workers I saw that this place does not seem to take care of their workers. It was mentioned to me that this place only schedules some of their workers 4-10 hours even after having open availability. I would suggest going to other places that can actually give their workers a livable wage, and gives them their fair share of tips without telling them to deal with it or just find somewhere else to work.

Had a wonderful time. They accommodations were beyond perfect. We had a banquet for 3 levels of High Schools sports and everything was perfect. Hot food, quick service and anything we needed they were more than happy to help. We will definitely recommend to other sports and friends. Thank you very much for a great time.

This place is awesome very good food pizza and the wings ??and the customer service was outstanding they have big screens all around and the arcade is cool with up to date games. Good for birthday partys. This is definitely my family's favorite spot to get together and hangout with some beers.

My girl and I went for the first time last night for dinner and had a great experience. The atmosphere was good; TVs everywhere, nice bar, games for kids, great service and the food was awesome!! Definitely going back soon.

Horrible customer service, after we waited for more than normal when the place is almost empty we decided to sit at a table only to be received by employee telling my family and I that I couldn't sit and needed to go back in front of the store. I explained to her that we've been waiting for a bit and she responds with ?I saw you all and you need yo go back? I simply responded and said well if you did then why didn't you acknowledge us and say ?we'll be right with you?! Definitely don't need to spend our

Pizza was OK. Our waitress was amazing. I gave 2 stars because the lady in the arcade tried to shirt change my husband. He put $20 on a game card and gave her $100. She got out her calculator and, after the extra $1 for the card counted back $79. Sounds right doesn't it? Well she actually gave him $59. He called her out on it and told her she better never try that again. Then my Grandson put $20 on a card He had and she didn't load the card properly so he confronted her and she added but not the proper amou

Walking in I was in disbelief how old and rundown it was from the ceiling to the floor!!? For the amount of money we paid for the room. The flooring through our cracked, patched terrible condition, slow service and the food was priced too high the salad consisted of lettuce and croutons never would I recommend this place to my worst enemies and no wifi offered the area was a dead zone. No kind of advertising on where it was located

Food is always fresh and tastes great! Has a decent sized arcade where you can win tickets and turn them in for prizes. They have two separate banquet rooms for parties. I had my daughter's first birthday here and everyone had a blast. Not outrageously expensive, definitely worth it to have everyone fed and entertained, without having to clean afterwards.

This place is kool, and price are ok. Not too expensive. The employee are nice and friendly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Are rhythm games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, rhythm games in arcades are a vibrant hit in 2025! Titles like Dance Dance Revolution and Beatmania deliver high-energy fun, blending music, movement, and precision. Modern machines boast vivid displays, booming sound systems, and diverse song libraries, from J-pop to EDM. They challenge reflexes and rhythm, with competitive leaderboards and tournaments fostering a lively community. Arcade dance floors are regularly packed, proving rhythm games’ immersive, physical thrill keeps them a standout in today’s gaming scene.
