Amazing experience! great atmosphere and customer service. Alexis took great care of us and answered all of our questions without hassle. Highly recommend this place for family fun or date night!

We love coming to Max Bowl! We always have a great time! Management and staff are always so friendly. They are always there to help. General manager Jannie is the best! She's always making sure guests are having a good time. Also Murray?s Pro Shop has balls and accessories to help make your games even better! Great fun everytime!

I loved my experience here. The food is delicious, the drinks are exceptional, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The bowling lanes are not overcrowded and oiled pretty fair. I was here for 2 occasions, and my experience was awesome. I love how delicious their pizza ?? is, and the arcade games are fun, and accumulating points for prizes was easy and fair.

Great potential, but disappointed in the availability of the Indoor Skywalk. Based on the website, we went to Max Bowl to try the Skywalk for our 9 year old daughter, and we were told by front desk that they didn't have enough personnel to have it open and they only open it Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. The employee working the front desk didn't seemed too thrilled about his job - not very enthusiastic at all - which affected our overall experience. We did bowl, and that was fun. Food service was 5 stars

We had fun at the arcade. All of their games were in working order. We bowled as well. It was league night so it was kind of crowded but didn't have to wait for food or a lane.

We always have a wonderful time here with the kids. Great bowling and games.

Took three stars for three reasons: 1. Guy attending in the middle counter, acted like he hated his job, dry and rude. 2. Line assigned to play was messed up, putting wrong score and resetting randomly during games. Told the guy about it, acted like he didn't care. 3. Only one person to order pizza, two more employees around, didn't even try to help. Took forever for pizza to be ready. Don't think I will go again.

Great place to have fun with the family. We have been coming to Max Bowl for over 12 years we love the growth over the years and the atmosphere.

Check in staff was not very friendly,servers at bar were very nice and helpful and the guys who bring your food were nice also.Food was hot and fresh. Prices are a bit expensive wish they had a family bundle or were made aware of a family bundle the guy at front was not a good host.

We bowl here at least 3 times a week but it's ridiculous that they have specials on Tuesday & Thursday nights then all the lanes are taken up by league bowlers. I got here at 4:45 but was told a lane wouldn't be available til 8 or 8:30. Got put on a waiting list. They had post bowlers they saved 2 lanes for between 5-6 pm but they didn't even show up til after 6 but they still held up the lanes for them. Come here every Sunday for league and even for practice. Service is always good. If you ever need help mike is always available and helpful.

We come to this location a few times a year and we normally have a great experience. We came in today 1/16/2023 and played in the arcade like we normally do. There were a few issues with a few games but they gave us the credit back. The problem is when we were finished. My son was trying to get enough tickets for a specific prize but didn't make it so he picked a basketball goal that hangs on the door and a Whoopie cushion. Ok so here we go, this place has a really nice area for bowling ??, but they do need to put more variety of bowling balls, I had a hard time finding one for me. The food is not as cheap, but they have to make money obviously somehow. Now talking about the arcade side. You know, this place has been the only main bowling place in Baytown and I think it's gotten full of itself. Equipment is slow and the lanes are old and the policies are ignorant. If a paying customer pays for a lane and leaves without using the game then it should be able to be transferred to able bodied eligible customers. Max Bowl - Baytown was a fantastic experience! We went during Spring Break and I thought it would be super crowded, but it was not. This bowling alley offers great deals through the week for customers. They also expanded and added a large arcade area, with a sky walk and laser tag.

Bowling is OK. Nice lanes. Don't believe the hype of cosmic bowling it is no more. You have to ask someone to turn the music up. Also the laser tag is small and lame . Not much room. Not worth the price. Much better at other facilities. Also they can't make a mixed drink to save their life. I would stay away from here. Much better places around if you are willing to drive.

Guys and gals, this is a place that really takes care of their location and appreciates their customers. I personally have talked to staff and voiced my opinions and they were very receptive to my suggestions. I've bowled here for quite awhile and they always exceeded my expectations with the cleanliness and courteousness of the facility/staff. Please give this place a look if you want to find a place that respects how much work you put into getting enough money to spend your entertainment dollar.

We don't go bowling often, but when we do we go to Max Bowl in Baytown. We always have fun when we take the kids and so far all the staff we have come across have been great. They also have the no-tie Velcro shoes which is nice, and the space is clean so really no complaints at all.

Nice little family place. They have plenty of different size and weight bowling balls of all colors. The arcade is small but mighty. The skywalk is a good feat for kids, and of course can't forget the lazer tag. The facility was clean and maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. I had my son's 5th birthday party there. I had around 45 guest. We had 7 lanes and bowled from 11pm to 2am. I had all my guest arrive by 1030pm to ensure enough lanes and space. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. From bowling then to the soul crushing arcade.????? 3 star rating is because of the arcade and how expensive it is. $1 for a game that you push a button to possibly win tickets I think that's a little high. We had to take quite a bit of money to rent a lane and shoes for eight people the machine kept not keeping correct score for me and my party we requested more time but we were denied we were not able to enjoy your game orvbowling with family because the faulty equipment. we were not offered a refund or even an apology we definitely won't be back

I recently had an experience at Max Bowl that truly stood out. I had misplaced my wallet and was understandably distressed. The general manager Janie went above and beyond in their efforts to help me locate it. Their concern was genuine and they left no stone unturned in the search. Despite the busy environment, they took the time to assist me, demonstrating a level of customer service that is rare to find these days. It turned out that I had left my wallet at home, but the relief I felt was indescribable.

They had issues with the bowling lanes when we arrived but the arcade and air walk features made up for that earlier inconvenience. By the time we left it was all working so it was a nice distraction for the evening.

We came in for the week end and Drey helped us out and made sure that we were getting the most for our money! Despite being busy he made sure that we were properly taken care of!

Max Bowl Baytown is where we spend at least 6 hours per week on two leagues. We love Janie, the manager, is amazing! She is helpful and very attentive. She is also very patient. It is always a pleasure to bowl at Max Bowl Baytown.

Hadn't been back since all the changes. It's nice to see the place changing for the better. It's always been a fun safe environment for all walks of life. Young people to the more mature crowd. Drew was assisting the bartender on staff during peak hours and was very helpful and friendly. Not only with us but also with the staff. I totally recommend this place and will go back again.

Janie is the absolute best manager. I have bowled here since the late 90s. She cares about her employees and her patrons. She knows bowling and she makes it her business to know the people.. thay don't make them like her anymore. She keeps the place clean and running well with smarts and courtesy. This place is screwed if she ever retires.

So my hubby and I go here mostly to play pool. But we have bowled a few times as well. Good environment for kids and adults. Good drinks, good food. The wings are my fave. I got them naked with sauce on side. Best decision ever. Bowling is cheap Friday night. Otherwise, it's somewhat pricey.

Kinda pricey for 3 people between the drinks, bowling, and other activities. We'll look for the specials and promotions next time. We had a blast regardless.
