We had my son?s bday party there today! Everything was perfect! Parker was our host and he is awesome! Everyone who attend the party loved the arcade games and laser tag. Thank you so much! Our day was excellent!
Love this place! They have bowling, laser tag, arcade, live music nearly everyday! Staff is always friendly. My kids just go wild and they live it too. My only complaint is that there are no gluten free options. Too many people with celiac or gluten sensitivity too not have at least one or two gluten free options.
The place looks super cute! However, both front desk attendees failed to inform our group about the limits of the timed arcade cards. - You can't get tickets from the games you play. No one in my group was informed of this, we even made comments at the desk about prizes we were hoping to earn AFTER we looked through the ?redemption? room and went back to the desk for arcade cards- would have been a prime moment to disclose that - you can't play ALL games, some are just simply not available with the timed ca
Love this place! Great place to have birthday parties with so many different birthday packages to choose from. We love coming here during ball tournaments to let all of the kids have some fun! Highly recommend if you're in the Conway area!
A fun spot for a birthday party we attended. You get your own party room and a dedicated employee to take the kids to the different events and bring the food. Laser tag was a lot of fun, with two levels to play on and responsive gear. The pizza and ice cream were fine... nothing special, but the kids liked it. The kids who attended also got $20 cards for the arcade (not sure if that was part of the party package or not). I did notice that you're able to play more games with $20 here than at other arcades
Came here with a large group- the kids had a blast! Food was fast & great!!!
Seems as if the food has changed with the rest of the building. Got a burger and I wasn't good at all. Bun was over toasted. The new line dance area has taken a good portion of it as well. We were sat to eat in that area and it was so dark with just a light blue light on us that resembled a black light almost.
We had my granddaughter?s birthday party here today and it was a huge success! Haley was our hostess and did an excellent job! Very patient and attentive! Thank you Haley! It's definitely the way to roll with kids birthday parties! We will definitely be back for more!
Since Maly's Entertainment has decided not to post their menus and prices on their website. I have done it for them in my review. One of the biggest struggles in choosing to go to their establishment was walking in blind and not knowing what it would cost to celebrate my son's birthday. Please keep in mind that these menus and prices were current as of November 18, 2023. In my opinion the menu prices were about normal. The price for game cards were close to that of Dave and Buster's, but the game's themselv
Went there for their 5.00 street taco special, not good. I didn't want to complain since they are only 5.00 for 3 bity tacos. My friend agreed but ate it because we were hungry. When being seated there were 4 workers in a group talking.... the hostess asked them who wanted the table ( we were the only ones there) and they all hesitated which was odd to me don't they want to make tips? Our waitress was nice though and attentive. She also did ask how we liked the tacos and I had to be honest the meat was blan
Such a fun place to get together with friends and family. The cornhole section on Sundays is a great way to make new friends and try out your barbecue get together skills. The staff is helpful and the chef cooked food has been great with very reasonable pricing
Went last night, a Wednesday night , not a great experience. I do want to say the staff is amazing, food as well, we got the loaded tots, very good. The prices however not great, it was over $50 for 2 to bowl 1 hour. Then on top of that we had to listen to a dance instructor count to 8 over and over again the whole time, I think music actual played twice for about 2 min each time. We ordered 3 drinks, and had the loaded tots and the price was $69 plus change, thats crazy. I went last year and the prices we
The arcade part of the establishment is fun, though I wish there was more of a variety it was enjoyable nonetheless. The real issue came with the restaurant part. My group and I were seated down at approximately 8:05 p.m and were told by the host that a waiter would be with us soon and that they would bring menus and silverware as he had apparently ran out. We had to go alert the host at 8:30 that we had not at all been seen by a waiter and it later took another 10 minutes for one to come serve us. The food
Wish there were more games. Quite a few were not working. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'm waiting to see a live show (music) there. The kids will love it. They have bowling too. Plus a bar for the adults
The bowling was really fun, the laser tag wasn't working the day we went. The arcade games in my opinion were not as entertaining as most. The employees all seemed very helpful and kind.
The service was amazing. Me and my wife decided to take my mother out for new years. in the midst of the craziness our server was fast and very attentive to us!! thank you for the experience carson! drinks were amazing and so was the jambalaya.
Nice too see. Still going through a lot of growing pains. For being so new I'd say 1/5 of the arcade was already broken or unuseable. Hopefully, they fix these problems I'd hate to see this place fall apart Conway could really use a nicer facility like this for the children. The bowling alley and ax throwing areas looked nice. Here are a list of the machines not working while we visited. Need for speed motion 4 claw machines down completely (the rest so weak they didn't even give the illusion of being capa
Kinda disappointed to be honest especially since it was my first time. I feel like the place is over priced for what you get. Some of the staff aren't super friendly and you can tell they don't want to be there. I do plan to go back again at some point to give it another chance. Fingers crossed it will be better.
We went here (adults) for our anniversary. We had a great time. Food was good and fair priced. Burger was not dry and onion rings crispy. Beer was cold! Kayla our bar tender was very nice, and the manager came by and was nice! Games were good we only saw two games that didn't work. We were able to spend 60$ and play enough to get over 7000 tickets. The highest price item in the gift shop was 12000 so we liked that the ticket and prizes were pretty good. Overall we will be back. They have ladies night on Wed
They knowingly keep hired on someone who gives out alcohol wrist bands to minors so they don't have to get their ids checked at the bar. Would not recommend, very unsafe
Very friendly staff love the games awesome rewards and fun staff
Went there to bowl last night and I wake up to multiple charges on my card!! Get on google and find out I'm not the only one! Please use cash if you decide to try this place out!
This place is amazing lots of fun and games ,the food was excellent ??
People are really sleeping on maly?s this place is so fun. It's my favorite go to place in Conway. Food is great, the bowling alley is great, the arcade games are great and sometime they have live music groups performing.
Pizza could have been better, but besides that everyone Really enjoyed this place, kids had a great birthday party, and the amenities for parents are enjoyable...
We had a great time! Bowling, ping pong and arcade games! Appetizers and drinks..the pretzel grazing board was good..the trio of dips was lacking..the salsa was good.
I would like to thank all the staff of Malys Entertainment center for hosting our party tonight. Y?all did an amazing job of being kind, friendly, and professional. Shout out to Aidan! You were amazing and I cannot stress that enough!
It was fun while it lasted. When my bf and first started coming here they had a Tues special of buy 1 hour of bowling get 1 free which was great. We had to take a break from this for a couple of months. We came today and the sign still said b1g1 for bowling, they told us they longer do that, I explained the sign says they do, manager tries to tell me he can't even ring it up only to find out they can when I asked "you can't add another hour?", he got an attitude and told the cashier to do it, she had NO tro
Food was good, service was fun, many different arcade games. Had a blast even though my daughter beat me 2x's at bowling. ??
Great fun for the whole family! We have spent many evenings here. Food is amazing and the kids love it!
Went for a field trip with my daughter. It was absolutely wonderful. Great location and wonderful service. Fivestars all the way!
I am so ecstatic and so honored to be able to go to malys right here in Conway. I truly believe that this was an amazing idea to bring the city of Conway out to have some fun. I really enjoyed myself I definitely recommend their southern peach LIT they were very tasty and overall my favorite two games so far happen to be Jurassic park an fast an the furious. I will be back for more fun.
We had family bowling game night here. We had so much fun it's definitely kid friendly with a little bit of adult beverages! We had so much fun!
Really disappointing. Go to Action Jacks. Game.play is cheaper, more and better games better prizes. More friendly staff. Nthis was my first and last visit to Malys
Great live band. Good drinks. We had a blast bowling. Lots of games to do.
My family and I had great fun here. Great service. Good food.
Visited this location for the first time on my son's birthday. I didn't plan a party and just showed up with balloons and table decorations. The warm greetings, care and service we received from the staff was nothing short of exceptional!! We will definitely be back and recommend this location to everyone!!
Parking distance is a pain, no laser tag several other games are down. For my first experience, this sucks. I doubt if I'll bring my kid back.
We enjoyed our time at Maly?s! Everyone was friendly and the music was the best part :) we got to see kids dancing and annoying themselves.
Almost always a great experience. The managers and staff are generally ok. But last night was pretty Bailey. Special thanks to ray ( the management)and bailey. I didn't get the bar keeps name but she wasn't bad either. Quick service
Great entertainment place. Lots of options. Prices are reasonable. Better than Dave and busters
First time here, and while we had a blast, I'm hesitant to return. Everything was great until the dj decided to bring Packed-Club-on-a-Friday-Night energy to a mostly empty establishment at 5 pm on a Wednesday. The music was entirely too loud, and oddly mixed. Like dude, read the room. My boyfriend and I could hardly hear each other, and not because there were lots of people, there were *maybe* 15 people in the building aside from staff, and I'm being generous. If we hadn't already spent the money on arcade
Was told by bar staff that they weren't serving at the bar anymore but we could go to the tables to be served and have been sitting for 30 minutes waiting for a sever to come over. Asked a few times for someone to take our order but no one yet has done it. So far no food or drinks would rate 0 stars. Don't recommend coming here if you want to be served Update: when trying to get multiple servers attention by waving at them they would look directly at me and turn away. So if you want good service don't let
If one knows how to bowl, the bowling lanes leave a lot to be desired. The lanes were poorly maintained. No wax on the lanes and the string-type pinsetters really mess up pin action. Also, the big video screens at the end of lanes reflect onto the lanes, making it very difficult to see the arrows. It looks like a good place for kids parties, but I doubt that I'll bowl there again.
I love the environment and it's a friendly and games are amazing food is awesome and drinks are cheap.
We love coming here for dinner while the kids play and getting the 2 hour unlimited pass for the best bang for our buck!
Went for the first time with friends last night and it was a blast!! I will say i wish the arcade had more games and not so many of the ticket grabbers. The food was good, and the laser tag was a blast!! Two story room for laser tag! It was a great time!!
The games are so expensive and drinks are crazy over priced. The place always feels shorthanded. $100 and your out of there in 30 min with only one kid playing games. This is by far the worst place ever to take the kids
We had such a great time at Maly's. The wings were good the staff was great the bowling was really fun!!
Had a bunch of fun, but we had 12 people and they put us on 2 lanes. Since you pay by the hour and not the game, we didn't even get to finish our 2nd game. A lot of money per person for not much bowling. Brandon our server was amazing though, he stayed on top of all of our needs. Also tons of video games tp play. Would definitely go back!
I've been here numerous times with friends and family. Really enjoy bowling and axe throwing. Also enjoy playing games with my granddaughter. Food and drink menu is amazing. Had a young lady by the name of Jaden wait on us the first time visiting and she was awesome. Requested to have her ever since. Keep up the good work everyone. Glad to have a place like this in town!!!
This place is always a great place to go and have fun. With a group, are by yourself. The employees are always helpful if you need it.
This place has a weird vibe. The first thing I thought of is it's like someone sold their soul to the devil to make an alternative Dave and Busters. Huge rooms with machines but nothing on the walls. We went there for bowling after the other alley was closed for an event. You rent the bowling by the hour ($20-$35) so it was reasonable for 5 people. But... the lanes aren't real bowling lanes, they're the weird kind where the pins are connected to ropes. So they don't move the way they normally do, its
Went here last Saturday in the afternoon for the first time. It was two of us. Before doing activities we went to get a soda. The bartender told us we had to sit at a table to order. We did so and waited for 30 minutes and not a single person came to the table. It was fairly busy but there were at the very least, 5 servers. We waved to them several times and one of them even made eye contact with me before turning around and walking away. Went up to the bartender to see what's going on and she said it was t
My family and I have been here several times since opening and my little absolutely love it! The arcade is easy to navigate and the hyper bowling is so much fun. Our waitress Alexis Weyer was hands down the best! We request her every time we go! She has phenomenal customer service! She's even great with the kids!
I have gone to Malys many times since they've opened. Me and my boyfriend love to go there on Wednesdays for their half off drink menu and games!! We've always had great food, great experience, and great service. Our favorite waiter is Alexis! She is always attentive to our needs and gives great suggestions. When she's serving us it feels as though she's a friend we've known for a long time! <3 malys
We love this place I have two Kids under 12 and have been here over half a dozen times since they opened. Way better than Dave & Buster?s more options and better atmosphere. The food is really good, the staff is friendly. If Jayden is there, we ask for her if not, we ask for Zack, either way you can't go wrong I've not had a bad server yet but she's definitely our favorite.
Love it here! Places to sit and ?hang out? on the game floor would be great.
My server, Brandon, was the best server I've ever had in my life. The food came out so fast and his customer service was impeccable. He sure knows how to put a smile on someone?s face. I hope that everyone who comes gets to experience him.
Axe throwing is definitely a hit here. Harrisson helped us a lot and showed us step by step on getting hits. Definitely recommend.
Brandon was probably the best server i?ve ever had at Malys! He kept checking up on my table and was so nice to us. Everytime he came to our table, we got happier because all customers want is somebody who checks in with a smile! Customer service 10/10!!!
Tried reserving seating for a monthly group meeting that we have monthly and try new places. Told them it could be up to 50 people. They wanted to charge to reserve their room and told them normal seating would be fine. Spoke with the events manager but never got a call back to confirm or inform me of the decision. Another local restaurant was gladly able to accommodate us and the 40 plus that showed up. Won't be in business long refusing service to customers.
I was impressed when a waitress came and took my order while I was bowling and then brought it back. The Bahama Mama was delicious!! The games were fun, wasn't too expensive, the points automatically get added to your card, the shop had good prizes and toys to choose from to redeem your points. The ax throwing looked like a LOT of fun. The food looked good but we had already eaten when we went. There were 2 bars and also virtual bowling was available. There were a few restrooms scattered around, all very cl
We have been there a couple times. The place is awesome! Lots to do! and very spacious!! The food?subpar. Low quality meat, fatty, tough, dark-meat etc, pork wasnt too bad. We have tried a variety of foods off the menu, nothing thats really ?wow?. The staff are also subpar, they werent rude just not always available and often in a corner talking.
Nice atmosphere with lots of entertainment options. They having bowling, axe throwing, laser tag, arcade, ping pong, and multiple places to get food or a drink from the bar. There are multiple party rooms available. They have a few unique food item combinations. What we had was ok but basic bar level quality and will work to keep you fueled while playing games.
Called to ensure they were open took 3 kids up there to find out everything was closed except the arcade so that sucked. Look up at the board and choose the $100 dollar option for games because it was the best value and ask for the balance to be put on 3 cards for the children and they say they can't do that I'd have to do the lesser options 3 separate times. This is clearly so you don't get the bonuses offered. Whatever house rules I suppose but let me just let you all know Dave and busters, Main Event, an
What a great place for Conway! The buffalo chicken wraps were great and the kids liked the pizza. All the gamesl area had plenty of room for everyone, even on a busy night. The parking was a bit of a walk away from the front door, prices were a little high and they seemed a little understaffed to handle the crowd which made food prep and delivery kind of slow but with so much going on we had plenty to keep busy with. Will return for a special night out with the family.
Took my kids for a birthday surprise! They had a blast and won cool prizes. Staff and restaurant service was great and food was decent. (Also a full bar for adult gatherings) bowling, Lazer tag.. We had a lot of fun!!
The negative: I would say Maly?s definitely has some kinks to work out. Several of the machines were off-line due to the ?network being down?. They couldn't tell me how many points were on my card; which also meant that you couldn't redeem your points for prizes. Normally, I would chalk up this up to ?stuff happens sometimes?, but I've only been twice and this has happened both visits. They need to create an infrastructure that can support all these gaming systems on the same network, in addition to having
Super chill and not very loud place for adults to hang out on the weekdays. Perfect spot for after work stress relief and drinks. They have wonderful specials and wonderful food as well. I'll definitely be back!
This place is amazing for the Conway area!! The service was top notch! The bowling areas and laser tag were our favorites, but they also had a fun arcade, axe throwing, and delicious restaurant. Can't wait to go back! They also have really nice party and corporate event rooms.
Newly open, very well ran and extremely nice staff members. Bowling for one hour per group is $35 (not including shoes which is $4 per person) which is was a bit pricey for a party of 3. If they had pay-by-game I'd give to a 5 star rating.
I recently visited Malys for a night of axe throwing and dining, and I can't stop raving about the experience! Alexis, our waiter, was an absolute standout. Her impeccable service and genuine warmth elevated our evening. Her recommendations were spot on. The food was delicious, and the axe throwing added an extra thrill to the night. Thanks to Alexis and the entire team at Malys, our evening was unforgettable. I recommend this spot
Took my family out here. The kids had a blast and our waitress was by far one of the best I've had in a while. She kept up with everything we asked for and made sure everything was as perfect as it could be. Definitely recommend asking for Jaden holt to be your waiter.
Kind of sucks the parking lot being at the back of the building, we were soaked by the time we reached the door from the light rain. Some of the prices were steep, I'd suggest the local bowling alley if your wanting to bowl. We stuck to the arcade games. We might go back but I wasn't really impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We had a great first time! Food was great we all found something fun to do! Shout out to our bartender Maranda for making all our amazing drinks! :) We will definitely go again!
Half of the games don't work. Just seems like a waste of time when we could just go to D&B or Retro Arcade where games actually work.
Overall an amazing place. Great energy release for the kids and even has amazing activities for adults. Jaden (our server) was the most helpful and such a great person overall with amazing energy towards her guest! Definitely ask for her when you give it a try!
This was a lot of fun for our homeschool group's families. The service & food was excellent! It was spacious area and the activities were well arranged. There was something for everyone to do. Laser tag & ax throwing was awesome. Great for families or group events!
Went to Malys the other night and had a blast with all the grandkids. We booked, had appetizers and played games. Our server was Austin... the best server I'd had in many many years . We will definitely be going back for our family get together ??
This is a good spot for wholesome fun. The games are pretty good, but the claws have weak grips. They'll break your heart. Prices are a little too bougie for food quality, but it's about what you'd get at an Applebee's. It's loud. It's less for small kids, at least what I saw. They make a mean bloody Mary. Your kid will blow $20 in about 30 minutes, so plan accordingly for game pricing. Food prep time is still a little slow, but I think it's par for any place with games. People were nice and helpful, and ou
Posting this on a bum email to save face but I put in a application as a server I am certified to cook and serve food making me more qualified than anyone else and yet no response in over a week no email call text nothing also they have poor management
We bowled, played some arcade games, and tried the nachos. It was okay. We won't go back again though. We bowl often and really did not like the lanes there. We were told someone would come by to take our food order and it took a really long time. We finished 2 games of bowling by the time we got our food. My child found the arcade to be lackluster.
Great food, and a lot of fun! Really good prices, and there is plenty to entertain you!
Malys is a modernized, elegant establishment meant for any demographic and age group (toddlers +). It's a place where adults can have fun, socialize and it is a place where kids can do the same! From their delicious, variety of food to the interactive, old and new school arcade games it's an awesome place where people can let loose! They are a bit pricey when it comes to alcoholic beverages. One of their servers, Jaden, is upbeat, personable and attentive! I had a great time and will be returning soon.
There is no parking close to the door. Be warned. We didn't realize this until we had parked and had to run with a 3 year old in 7 degrees. They ID'd all of us for entry. That made me uncomfortable. Staff largely ignored us. The games were really difficult to win prizes so the kids grew increasingly frustrated. We had planned on staying for dinner but decided against it due to a lack of service. We were hoping to like it but we won't be back, unfortunately.
Kids and I love this place! Jaden did amazing making sure we were accommodated with all of our needs. Food was great, kids had a blast, and overall just an awesome and fun experience. Will definitely be going back! Thank you Jaden!
They got rid of the half price drinks on Wednesday, changed the menu that is much more confusing and hard to read and the place generally seems very dead. Bowling is far too expensive.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
