This place was amazing!!?? When we came in, it was clean and very fun. My cousin and little brother had a blast. We played many games and went on many different rides. The staff there were patient, kind, responsible, and helpful. I do recommend coming here and I would definitely come here again. Thanks for the awesome time. 5 STARS?! The rides I would recommend are Doe Hurricane, The Hollywood Go Carts, and the Drop Tower. I give all my thanks to the staff, Rodney, for convincing my scary brother to get on
Came across this place on the way to Iowa. What a cool concept. The attendees, especially Thamor, are super nice and were great with my kids. They have selections for everyone. Seriously, Thamor, you're awesome!
I brought my son out for a father son day and he had a blast. The staff was great and they were very helpful. We will definitely be coming back for more days of fun! His favorite game was the race car fast and furious game.
We had some good family fun at this location. Very few games were inoperable so the kids had lots to choose from. The rates are definitely reasonable for the amount of fun my kids had. Will definitely return.
Came in around 11am on a Tuesday was immediately helped and my 2 yr old & 9 yr old had so much fun!! The only bummer was that the bummer car were Closed for some reason!
Cool place my first time ever being here. My son?s been here a few times and he loves it. He always asks me to go bring him and I'm glad I did I think I had more fun than him. This something I can see myself coming to play by myself
My daughter and I came here for our mommy and me day and had a blast! Clean and fun!
So much fun! This place is very clean! And I had boys age range 15 to 9 and everyone had fun!
Very clean play place, great variety of activities for all ages and a fun way to spend the day with the grandkids. Staff super kind and helpful. Flexible pricing packages make it affordable.
Staff was nice and the restrooms were clean. A little pricey but was worth it for the fun we had. We played a lot of games, bowled and my husband and daughter were the only ones who did the go karts. Overall, a good experience and would return again.
"Had an amazing time at Malibu Jack's! The customer service was top-notch - friendly and attentive staff who made sure everyone was having a great time. The variety of rides, from go-karts to mini-golf, kept us entertained all day. The arcade games were a blast, and the prizes were awesome! Definitely a fun spot for families and friends. We'll be coming back for sure!"
I came here with a group of friends and we rode a few of the rides and also played a few of the machines. We had lots of fun as a group playing and riding rides together. The atmosphere was very chill and the staff were very friendly! They also have laser tag which was really really fun!!
I took my grandsons for a birthday fun day. And we had a blast. The bumper cars and go carts was everyone's favorite. The arcade was pretty big and had all kinds of different games. The bowling alley ?? was fun. This place is huge and is attached to the white oaks mall. There's something to do for everyone
This place was huge. Lots of fun stuff to do. I thought the prices were a bit high but it was a fun place and everyone looked like they were having a wonderful time. We took our 3 year granddaughter so there really wasn't too much that she could do other than the Bounce Beach area (which consisted of some multi-level play areas the kids could go through, but the bounce house wasn't running at that time). But she still had a great time just in that area ($10 for the Bounce Beach area). Staff was very friendl
Spent the day with my kids here and had a blast! The race karts and laser tag were so much fun, and the indoor playground was perfect for staying warm on a cold day. A fantastic place for family fun!
Workers were very nice especially Olivia, she's very kind and she has a great amount of patience. Rides are very fun and protected. Bryan too!
This place was absolutely booty hole. I mean the staff workers were not at any of the rides and I wait 30 minutes just to go on the job tower. Also when I try to go on a go kart, this kid kept crashing into all the sides and making me wait for a really long time and all this place was pretty cool for the concept like the theme but overall just not fun if you ever wanna go to a better arcade then don't stop at this place. I would rather go to the creek Which had the arcade and some good food or go to places
I had a great time for my first time here.. drove 2 1/2 hrs and was a little pricey.. Some things was ehh and could have needed work on. The bowling lanes were kinda jankie.. so was the go karts.. I felt like the go karts needs a bigger area and same with the bumper cars..
My son spent his 8th birthday here and enjoyed all of the rides!!! many of the attractions were also adult friendly and we also enjoyed ! Great place overall!
Love this so much! It's our first time here. There are things to do for the kids, things for adults. We had so much fun. It's clean and the staff is great. Will definitely be back.
We had a fabulous time! It was a great deal and the rising games were so much fun. The staff was amazing too.
Brought the kids today. Great play area upstairs! Not expensive and huge for my 5 year old. Loads of arcade games for the older kids. A bit dear but several value options, so check it out. I enjoyed it and all three kids liked it.
Had a lot of fun with my 8 year old. Only bummer was he wasn't tall enough to drive go karts on his own
Great place for fun times with the kids. The reloadable cards work great and even allow kids to get snacks and drinks! Plenty to do for all ages..even the adults!!
Great place with lots to do. Wonderful area where younger kids can play safely (parent must accompany, and they can come and go all day for one price). Great for families. Some attractions were closed today and there was an extra charge for getting extra cards so that family members could split up as needed for attractions.
We had a great time celebrating my 6 and 2 year Olds birthdays here. We did not make a reservation for a room because it was all adults (6 of us) and our 2 kids. Just know that you can not bring in Cake if you don't have a reserved party room. Also, NO balloons allowed at all. But it worked out and we had cake after we were done playing (for 4 hours!)
I love this place to come with kids but they should automatic add the arcade to the weekend pass without making us pay extra after that, this is a very fun space for little kids
This is the BEST place EVER!!! It's great for the young and old. I had a BALLLLL.... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK MALIBU JACK (Owner) This is a beautiful place to come with family.
My family of 4 came to Malibu Jack's to celebrate my daughter's report card and we were met with smiling faces and wonderful staff. We played in the playground and casey was a wonderful staff member that greeted us with kindness And was super nice.
Malibu jacks was super fun! went here during a school trip and they were very welcoming and friendly. would definitely recommend if you are a fan of thrill rides or arcade games
We had a great time here! The facility is clean, staff were helpful, and the arcade games worked! We will definitely be back. They also have a toddler area.
Good place but half of the arcade games were broken, so there is a lack of proper maintenance. UPDATE: Water in mini golf area was green and nasty and there was an arcade game that was broken into ??
My wife and I brought our kids to the Bounce Beach at Malibu jacks! Wonderful experience!!! Casey has been very helpful and polite!! We recommend this place to anyone who wants a good family experience!!
Did not have a great experience. We arrive at 11:00 on 3/26/25. We waited 10 minutes for a staff member to unlock the doors after calling the main number and asking if the park was going to open. Once inside and after we paid for our passes we were told the rides were not available until noon. Our group decided to proceed to miniature golf. We waited in line for every ride at the specified time and there was no attendant or they were late. I understand staffing issues but there should be transparency that r
I recently took my two kids to Malibu Jack?s, and we all had an incredible time! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, clean, and welcoming. There's so much to do, and it kept the kids entertained for hours.
Dalton was an excellent attendant. There was some delay on rides due to short staff or un certified staff for rides. And most things I tried out had maintenance issues/didn't quite work the way it was supposed to. All in all though, we had a pretty good time.
We went Friday night and did the 5-11 wrist band special. We didn't have our hopes too high. We didn't know what to expect with the mixed reviews. The pictures looked more for smaller children to maybe 13ish years old. We didn't plan on getting wrist bands for adults, but we did and I'm glad. We definitely got our money worth, and didn't even do everything because we were tired!! This pass includes everything except the basketball and bowling. There is food and a bar. The adult beverages need to stay in the
Games were awesome. Some of the rides were not working causing longer wait times and frustration.
Team was awesome, both of my kids had a great time. My 6 yr old really enjoyed the drop. It was something new for him to experience.
This establishment is a great place to take the kids for a fun day out. The all-day amusement passes are a great value if you plan on having a fun day out.
The kids had a blast! Lots of fun things to do. The kids really liked the bumper cars, the virtual reality rides, and the golfing ??. We plan on going back to try the boiling!
Place is awesome. My son had a blast Jacob and Tyler were especially helpful. Def be back soon.
My kids love coming here. The food is reasonable considering it is an indoor kid play place. Staff is lovely and helpful.
Went for the first time on a Saturday and had the greatest time. All the staff were kind and genuine. The attractions were fun and the food was good! Many of the games were broke down but we seen maintenance actively going around trying to fix what they could!
Saturday night. We called and were told they don't close till 11pm on the phone. We drove over an hour out of our way to come and they then tell us they are closing at 9pm (it being 8:40pm) for a private event. Scott the district manager did nothing about our situation that THEY caused. Horrible customer service especially with such a big inconvenience that THEY caused. Did nothing to solve the problem! Know when you book private events and don't ruin other families nights because your mistake!!
Wish more of the attraction/rides were open and running. Not sure if it was lack of staff or mechanical issues. All around very clean, safe, friendly and knowledgeable staff! We came on a Saturday evening and glad we did.
Was not impressed at all. Long lines for rides. Not all rides operate at once. Go carts take forever to get on since they only have one worker most the time. Also hard to steer, people hitting walls alot, which slows line down even more. Bumper Cars have six cars but 3 were broke so only 3 people could ride at a time. Hurricane motion theater of course was closed. All bad nothing good, unless u enjoy getting ripped off! Not worth $40 per person. Will not be back!
First time here. This was disappointing that some of their attractions were broken and it was the only things my kids were interested in or could ride because of age/height. Plan on putting out much more $$$ as they charge for everything. We were there with kids ages 2,4,8,9 and 10. The 2&4 year old activities were on top level and older kids wanted to be downstairs. Impossible to see them or interact with them due to layout of attractions.
Me and the kids went yesterday it wasnt worth the money . You had to go to front desk every time you wanted to ride something because nobody was there to run the rides. We waited longer for the people to come help us than anything. The go karts were horrible they were stopped more than they was going. The prizes for the tickets are way too high priced . Won't be going back
I went with my family of three and had a great time today it was amazing. The employees were all super nice and the pricing was affordable for our standards I would definitely come back again.
My grandkids, cousins, & family had a great time. All the attractions was available & the customers were friendly. Along with the price was reasonable for unlimited attractions.
The employees were very friendly and helpful! We went on a Friday afternoon, so it wasn't to busy. It's fairly priced, plenty arcade games and the rides were pretty fun.
We had so much fun! Me and my 6 year old were entertained for hours!!
Clean and well-organized place! A lot of fun for all ages.
My kids and I went for a fun day. The food was good and fresh, the price was reasonable and they enjoyed the games and little kid play area. Will definitely be back again.
We went on a Wednesday during the week to go bowling because they had a special and we were on spring break. They opened the bowling at 2 and we went in just a little after that. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk in order for us to pay and bowl. We talked to two other staff members. One of which said they would call someone up and the other said there was no one there to do bowling. I can understand not having the staff on a specific day but the sign that was posted on the desk said
We went here for my daughter's birthday this year and had a great time. My daughter and her friend really enjoyed the assortment of claw games they won quite a few little stuffies. a couple of rides were down but that's fine that can happen.
I had a great time with me and family amazing staff great rides for cheap prices , we stayed here for 2 hours and played games and rode rides .i put 20$ on my card and that honestly lasted for over 2 hours from my point of view .
Great Family Fun! Our family had a blast! It was our first time to go. What we learned, understaffed! The people who work there are overwhelmed with running multiple rides. If you want to play laser tag you require a reservation - do this when you purchase your entry. Be Kind & Patient!
This place is literally one of the best places to go too, especially during the week. Your kids get to play in the huge beach area for $10 and it so much fun and entertainment for them. 10/10 recommend!!
Had a blast at the arcade having family fun. Some of the claw machines could use some work as they were times they malfunctioned
The staffs are very rude, the little staff they do got! Nun of the attractions were open due to staff shortages! Their prices is crazy when all you can do is play the games. They were being racist to this African American family that was there and when I spoke up for them they told me to ?Mind my business? it's not all worth the hype!
It was a very good place m, I would for sure come back to this place. It is the best place in spring field to take your kid.
Really bad experience on the go karts. People slowing down kept causing crashes. People kept hitting the wall. That's normal sometimes but when it happens here the whole thing is stopped and you just have to sit and wait for the ride op to reset the ride. I slowed down to not hit the person in front of me and the kid behind me boosted into the back of my cart and slammed me hard enough to exit the ride. The 4d simulator is cool but you have and are told to hold the headset in place for the whole ride if you
This place was awesome! Had a bunch of fun on the rides would go again
Went here today first time. Grandpa and 4 yo granddaughter. GREAT FUN!! She loved the kids climbing area. Bounce houses not inflated. Not sure why for $10 admission. Pizza was good and reasonable. Nice they offer alcohol if that's your thing. Mini golf was great. Games are fun. In summary it's as if ChuckyCheese and GreatWolf had a baby and a carnival was the surrogate! Highly recommend.
Took our 13 year old triplets here for some fun! The staff was helpful and friendly. Kids had a blast and wait time was minimal.
First time. Grandparents and Grandkids... This place was Amazing. We had so much Fun. Will Return. They had something for Everyone
Malibu jacks is so fun don't get me wrong. But we have had this problem every single time we go. so the rides have a time on when they open and the one my family wanted to ride opened at 10,30,50 and it was 9:08 so we hopped in line . The time then turned to 9:10 then 9:15 then 9:20 then 9:30, 9:39 and that's when we left the line. Mind you there were more people not just us. In that time no worker came up to us or even came close!! And the place wasn't that busy. Also one time we went on the go karts I I t
Brought my son for hus 10th Birthday super fun place! Very nice employees!
Great place to have fun! Good for little kids
Went yesterday (1-1-25) had a great time and so did my daughter, although I wish I would have known there was only 2 attendees working the rides, and one was a trainee. So that meant only one ride would work at a time. So I spent $40($20 for each of us) to ride for 1.5 hours. And only got tot do the things in a certain order. Pretty disappointed with that. Also watch your money on the prepaid cards, a lot of the games will take double. I did address that with the front desk and they very happily returned my
I am completely disappointed in the experience I had today. 1st, there is an online special running for $120. I needed to add what came with the package for an additional child. I called first and was told 39.99. I got to the register, explained what I needed to do and got a total that was way off. I was told I was charged an additional $20. That should have been explained before my card was charged. 2nd with the pass there is a 90min unlimited play time limit for certain activities. None of the workers wer
Very nice joint with great bowling and killer wings, I mean really killer wings! Great place to bring the family for bowling and food. Staff members were all friendly and prices weren't bad. Whoever says it's expensive must still be living in 2010. Not sure if there is midnight bowling but if not that would be a great addition for the young adults.
This arcade is an absolute gem - a vibrant throwback to classic gaming with a modern twist! The selection of games is phenomenal, spanning all eras from retro favorites to the latest hits, and everything is in pristine condition. Wonderful place would most definitely come back!
Very fun for my schools field trip but we did have to wait a long time for food which made me a bit hangry but other then that very fun would come again
Okay, when we first arrived, it was fine. The place looked like a lot of fun. I was actually really pumped about it! Aside from that, the rest I have to say about it is not very good. For starters, the price. Oh. My. Lord. Each play on an arcade game was anywhere from $1-5 per player. That stacks up quick. That's not to mention the experiences like the go-karts and VR roller coaster, costing anywhere between $5-$8 per person. It is downright ridiculous. Now onto our experience at the "Dark Ride XD". It is a
There is a great variety of things for kids and families to do, from arcade games, go karts, to mini golf. Great spot for a rainy day or when your kiddos have a playdate.
There's so much to do here it's a perfect place to have a party. If you want to play games and ride rides you have to buy a card and load money on it just like you were at Chuck e cheese. It's better than Chuck e cheese!
We came on a random Monday at the beginning of the summer and almost everything we wanted to do was available! Staff was super nice and accommodating, couldn't have asked for more!
It was very fun and since I went l with my school I had a very good I got unlimited rides and I got a fair amount of tickets.
I am soooo let down. I took my 11 year-old son here for his birthday, and purchased 3 unlimited attraction passes. This was on a Wednesday (2/19). There was only 2 guys running back and fourth working all of the attractions. If you wanted to ride go karts more than once, you had to wait for one of the two guys to go and operate some other attraction and come back. They employee told me that they used to have employees at each attraction but got tire of them sitting around with nothing to do (aka being avail
Pretty fun place for kiddos. My toddler likes the climbing area but doesn't like to go alone. I wish adults were allowed in the structures but I guess it makes sense why they can't be.
My baby girl party was fun and everyone has good service here
This is a great place for kids to come and have a good time. They age a variety of games and small rides! Great for a few hours of fun!
Fun time. Plenty to do. Good Attractions (Go-Kart, laser take) plus arcade games. Good customer service. Would definitely recommend.
It was fun to come here with friends and the rides are fun too! Highly recommend if you're in the area.
We traveled almost 2 hours and definitely worth it. Lazer tag was far the best for me.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
