Malibu Jack's Quad Cities

I had the opportunity to take a group of international students from Carl Sandburg College to Malibu Jack's in Bettendorf and they had the BEST time ever. The staff was AMAZING, the facilities VERY CLEAN, and the pizza was DELICIOUS!!! It was the highlight of their time in the United States for some of them and the consensus was that we definitely need to make sure that every group of international students has the opportunity to visit Malibu Jack's. 5 stars only because 6 is not an option!!!!

This was our first time to Malibu Jack?s. Right away I was really impressed with how clean it was. All the surfaces look like they had been well-maintained and not wiped down. We had an amazing time at Malibu Jack?s! Our group ranged from age 3 to 21, and everyone found something fun to enjoy. My toddler absolutely loved Bounce Beach, it was perfect for younger kids. The older kids couldn't get enough of the go-karts! Everything was clean, affordable, and well-organized. A great spot for family fun of all ages!

We happened to be present on the arcade side when a tornado warning was issued. We didn't feel safe there so we made our way towards the door to take shelter at home in our basement, which wasn't far away. On our way out, my youngest collapsed on the floor. She wasn't feeling well, and was having a tantrum on top of it. First time visiting, showed up at noon when they opened. Took them 15 min to get a register out so you could even go do anything, then half the things weren't open. Honestly there were two employees there who were good at their jobs. The rest, terrible.. I said thank you to everyone and only the two responded. No one was at the bowling/ golf counter. I came here with some friends and it was super fun. We did laser tag, bowling, and the arcade. The bowling was super advanced and we were able to turn the bumpers on/off as we pleased. None of the arcade games were out of order. We went on a Friday around afternoon/evening and it wasn't very busy. All together very pleasant and I think I'll be coming am back again some time!

Paid for a birthday package for the birthday Cabana area to be from 3:30 to 5:00 we got there at 3:30 and waited 45 minutes for just for the pizza to be made. By the time we had our pizza half of our time in the party room was already over so we had to hurry and eat and move the party to the kitchen area. We reserved it from 3:30 to 5:00 and at 4:45 we had a worker come in in trying to clean up the area already. They were so short-staffed even though you got 4 hours unlimited it was anywhere from 15 to 20 m

I had the pleasure of attending Malibu Jacks? grand opening, which was held a couple of weeks after they officially opened. We recently had my daughter's birthday party here and it was wonderful! The staff made the whole process very easy, they were so helpful and accommodating, and just lovely to work with! The kids all had a blast! Prices were very reasonable and there are lots of different options for activities. I'm sure we'll be having parties here for years to come!

We visited on a Saturday and most of the fun attractions were closed. The rollercoaster, laser tag and for a while the bumper cars were closed. The price was still $40 each eventhough the attractions were closed. They had pizza but they didn't have the vegetables (onions, olives, mushrooms ect) to go on it, but was reasonably priced and edible. All in all the kids had fun but didn't get to do some of the things they wanted to do.

Malibu Jacks was so much fun! It was priced well and accommodated our baseball team while we were in the area for a tournament- we'll definitely be back next time we're in town! The Go Karts were a fan favorite!

Way fun for families and the adults had fun too! Ages 2-8 kids and then a few adults and we all had a great time. Not too loud, but energetic.

Took my wife here for her birthday and I was skeptical at first thinking it was mainly for kids but we had an absolute blast, we rode all the rides at least twice, we will definitely come back and the staff was so helpful and constantly on tops of things, never had to wait for anything and everyone was super friendly. The whole building was super clean and the bathrooms were clean.

Showed up at 8:10 pm and there were families being told they were closing early do too a storm, which the storm is not a storm, there is no precipitation expected and none has fallen. Winds are high, and the temperature is a non factor at 60? Sad to see a parking lot full of people looking to spend money on a Friday night on their phones trying to find another place to have fun. Fun concept but experience was terrible. They had multiple attractions being run by one staff so lines and wait times were very long. The attraction operators were very rude. One attraction operator made my 8 year old cry because she snapped at them for asking if they could ride again. I regret taking my family here.

This place is kid friendly and very fun. They have games and rides for people of all ages. Very great staff also.

The prices and packages were not explained well, they took advantage of my mother and sold her a day pass for each person and we only had an hour to check the place out. The passes do not include a game pass, they put $5 on the card. They had a claw machine that was not operating properly that took our money, they were aware of it not working correctly and did not mark the machine. It is a lot of fun here. Had a lot of great times and could spend more time here. I resly like how mutch stuff they have here to do. It would be a 5 out of 5 but the items for ticket redemption are insanely high. A box of uno cards cost more than a LED light.

Visited Malibu Jacks with my family today, for the first time. Very different experience for us, but very enjoyable. Roller coaster ride was down but that's okay everything else was running and smoothly. No long lines or wait times for any of the attractions, my 5 & 8 year olds had a great time!

First and last time ever there? was there tonight with a birthday party large group the person that paid for the party was told the place closed at 9 party started at 5pm our group had a party space from 5-630 and then was asked to move to the table area which was fine we moved at 8pm older lady assuming she is a manager came over to our group and very unprofessional and rude said ?I've announced 10 times we close at 8pm you need to leave!? Super fun place for our kids to play. I had my daughter?s birthday party on a Sunday afternoon at 5:00. The part that was less than desirable was the lack of communication? when I signed my contract they told me my fun cards were good for 4 hours? they reconfirmed they were good from 5pm until 9pm. Unfortunately they didn't tell me that they closed at 8. So all the cards I bought with the package were shorted an entire hour of play. Second, the night staff at the end of the night were HORRIBLE! We came here for a birthday party and our three year old had a blast! It was awesome to receive some money on a game card, be able to play mini golf, and attend the beach club all for free as a guest of a party! Food was great as well. We will definitely be back for a family night.

This place is great. The prices are super reasonable. The rides are fun and feasible for older adults afraid of heights. This place check so many boxes for everyone. Plus, the restrooms are clean.

Brought the kids here for a party. Not too busy. There is a lot of different things to do for all kids. Felt like once the kids get playing their cards get empty pretty fast! I'd definitely put more than $20 on your cards so they can play everything.

Amazing experience! The place was extremely clean, staff was nice and ensured everyone?s safety and was accomodating when we were waiting for rides to start. We're visiting from Florida and will definitely come back next year!

Visited once with coworkers and another time with my children. Both times there was minimal waiting times to play and enjoy attractions. The most recent trip the staffing was a little low however, the crew that was there did a good job operating multiple attractions and answering questions I had. Overall, it was a good experience and my boys enjoy going so we will visit again.

Haven't even been here yet and already don't like the place. The people very obviously don't care. They have a 3rd party person plan their birthday events, and I have been trying to schedule a birthday party here for 5 days now and have gotten no response. I called and they said they have someone plan the events for them and that's all the information I was able to get.

Honestly the worse family attraction I have been to. My daughter is 2 and bought her a pass for the voice area but parents aren't allowed on equipment!! How tf do you not have a lawsuit yet.staff member are really rude. Food is not as advertised. I won't be coming back.

What a fun day. The boys loved the fenced-in kids zone. I love the fence more because I was able to relax. The climbing gyms are really nice. My boys loved the pirate ship themed one.

I was disappointed with the visit. Took 4 boys age 3 twins and 6 & 7 year olds. There's only 1 area for little kids and parents can't even sit and drink a soda while trapped in there with the little ones. Not worth the money. $166 for 1.5 hours of unlimited play for a family for 4 and a pizza gets you a go kart ride, a pizza, and $10 arcade credit for 4 people. The wait for the go kart was 45 min. We used the arcade credits while we waited for pizza. The coaster, the drop tower, and the spin bumper cars were all non-running. So disappointing and a lot of money for nothing.

Very family friendly, great pricing, attractions and area is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. There was an office there all night not because it was rough but overall just made everything better. Can not recommend this enough for a fun family time

Very fun place. We spent about 4.5 hours here and it flew by. The only thing negative I have to say is about the efficiency of some of the way they do things. The go karts is an always the most popular but the way they have to scan every card and then you end up sitting in the car for like 5 minutes before starting the race. So if there is a line it takes a very long time. I suggest they switch from a card to some kind of RFID wristband. This will increase speed and reduce wait times, while also ensuring pe
