Had a great time with my three young kiddos. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the inflatables weren't open when we went, and that's what we came for! My oldest is 6 and my youngest are 4, and there was plenty for us to do. We did the mini golf ($8 a round, under 4 are free), then rode the mini roller coaster ($5 a ride), then we did the bumper cars which were also very fun ($5 a ride but a good amount of time). It was also clean, and not very busy when we went. The staff was also friendly and helpful!
Malibu just opened here. It's on the side of the Mall facing Krogers. First time visiting Malibu Jack's. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners as they were prepping for thus location to open. Super friendly, and so are the staff here. Some are still training but will happy find the answers if they don't know. The place is clean and inviting, and it's a great job with the decor. I saw people already making use of the party event space. The rides were very fun, and my 5-year-old was able to do most
Just moved here from Texas and brought my kids they loved it. Boyce house section is great to bring my son to entertain him throughout day. Has entertainment for every age
Great place to go after games! Our baseball team was looking for something to do in the air conditioning and this place delivered. 13 and 14 year old boys had plenty to do for hours. They also had a small bar with good drinks prices for the adults. We also ordered food and it was all good. Highly recommend if you are looking for something to do with your team!!
This place isn't worth your money their unlimited is scummy in name. And they put a dining area (only one) next to the bowling alley. The food also take forever. It does although have cool rides. Fast wait. but I don't recommend this place. The gattis isn't to far away with unlimited pizza if you pay to get in their. and cheaper games.
Went with my sister and her 3 kids. Had a blast, would recommend waiting until your kids are 4 so they can ride all of the rides
Place was really clean but should be newly opened. People friendly. Lots to do. I think it's really to expensive my personal opinion.
Excellent deal on a birthday party for our daughter. They were super generous and patient with our large group. Fun was had by all... Thank you!! (Card collecting games are totally not a scam!)
We visited during the week and enjoyed the attractions with a few arcade games. The arcade isn't anything special, same games as everywhere else. The attractions were fun but stay clear of the green #12 go-kart. It is slower than all the rest.
Prices were a little steep, but they have a good weekday deal and not rigged claw games! Loved all the attractions, but definitely the 3rd dark theatre, they have kid and ph-13 options. Had an absolute blast
The last time we went here a few months ago, the go karts took an incredibly long time to wait in a relatively short line. Their reasoning for the wait was that they were training new employees, which I suppose is reasonable. The bowling was abysmal. First, there were no bowling balls in our lane, so we assumed that something had gone wrong with the machine, but no, other customers had just taken the balls from the lane. When people the next lane over ended their game, we went and got the bowling balls from
Fun place, nice atmosphere, even though it's to be expected I do not like it when the machines are designed to scam you. Specifically the pop the lock game. I thought it was a nice game based on reaction time but even when I press the button on time it says I lose.
It is a great place to go with friends or family. You will have a great time and lots of fun!
We had my son?s 5th birthday party!! Everything was amazing at a very fair prize. We had a blast and he got to play around to his heart content!
No long wait if you purchase your cards first! 10/10 for kids and adults. Definitely an assist place to keep kids busy. My kids enjoyed it but loved the prizes more!! Will be coming back soon!
A Friendly staff, good assortment of games, and a clean facility created a great evening with the family. Would definitely recommend coming!
Took my 12 year old daughter and her best friend and had a great time. Games are little expensive, but an all day pass for the rides is reasonable. We'll definitely be coming back.
My family and I went there and we sure had a good time. Some of the attractions are still underway . But not to worry any day now they will have them up and running. We had a good lunch and a 16 inch pizza it was really pretty good . This is just a wonderful place to take the family. The staff is very professional and helpful. It would also be a great place for date night too. It's going to definitely improve Elizabethtown entertainment. It's at the Mall so that will help with shopping experiences for the
It's a fun place to spend a day with the family! This place has something for everyone, especially kids. While it's a bit pricey, the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff made it enjoyable. The food was just okay, but I had a great time and can't wait for my next visit
dont understand why management thinks its okay to go on the intercoms and belittle the customers children. absolutely NOT okay no matter the situation. spoke to them in person and was very passive aggressive for absolutely no reason. wont be returning and would recommend to go somewhere cheaper.
I had went to Malibu Jack?s today, and enjoyed every single moment! Had rode the roller coater with my friend, and be with enjoyed it very much. The arcade games were well chosen, and had all of my favorite classics (e.g. Big Bass Wheel, Ski Ball, etc?). The employees are kind, and so are the people that I encountered. I am thankful to have went here, and will cherish the memories made here forever.
It is awesome place for kids to play I have a 4 year old and he loves it
Fun time for kids and adults. Super easy for the whole family to spend hours here. If their food menu expands a little, it would be a 5 star hands down and is the only thing holding this place back.
My family and I had the best time at Malibu Jacks in Etown. Lots to do for everyone. My daughter really enjoyed the spinning roller coaster and go carts.
Such a great addition to Etown!! The bounce beach is a huge hit with our 4 and 2 year old girls! They could stay all day and at only $10 a kid it is so worth it.
My family and I had a good time. Until I whipped them at mini golf and go carts. ??
Had a great time today with my grandbabies, sons and daughter. Everything there was clean, not overly crowded, employees were very nice and helpful. I will be going back for sure.
This place was the best amusement park I have ever been to it was so fun with dozens of rides and arcade games. The go karts were so fun. They were at the perfect speeds and you get to go on them for about six minutes. The food was amazing, customer service was great. They had a wide array of fun arcade games, such as basketball, Halo, and lots of other fun games. Overall, this was a fun experience for the whole family.
Malibu Jacks in Etown. Eat and Play, they said. It took nearly an hour to get our food. Kids was able to ride two rides. Never again.
We took a four and six year-old girl for a night out. When we arrived At 4:15, they told us the special we wanted did not start until five. This is fine but I would recommend changing the advertisement because it reads like you just cannot order the pizza until 5 PM but all the rest is available. We left and came back after the 45 minutes and got in without await. my biggest problem and what I was most disappointed about was the large play area was not open. This is what we were looking forward to doing wit
We love having a Malibu Jacks so close to home now! Very nice facility, we had a great time. Can't wait to see the place grow
We had my daughter?s birthday party at the Elizabethtown location and had the best experience!! All the kids had a great time and the adults too! ?? Such a smooth process, Will be returning!!
Malibu Jack's is a fun, family-friendly spot with mini-golf, go-karts, and arcade games. It's great for all ages, though some attractions could use maintenance. Overall, a solid place for a fun day out.
Grandkids had fun, and of course, Me (Grandpa) had fun. It was a bit pricey in a way, but of course, that is how every amusement or arcade place is. It was all about the kids having fun. Enjoy with the little ones. Let them have a memory of a fun time, and don't worry about how much you are going to spend at the end.
We love Malibu Jack?s. We had my nieces birthday party there and they were not finished building the bounce play and they ended up upgrading our package giving us unlimited cards. We all had a blast even the adults we will definitely be back because we're gonna have my nephew?s party here too
I put two stars because we made it work with the kids and they had some fun. I'll add a couple tips for improving this type of operation, and of course this is just an opinion. - Stop letting random people walk through the building without an admission ticket. - Hire someone to stand at exits to watch for young kids leaving. - visually screen people coming in who are noticeably sick. - Clean up the tables, they were disgusting. Sanitize play areas. - Don't be short staffed during high traffic time win
staff was rude. Many of the machines didn't work or didn't give the tickets they were supposed to. playground area for the little kids was really awesome and I had lots of fun there with my 2 year old
Great place for kids. I'm glad Etown brought this here, because it was much needed. Pizza could be better, but other than that great place.
Had my daughters 10 year bday bday party here. Get value for 8 kids. They all had a blast. The young lady working at the ship was very friendly. Definitely recommend coming here.
I loved the environment, great for adults to have fun too, along with the children, not just the children. The only downfall is the food choices. Recommend eating before arriving. Great places around the area. If not I would have given it 4 stars. The food choices were pizza, the pizza was okay the sauce was not that good (but I am a New Yorker), and hotdogs. Fries are the best thing.
Our son loves this place and they have been so good with him. He is on the spectrum and can sometimes do things over and over again and the staff at the roller coaster has always been amazing and patient. The facility is kept clean as well. Definite must!
I booked a party for my sons 10th birthday and paid a $53 deposit that was non refundable i ended up cancelling due to no one being able to make it. I still wanted to bring him that day and they kindly put that $53 on a play card for my son!!!
Bought the 90 minute card for all attractions. Would have been worth it if the staff would have been present in their duties and at their stations for customers to enjoy the attraction. Waited 20 minutes just for one attendant to correctly pull a go kart into the stall. There was no one at the mini golf stand and we had to wait 5 minutes just to get play. Really think that I should be able to swipe my card and within 1-2 minutes be able to enjoy the attraction. Expect to wait 10 minutes after swiping y
Very expensive games, $2-3 average price per game. Lots of them are rigged. Prizes for the arcade tickets are outrageously overpriced. Tickets that we won on games were missing from our account once we went to check our ticket totals. Happened on multiple different play cards. Arcade is a total scam all around, avoid. Kids had fun on all the other attractions but the arcade was so bad it was not a good experience. Go to Xtreme Arcade in etown instead, they give a much better experience.
Malibu Jacks is a great addition to the Elizabethtown area! It's nice to have an indoor place to take the kids when the weather isn't cooperating! Great environment and fun games for the kids to enjoy. My kids had a blast!!
Clean and was super fun for our group! Many things to do that appeal to many, and surprisingly the golf did not get boring after a 2nd play through????
Had fun times taking a little one. Bowling messed up (only gave 2 out of 3 players), but was instantly refunded by a customer service that was around the lanes.
We had a fun. A lot of the place needs some cleaning or deep cleaning. The staff is nice and the place is big. We had fun as a family. We will probably be back
Glad to see an attraction coming in to this end of town! Definitely need some more options for kids. Bounce beach is awesome and I hear it's expanding. Can't wait to bring my toddler back!
My niece has her 10th birthday party here, the facility has crazy rules, it was over priced severely. The pizza was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. The overall experience was truly crappy. Go anywhere but this place!
Lots of fun stuff to do! Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is a lot of cheaper weekday packages are no longer available so it's a bit pricey to go and only hang out for an hour but If you plan to be there most of the day very good value!
This place is great, however the family 4 deal has a 1.5 hour limit. When this place is packed you will spend much of the time allotted simply waiting in lines, making it a poor value for the money. They should seriously reconsider the time limit
Love taking my Granddaughter here. She loves it.BUT...the fact that not all rides have an attendant and you have to wait for someone. My Granddaughter and a friend (both 5) on a Friday at 5pm wanted to ride the swinging ship ,they called for help we waited 15 plus minutes no one came.We tried 4 times no one. She loves the play area but I think they should allow water In this area.plus why does the food area not open until 4pm
So much fun, between the laser tag and mini roller coaster, it was an amazing and fun experience with the entire family. Mini bowling, go karts, bumper cars, there's something for everyone.
Love this place! All the workers are amazing and helpful! Clean and fun. Would come again!
This was our first time ever going and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! My two girls (7 and 8) had an absolute blast! I work in customer service and the staff were truly top tier. I do recommend and would 100% go again!
There are too many claw games, the mini-golf is bland, and the gokarts are only fun IF you are the first kart out of the gate. There is no room to pass and bumping is not allowed, so you'll be stuck going as slow as slowest driver ahead of you in line. Little kids seem to have the most fun at the indoor playground, and teenagers enjoying screaming at the top of their lungs on the miniature "roller coaster."
Very fun experience for all ages me my buddy and my sister all had a blast. They also had really good food we got the pizza and the mozzarella sticks both were amazing
We had a great time! Clean facilities, large space so doesn't feel cramped. Workers were kind. My son had a blast.
Don't book a party here no ice for drinks and nowhere to put ice cream then on site it say all access attractions games and more then they tell me not unlimited games false advertisement
Fairly fun. A little pricey, but the kids loved it. Pizza is dope. Karts are fast. Overall a good time with the family.
Great place for families to have fun! If you have children or grandkids under 5, a good time to visit is on when it's less crowded.
$2 to $3 per game is outrageous. Most of the games are the prize games that just take your money. I would spend money here if it was worth my money, but $60 doesn't go far if you have more than one kid.
This place is WAYYY to expensive.. $1.50 PER game minimum. Playing ski-ball? $1.50 per play. Arcade and you died? $1.50. you'll spend more here than anywhere. $2.00 games if its not $1.50. PER PLAY. Perspective - Pokemon cards cost 1,900 tickets, the equivalent in money is roughly $60-$90(if you're doing well) to get ONE pack. Pokemon cards are usually $3.50. Go there and play golf, or hang out, but do not give into this. Each game Averaged 45 seconds. That's $1.50 per 45 seconds, PER KID. You better only
Great place will definitely recommend and be coming again
First time coming with my wife and son. We did the putt putt and played some arcade games. We had a excellent time, will definitely be back when we have more time and do other activities.
Went on a Monday and it wasn't too busy but wasn't dead. Kiddo had a blast, arcade games were super fun
I think it's a little insane that it costs almost as much as it does for an actual theme park to get unlimited play here and then you still have to pay for arcade credits but if you can afford it then it is a fun place with a decent amount of options for kids but only if they are at least 48?. Adults that are required to ride with a small child on a ?kiddie? ride that brings the adult no thrill should not need to also purchase Malibu bucks but as of right now they do which is again crazy when the pass for t
Was highly disappointed had a birthday party ?? there. Pizzas came out and hr late and with a scheduled time in and out and 5 year old children it was a task to keep gerring them off games. Our pizzas were eventually delivered and after asking for additional time it was given so the kids could eat. Management could of handled this better.
I think that it was one of the best experiences of my life it was so fun and their was a lot of Amazing games and activities to do in Malibu jack I would rate it a 100000/10 it's truly amazing and the staff are amazing too.
We recently celebrated our little one's birthday at Malibu Jack's. Even despite the bad weather, the building was packed. The price for the party was incredibly reasonable. There was a bit of a disfunction in getting things checked in for the party, but I'm writing that off as new location jitters as the facility had only opened a few weeks prior and am sure that the process will get smoother as the staff get their footing. The rides and various events (laser tag, VR, mini-golf, etc) were well layed out and
Bought the all day unlimited pass for the kids, it was worth it. Also beautiful mini golf course. Only 4 stars because the employee in the go kart area kept complaining, screaming and yelling at the guests, and overall seemed like she didn't want to be there.
A really fun place to go if you have the money and time! There's go carts, bumper cars, a rollorcoaster, laser tag, arcade, and more. Genuinely fun!
Great place for a party. All the kids had lots of fun. The go kart line was a bit long but worth the fun they all had ??
Fun for the whole family but not fully open. Some areas are still under construction like the bowling. Be prepared to drop 200$ for a family of 4 if you eat too. All in all we had a nice day and will be back but will plan our time a bit better next time.
Good place friendly staff good food why not take your family here
Loved Malibu Jack, we went for a birthday party and had a blast!!! All fun for all ages!!
Sofia at Bounce Beach (we were there 1:15-2:30ish) was very kind and diligent! Some kid hit my son, and she came over to us to make sure he was ok! She said if it happened again, to help point out the kid and she'd find his parents to let them know, to try and prevent that behavior. On our way out, she even offered to help find him an ice pack if he needed. She was just very kind!! Thanks Sofia!!
Fun time for kids off all ages! Great indoor play area!
If you actually enjoy having a good time, this is NOT the place to go. If you have a family that you want to take out for a birthday or something like that, this is NOT the place to go. You'd be better off going to Malibu Jacks in Louisville or the Mini Golf place in Etown. If it were up to me, it would be illegal for people to walk within a 50 foot radius of that building. Go Karts took forever to actually get to drive them. They have an hour and a half deal but if you get that, most of that hour and a hal
A great place for a family party. Food was good and there was a nice variety things for do for kids and adults.
Went on a Friday afternoon, there was no line! The staff were friendly and so very helpful! Everything was so clean and nice. Can't wait to go back again with the rest of the family!
Went here with my friends and had a great time. The food was fresh and the rides were fun. I would go here again.
I have a great time with my family every time I come! We are so excited they opened a new attraction in E-Town they needed a good one for kids!!
The place is really nice with a variety of arcade games and rides. The only thing i didn't like was the wait time for certain rides. But overall, it was a great experience especially with friends !!
I went here on a field trip and the people there was very friendly and the rides and games were the best I've played at any place
Spent over $1000 collectively and was told we couldn't bring gifts into the food area but yet others brought gifts in and they weren't made to rent a cabana. Waste of time and money. I was told I needed to have 4 cards for 4 riders on the go carts but then when we went to the go carts they only took 2 cards after I asked if passengers needed a card also and was told yes. So I spent $80 for me and my autistic son to ride the go carts 2 times and another $80 for my husband and son to ride the go carts 2 times
Went here for the first time after about 8 visits to the Malibu Jacks in Jeffersontown. It's ok, comparably to the location in J-Town it gets blown out of the water. I have been to Xtreme in E-Town and that is where you should head to get the most bang for your buck. Convenience wise when it comes to space it has a lot of it, but just looks like an open warehouse. The bowling area is big.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
