Took my kids here for Father's Day and had a blast bowling with them in the lounge. The manager actually thanked us for coming and gave us a free gift card to play some games as well; which, was very kind and hospitable! Solid food options for this type of establishment and a clean environment despite all the young kids and that is impressive, cheers!
My wife and I took a few of our grandkids there to burn off some energy. Our server Callie (?) was awesome, she was very polite and attentive. The kids had a blast bowling, playing laser tag and video games. Would have been a Five Star but the laser tag was very dated and needed new vests and guns.
Sheigh is the BEST bartender there is. He knew exactly what I wanted, best shots ever. So sweet and cool. Highly recommend, such great service.
We decided to come to MAIN EVENT for our Easter celebration and boy was it awesome! The staff was SO nice and made my kids feel excited to be here. We played a ton of games, enjoyed an awesome couple of rounds in the laser tag area and then had some delicious snacks in the family kitchen (dining area). Everything was SO good and it was an awesome way to spend several hours with our kiddos. I would highly recommend bringing your family here. They're also partnering with Make-a-wish to help fund raise and giv
All the staff were positive and smiled! The manager walked around for the hours we were here checking on patrons, handing out little point cards, and making sure everyone was enjoying their time. We will be returning for more family fun with friends from here on out! Thanks for making our experience here so much more!
Had a great experience here while Dani was serving us! She was super attentive, helpful & friendly! She greeted us with a smile & made sure we were taken care of the entire time!
I can't express enough how incredible our experience was at The Main Event (formerly The Summit) on Saturday, June 28. We were there to celebrate my son's success in passing his driving test, and what a celebration it turned out to be! From the warm welcome we received from Beaudy at the front counter to the attentive service from Brooke, and the delightful conversations we shared with Ryan (the GM) and Rachelle (the Manager), everything was just fantastic. Truly, it was a memorable occasion that left us al
If I had to rate based on our initial experience it definitely wouldn't have been 5 stars. It took FOREVER to get our drinks and we ordered an appetizer because we were so hungry but it didn't come until our entrees did. What saved it was the wonderful person named Rachelle who brought us the food. My son told her it was his last day of first grade and we told her we were there because he got excellent grades. At the end of our meal she brought game cards for the 3 of us and was SOOO sweet to us, especially
How far this place has fallen. This experience was bad (story below)?? My family and I decided to visit over Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It used to be called the Summit but evidently was recently bought by Main Event. We had an arcade card from the summit with $120 of credit on it, we were told that it was no longer valid and we would have to pay $3 to get a new Main Event card. They took my old card and said the credit was worthless so I regrettably bought a new card for my kids (2&4) to play in the arca
This place is great!!!! I'm part of a bowling league and it's so much fun! Staff is friendly and efficient, food and drink are great! I also play in the arcade sometimes too and the games are fun and the prizes are nice!! Definitely family friendly but also has alcohol. Lots of fun all around!
Great place for fun and food. We went with most of our team on a weekday while in town for a tournament. We were able to get the VIP room all to ourselves. The girls had a great time - bowling, video games and laser tag. All pretty great.
We had our grandsons 7th birthday party at Main Event Windsor today and it was a perfect experience! We showed up 10 minutes before our guests arrived with cupcakes and Main Event handled everything! We had a wonderful waitress, Shelby, and Brian set us up and closed us out!! Friendly staff everywhere!! The kids enjoyed pizza and soda while they bowled and the parents were just as entertained and had their own cocktails and food! Several packages to choose from! I highly appreciate and recommend Main Ev
Bowling/arcade = awesome! Friendly and helpful staff consistently. Me and my kids love coming here and always have a great time. Everything is always clean and in working order which is amazing. Last night, we tried the restaurant for the first time and unfortunately was very dissapointed. I've been a waitress/server for 15 years and that was painful. Took 45 min to get my first drink. Never saw my server in that 45 min until she brought it over, laughed, and said "sorry girl". Didn't see her for almos
Had an amazing time at Main Event!! We came in with some really to celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday. Brian, Ryan and our server Isabella took GREAT care of us! They were really busy, and did an amazing job. We got the Pizza palooza platters for the kids, and it was perfect for little hands! We will definitely come back soon!
This locations customer service is top tier. They are accommodating and kind which go a very long way these days. It's a great place to take the family! Always a good time and the food/drinks are good. 10/10 recommend!
It was nice. One of the workers was rude and acted like she didn't like children. But other workers and our waitress was nice.
Third party event ! From the GM down to the staff crew they're all amazing the Main Event never seems to disappoint. IF your ever gone or hadn't stop by and check it out. Don't forget to greet the staff and let them know they're amazing after all it a place for the whole family to unwind.
It's a bit frustrating when you walk in and have never been here before. The employees just walk around and stare, nobody offers how to explain how main event works. My husband and I left the first time because we were a little frustrated nobody would offer themselves up to help us out, we asked questions to one employee who is very short with us, so we left. A few months later we decided to give it another try and went in and it was the same situation, however I went and spoke with the bartender and she wa
Had a blast with my family here. Service was wonderful our waitress Dani was so attentive! By far one of the best service! Will definitely be coming back! Will be asking for her the next time we visit!
Was pretty disappointed on this visit. Reserved a lane for 1.5hrs. Got to the lane, immediately the server that was ?assigned? to the lane dropped off the check to the people on the lane next to us and ignored us. About 15mins passed and finally I tracked her down and asked if we could order drinks and an appetizer. Came out and the drinks were good Mozzarella sticks were good. The bad part was the server never once came back. In the 1.5hrs we were there she came back when we had 15mins left on the lane and
Main event in Windsor Colton was amazing in the gift shop and and his partner like it was a it was a tight run ship everybody was cool great times
Food was really good and atmosphere seems nice as well but unfortunately our waitress Victoria never once checked on us; we had to search for her or find other wait staff to help us get things like forks or to even put in our order after being there for 35 minutes and not being asked what we wanted or greeted.. she had plenty of time to talk to friends though and ignored us entirely. It was actually the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life, and I hate to say that but it's the truth.
This is gotta be one of the best places I've ever been to and the food and the arcade and the service was amazing and if you wanna play in the arcade and get your food, it's great prices to plan them together most fun we've had in a long time I recommend take your whole family this place has an amazing laser tag as well. Awesome. Awesome amazing place.
I honestly liked the Summit better before they rebranded to the Main Event. They used to have better deals throughout the week and now the main deal night is typically Mondays. Tuesdays are so chaotic because of the bowling leagues so wait times are longer for lanes to open up. I do like how they have a 21 and up lounge with a handful of bowling lanes available to reserve. It's nice to be more secluded and it has separate bathrooms and its own private bar as well. They have a good selection of arcade games
Took about 25 to 30 minutes to get our food. Our server was very meehhh... cups were left all over. These workers had some down time to be on their phones... our booth was dirty and the table was sticky. The kids meal mac and cheese came in a bowl that you'd normally get salsa in. The salad we ordered was not worth 15.99 I'm disappointed with our experience.
I love sheigh he is the best! So friendly and great service. Made me the best shot ever btw!!!!!
Sat at the bar, had great service from the bartender, Dani. She's very attentive and friendly. She gave us the best service we've had in a long time. Thank you Dani
There was a few problems with our checks at the end of the night and the manager Rylee was absolutely amazing!!! He took care of the problems immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. I saw him running around constantly making sure the whole place was running smoothly! He was constantly behind the bar getting people drinks and taking orders and delivering food to our lane and others and helping with literally everything!! He is a big reason why we will be coming back! He made the experience exceptio
Love this place!! It's always a great time! Currently playing in a bowling league and having an awesome time. Sarah is a wonderful league coordinator!!
me and my family come here all the time. the arcade games are fun, but prone to breaking. food is not bad but not amazing. however, the staff are wonderful people. everyone is so sweet and kind.
Had an awesome time bowling at Main Event! The lanes were clean, well-maintained, and the vibe was super fun. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a great energy. Perfect spot to hang out with friends, relax, and enjoy some laughs. Definitely coming back for another round soon!
Kelly is thee best! Came early bowling and got the pleasure of getting Kelly as bartender! She was so nice and made thee best drinks in NoCo thank you again can't wait to come back!
We went to Main Event tonight planning to have dinner and then go bowling. The sign at the front of the restaurant said to see the bowling desk to be seated (should have been the first sign that things wouldn't go well when the bowling worker is the one who has to seat people and not a hostess). He was very friendly, but then we sat there 20 minutes and not a single person ever came to our table to say hello or take our orders. We could see several employees just standing around and there were only 2 other
The Summit is awesome! We had a team event of 30 people there and we had so much fun. Jen was our waitress and she did a PHENOMENAL job! The entire staff really took care of our group needs. They checked on us regularly, helped us keep track of our bar tab, and were helpful with some of our weirdest requests! I would have given 5 stars if the price wasn't so high and if the booking process weren't so hit and miss.
We had my son?s 6th birthday here this past weekend. It was GREAT! The whole staff did a great job with providing an itinerary, explaining the different packages and which one fit best, setting everything up and being ?on time?. Very personal approach and all 16 kids and their parents had a great time. If you want to have a good birthday, I'd recommend to go here to celebrate ??
Ryan, Sarah and the whole staff at Main Event were amazing today. I brought 15 girls for a fun birthday day and they welcomed us and our outside cake with open arms! Ryan even gave the birthday girl a special reward! I highly recommend Main Event in Windsor!
This place is a Dave-n-busters that happens to have a bowling alley in it... The leagues aren't bad if you're not a serious bowler, but the rate is astronomical... For 4 people to bowl for an hour it's over $100. At sweetheart lanes it's $38 for the same thing. Id never bowl here again if I wasn't getting a deal.
I've been coming here for 5 years and always thought of it as just an expensive experience I had to endure for my kids. But after my last visit, my opinion completely changed! My 2 kids and I had an amazing time ? we spent five hours there on a busy Saturday, enjoying ALL the things (bowling, laser tag, arcade, food/bar). This shift in experience is 100% thanks to the outstanding management and staff who are absolutely killing it in every area: friendliness, attentiveness, cleanliness, presentation, value,
Rachelle was extremely friendly and accommodating to our family's needs and desires. She made it a great enjoyable experience at main event for all of us.
We had a great time at Main Event! Bowling was a blast. Nice lanes and great equipment. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. This is our second time visiting and both experiences have been great! Thanks guys!
The staff for the restaurant, bar, and game area were perfect. We did not go bowling on this trip, but we will definitely be back for it. The staff in the gaming area helped us out two or three times, because I kept breaking things or loosing balls, and they were very friendly about it. The place seemed clean for being so busy, with kids, adults and tons of teenagers. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good.
Bartender/ server Jade, was highly rude at first approach, didnt ask but was obvious she was either not liking her job or our color, an i hate to say that cause I am just visiting my home state as a Soldier of the US Army. Kinda sad. Use to love this place as the Summit, use to be welcoming here. Counter at the bar an menus super sticky. But Brooke was awesome, thanks Brooke for taking over the situation that Jade couldn't. Would of Left a better tip if she was more sincere Brooke so my apologies.
Good food, service, fun game play. Has lazer tag, arcade, bowling. Enjoyed pinball machines in VIP room that was empty. Games dont give actual tickets which was little disappointing because cdnt give tixs to kids had to wait till finished playing card to give to parents.
Unbelievably amazing service from Amanda, who attended to our big birthday party in the bowling lanes. Our party was well taken care of, she was incredibly helpful, and so sweet and personable. If you get her as your server/party manager, you'll know exactly what I mean when I say that. Also, big shoutout to Sheigh (pronounced Shay I think?) the wonderful gentleman at the bar who provided us with drinks and great conversations afterwards. Can't say enough great things about the whole staff and experience. T
I recently hosted my daughter?s birthday party at Main Event Windsor, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Setting up the party was incredibly easy, thanks to their helpful and efficient staff. We opted for the Teen Access package, which offered fantastic value with 3 hours of unlimited fun, food, and drinks. The kids had an absolute blast! We also added the Virtual Reality experience, which looked really cool and was a big hit with everyone. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable celebration, a
Freaking awesome!! Lol, took my wife and kids here to do some bowling, Arcade, laser tag quite a long line though, very good restaurant style food, beer, soda, liquor, mixed drinks etc. Would recommend to bring 500 dollars or more with a family of 6 if you want to enjoy all they have to offer. But you can always fo one activity at a time, like bowling or laser tag, or just play at the arcade, they have a bunch of awesome games to play kid friendly games as well. Ticket points are directly deposited on your
Had a large group and had a great experience at main event!! Jackson was the most helpful employee and helping with everything our group needed! The other staff were also lovely and made this a great experience!
Quality of the games are amazing. They recently fixed all the bugs that were had over Thanksgiving and early Christmas. I'm glad that they did because now the games are fun and laser tag and bowling top-tier the best Their food is pretty good too. I'd recommend the burger and amazing customer service very kind.
Having a great time with the adult/youth bowling league on Monday nights. Great service and food. Also have had a great experience having our son?s birthday party here. Laser tag and the arcade are always a big hit. They have lots of great weeknight deals.
Fun place to take the kids, and great place for parents too. Tons to do!!
Great service!! Dani, our bartender made sure our drinks were great. We enjoyed our visit!!
Staff was friendly & helpful. The place was clean and very well maintained. Only downside is that the arcade games use way too many credits per play, then it's difficult to earn enough credits to buy a thing in the shop!
Angel was absolutely fantastic- she was so kind and so patient with my kids as they were trying to get the maximum treats for their points. She handled all their questions, added up their purchases multiple times and always with a smile.
A great, clean place! We have a great time taking our son to the arcade and even got him bowling the last time. The restaurant is never busy, at least when we go, but the food is delicious.
My husband coaches an all-abilities baseball team for Loveland and our first practice got rained out. He still really wanted to meet his team so we decided to book two lanes at Main Event to get to know our kids. When we got there and started checking in the manager Rylee, seeing that several of our players are in wheelchairs, decided to upgrade us to the VIP Eagles Nest area because it has much more room. What a wonderful surprise! It was great as well because it's not quite as loud for our kiddos who
Straight to the owner with this. If you at least gave a little effort and cared just a little bit?it would be clean, machines wouldnt be broken, and didnt scam ppl in the ticket store?the atmosphere would feel more fun. With as much respect as I possibly can. I will not be coming back here
I've always had the best time here. The staff has always been amazing. Been bowling here every day for happy hour it's the best. The managers have always helped out. The leagues are also super fun and totally worth it.
Update - Jan 2024 (2 stars): We've been going to Main Event (previously The Summit) for years, and today we found out that they just ended half-off arcade Wednesdays ?? Now the cheaper games are always 7.5 credits ($1.50) per play, when they used to be $.75 per play on Wednesdays. They also decreased the ticket payouts on some machines - Crossy Road's jackpot used to be 1000 (or 500?), and now it's 250 tickets. I'd have still given 3 stars if they'd sent out an email detailing the change, but I didn't find
Always love coming to The Summit. It's always clean and welcoming. We had a wonderful waitress (I feel so bad forgetting her name). She was on top of it. Food was delicious. Drinks were good. Overall a wonderful night out with the household. Highly reccomend bringing the whole family for a outing here.
The arcade is little to be desired. Small area and amount of games. At least 8 games were broken but you wouldn't know it because it would still take your credits off of your card. At least 3 games didn't have enough balls (skeeball would only release one ball on all three machines, basketball hoops only had 2 basketballs, the clown throw only had 4 balls and would have to wait to get them to release). One of the worst arcade places I've been to.
I had the privilege of meeting, and dealing with Ethan Crook and Alexander Martin. I was beyond impressed with both of these individuals, and their customer service! I am very grateful for Ethan's expertise and excellent communication, and Alex's willingness to help and overall kindness! These two employees made the difference for me and my family, THANK YOU!
Work event, was good place to go, bowling lane was inoperable first 20 minutes for repair. Event venue packed so no alternate lane. They did get it repaired, but we lost interest with our group and did the video games. Games were fun with multiplayer. Food was ok, not bad or best, just good pepperoni pizza, chicken nuggets, salad, pigs in a blanket, pretzel sticks.
I came in with my family since its so cold yesterday and our experience was great we had some issues with a girl at the front telling us a 20 min wait when it was really a hour but then when i went back up i spoke to a very sweet young lady who made it right for us and was extremely and we saw her rushing to a lane to clean it for us to get us on right away and im just so shocked on how good her customer service was i wish i caught her name but she was a younger blonde lady and if you have any questions or
It's a fun place! Attended a friend's birthday party yesterday. The food is really delicious. It's always super busy and can get loud. Even in close proximity to others, it can be hard to hear. The game room is fun, and they have a pretty great variety. Laser Tag is always a joy, especially parents vs. kids! The only disappointment was in the prize room. My daughter loves SpongeBob and especially the episode called "pretty patties". They have squishy pretty patties as a prize and had a few yellow (normal co
If I could leave no stars I would. Will never be back. For being bought out this place hasn't changed a bit. So, it's been sometimes since I've been here since it has been the Summit. Thought I'd give it a try since it is was bought out. To start off, the salad ordered was wrong, which is fine cool just sent it back to get it corrected. The cook in the back says to our waiter " There are cucumbers in the salad, Victoria, maybe eat one" as loud as can be. Excuse me, why are you talking to your waiters like t
Went to a networking event and the location is simple to find. The food was good, the service was great. The energy of the venue was spot on for networking!! The room was very accommodating. I highly recommend using this business for a gathering.
Luis was very helpful, friendly in the prizes shop! Will definitely come again.
Haven't been back since it was the Summit, the management ME has now is effective. Great experience thanks to outstanding management (Rachelle).
Spent $80 for 2 adults for 2 hours of fun. The Colorado Springs location is way better. Lanes were open, there was no wait. Sever took a way too long to greet us. Ordered a hothoney pizza strip board. Recieved a flatbread instead (smaller, charged full price). Lanes were even but overly oiled. I used my own equipment and my towels were saturated with oil. The shoe rental shoes are in poor condition. But otherwise it was clean and enjoyable. Not too many kids there on a monday night. Have to say tho- that c
This place is great fun, Bowling can be expensive during busy hours so hit up Happy Hour, Food is decent, Video games are fun and most of them provide rewards. Unfortunately, there is also allot of games that do not function properly and many times it has been short staffed, so it gets crazy. The employees for the most part work hard and do their best to make sure everyone is happy. Be prepared to spend some money, one money goes fast, two, time flies by quick, three some things are pretty pricey.
This place is awesome lots of fun things to do its huge inside so plenty of room for big parties, foods good, atmosphere is exciting, the staff could be a bit friendlier in some of the areas but over all definitely worth checking out again.
Their pizza is phenomenal for a bowling alley! Go here even if you aren't bowling or playing games because they serve great food! But on top of that, their bowling alleys are great and the arcade is amazing too. I highly recommend coming here, especially because of how good the staff are and how fun it is there! Just don't work here. I had a teacher who worked here that shared his experiences, and it sounds horrible. But this place is so fun! Slightly disappointed about the rebrand from The Summit to Main E
My friends and I had a really great time thanks to Alex, he made sure we were all taken care of from the bowling alley, to food and certainly in the arcade! Overall very helpful especially him being bilingual, we really appreciated him not making us struggle?? THANKS ALEX!!!
This is the best ME in Colorado! Great team, great facility, well be back! Thank you Ray for an awesome day
We always love coming here! The food is amazing and delicious and the service is always great and we appreciate all the staff here!
Very fun to go with family and have a fun day out!! Bowling, food, and arcade can't go wrong something for everyone to do!! Very well priced.
Boady was a sigma today. Out of all the people at the front counter too. He was thorough with explaining some deals, allowed me to ask many questions and answered all of them. He could?ve sounded a lot cooler for his height though.
Alyssa in the prize department was outstanding, she helped me pick out my DREAM prize, I couldn't recommend another worker to be given a raise more than Alyssa.
The bowling is fine, but it is way too expensive for how much play you get. If you have a large group of people stay away from this area as they charge for a duration of time, meaning they will just end your game even if you are half way done, which is a problem when games take a while due to having 4+ players. Also there was trash and food just laying everywhere, it was kinda disgusting. There are tons of other bowling places that offer a way better value, and actually clean the lanes. The food was actual
Great experience! My kids had a ton of fun and the staff was great! Thank you to Jeremiah for helping my kids out with the prizes at the arcade
Alex and Jeremiah were delightful too speak to in the gift shop. they were also very helpful and nice.
It's a fun place, but for how many people come through, only a couple of their hand sanitizer stations worked and there was no soap in the men's restroom. The bowling is fine, nothing to write home about, and the arcade games are fun, but a few were broken when we went. It's a good place to spend some money. ?? Would give 3.5 stars if I could. Only giving 4 because the staff were pretty nice!
The service was great. Angel, Luis, and Brooke we're quick and super helpful with every question I had. Definitely will be coming back
Love this bowling league and the staff is great! Grab Dani as your server if you can, she's the best! Great place for family friends or coworkers
Great food, good service, nice place for kids party or just bowling. Had a very fun time. Staff was so friendly & helpful. Had the Combo app platter & sliders, everything was very good.
Your staff was very thorough and friendly and made the birthday party more enjoyable. They made it easy to enjoy the event and not have to worry about anything. Great job! Will definitely be back.
Sara and Amanda were awesome tonight, and every previous Wed night for the last 16 weeks?we had a great time in this league and these ladies helped make it great each and every night!
Their just about every weekday 3- 6 happy hour can't beat the prices and lanes usually abundantly open Great pizza !
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
