Had a great time with my family. Unlike other arcades, you can eat and play without breaking the bank. If you buy a $50 game card, your meal is $2.99!! The burger was fantastic, and my son loved his pizza! As with any arcade, some games were down or faulty, but they did their best to be attentive and fix or give credits back! Nick B helped out with all the machine issues and was friendly and really made our night with his attitude and cheerful love of what he does! Thank you, Nick!!!

Save Yourself the Misery ? Avoid This Dump at All Costs If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was hands down the worst excuse for a ?fun center? I've ever stepped foot in. This is a really fun place. Lots of games and stuff for kids. The food is really good too. Definitely try the funnel cake fries. They come covered in confectioners sugar with caramel and chocolate dipping sauces. They're crazy good.

We had our sons 12th birthday party here and it was awesome. We did the ultimate gamer package and the kids had a blast. Our host Cody was great. They accommodated us when we had to make a time change a few days before the party and I was so grateful. The experience was relaxed for the parents and we couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate.

I was waiting for a waitress for 50 minutes, and I ordered some drinks and they never came, I asked her several times that I wanted to order food and she told me that she would come in a moment, and I was like that for an hour until I got upset and asked for the manager and he never came, it was my first time in this place and I will never return. Please if you see this place run and get away, They will never serve you! Place is nice but services HORRIBLE RUN PLZ RUN

Everything is awesome every time we come! We love it here. My only complaint is that the servers always have a bad attitude. I understand this is a busy place and I don't care if service is slow or taking longer than usual, but when the servers are rude especially in the bowling area it ruins the experience.

Absolutely outstanding service from someone named Evan! He was not only incredibly kind but also genuinely relatable, making the entire experience feel personal and enjoyable. The bowling lanes were horrible. No oil on the lanes, scuffs all over the approach and ants in the seating area. Asked the Front desk about when and how often the lanes were oiled for a potential revisit. He had no idea and did not seem interested to provide any customer service. I do not recommend this place for bowlers of any age.

This place was a unique experience for sure! If it weren't for Lacie I don't know what I would?ve done. She was so bubbly so helpful so caring and willing to make my experience as best as possible. It was disappointing. I had a great experience last time I went to a main event (the one in Indianapolis) the food wasn't great.. dry.. with just ketchup offered. The service was not great but not horrible.. The whole facility smelled like marijuana. It was so strong even in the bathrooms. I thought it was family friendly but we won't be back. I suggest if you have children under the age of 15 to find somewhere more family friendly.

The games & activities are good. Bowling & arcades are great. Ropes course is small & was not open until 6 pm (which we found out after arrival at 11:45 am.) There is no mini golf at this location even though the website says there is mini golf! Larry is very helpful!

We went to the Halloween event and it was great! It wasn't too crowded. They had things for the kids to do and deals for the whole family. They had a costume contest and my grandson won the first place prize. I love main event. The food was good and so were the drinks. I would definitely do the Halloween event again if they continue to have it.

Booked two lanes online for bowling over three weeks ago for a Saturday at 5pm. No servers were on duty for that area. I spoke to several managers, including Peggy, the Operations Manager. Some of the games didn't work right. Didn't have what we originally came for(mini golf). Looked like some kids were stealing candy from the ticket exchange shop on April 21st around 1:15 pm. Older gentleman running the counter stepped away and didn't seem like he could be bothered about it.

5 stars goes to Lionel the culinary manager at Main Event. We went on holiday break where staff was short while guests were filling the house. Lionel came to the front desk to help with the rush. He helped us get the bowling lane we reserved and had a great attitude. He went above and beyond and served great food (fast) to make sure we had a great experience?and we are grateful for his service and support.

I had my 7 year old daughter?s birthday pancake pajama party today. She said it was her best birthday yet!! They loved the bowling (yes they needed those bumpers) and the pancake toppers!!! They didn't have any bowling pins for them to decorate but they got an extra arcade card and I think they liked that better!! The young lady who assisted with the party was just lovely. Super attentive. She wants to go back next year!!

Will never have another birthday party here there's no communication between employees. I was told we could keep our table after our party since we were the last party, halfway into the party was told I would have to pay extra if we wanted to stay. After going back and forth between managers and the party host I agreed to be moved only for them to say we could stay where we were. Madison was a great server when we were here! We had a super fun time here bowling! We go every year for Christmas time with the family. The bear was good, too. It was very good place for food and fun for both Kids and adults. Very good atmosphere and the Sevice from Larry is extraordinary. He is very helpful and guided us very well.

The all you can play deal is great. Pool, bowling, shuffleboard, laser tag. All included at a reasonable price. We got our passes then sat down for lunch. We took our 4 year old here to play arcade games for an hour or two. Instantly when we walk in, you can smell burnt Marijuana inside. Once at the arcade area, many games did not work and took our credits. Very disappointing. Many patrons walking around using their vape in plain sight! Family bathroom smelled of Marijuana smoke. Came here yesterday, EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE, laser tag was broken, some peoples teams were switched and their laser tag guns didn't work. We complained and they didn't care. Some of the games were broken too. They didn't care to help us and we had to just quit the laser tag

My daughter has been there a few times, which she has a prosthetic. This time the kid that was running the ropes course made a loud scene saying NO that's not allowed, with zero explanation. She is 13 and they made a scene in front of the entire party that obviously embarrassed her. Will not be back.

No one was at the counter for awhile so I called to get help at the desk as we were not the only ones waiting for service. We were there as family and got the pass for Laser tag, gravity rope and bowling. In addition, we bought the game card ($88) for our kids. We were told the gravity rope would be open at 6pm. At 6pm, we went to the front desk and was told that the gravity rope would not be opened today. That was frustrating as we were waiting all day for it.

It's convenient that they have a lot of things in one facility, which renders it superior to Dave and Busters, and other similar places.
