Long waiting lines, this site caters mostly to summer camps and kids attending with adults before 5pm. Bought a summer pass and I'm starting to feel like a second class citizen. Mostly disappointed with my experience. Lanes are empty but front desk are clueless just as the on site management.

We've come here for multiple celebrations and to have a family afternoon out. I will say that we've had a great experience time every time. This place is good to spend a few hours at. We typically do 1 hour of bowling, followed by the arcade and a couple rounds of laser tag. Great fun experience. 10/10 would recommend. Management & and staff were so friendly and attentive with everything I needed. Games were fun, and bowling was great. Can't wait to go again.

We enjoyed our time playing the games in the arcade area but the bowling area didn't feel like it was being managed properly so we overlooked it. Alot of the games are setup for you to spend even if you win, there's no reward. Many of the games weren't working but we pushed through anyway to make sure we at least had fun being together as a family.

Wow, wow, wow! I had such an amazing time here at Main Event with my friends for a birthday party! When I went to main event for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. But wow! I am absolutely amazed by how amazing it truly was. The food was great and Brian was great and and treated me like royalty. Paul and Joel were great as well.

I have to share a very upsetting story with the Main Event in Wesley Chappel. We wanted to reserve a few lanes for a family get together in a few weeks. This has been the most frustrating issue for me. If you call and someone finally picks up they tell you they cant reserve over the phone. I told them their web site was not working and kept throwing errors. They then told me to use their app which must have been written by a 5-year-old. The payments screens dont always load and keeps erroring out. I know t
