Main Event Webster

We love main event! They have this new game that my kids were so happy to experience! Their mini burgers and pizza are so good! We love that they close so late so we have the chance to go after work.

Our family had fun bowling and we appreciate the simple hourly pricing model, which includes all shoes. Everything is new and spacious. The food menu is well designed and we enjoyed the tasty burger. Staff was friendly too!

I had an amazing experience at Main Event! I got the chance to meet Ivory, and his service made the whole visit even better. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great time from start to finish. Definitely a 10/10 experience I'll be back for sure!

Upon entry we had issues. Stood in line for about 12 mins as one person was at the register. There was a lady (found out later she was a manager) that was on the registers facing the bowling lanes. At one point she came over seen how long the line was and basically kept walking. I assumed because she had a couple of customers on her side. Had an AMAZING time with my family until we were wrongfully accused and harrased over a labubu toy. The team was understanding and comforting during this stressful time. They knew that we had nothing to do with the situation and apologized, we chose to leave due to the emotional stressed they caused. As the others stayed behind with law enforcement. We love bringing our kids to main event. They always have a great time. This was our first time at this location and we were greeted by Ivory. He was very inviting, energetic and informative. He let us know about the special they had and the new attraction (human crane). I will definitely come back to this location.

Got there on a Sunday with my grandsons ages 15 & 12 when they opened. Got right in got our pass to do everything we wanted. A fun time was had by all!! Golf was soooo cool with the black lights! They had a blast in the laser tag, so much so they did it twice! ?? Bowling was awesome too! ?? A waiter took our food and drink order at the lane B4 we started bowling. We bowled and enjoyed our food. (Which was yummy, hot and plentiful) We also shot a game of pool! No wait time anywhere! We will for sure be back!

We went in not knowing they were having a scavenger hunt and Mason the supervisor was head of fun. So we the kids really enjoyed the hunt along with the prizes that came with each goal. Thank you Mason!!!

We just left here on a slow Sunday evening. There were maybe 5 people at the bar and it took the bartenders about 10-15 minutes to acknowledge us in order to close our tab. Mind you they were both at their registers inserting tips and talking amongst themselves. Unless you're sitting at the bar you won't get any good or fast service. That's the only downside from our visit, everything else was awesome!!

I used to love main event very much and have no issues.. Today i came in at 8pm to bowl. Waited 45 min and no server ever came to take our order. Two girl servers came to the booth on both sides of us and completely ignored us. Not sure why? it was not busy at all. the booths next to us came in after us and was greeted right away and got food and drinks within 10 minutes of arriving. This place is always clean every time I visit no matter what time of day! The food is good! I was expecting many fried and "bar food" items, but I was surprised with the healthy options available. it was my 21 birthday and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the sweetest person Ivory who helped us pick which pack to get and then our waitress Carli helped us pick which appetizer to get. i can't wait to come here for more fun times!!!!!

Exceeded expectations! Our 12-YO celebrated his bday here with friends. We could not have asked for a more perfect venue. Party host during bowling was attentive and thorough. Food was served hot and on time. Facility was clean. AND, the most impressive thing was the place was fully staffed with ALL video games working and in-service. We spent 4-hrs here and yet no one was ready to leave. Thank you, keep up the great customer service and all the things that have us looking forward to another visit soon!!

We had so much fun doing the Monday night special. We always love coming to main event. The last few times we came, Ivory has catered to us and been so helpful and nice. Will be coming back more often!

Main event was a very fun experience, I highly recommend going again. I love the bowling and games they have, I personally love playing Lazer tag. I wanna thank ivory for helping us with service and etc. First time seeing a human claw machine and I'm glad it was at main event.

What a joke. Half the games were not working/were taking money, payouts WERE CRAP, employees were scarce and didnt care. I know the games are made to not pay out/much often, but this place was beyond stupid. I will never recommend here at all. Bathrooms were deplorable. I told staff who said "someone will come" but never did. Won't go here again.

So once we came here ivory greeted us at the door and the place was very nice and clean the drinks was on point no complaints form me I will definitely come back

I loved the bowling and laser tag! People at the front were kind and helpful. However, the people who are working the arcade gaming area and the laser tag section all had attitude faces and rude reactions towards customers. This could make or break a business, I advise management to pay attention to those working that section and take action.

So where do I start? First off walked in and seemed like it might be a cool place. But then I sat down and that's when things took a turn for the worse. I took my family in to grab a quick bite as we are at Great Wolf Lodge, the food on the menu looked good but when I got it first off the service was terrible. I just want to take A moment to thank this establishment! We came in with a crew full of children and one special-needs child with cancer. We had no idea if they would accommodate or facilitate our needs, but they did every step of the way. The management was amazing. We had a fantastic time visiting this location. The bowling was normally priced and fun for the family. The arcade section was fun but pretty pricey. Definitely a place we will go back to, but not all the time. The staff was exceptional and we did enjoy it, so you get what you pay for applies here. There is laser tag and mini-golf that we did not try, so I can't speak to that. Very clean and neat and everything worked.

Walked in stood at the ?wait on host for seating? sign. Dude walked right by made eye contact and everything, no acknowledgement what so ever, waited another 5 minutes never came back. It's Main Event, this is a great place to bring kids or just hang out. They have something for everyone to do. If you are an adult and want to have a drink (beer) it's expensive, one beer runs a little over $5 per bottle domestic (Bud Light). I suggest if you want more than one beer, order the bucket. The laser tag attendant was obnoxious. He referred to the laser tag arena as "my studio" repeatedly, loudly rushed a 10 year old to put on a harness which turned out to be broken and said "my team" is not checking things, and then I lost 10 minutes of play time because my laser gun was not connected to the server and I couldn't shoot back. A hidden treasure on Saturday mornings! We lucked into finding out about Pancakes & Pajama?s as a birthday option. Our party of 17 kiddos had a blast! The service via our party planners was too notch! They managed everything from set up of tables, bowling lane assignments, and herding the kids thru the arcade. I would 100% recommend to family & friends!!!!

This place looks good. It's been there awhile, but they updated it and it's looking good. The whole facility is clean. They have a great variety of arcade games. The pool tables are decent. Shuffle board is nice. Karaoke room is pretty decent sized. The food is not great for the price. The party room is really nice and they set it up well. There's a lot to say. Go try it out!

A company hosted a family day here and so we went. Great food, lots of gaming options and bowling.. Alcohol was served here, but I don't drink anymore lol. Pool tables as well.. All in all we had a great time! And I have 6 kiddos... Would go again

The games take your credits and don't work and they don't put them out of service for some reason. Then you have to wait in line to try and get your money back. After waiting 1? hours to bowl, we finally got a lane and I was able to order food at 43 minutes left into my lane. My waitress never came until 11 minutes left, come to find out she never even put our order in..... All she did was apologize instead of trying to make it right so we ended up leaving. This place is trash.

We were keeping score for mini golf on the little paper main event hands out, and a 10-11 yr old girl came and snatched it out of my friend?s hand!! while her drunk trashy parents sat and watched. My husband and I took our grandsons here for a Sunday Fun Day and they had an awesome time. It's always nice to come here because the crowd is usually always friendly and the establishment is very clean. Tons of games and fun things to do with your family, friends, and loved ones!
