Main Event Tulsa

I went there with my sister the evening on 1/11/25 for my Birthday and had so much fun. We bowled and did Laser Tag and both were so awesome. We had a blast. There is an office right by the entrance that had which I assume was a manager. I waved and smiled as I walked in and she gave me a go to heck look. Long dark hair. Not sure what that was about and not cool but other than that, well definitely be back. Recommended if you're looking for fun with family or friends.

I absolutely love this place! It's a go to! It's perfect for a fun family activity. Also for a fun date night. Their food is so good no matter what I get, definitely worth the money. I would say the price for the activities is pretty reasonable. Bowling there is super fun!!

Have not come here to eat before, and had low expectations. Completely blown away by the value and quality of the group tray we ordered. Everything was prepared properly. The food was delicious. Staff were surprisingly attentive for a place that does not have wait staff. They also accommodated us bringing in a birthday cake and provided plates. Would highly recommend for group activity nights out.

Broken games and below average bowling. The first 5 games we went to took our points and didn't start the game. Found 1 fish game that we used majority of our points on until they fixed the wizard of oz coin game. Go somewhere else if you don't want to hassle about losing money to games that don't work. Amazing establishment for family fun. My son decided he wanted to be brave and tight rope climb the jungle gym upon getting up there realized how scary it actually was Zhane went to him and guided him through the course. Even with little confidence and on the verge of tears he was able to cheer him on to keep going. As a team building experience for my Tulsa team we decided to try Main Event. We had a blast with a good game of bowling followed up by hours in the arcade area, finishing up with a couple rounds of pool. We decided to forgo the gravity and laser tag activities. Had my kiddos birthday today and Tyler was the host. He made sure everything looked great, set up and ready to go for the party and our guests. It was genuinely a stress free event and as a parent, I really couldn't ask for more. My only complaint is for Main Event management. When I booked the event, I paid a deposit but when I paid the reminder of the balance, that amount wasn't factored into the suggested tip. We came to kick off summer fun, but it was hardly fun. The food area was very dirty, along with tables. We moved onto games and we counted 11 games that were out of order and or took our credits without functioning or giving credits back. Normally not a big deal, but because this place is so small it left us limited to the same games over and over. We left pretty frustrated and disappointed. Did not eat on this recent visit, but it was fine last time I was here. Like upscale bowling alley food. Many games don't work or are dysfunctional. Many basketball games that don't keep score, air hockey pucks that come to a dead stop in the middle of the table, kung fu panda has pads that don't respond, batman racing game has a screen that intermittently goes blank, among other things. I attended this location as part of a large field trip. We brought two bus loads of youth to attend for 2-3 hours during a weekday. Arcade: there are all kinds of games as you can see from photos. I gave my points to a young person doing the quarter-pusher deal where you drop them in and a shelf is moving forward and backwards. I took my son and his friend for my son?s 14th birthday and everything was great, except the employees. More than once the boys were treated poorly by being yelled at and being spoken down to. They still had fun but wanted to leave 30 minutes before we had to because of the way they were treated. I saw an employee in the doorway of the laser tag entrance yell at them and point them out because they wanted to ask how to sign up to play. They're kids. Be kind.

The gravity course was supposed to open at 11 and at almost noon I was still being told it was closed. Our first time at the location and while it was fun and the kids had a blast we were surprised at how dirty it was. The jump pads have a layer of dirt and look like they haven't been scrubbed in months, top of the slide had a visible layer of dust, and small trash on the sides of the walkways. We also came right when they opened and were the first people here. It looks like the place has been a little neglected for a while.

I can't speak for the rest of it, but the arcade was a poor experience. It's small and pricey and several of the games don't work properly (but will still take your credits). Took my kids twice, but we're done with it now.

Tyler was so incredible during my grandsons birthday today. The food has made me incredibly sick but Tyler is not responsible for the food. I ate part of a burger, a pretzel bite with cheese, and a bite of pizza so Im unsure what made me this sick. Thankful that TYLER made the birthday party run so smoothly.

My family and I came to celebrate my son's 9th birthday. We attempted to play 5 separate games that were not working and just took our credits. Yes we informed an employee. He just said thanks for informing him. One game literally cut off while we were using it. (Caught on video.) The candy we got in exchange for points expired May and April 2024. Took our grandson for pizza and laser tag. The girl working at the pizza counter was helpful and kind. Pizza was greasy but good. Went next to purchase our passes for laser tag, etc. and the girl working the counter was also great - helpful in explaining options etc. We had a fun night!

It was so nice of the Main Event to put on a free event last night for end of school bash. My boys and I had so much fun. Kids and adults will have a blast. Very friendly staff. Clean facility. Perfect lay out of the different activities you can do Bowling, Pool, Shuffle Board, Virtual Reality, Ropes course, Laser tag, Arcade games, Food area and a bar area. Monday nights are super busy . Service was a 4 just because they were so busy . They keep apologizing but I told them it's ok yall are busy no rush on my part.

85% of the arcade games didn't work, but they sure took the points anyway. Sat down to order and not a single person came to take our order for 30 mins. When we finally got to order, they were out of plates for our pizza. $50 for pizza and no plates. None of the workers seemed to know what was going on.

Had our son's 7th birthday party there yesterday. We didn't book anything as it was already full, however Heather at the front went way above and beyond to get us setup with tables and made sure we had all we needed. Honestly she's the only person working there that even helped or spoke to us. The boys had fun the pizza was good and games were great. I did a family get-together today here at this spot with my nephews and nieces because some of us were out of town and leaving tomorrow. We gathered because we lost a love one, and wanted to take this moment to spend with one another. Customer service is horrible at the pizza place, the lady was so rude, overwhelmed I'm assuming with all the field trip kids, but if you're going to be rude because it's busy you shouldn't be working at a place like this. The lady running the cash register needs some customer service training. She wouldn't sell pizza by the slice to me because it wasn't the weekend, but I was with the field trip, made no sense.
