Food and service were as to be expected for a gaming place, so so. They do reserve for private parties which we had. Lots of stuff to do for kids gaming. They do have a nice bowling alley. Enjoyable place midtown for the family. Prices were ok. No wait time and plenty of parking. Expect noise. Employees were very nice.

We went to bowl there because of the leagues at the cactus bowl. It was clean and had some nice seating. The machines for the pins felt really really slow. However the staff there let us finish our second game by giving us an extra 20mins free of charge. That was awesome.

First time coming to this location. What a great experience. All employees were very polite. And outgoing. The provided the most Amazing customer service to my family. They left a long lasting impression. I have never come across that kind of service. They were genuine. Big location. Lots to do. We did bowling. Laser tag (mins long) Arcade games. Great prices. Clean establishment. Food was great. Definately will come back when in town again.

We recently hosted my daughter?s 7th birthday at Main Event with their Pancakes & Play package, and it was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the experience exceeded all our expectations. Ty and Destiny were wonderful?they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that every child felt special. My daughters and their friends had the BEST time! The activities were engaging and fun, and the staff handled everything so seamlessly that I was able to truly relax and enjoy the day.

Not a bad place for the kids. The food is your everyday bar food. I aksed to order a drink and it took a long time for her to arrive at the table. It may of just been an off day for her because when she did arrive, she was very kind and professional. It does smell like sweat in there and they use paper straws. Not a huge deal but I hate how they feel. I arrived at opening so the building was clean. Overall, the kids enjoyed it but it needs a few changes and improvements.

My family and I just love the food, the place stays clean, and the staff is very friendly. I would love to work there. We keep talking about what is next that we want to try on the food menu but we know it will be great. Also, when my son graduated last month the staff made sure he had a great time. The food price is worth it. They give you big portions.

I brought my nephew here for his birthday and purchased the wrong pass for him. The manager went above and beyond and helped us get a different pass for him. Would definitely come again, the staff and the manager were amazing

Gio was our server and was a total doll! Super personable and attentive. Bowling was super fun. Arcade was super fun. We went on a Tuesday night to celebrate a birthday. It wasn't very busy at all so we didn't have any wait. Kids had so much fun, will definitely come again.

I was a complete fool about how to do the laser tag or bowling or anything because apparently I don't know how to look directly up LOL the staff in the candy/Ticket Exchange shop could not have been more helpful even though I was a bumbling fool. We won a gift certificate for a VIP experience and I was not impressed. We were in the private room with the bowling lanes and it was super dirty. There was food on the floor and smeared on the table. We were supposed to have 2 hours of unlimited bowling but only ended up getting an hour and fifteen minutes at the most. I've never been to a Main Event before. I came to bowl in the afternoon with my family. I was greeted by a kiosk (no humans) and it said the wait was 2 hours. I walked over to the lanes and there were 10 open lanes. I couldn't understand why such a long wait time so I decided to try to talk to someone. This Main Event is awesome! Our first experience wasn't good- we were at a Phoenix location and an attendant refused to service me because of my race. Thankfully, this location superseded serviced! I'm so grateful for a genuine experience. My kids, husband, and I all thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent here. Good food, fun games, lots of laughs! Overall, it was a solid okay. We were amazed at how large the arcade area was and it was awesome to see both laser tag and bowling. However there is no clear direction as to how to enter these different avenues, to include the restaurant. It seems to me that the entrance and exit door to the games and the bar would probably be separated by a small corridor to separate children from adults who are or have been drinking alcohol, children cross paths going in or out because they are distracted enjoying the games As it happened to me when I went to visit this place for the first time, a little girl of about 3 years old and her brother of maybe 8 years old were chasing her, and immediately when I entered the bar I could see this risk for children

Prices and ability to actually get what you want and pay for it is confusing and asinine. Bowling was decent but pay structure was dumb as all hell. Games were fun (the ones available and that worked) Food was pretty good. Everything is crazily overpriced. You can play 2.25 games of bowling for $60.

This was our first experience with Main advent and I can honestly say we've never been treated so kindly by a birthday host. She was outstanding! Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review. It's not my style. I normally give 5 star. The food was okay the service was okay. They said they were going to do something for my kid's birthday, then they didn't. They messed up on the food and didn't come and check on us to see what we needed.

Many of the games were broken. We waited 45 minutes for a table at the restaurant. Most tables were empty so I checked with the hosted, who said she called us but I never got a call. The food was expensive and barely edible. I'd go back for games but never for the food.

It was nice that we got a Main Event in tucson is got to go to a main event in PHX and it was fun.. Its is a fun place to go to my kids loved it and has fun. I will not lie it is expensive for 2 cards with 200 tokens or pints was 35$ a piece so ended up paying 86$ total. Most games where about 7.5 points. Prices are a bit in the crazy ticket average is about 200 tickets but the good ones are like 1000 tickets.. I spent about 230$ for food and games.. I enjoy this place. It can be expensive and the kids can be atrocious but both of those situations have work around and that is where my 5 stars come from. I did drop one star for service as the food delivery/ordering to and from the bowling alley can be time consuming. The prize area is better than most and it seems rewards are more easy to be had than at other places, so that is awesome. Veterans day perks are great as well.

As a paying customer just trying to enjoy a night out with my family, I was not expecting to be treated so disrespectfully by the employees. Our waiter was fabulous very kind, but the front end of the bowling alley staff was extremely rude. Definitely will be taking my money and kids elsewhere. If your job makes you miserable, maybe it's best you quit, or at least do not treat paying customers rudely.

Main Event is a great place to spend time at with family and friends. Evon at the bar provided us with amazing customer service. She wasn't just super friendly but makes great mojitos. :)
