Been here a few times and not impressed by the food or service. However today our service was A+ Blake was our server and he was very attentive.

11/11/24 - on Veteran's Day, they have an AMAZING special for veterans: free 30-minute play card plus a free double cheeseburger & fries. ?? We got there around 2pm & fortunately, it was not crowded at all. The burger was surprisingly high quality, juicy & delicious. My husband was able to play about 15 different video games from the 30-minute play card. The modernized old school games like Pac-man & Space Invaders were really cool. ?? We visited last night to enjoy some video games and drinks, but unfortunately, I was disappointed by the condition of the restroom. It was clear that the bathrooms had been treated disrespectfully, which was disheartening to see. This Main Event is amazing Todd the manager is outstanding and so was our server Blake was amazing both times. The atmosphere is exciting and clean. The games all worked and very well kept. The food surprisingly tasted great especially the loaded fries.

From the moment we walked in the service was lacking. The girl in the front didn't know the answer to any question, except if we could pay cash. We waited to be seated at the kitchen but NOONE came even though they ALL seen us. Finally we sat ourselves. Waited 35 minutes for appetizers. Our server was nice but every single employee needs severe training. It was terrible. Like they threw them in uniform and wished them the best.

We hosted a birthday party there for my teens. Our host was great and the teens had an amazing time. We thought the pizza was going to be tasteless dough, but it was great. The pizza sizes were huge and we had left overs. Really recommend the birthday packages, easy, fun and I don't have to clean up afterwards.

Been there a few times for birthday parties and hosted two over there. They are just amazing. At the last party I had Edgar as a party host. Everything was smooth, he was very kind with the kids and managed to cut the cake flawlessly despite 24 kids circling him and cakes avidly. We attended Main Event Tomball for my husband's work party. It was a private function, but it was incredibly busy. I wanted to give a big thanks to Julia for helping us and taking great care of us. I had a birthday there back in 2022 we had an amazing time, so I decided to bring my kids and nephew back to have a good time. It was the worst day customer services from Liley the manger Josh the worker at bowling. I came here with my husband for his 30th birthday and we had a blast! It was pretty crowded but it was a Saturday afternoon so that was expected. Lots of great arcade games, nice new bowling lanes, and friendly staff - but staff seems to lack leadership as many didn't know answers to simple questions. Also, food was just okay. LOTS of salt on the nachos and the fries (which were cold) - and burger patties were dry and bland. My advice would be: Go for the games. Skip the food.

Service has gone down the drain. Not bring the kids back again. The staff gets bothered when asking them questions or asking for help. We had to go look around for people to take our food order in the bowling area and it was like no one wanted to help. Our order came out incorrect so we had to wait extra. Once the food came out we got kicked out of our seating even when it was extra slow, plenty of open lanes and no one was coming up next. Just ridiculous.

Customer service is horrible go somewhere else. Check in is confusing inwent to the bowling counter and she said go back ans use the kiosk. We had a 40 min wait after that time past we never received a text she said oh. We tried to order a strawberry soda pop at the counter they told us to go to the bowling lane to order no one assisted us we were actually ignored. After starting our bowling session we still were never assisted. The manager on duty was beyond pointless.

Then only the server can order pictures of drinks so stuck paying 4.00 each for a drink order of 6 people. If you are a bowler then this is not your place. Pins are on strings and the lane is short.

It's a nice place for arcade and bowling with kids and without. The food is okay although I will say the little donut balls are really delicious. But note you will need about 45 to fifty per kid in order to really have fun because the games need a lot of credits.
