Main Event Suwanee

Our family visited this location a couple of weeks back. We're actually from NC and we're in town for the weekend to celebrate our nephew's birthday. It was actually his idea to come here so we could all bowl and have fun together. We were greeted by Diezel who was super sweet. He got us set up with our lane and shoes. We selected to play for 2 hours and rented 2 lanes as we were 7 people total. We immediately rushed over to get set up on the screen and find the size bowling balls we'd all like to use. J

We came on Easter and had an amazing time! The kids played games, bowled and even played laser tag! While the adults ate and drank! Btw this strawberry drink in the picture? i took 2 sips and i feel great!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating also!! We will definitely return!!

The desserts and drinks are very good and come out rather quickly. There are many things to do such as play the arcade games, laser tag, bowling, pool and other fun activities. Bowling is very fun and enjoyable but it does take a while for the servers to help you which is understandable since it was kind of full. Overall a great place to hang out with friends or family!

Friendly staff, just not enough. Fairly expensive Long wait times for drinks and food. 2 hours for bowling lane. Lots to do, bowling, pool tables, laser tag, rope walk, and lots of pinball type machines. All in all great place to spend some time with family and friends, will definitely go again?

We had a great time at Main Event! The food was solid, and the atmosphere was fun and lively?definitely a great spot for a night out. The place was also very clean, which is always a plus. Bowling was enjoyable, but we did run into some issues with the lanes. Ours had some technical difficulties, and we had to switch, which wasn't a huge deal, but we noticed other people experiencing similar problems. Other than that, it was a fun experience, and I'd definitely go back!

Our Girl Scout troop visited for a pancakes and bowling party. Just keep in mind if you give us pancakes and small plastic forks, we need a knife to cut the pancakes. I guess some might eat without cutting them. And I had to settle the balance prior to bowling and the arcade. I didn't mind paying the bill prior to bowling but after that we had 2 glitching bowling lanes and it was a wait for help. They gave us more time to bowl which was nice. Total disorganization and ruined date night I went to Main Event with my boyfriend to enjoy a relaxed date playing bowling and grabbing something to eat. From the very beginning, everything was a mess. When we arrived, the staff member who put me on the waiting list for bowling supposedly took down my number and told us it would be a 30-minute wait. I had my daughter?s 12th birthday party at Main Event in Suwanee and it was a great day!! Our party host was Millie and she was phenomenal! She made sure everyone had what they needed and served us with a smile. We had pizza, sliders, fries, chicken strips, cinnamon sticks. Everything was tasted well. The manager Jamal made the experience extra special by cutting our cake. I will definitely be coming back for future parties!

The bowling balls here are in such horrible shape. The lanes are also VERY dry. Made bowling impossible for anyone who bowls with a curve. However, if you don't bowl regularly, it's likely still going to be enjoyable.

Half the games were out of order when I went, which was super frustrating. Save your money and head over to Dave & Buster's instead. At least you can play the games there! I wish I could get my money back since most of the games were not in service. Every game we kept having to go to the ?winners Choice room?to tell them that every machine was not working and we were not the only family doing so.

Main Event is an absolute blast for the whole family! From the moment you walk in, there's an energy of fun and excitement. The variety of activities is incredible, with everything from bowling and arcade games to laser tag and billiards. The food is surprisingly good for a place like this, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's the perfect spot for a day out with friends or family, whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for some fun. Highly recommend it if you're in the area!

This place is beautiful inside, neat. Could be cleaner. The bowling balls and shoes might be as old as the building. We didn't eat there so I couldn't respond to that.

We celebrated family birthdays this past Sunday with 17 cousins under age 15 and 8 adults. Unfortunately, it was storming in Metro Atlanta and our event was scheduled to start at 2:30p, 1/2 of our guests did not arrive until around 3:20p. Our event host Mia let us know that she would do her best to work with us, she helped to arrange everything so that the children who were already present enjoyed games until the others arrived. We had our 8 year old child?s birthday here. Our host, TJ, was amazing!! He was very patient and organized. He led the kids to each event and gave us a heads up on when's the next event so we can get ready. He was very accommodating when we had to add additional bowling lanes and food. The entire process was very smooth from booking the party to the end. We highly recommend main event for your next birthday party.

We had our kid?s birthday party here, with ?Ultimate Gamer? package. All the kids loved it. Our host Janiyah did a great job, starting from set up to clean up and we appreciate it very much. Playing area was very clean and the pizza was amazing. Thank you all!

Had my son's birthday party there and was pleasantly surprised. Millie was an amazing host and handled EVERYTHING from the moment we walked in the door. I didn't have to lift a finger to handle anything. Our host cleaned up after us and was incredibly helpful in transitioning around the venue. Kids had a blast! Main Event was the best idea for my sons 11th birthday!! He didn't want much to do much but hang out with his friends, but I really wanted a memorable moment. I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure how it would turn out but wow? service was impeccable! Asia really did her thing. She was up and down for the kids and made sure everything was perfect for my 11 year old! The price was 100% worth it and she made sure I left with a great experience. 10/10 recommend!

This place is great!!!! Every time we are there the staff is so friendly and accommodating. My kids love it here. Constructive criticism: do better on ordering the cotton candy for the expensive kids drink that is horrible for my kids but they love it so much and it's always a special occasion so I let them talk me into it. Maya was amazing. The entire staff took really good care of my party guests. Jamil came and greeted me as soon as I arrived and took amazing care of me. They assisted setting up my table and catered to us the entire time. I will definitely be back for all birthday parties. I highly recommend.

The staff was awesome, but a good portion of the games where not working correctly or took your credits. I tried playing the basketball game and the game had no balls in it. With a little more TLC on the game side and this place would be 5 stars. The kids had a blast though.

My son?s 14th birthday party was terrific! Our party attendant, Jania, was so attentive and helpful. The buffet of food was perfect for 14 year old boys and delicious. All of the activities ran on time and the employees were helpful if games weren't working correctly. Thanks Main Event!

I come here a lot and I keep hoping that things will improve. There never seem to be enough staff for the amount of people in the building. Right now almost every bowling lane is full and I have only seen one server working the lanes. Said server has not come to us to ask if we want anything and we've been here for about 40 minutes. We visited here on 4/11. Almost none of the arcade games were working. We had to keep coming back to the front desk to tell them which machines weren't working. Once we got a bowling lane there was a bowling ball still in the gutters on our lane. It took a while to get someone to clear it. We waited about 15 minutes for our server to come as well. Our bowling lane ended up malfunctioning and they had to open up the lane to unclog the bowling balls. The food was good once we got it, and one of our drinks too

I visited main event for the first time, there is a lot of options of things to do like bowling arcades and laser tag and this obstacle thing suspended in the air that is pretty cool. We ate at the bar and were served by Maram who was very attentive to our needs despite the crowd. I hope whenever we come back we have her or someone just as great with customer service

Was pretty disappointed by the bar service as I waited 20 minutes to even be acknowledged at the bar. As I waited, I watched 5 different people walk up after me and be served. Eventually I just decided I no longer wanted the drink! Then got to bowling where the lane itself had so many issues, we couldn't even finish one game in the hour we played. Pretty underwhelming experience overall.

We will definitely be back. Our bartender / server was working her butt off. She was so sweet and on top of everything. When we first got there we wanted to eat and play package but since I was not hungry we couldn't get that. At the end of playing is when we went to go eat. There was a bunch of people there and it was extremely crowded. Lots of children which is to be expected on a weekend. Everyone seemed to be having a blast.

Our party coordinator Joy was amazing. She was exceptional and always had a bright attitude which was a huge relief when hosting a birthday party. She made the experience so enjoyable and if I have to celebrate again, I will be asking for Joy.

If you are looking for an arcade, avoid this location. Over ten games broken but still powered on forcing you to repeatedly wait in a line to get credits back on your card. It's been a decline in the years it has been open. Bowling is fine but if you want an arcade you'll be frustrated. They'll say ?our tech team says all games functional? with a smile, but you visit and see the reality is just as it's been the last couple years since Dave n Busters bought em and apparently left them out in the cold. :

Our server Brianna was awesome - The food was great, me and my 8 year old had a Monday off and made the most of it at Main Event. Best bacon burger I've had in a while. The kid is happy, I'm happy, no complaints!

We came for a birthday party from the time we walked in the staff was amazing. They greeted us with a smile and directed us to the Birthday Party host TJ, who was phenomenal from start to finish. We will definitely be back, we had a great time!

The young lady at the counter was great and friendly to us. The only thing I dislike is they didn't tell us for the deal you had to do a reservation for it. He wanted to laser tag. So I feel that was a bit of false advertising. If the deal includes everything before a certain time frame. Other than that it was a great an experience.

Four different machines skimmed credits and didn't play (none marked out of order). The service line was 20+ minutes because only one man was working it by himself most of the time. When I did get to talk to someone, they seemed aware this happens all the time. Kids loved it, but it's expensive and ?machine malfunctions? taking credits for no play was very frustrating.

very good place to spend time with the family... at the entrance you are greeted by a beautiful brunette with a bright smile... the gaming machines are excellent... they are very clean, there is a place to overcome your fears of vertigo... bowling, although our line was broken, they still gave us more time... there is a room to play with laser shots... and pool tables... it is a very fabulous place.

This place is similar to Dave and busters, BUT it's more on the lamer side and slightly unorganized. It was more of a headache than it was fun. The wait times and the the way the wait reservation is set up is not a pleasant experience. When ordering food, the menu is not that understandable, there are two locations you can order food from, the actual food spot or the bar. We had an absolutely amazing time! My boys and I attended their friend's birthday party, and Jamil and Brianna were simply outstanding. Jamil, in particular, was the best host one could ask for. His attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and warm personality are unmatched. We also celebrated my son's 11th birthday here last December and had an equally fantastic experience.

Me and my wife went to bowl, we got to the bowling aisle and it wasn't working. Spoke to someone said they would get the technician to fix it. He eventually comes says ? sorry for the wait? , then leaves im assuming to fix the aisle. We never saw him again and it was never fixed. Nobody came to check on us , we are sitting down watching people who just got there bowl when we been waiting for 45 mins on the same aisle to be fixed. We could?ve been moved to a different one. We had my brother's 14th birthday party here and it was a blast, for the kids for sure but also for us adults because of the incredible service by Janiya! She was pleasant throughout the entire experience and we genuinely enjoyed her presence. Thank you Event and thank you Janiya!

I had my kids' 6th birthday at Main Event Suwanee. They assign us someone for our event. We arrived, checked in and our staff helped us with everything you needed for our sons birthday party.they had a table already set, and she helped us set up the cake, cupcakes, balloons, pizza, drinks, etc. The kids bowed, partied, played arcade games, some parents even get on the adult jungle james for the grown-ups. We all had a blast.

Main Event is my son?s absolute favorite place. The food is delicious, the games are diverse, and the bowling is incredibly fun. With so many different activities to enjoy, it's a place where people of all ages can have a great time.??

Honestly floored that this place has over four stars. Our bowling lane didn't work very well. It wouldn't reset frequently. Only one bumper worked and then that bumper wouldn't go down for the people in our party not using the bumpers. The staff were so hard to find meaning slow service. Multiple games were broken. No paper towels in any of the four paper towels holders in the women?s restroom. Pretty dingy overall.

Great atmosphere, prices are reasonable compared to other arcade places. All the games were working, and we didn't have an issue with waiting - alot to choose from. They don't accept Contactless payments yet. No EV charging. They can cater parties and they serve alcohol. Overall awesome experience and I hope to be back. I would recommend.

I was there on a Saturday for my grandsons 16th birthday. They had to go find us a host so we could order food and drinks. 45 minutes to an hour later we received our drinks, part of our food came an hour after that and the rest of our food was 45 minutes later. The food was lukewarm, it was good but would have been better hot. We got there around 1 before the other birthday parties and before it got crowded. Next time I think we'll eat somewhere else before we come.

We go to this place often for family outings. That being said they do have issues, we try to be patient, knowing our kids love it and the staff is doing their best. The food is good. The Suwanee Main Event location has been a wonderful experience every time. From the customer service to the atmosphere. The facility is kept clean. If you're looking for a laid back fun night, this is the place. From the bar to the game attendants they're all amazing. It's always been super welcoming and I have to mention the service manager Derwyn making sure my party and I are all good to Floyd always checking in on us at the bar.

Took my boys here (9 and 6) to play laser tag and arcade games and they both really enjoyed it. Prices are pretty reasonable and they have a lot of different games. We came on a Tuesday and they had a deal going on where you could pay for the price of one activity (bowling, laser tag, ropes course) but then you could do it as many times as you wanted.

There is something here for everyone.I noticed game machines were being sanitized. The establishment was clean.I recommend this place.

We had an adult birthday party that the cost of which was over $1300 for 20 people. I would think that amount of money spent would mean we would get good service. We did not. One of the bowling lanes broke down during our party, they wanted to take our food away despite people not having eaten yet. Anytime I needed anything, I had to hunt down someone to get help.

I never really considered coming here for no particular reason. But my 10yo daughter was invited to a birthday party and she had a blast with her friends. While I was waiting with my teenager, we did explore the place and got some food and drinks to pass time. We got the combo food+game card, she went to play and she said that it was so fun even though she was playing by herself. So I changed my mind and would come back again.

Food and drinks were amazing the arcade games however were not. Half of their games didn't work and the other half just ate up your credits and still didn't work. The claw machine closes before it even goes all the way down and when I won a 1000 tickets on the fishing wheel the card didn't even count them. We go up to the guy in the gift area and he says oh don't worry it happens all the time! 10/10 would not recommend going here. You're getting scammed out of your money.

Our server was great. However she was the only server in the entire dining area at 8pm on a Saturday??? Drinks were fantastic. However all downhill from there.
