We had a blast during our visit! The bowling experience stood out?smooth lanes, upbeat music, and a fun atmosphere that made the game even better. We had a delay for bowling during our field trip. The manager made sure that the kids had a great time and they got to visit the arcade. That made their day and mine to see them so excited! Had a great time with the family. Service was great, and the kids were able to do everything they wanted to from Bowling, Laser Tag, and Climbing. Just be careful of the time you go on Saturdays. There will be large parties and they take priority for activities. Usually from 12p to 4p. After that, it dies down a little.

I've been to this Main Event location several times and haven't been disappointed yet. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The food was surprisingly good. My nephews and nieces love going to Main Event and its the first place we think of when there's a special occasion for a group gathering. Highly recommended!

Brought my kids here to have a little fun but unfortunately most of the multiplayer games have some sort of malfunction preventing uninterrupted fun. Both connect 4 games are only able to be played with one person vs. the computer. Cleanliness wasn't the best either. Restrooms doesn't seem to be tended to regularly. Overall not a terrible experience but would definitely recommend going to another location.

Had a really fun time here with my friends, we were given awesome pre noon discount although it was a weekend. The highlight of the day was Gregory and Nye at the ropes being very friendly and super nice. They do their job with dedication and they deserve a promotion.

Sherman, the manager, did an excellent job ensuring our experience was fun and seamless. The specials granted were right on time with a group of 10. The food was also really good (hamburger tacos, cheesy bread, and mozzarella sticks). I'll definitely visit this location again soon!

Stopped in this evening to play a couple of games of pool and bowling and the custom service from Yvette and Whitney was amazing! They really made us feel welcomed and did an awesome job! We really enjoyed the fried pickles, fried mozzarella and fries also! It was a great experience!

The manager ( Chris ) wouldn't address the food platter. Pretzel bread is extremely salty, and I paid for all night bowling. The game cut off every hour, which is understandable, but I couldn't get my next games started back up. It took over 20 minutes each time, so I only bowl 3 games. SMH

In the past, beverages were offered while the kids were participating in the first activity (bowling), but this time, drinks weren't provided until the pizza was served. Family Fun for Everyone!!! There are 3 different locations in the Houston area and they all have something a little different in there events. There's a few fun things to do. Customer service is terrible, everyone just stands around. There's no one in the bar we waited about 30 minutes after we were seated to order our drinks the food was not it. The laser tag room gets really hot. Bowling was really fun there.

On 2/17 I brought my son and his friends in to Main Event. They advertised a $14.99 play all day pass with a $10 fun card. I was turned down at 10:45pm from bowling, and there were multiple lanes available. Customers in front of us stated this is a normal occurrence to have bad service. They also did not seem polite or consistent on person stated we should have been able to get a lane until 11pm.

This place is amazing for adults and children. There's great activities both physical and mentally challenging. The games are state of the art and not to mention the VR games. They also have a great drink menu for adults.

Pretty nice location overall. The staff are nice and the food is good as well. One issue that I have is with the games. Seeing how expensive the cards can be, you'd think that all the games would be up and running, but that is not the case. Many games are errored or end up taking points without granting credit. Other than that, this location is usually busy, leading to long wait times for bowling.

The place is fun, but it's not a kids friendly, alcohol is served here where you see many adults walking around with alcohol beverages, adults playing in kids' games, etc. So my advice to you if you are taking your kids, then please stay close to them.
