This place was clean. We had a collegiate bowling tournament here, last night - my first visit, ever. The oil pattern on the lanes we had was odd; my only real complaint. The outside few boards were slick, all the way to the pins, so my usual hook was denied & I ended up bowling straight for the rest of the night. Brought my family here for the first time for a celebration and it was the worst experience we have had. The place wasn't busy. Had the worst service from Leycie. Waited on drinks forever. Had to walk to the bar the get refills. Food took forever to come to the table and when it arrived it was burned. The photo of the brussel sprouts was exactly how it arrived to the table. The only positive thing was the fun the granddaughter had playing games. We won't be back.

It was my first experience with Main Event. My son had his 14th birthday celebrated here with four other friends. All he wanted to do was play laser tag with his friends. However, I was advised by the salesperson to reserve a package of Teen Access, which includes one hour of bowling, two hours of arcade, and one round of laser tag. As an avid poolplayer my issue is the crowded billiard area. They really should have like 6 tables not 9 because having the amount they have now interferes with all tables on the edges since there is no way to have seating or a place for food and beverages without asking to share an already small table with strangers. It's obviously setup for maximum profit on billiard time and total disregard to the comfort and practicality of the customer experience.

Came here with my wife?s family on Christmas Eve. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it. All the little add on extras don't make this a cheap day out but it's a lot of fun and the atmosphere is good. Plus the service for food and the bar was very good.

As long as you go in a large group and be very vigilant for your safety and possessions, the bowling and restaurant area can be fun. It's quite spacious but can get busy during peak times. Just don't let your guard down inside or out in the parking lot. I suggest a fanny pack.

The bowling is fun, if you can find an employee to run the register. They have 8 "sales" people walking around that can't do anything inside the place. The game for the kids are a little expensive. The bowling looks amazing, come with time because can be waiting line. They have a bar and pool tables for adults. I had a very disappointing experience with my visited.customer service was unhelpful and lacked professionalism, making the visit frustrating from start to finish. Additionally, their advertising is misleading ? what's promoted does not match the actual experience or value provided. Overall, I would not recommend Main Event based on this encounter.

Food took 2 hours to get. Food service was horrendous no drinks for the entire 2 hours of waiting till it was served. When the food finally came it was cold. The prize service was also horrible. More than half of the staff working here just messes around huddled up talking to each other non stop to service their customers and when they finally get to you, and even they're still gossiping. This place has gone down hill more than before. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

The service was pretty bad. We sat down, and no one attended us. We sat there a good 15-20 mins. And yes, there was a guy there at the bar, but he wasn't doing anything but looking busy. It's a typical main event location. Over priced games that give barely any tickets. The ticket cost of the prizes are much higher than some other arcades nearby. The bowling lanes are just ok. The laser tag is cool. There's nothing much to say other than this place is just ok. If they lowered some of the cost on the games or at least gave out higher ticket wins with better prizes then it would definitely help.

There was this one worker at the pace that sells food who had lots of earrings and was a teenager. I ordered ice cream from her and she didn't go get me it. This place is our go to main event. Always clean. Lots of staff that knows what to do when games don't work. The prizes are ?? exceptional lol. Food has always been pretty good. I have visited this location on multiple occasions, but my last visit was subpar. Food items we were interested in ordering were not available for purchase. Waitstaff service was super slow. Had a great time spending time with my family while bowling, but I think it's not the best if you are trying to have a serious game, since the lane we had (20th lane) was glitchy and didn't count stuff like it should. Enjoyed a few hours here and won some great prizes in the end (it helps when your kid is lucky and hits 1,000 tickets on multiple machines!). Horrible. Paid for an hour of bowling and a server. Server did not come for 40 minutes after having asked multiple people if we could get a server throughout those 40 minutes. Always have a problem with this location.

We came to play pool. The prices was great for an hour with a Veterans discount. After we finished playing pool, we played video games. Okay, I want to be fair after having a bad experience. The staff was very friendly while not being accommodating. The bowling experience was quick, easy, and expensive to book. I'd suggest not ordering food or drinks. The wait staff was SLOW and surprisingly apathetic. Management promised to extend our bowling time because the wait staff was so slow but that was an empty promise. I had to write this review because this young lady named Asia basically saved my night from disaster. She is amazing and professional and not to mention courteous. I am disabled veteran visiting my family and I can't tell enough that this place could have had a really bad review but Asia is the only reason Main Event in Shenandoah is getting a 5 star review from me! Would recommend my friends and family coming here when she is working!

Benny provided me the best customer service. I had malfunctions with machines, and Benny provided expedited service and was very helpful throughout our night. We had a wonderful night.

There was lots to do here: bowling, shuffleboard, video games, pool and laser tag. There was also plenty to eat. I was especially surprised with the laser tag arena. This place was the first place I have been to that had a multi-level arena. It was fun playing with my son. The facility is large with private rooms for private functions. My only gripe is that the shuffleboard tables were not all functional.

We brought our daughter here for her birthday, not as a booked party, just as our family to celebrate. We didn't even make it through the front door before Stephanie saw her birthday sash and immediately made our daughter feel like she was the VIP.
