Closed for Private Event* It was a great venue! Our group had a potential of 1100 people showing up. I have no idea how many did, but it seemed like a lot of people came. The service was good. There was not a whole lot of need for great service, but the service I did get was good. They could've paid a little more attention, but otherwise good! Came out to celebrate my God's birthday and in the process of waiting for everything to begin. Had a little date Night with my Boo. Food was amazing not too busy around 5:30pm staff was great and very friendly. Definitely saved our game card to head back out . Birthday set up was nice only thing I did not like was other people from another party was taking plates from our table when they should of just asked their host for additional plates.

My team had a meeting at this location. We rented out a party room for 2 days that we used as a conference room. The TVs in the room were great as they turned into a giant screen for our presentations. They had a microphone and the sound was perfect. You did not get distracted by anything taking place outside of the room. The service was impeccable and the staff was extremely accommodating. The venue made the whole experience simple. We had a large party for a working gathering and chose to do dining reservation instead of the event route this time. Chris the manager made sure that our tables were all together so we could easily mix and mingle and the waitress and waiter could divide and conquer. Chris made sure to check in a number of times and was truly a blessing to our night! We will for sure use the Main Event Orlando for future group gatherings! We had a group of 27 for a high school reunion. Our hostess Rachel was awesome. She patiently waited on us and provided great service. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the grill and chill menu was awesome. I would recommend this business.

Went on Thursday evening. From the moment we paid, we could tell that something was going wrong. We went to play our hour of bowling. This is a fun spot off of I-Drive. We went right after a rainstorm so it wasn't very busy. My wife and kids were playing at the arcade and I spent most of my time at the bar watching the Knicks game. Drink prices weren't bad. They also have bowling and pool tables available. The parking garage was a little bit of a mess when we were trying to leave but overall good experience.

My family and I had so much fun. Originally, we went to Kings Dining & Entertainment off of I-Drive. Just to bowl, they wanted $30 per person and that is not including shoe rentals. It was 3 of us, so we were looking at almost $90 plus shoe rentals. No food or drinks were included. So, we decided to visit Main Event. They have gaming options that also include food. Second time at this place...first time playing pool. I wouldn't recommend the billards if you're actually a good player. Holes in the felt. Not brushed. The pool tables are really bad. However on a positive note pretty much everything else was ok. I had the nachos which were bangin!! ?? sat at the bar and there were 3 at one point but no one even bothered to ask me how my food was. It's a fun place for sure but if you have to use the restroom, brace yourself bc nobody cleans it and it's completely nasty. There was pee and blood everywhere when I went tonight with all the trash cans overflowing. Not sure anyone would want to use a bathroom like that in a place that serves food. We will not be returning to this location.

Celebrated our grandsons birthday here. If you want to have a great experience 1) rent the private room it's worth every penny! 2) request Rachel to attend your party because she was phenomenal! The place is very clean, the bathrooms were spacious and immaculate, the bartender Ruben was so friendly, the games are the most current and up to date. Even the adults had a blast being a kid again. We took part in bowling, Laser Tag and free game time. The food was excellent!! Everyone commented on how good it was

Plenty of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy! Classic games like Pac-Man, basketball,,and race car driving. If you like bowling they have you covered. Bowling lanes are limited so I would call ahead to reserve your spot. They have a full bar and food menu. Staff is friendly and bar tenders were attentive. It was a good time hands down!!

Came to Pointe Orlando after being at a festival the first part of the day. I've been to the Jacksonville Main Event but not the Orlando one. Service was better at this location in the restaurant area. I ordered a salad with chicken. The only thing is, I got shredded iceberg lettuce, which I've never had in a salad before. It's generally romaine or spring mix. They also put the dressing in the salad instead of on the side. Usually it comes on the side at most restaurants. Was just a bit much when eating it.

This place is so fun. Great hangout spot for families and friends. The food is delicious too. PLEASE TRY the burger taco!!! So good. There's a bar and restaurant inside as well. I deducted a star because on this particular night that I went, there was no soap in the bathrooms whatsoever. Literally zero. That's disgusting! They did provide hand sanitizer but I still think it's gross there was no soap.

The facility was very nice for events geared towards kids. The staff was friendly. There was a lack of hand sanitizer. They had pumps located throughout the place but several were empty. The food was really good as well. Would recommend it for kids birthday parties.

Went here for a birthday party for my son's friend. Has typical arcade games for kids however it was the food that did it for me. Food was outstanding. Had nachos and pizza. Also had a strawberry margarita but for the price it wasn't a lot. Highly recommended overall

Came here in a Tuesday. Good service was good by Ashley. But after that it all went down hill. No customer service at all. Stood by the bar waiting for service for 15 minutes, no one was there, yet there was employees in the main guest service that did notice me and said nothing. When it was time to cash out our credits it took another century to get service. Horrible. Employees just stand around and talk to each other and fight about who will greet the customer.

I'm very disappointed with my experience. We arrived at 10:40 PM and went to the poolside bar, where Sabr? attended to us. We ordered drinks and requested to rent a pool table for an hour since the venue closes at midnight. However, the waitress refused, stating that she had already cleaned the area and was no longer offering the service. If the place is open until midnight, why deny guests the experience? The interaction turned into an unnecessary argument, and the hospitality skills were severely lacking.

My experience is based on the group next to us. It wasn't great because of the group next to us. The children in that group kept coming over to our side, making it hard to bowl and enjoy our time. Very rude. They had 7 little children between the ages of 8 months through 12. None of the children were bowling, just the 3 adults in that group. The lane area wasn't big. Reservation was not honored for the time reserved. The hostess took the cake and disappeared. 20 mins later no one knew who she was. We had my daughters 12th birthday here. It was definitely a good experience. Her and her friends had such a great time! The food was great. Elizabeth the bartender was super awesome. Really cool place but it's super expensive. You pay to park, and you pay for every little thing you do. It's impossible not to spend 50$ per person and that doesn't even include parking. The food is mediocre but it's presented well. The whole atmosphere of the place kinda gives me anxiety. Loud, crowded, and overpriced. The place is Alot of fun even though it's crowded and expensive. I was attending for a child's birthday party. This place was not what I expected. I mean that in the best way possible. The food the customer service the games all top-notch. We got a couple of the three-hour game cards and had an absolute blast playing every game possible. We brought our youth group from South Lake Christian Church for a spring break trip. Our students enjoyed the games, bowling, laser tag and much more. But what really made the event the best was Kylee, he had a servants heart and did everything to help us have an amazing experience. Great atmosphere and very friendly and cooperative staff. Lots and lots of games to be played. They have around 12 bowling lanes on each side . They have billiards and high rope walking. Everything was short of amazing my party host Hayley Who also is the events supervisor, I believe she mentioned was the best. Totally amazing. I recommend this place 100%. The bartender named David (per my receipt) has a bad attitude or is having a bad day!!! Stop being quick to respond and listen first. You're not the best bartender in Orlando and when customers tell you they don't like their mix drink, fix the issue. My party of six finished our beers and we left. Not really sure how I feel about this place after going from being a fan of dave and busters to now a big fan of andrettis indoor kart park. The place itself was nice but it just seemed to be another D&B knock off. The food was ok but nothing I'd want to go back for. The games are all the same price($1.50) with the exception of a few. So I would say this place is a little more expensive than D&B with mediocre food. If you've never been, it doesnt hurt to check it out

Went there with family. First we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, even though the place was empty. Then we had to wait 30 minutes for 3 sodas, we could not leave as we were waiting for some family members. The tables around us were dirty and used dishes were still sitting there for 40 minutes. They make it impossible to know the arcade pricing without going there. It's not anywhere on their website and when you call to ask no one picks up. If they're hiding the prices, that's a red flag. Why make things so difficult?

This is a place of fun for the entire family! Main Event Orlando has dinning, arcade games, and bowling. I recently visited this place with 10 family members ranging in ages of 2 to 60 and we all had a great time. This is one place I will be visiting again for a great time to spend with my family. Came here after Hurricane Ian for my brother?s birthday and I was pleased with most of everything. My only problem was the urgency from our server, didn't get my brother?s Tenders and fries basket until 20 mins after our game was done which was a 2hr bowl, so about 1 hour and a half after ordering. My sister-in-law came to visit and my husband and I decided to invite her and her husband to eat something and play billiards and bowling, we were in the bar area, the girl was very friendly and although she was busy she attended us super well, we went to the billiards and they took us out because the area was reserved and the employees did not know, we had to leave the game they took us out, we went to the bowllin and the manager apologized and offered us some drinks for the bad time.

this place has everything! bowling, pool, extensive arcade, high ropes, more and more; i don't know how they fit all of it. the place has pretty good food. my only qualm is their pricing. it's an expensive place but for a night out it is fun! while it is meant for all ages, a good amount of the clientele are young adults so keep that in mind if you're bringing a young child. definitely one of the best arcades (if not the best) in Orlando. check it out!!

This is an arcade type place. My son wanted to do his bday here with a friend and not a group. They had a blast. Lots of games to choose from. Lots of games. They also have VR stuff as well. Lots of options for kids to choose from to spend their tickets. Restaurant attached has good food and plenty of seating. Awesome experience with the exception of an issue experienced while splitting a bill in half. Instead of charging half the bill on two debit cards, the full amount was charged on one card in addition to half the bill charged on the other parties debit card. I took our teen twins here for their birthday. They had a great time!! The staff was very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed this location so much more than the over crowded GA location. We will definitely be returning!!

Fun for the kids but even for adults. They always have some special or deal. You can also sign up for free play for 30 minutes I haven't eaten here so I cant say how the food is.

My experience tonight was ok until this girl named Rachel gave me attitude in the bathroom when i asked her can she clean one of the women?s stall she said thats not my job and rolled her eyes at me and walked off I was being polite and she was just completely rude to me in my opinion you shouldn't have someone like that working for you i will not be coming back

The lanes are terrible, they break 1/4 the way down. The food is ok, the wings were good. I'd visit again though as it's overall good fun.
