We came for the first time for a kid?s birthday party. It was a ton of fun. A great layout for adults and kids to enjoy themselves. The staff was extremely attentive to the birthday party, and the kids were able to relax and enjoy the party and not worry. The high ropes area is absolutely amazing. The kids loved it. Definitely worth the cost.

Wow, I was surprised by the wonderful service from the managers. I arrived to surprise my quincea?era daughter for her birthday and her friends. The manager was super friendly, and all the managers were super friendly. Thank you for your service. I definitely recommend them 100%.

Absolutely phenomenal experience here! The manager and staff went out of their way to help my son get a duck prize he had lost earlier in the evening. Something that may not have seemed like a big deal to an adult was a very big deal to him, and because of the kindness of the employees here he left with a smile on his face absolutely thrilled. This is a place that truly cares that your children leave saying they had a great time. Will be back without question!

On two separate occasions a staff member greeted us, walked away- and never returned, requiring someone else to then come finish their job. Once, when checking in for our bowling reservation. We were greeted, asked how many were in our group, then he walked off and never came back. After about 5 minutes someone else came and repeated the same questions. He then checked us into our lane. I took my grandson there for his 6th birthday and he had a blast and I enjoyed myself too. We also ate dinner there, and my very picky grandson ate almost every bit of his food! Went to Main Event on June 3rd 2025. We was greeted within minutes and ordered our food. The food can be better It was last year in December when we came now. So I gave that a 3 for service on stuff like refills I'm giving that a 1 because if you're the only ones eating in the dining area you would expect better service then what we got. My brother-in-law was having a birthday party for his 14 year was old son at Main Event this past Saturday. Luc, an employee who was greeting people at the front entrance, came up to us and told us, didn't ask, told our birthday group we had to leave the dining area and sit in another area. We love main event. This last time we had some issues with getting food service to the bowling area. I don't normally get stuff ordered to the bowling area, we were offered waters and went half a game without getting them. When I approached the server in the area about not having drinks, because a family got drink a few minutes after arriving, I was met with some hostility. Other than that a great experience bowling and having fun.

Went here for the kids to play. There is a large selection of video games and other activities for the kids to enjoy. Was surprised by the quality of food that we got, though. Tried the PBB&J burger and it was really good. This was a great place to burn a few hours with the kids.

The kids had a great time. I had a couple of chicken bites and they were decent. The most important thing is my grandkids had a blast. Go there have a blast. My daughter says she spent $500 for the party of 16 kids so bring a big purse or fat wallet. Grandparents its free but I chipped and bought the cupcakes.

This was our first time and the staff were very helpful explaining how things worked and the best way to set up our day. The food was really good and my kids (4 & 2) had a lot of fun bowling and passing in the Arcade.

Main Event is a wonderful place to have a birthday party! My son?s friend had her party there and the kids had a great time bowling in their reserved lanes as the parents chatted and ordered food and drinks for themselves. Perfect setup - and the hostess for our group, Stormy, could not have been more wonderful or accommodating. She took care of everything! Paid 50$ for 2 adults to bowl for an hour. Got 2 drinks listed as 9$ each while bowling and was charged over 36$ for the pair. Played the arcade and was forced to add a minimum of an extra 3$ worth of credits before being able to check out. Main Event is every child's dream. They have everything in the way of video games from laser fighting to skiing. Compared to the other arcades they have a lot of the newer, larger games. They also have some of the newer versions of old style games like skee Ball and basketball. In addition they have a ropes course, bowling and laser tag at eight George Washingtons a pop. Super helpful staff (I would have so much less patience than they do), a great selection of video games, and you can get an unlimited pass, to play as much laser tag as you want! The pass also includes bowling, billiards, and the ?gravity ropes? (a lot more scary fun than I anticipated) section where you're walking on ropes and balance beams up 15? above the arcade. We had a company Christmas party here. Food was good. Wait staff was helpful and professional. We had the BBQ buffet...ribs, chicken and sausage. All the meat was tender and quite flavorful! One of my co-workers described it as a warehouse of fun. Everyone had a great time!

Customer service failed on my first and maybe my only time coming. Our server in the Bowling area was more worried about be on there phone or bowling then taking care of us. Our food order was messed up multiple times, wrong items and extremely over priced.

When we arrived, the bowling alley was packed, resulting in a 15-minute wait for an available lane. During this time, we explored the arcade. There was a decent selection of games, and the cost was about what you'd expect, pricey. There's also a restaurant, but you're probably better off eating somewhere else. Overall, it's just another Main Event, nothing particularly special.

This place is amazing! Heads up though- you have to sign up for the zip line thing and laser tag..and on busy days there's even a wait for bowling and billiards. We had a pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. It was more than adequate to serve three people. We also got a side of fries. Three sodas as well. Not the most inexpensive, but it is part of the entertainment center.

This was our first time to a Main Event. I thought the staff we interacted with was very helpful and friendly. We came for video games and we were pretty disappointed how many games were malfunctioning or just didn't work. And you don't know that they're broken until you swipe your card and it takes your money. It just happened too many times to go ask for a credit at the front desk. I didn't try the food so I can't comment. But it was my 7 year old that said she didn't want to go back.

Company used this place as a holiday outing on a Wednesday during the day. Staff seemed incredibly unprepared for us. We walk in and no one could tell us where to go. Eventually a staff member told us a meeting room and that turned out to not be the right place! There were 45 of us and they only assigned one waiter. The lunch buffet was a very strange assortment of food. Sadly, food including the meat was cold. I just felt like the entire event was unorganized.

This is a very cool place! Lots of colors and bright lights as this place is truly an entertainment center. I had attended a company meeting here yesterday. They have two party rooms in which they had provided breakfast and lunch buffet style and all of it was fresh. Visited for a work event. Staff was professional and helpful. Facility was very clean and well-maintained. Our team bowled, played laser tag, and did the gravity obstacle course. It was a daytime event, so we had no wait times and very little competition for the staffs' attention. Food was quick and came in large portions. Definitely family friendly. I love how everything is open and spacious enough to have a view from a far to keep an eye out for your kids while having "adult time" at the bar. This place is absolutely amazing. It's fancy, nice decor, fun games, great bar. Most of the games are $1.50 which I didn't like but I think it's so pricy because the place is fancy and they have to make money some how. After 10 pm Sunday-Thursday everything is half off though. I also liked how earning points for prizes was pretty fair. I was able to get myself a nice plushy easily.

Haven't done anything here yet but eat in the restaurant. Cole D is actually the goat, one of the nicest servers I've ever had and it's been an amazing first experience. A great place to go with your kids, a group of friends or a date night with your significant other! Their days when they run specials, it's definitely worth taking advantage of even though it's through the weekdays.

The lines are ridiculous. To do the laser tag there was a 2 hour wait, but to get a refund you had to stand in line for 45 mins. Many of the machines take your money, but aren't working, so dwindle your card down quickly. The staff was overwhelmed, so they were rude and unhelpful to the patrons that were unhappy. If you want to spend a lot for very little & leave very disappointed and frustrated, head to Main Event Fast!!!

We attended for a friends Birthday and I was amazed by the level of service that was received! The staff member in charge of the party made sure to let the party know what to expect at every step of the event! She was friendly and attentive to the kids. The pizza was REALLY good as well!
