We came for the first time for a kid?s birthday party. It was a ton of fun. A great layout for adults and kids to enjoy themselves. The staff was extremely attentive to the birthday party, and the kids were able to relax and enjoy the party and not worry. The high ropes area is absolutely amazing. The kids loved it. Definitely worth the cost.

Wow, I was surprised by the wonderful service from the managers. I arrived to surprise my quincea?era daughter for her birthday and her friends. The manager was super friendly, and all the managers were super friendly. Thank you for your service. I definitely recommend them 100%.

Absolutely phenomenal experience here! The manager and staff went out of their way to help my son get a duck prize he had lost earlier in the evening. Something that may not have seemed like a big deal to an adult was a very big deal to him, and because of the kindness of the employees here he left with a smile on his face absolutely thrilled. This is a place that truly cares that your children leave saying they had a great time. Will be back without question!

On two separate occasions a staff member greeted us, walked away- and never returned, requiring someone else to then come finish their job. Once, when checking in for our bowling reservation. We were greeted, asked how many were in our group, then he walked off and never came back. After about 5 minutes someone else came and repeated the same questions. He then checked us into our lane. There is not clear instructions on check in process even on the email. Several people just jumped in front of us in li

I took my grandson there for his 6th birthday and he had a blast and I enjoyed myself too. We also ate dinner there, and my very picky grandson ate almost every bit of his food! Every person that I met of the staff for very polite and helpful. The place was very clean looking and I just very much enjoyed myself especially watching my grandson have fun

Went to Main Event on June 3rd 2025. We was greeted within minutes and ordered our food. The food can be better It was last year in December when we came now. So I gave that a 3 for service on stuff like refills I'm giving that a 1 because if you're the only ones eating in the dining area you would expect better service then what we got. And I'm also giving service a 1 because I had an issue with a game called Monster Drop. The problem was this there was 11 bonus balls on the machine and 700 Bonus point

My brother-in-law was having a birthday party for his 14 year was old son at Main Event this past Saturday. Luc, an employee who was greeting people at the front entrance, came up to us and told us, didn't ask, told our birthday group we had to leave the dining area and sit in another area. She said they had another birthday group coming in now. We had 14 people and two tables. The boys had eaten and birthday boy was opening his presents. There were 11 empty tables that can hold 56 people and the bar that c

We love main event. This last time we had some issues with getting food service to the bowling area. I don't normally get stuff ordered to the bowling area, we were offered waters and went half a game without getting them. When I approached the server in the area about not having drinks, because a family got drink a few minutes after arriving, I was met with some hostility. Other than that a great experience bowling and having fun.

This hotel has the best customer service I have ever experienced, very clean. Shawnta the manager is an absolute angel. Great experience. Thank you so much for your service.

Went here for the kids to play. There is a large selection of video games and other activities for the kids to enjoy. Was surprised by the quality of food that we got, though. Tried the PBB&J burger and it was really good. This was a great place to burn a few hours with the kids.

The kids had a great time. I had a couple of chicken bites and they were decent. The most important thing is my grandkids had a blast. Go there have a blast. My daughter says she spent $500 for the party of 16 kids so bring a big purse or fat wallet. Grandparents its free but I chipped and bought the cupcakes.

Great family night out. Visiting from Hawaii and this is a moist to do. Bowling the arcade games. Family had a blast and service was great. Will definitely do this again.

Great facility, friendly people, great food. Overall very impressed with The Main Event

Thank you for a great experience! I was there with a 12-year-old and a 16-year-old today. The teen has autism and sensory issues, so I apprecaited the ways I could tell the place made accessibility a priority for both guests and employees. Every single employee was not just nice, but kind and patient toward us. The cashier greeted the 16-year-old by name (she knew him from school) and answered my many questions, both when I was the only one in line and then later when the line was full. At laser tag, the yo

Competitive prices, not too high not too low, just right there in the middle. Same with food compared to other places. The overall energy and mood of the place is super energetic. I see all ages from kiddos to teens to adults. All you can play passes where you can play to get some lunch and come back play to get some dinner and still come back ?? attached is food menu

This was our first time and the staff were very helpful explaining how things worked and the best way to set up our day. The food was really good and my kids (4 & 2) had a lot of fun bowling and passing in the Arcade.

So we came to bowl and get some food and drinks for our date night. were told a server would be with us shortly, 10 min in no one had stopped by so I went and ordered a snack at the la Bella?s thinking they would eventually come by. No one did the people around us even in the lane that's shared with us were helped and greeted but we were not! We were blatantly ignored and weren't even acknowledged us even when they came to check in the other side. At one point we counted over 7 workers both bowling alley

Main Event is a wonderful place to have a birthday party! My son?s friend had her party there and the kids had a great time bowling in their reserved lanes as the parents chatted and ordered food and drinks for themselves. Perfect setup - and the hostess for our group, Stormy, could not have been more wonderful or accommodating. She took care of everything! After that, each kid at the party had a coupon for a free hour of game play. I have to give a shout out to Trey who made two 30 minute cards for myself

James was super nice and kind. Arcade games were great. Big variety. We had an awesome night

Our visit to Main Event was fantastic! My wife, grandkids, and I had an incredible time enjoying the games, bowling, and great food. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place for family fun, and we can't wait to come back for another exciting visit!

It's truly a fun experience! The food is scrumptious, the music is loud and fun! Gosh I wish I could go to this place every single day!!

Paid 50$ for 2 adults to bowl for an hour. Got 2 drinks listed as 9$ each while bowling and was charged over 36$ for the pair. Played the arcade and was forced to add a minimum of an extra 3$ worth of credits before being able to check out. Most of the machines did not work and simply took your credits, or the claw machines would simply completely open and drop your prize. There was one claw machine that doesn't even reach the prizes at all. When asking for a manager I was told "they just walk around, you h

Main Event is every child's dream. They have everything in the way of video games from laser fighting to skiing. Compared to the other arcades they have a lot of the newer, larger games. They also have some of the newer versions of old style games like skee Ball and basketball. In addition they have a ropes course, bowling and laser tag at eight George Washingtons a pop. The activities like the ropes course aren't available until after 3:00 p.m. they also have a restaurant with a wide variety of food. There

We had one last night of free time before having our baby boy and had a blast! The staff was very friendly and helpful with prices and helped boost our experience to the next level!

We celebrated my grandson's birthday and had a great time. Food was good and lots of games and entertainment for everyone, kids and adults.

Great place for a party! We had our 9 year olds party here with his friends and they had a blast. The kids ?? bowled, zip lined and played laser tag before games. Our youngest wasn't tall enough for the zip line so they gave him a rainbow card for unlimited games while the older kids walked on the gravity ropes. We had no idea someone would be with us the entire time, but they do out if their way to make sure you have everything needed. Chris was amazing and great with the kids. We also paid extra do the ki

My family and I have been here several times for bowling and games and have not sat to eat. Last night was our first and last time doing so. We had a large party of twelve people and it's Saturday night, so we anticipated a wait. No problem there. While ordering our food, I was the 2nd person to order. I only had a coke and a plain double cheeseburger. I didn't receive my drink until almost 20 minutes later after the rest of the party had already received drinks. This seemed odd to me and to the part

Went here for a group event and had a blast. The pizza buffet and salads were great. Excellent service. The manager really made our time there great. All the servers were attending to our table and we were taken care of. Thank you!!

James helped us, he was super friendly and made it a really easy enjoyable night! Would 10/10 recommend

i went here for a field trip with my work, and amanda and kenadi were so helpful! they made the experience so easy and fun for me and my group! it was very clean and easy to get around

What can I say about Main Event, except vibes! It's such a fun experience for the family, and I've never had a dull moment with the family. Always looking forward to beating my sister and friends. Especially in the Walking Dead game.

Super helpful staff (I would have so much less patience than they do), a great selection of video games, and you can get an unlimited pass, to play as much laser tag as you want! The pass also includes bowling, billiards, and the ?gravity ropes? (a lot more scary fun than I anticipated) section where you're walking on ropes and balance beams up 15? above the arcade. Awesome place, awesome people. I didn't get a chance to try the food and cocktails, but this would be a perfect place to bring the whoooole cr

they keep the place clean. All the staff I interacted with are nice. Kids love the arcade games here.

We had a company Christmas party here. Food was good. Wait staff was helpful and professional. We had the BBQ buffet...ribs, chicken and sausage. All the meat was tender and quite flavorful! One of my co-workers described it as a warehouse of fun. Everyone had a great time!

Customer service failed on my first and maybe my only time coming. Our server in the Bowling area was more worried about be on there phone or bowling then taking care of us. Our food order was messed up multiple times, wrong items and extremely over priced.

Christian was an amazing host. He made my night by always having a great attitude and great smile as soon as I walked through the door he made my friends night and was super helpful.

We were a large group of people who came here together and the place was very entertaining. It's a combination of arcade, bowling, pool game and the sky rail. Everything was entertaining enough alone. All of us literally freaked out doing the sky rail but it was so awesome and I'd definitely do it again and feel the same fear again ?? The food and the bowling was also very good. We kept playing for very long and the staff was very accommodating but the only thing I'd say is that, I wish there were more staf

When we arrived, the bowling alley was packed, resulting in a 15-minute wait for an available lane. During this time, we explored the arcade. There was a decent selection of games, and the cost was about what you'd expect, pricey. There's also a restaurant, but you're probably better off eating somewhere else. Overall, it's just another Main Event, nothing particularly special.

This place is amazing! Heads up though- you have to sign up for the zip line thing and laser tag..and on busy days there's even a wait for bowling and billiards. Get the unlimited pass..it's worth it!! All in all..6 happy kiddos on spring break. Also..the food is FANTASTIC and worth the price. Kids eat free on TUESDAYS. You're welcome :-)

First things first I would like to shout your amazing team at this Main Event location! In particular the host Ayden for going above and beyond to find us seating for at least 20 something individuals and then introducing us to Michael and staff in training I believe her name was Abigail. Let me just say if it wasn't for them my sons birthday would?ve been a mess due to my poorly late planning. But with them they made it so possible for it to be great my heart is full with the service the provided from the

We had a pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. It was more than adequate to serve three people. We also got a side of fries. Three sodas as well. Not the most inexpensive, but it is part of the entertainment center.

This was our first time to a Main Event. I thought the staff we interacted with was very helpful and friendly. We came for video games and we were pretty disappointed how many games were malfunctioning or just didn't work. And you don't know that they're broken until you swipe your card and it takes your money. It just happened too many times to go ask for a credit at the front desk. I didn't try the food so I can't comment. But it was my 7 year old that said she didn't want to go back.

Fun place for families. Service a little slow and can get very busy sometimes. Love going here!

After waiting for 30 minutes to be waited on the host finally recommended we just order our own food from the bar because he couldn't get anyone to come and wait on us.

Customer service is excellent and staff is nice and courteous. The atmosphere is great for family and kids. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place for the family. 4 of us played games for 3 hours on $112! The food is really good too! I love the Photo Booth they have that accepts points from your card! We had so much fun! We threw my sons 5th birthday there & have been there a few other times. The kids just love it!

This place is the best! Great for birthdays! My sons 15th birthday party here and it had so much to do. We will be coming back!

Company used this place as a holiday outing on a Wednesday during the day. Staff seemed incredibly unprepared for us. We walk in and no one could tell us where to go. Eventually a staff member told us a meeting room and that turned out to not be the right place! There were 45 of us and they only assigned one waiter. The lunch buffet was a very strange assortment of food. Sadly, food including the meat was cold. I just felt like the entire event was unorganized.

Place is kept clean. Service is great, food is good. Pricing is decent. Managers are very attentive and nice.

Great customer service great food amazing games, the employee who stuck out to me the most was Jamsey

Everyone was incredibly kind and easy to work with! Kids and adults had the best time!

Clean and staff very friendly. Have lots of choice for kids from different age. My 3/4 yrs old toddlers had a great time

This is a very cool place! Lots of colors and bright lights as this place is truly an entertainment center. I had attended a company meeting here yesterday. They have two party rooms in which they had provided breakfast and lunch buffet style and all of it was fresh. They were very accomidating and polite contuning to ask us if we needed anything and if everything was okay. There was some technical difficulties with some of the monitors they had in the party rooms. However they were very helpful in getting

Visited for a work event. Staff was professional and helpful. Facility was very clean and well-maintained. Our team bowled, played laser tag, and did the gravity obstacle course. It was a daytime event, so we had no wait times and very little competition for the staffs' attention. Food was quick and came in large portions. Prices for drinks were a little high, but overall the cost was okay. Great time!!

I went here to take my brother bowling. The staff was kind and informative. There are a lot of activities to pick from which is exciting! We got a summer pass for bowling and have enjoyed it a lot!

Thanks to Logan for being so helpful! Seriously the MVP of the night. Very great attitude. Main event was a blast, there was plenty to play and explore. And some games I'd never seen before. I will definitely be back.

Always a great time at Main Event. Great atmosphere, huge space, and really well kept. Tons of games and never a wait, something for everyone.

Definitely family friendly. I love how everything is open and spacious enough to have a view from a far to keep an eye out for your kids while having "adult time" at the bar. The food was fresh and reasonably priced. I like that the staff was constantly sanitizing surfaces respectfully around us. Highly recommend!

Alec went above and beyond with his customer service & made us all feel comfortable and we had fun.

Visited this location for a friends birthday. We mainly were interested in bowling. Came here on a Saturday night with no reservation since we didn't have a good idea of a headcount. The place was packed and there was an hour wait for bowling. Our mistake for not making reservations. There's not much to do while waiting unless you're wanting to spend more money. We paid for the all access pass but weren't really interested in laser tag or the gravity ropes. Bought a card for arcade and the lowest option is

Everything was terrible, worst birthday party I've ever had for my child. Never coming back.

There is a really nice place. We are very satisfied. The place is cleaned, the food was so great. Thank you so much, guys.

Great environment for family fun. Early or mid day..

Great service! The bowling lanes were very clean and well managed.

Want to have fun? Come here. As they say ?eat, bowl, play ? You can order, pay, and get a receipt from a device on your table while you're bowling. I'm definitely coming back again.

We had a blast came here for a friend's birthday party ended up staying like 8 hours spent hundreds of dollars had a few drinks had a lot of laughs played a lot of games we even went bowling you couldn't ask for a better time so gather your friends and bring them out you'll enjoy yourself just like we did

CJ is the best guy. Giving back to his community in a positive manner. Love the guy. Absolute beauty

It wasn't half bad. The arcade machines were a little temperamental, caused us to waste some of our credits. If that hadn't happened it would have been 5 stars. The kids absolutely loved the gravity rope and laser tag.

Wonderful place for kids 8 to 18 , lots to do , bowling, virtual realistic games, in the sky obstical corse give it an A + , pool tables, Lazer tag , and much more. ?? and fun in all faces . And for those who just want a cup of coffee while kids play they have that too. Two restaurants to pick from, the only thing I saw that was a draw back was there's a bar right in the center as you wLk in that's very visible to everyone including the kids.

Went there with office colleagues. Food was good but lanes were not that good. We had to call the staff multiple times.

This place is absolutely amazing. It's fancy, nice decor, fun games, great bar. Most of the games are $1.50 which I didn't like but I think it's so pricy because the place is fancy and they have to make money some how. After 10 pm Sunday-Thursday everything is half off though. I also liked how earning points for prizes was pretty fair. I was able to get myself a nice plushy easily.

Haven't done anything here yet but eat in the restaurant. Cole D is actually the goat, one of the nicest servers I've ever had and it's been an amazing first experience. Dude is the definition of going above and beyond for customer experience. Cole, if you see this, keep being dope! Also food was fire.

The place is great! Staff is cool, activities are nice. Great place to hang out on a weekend night!

A great place to go with your kids, a group of friends or a date night with your significant other! Their days when they run specials, it's definitely worth taking advantage of even though it's through the weekdays.

The lines are ridiculous. To do the laser tag there was a 2 hour wait, but to get a refund you had to stand in line for 45 mins. Many of the machines take your money, but aren't working, so dwindle your card down quickly. The staff was overwhelmed, so they were rude and unhelpful to the patrons that were unhappy. If you want to spend a lot for very little & leave very disappointed and frustrated, head to Main Event Fast!!!

ALOT of fun for the 2 10 year old boys to be sure. But be prepared to spend SPEND quite a bit. 55.00 +TX. For 2 "bracelets " unlimited bowling, Lazer tag, and billiards (? Do kids play that) . Had to pay 3.25 for bowling shoes (each) Lazer tag you have to wait 45 min or so ....then it lasts less than 15 min. But it was fun, so was bowling. Got a large pizza while bowling plus 3 sodas. Convenient little iPad type ordering system right at the table, quick friendly service 52.00 with tip, able to pay on the p

Great facility, friendly people, great food. Overall very impressed with The Main Event

Fun atmosphere, kids had a blast. Great employees

Very kind and explained everything very well! Games are super fun and had a great time!

Had a great time with a huge group! ?? Some played laser tag and video games ??, others bowled ??. Everyone had a blast! ?? The food was amazing too! ?? #FunTimes #GroupFun #Games #Food #Memories

I was there for a birthday party. Maddy was our hostess and Hunter was the mgr. Both of them were phenomenal! They were so attentive and caring, friendly, helpful and organized! All the kids had a fantastic time! It was a fun and wonderful party! Thank you Maddy and Hunter!!!

Nice place, just a bit expensive, but me and my son had fun.

Great fun with the games bowling and laser tag. My son and I always have a lot of fun. The staff and management are always nice courteous and helpful.

We attended for a friends Birthday and I was amazed by the level of service that was received! The staff member in charge of the party made sure to let the party know what to expect at every step of the event! She was friendly and attentive to the kids. The pizza was REALLY good as well! The evening moved quickly and the venue was not too crowded on a Saturday night. I will definitely look into planning my own event here.

The servers were very kind and accommodating. They just didn't act like they knew we were coming despite making reservations for our large birthday party. The food was delivered fast and drinks were good. The pizza was typical buffet tasting so it wasn't bad, but it wasn't phenomenal. I recommend staying away from the boneless buffalo wings. They just had an off-putting flavor and were way too salty. The games are very expensive and I hate that you're required to pay by the hour. I just wanted to bowl one g

Mediocre pizza, $20 for a large. The waiter lost my credit card on the way to his register. Still gave him a nice tip, poor kid seemed to be having a bad night.

Lots of arcade games for the kids. They even have a mini zip line, bowling, pool tables and a bar for the adults to sit at. Fun atmosphere and the kids had a great time!!

Celebrated Child's Birthday 01/23/2022. $70.00 worth of half cooked chicken wings and a classic burger plus bacon. Disgusting, eat before you go there. Please hire people who can cook. We we're in a dark area of the bowling alley and I didn't notice until my son had half eaten the sandwich Make sure your burger is well done if you don't like raw meat. A waste of $70.00. The manager tried to resolve the issue by letting my child pick a stuffed bear but my issue was beyond that. Kids and adults can really get

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
