Friendly, welcoming door monitors! I went by on a Thursday evening when there weren't a lot of people there. I also returned that following Saturday and it wasn't bad at all. I'm thinking that people don't know what's inside yet. Clean interiors, a small restaurant though, compared to the rest of the square footage. I don't know how long it will last but if you're tired of Dave & Buster's and you're looking for something new this is definitely the place. It's clean it's friendly everything's fully stocked there's plenty of games and bowling and pool tables and a full bar and restaurant. Best and Easiest Birthday Party! I held my son?s 6th birthday party at Main Event last weekend and it was a hit with him and all his friends . We decided to stop by Main Event, as we were in town for a softball tournament at the BLD in Jurupa Valley, only 20 min away. It was such a great experience! Our granddaughters, ages 7 and 10, treated us to lunch at Main Event on 3/25/25. The customer service was excellent. Thank you, Jesus, who was so patient and helpful with the girls who wanted to do everything themselves. She was amazing and made the experience so much better! She has great customer service and would go back again and again with the service I had!

Came yesterday night after my son?s graduation. Food was amazing, service was amazing. Neptalia and Isaac we're both amazing and very helpful. Neptalia was always there to answer any questions we had. Isaac was always there to check up on us and was very well mannered and also was there to take any plates or drink we were finished with. Great work out of both employees. Definitely deserve some recognition. Definitely will be coming back.

This place is great! The food, the atmosphere, the bar, the service- nothing fell short here. I'd like to highlight an interaction I had with manager Sean. He checked on us during our visit & he was extremely pleasant. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about my experience and that is hard to find in this industry nowadays. We celebrated my sons birthday here yesterday and everything was amazing, from booking until we walked out. Every employee we came into contact with was polite and helpful. This was the least stressful birthday we have ever had. The birthday package we chose was well worth the $$ and my son had a blast!!!

I've visited Main Event several times since the grand opening. Always had a positive experience with Eddie the bartender. Has a great personality and a sense of humor. Some day I'll bring the kids to play...LOL Regardless, one of my favorite spots.

I was just there this past weekend to celebrate my niece?s birthday and all I can say is 10/10! We didn't get a birthday package because it was only 4 of us but the manager Sean still managed to make it special for my niece and brought her to the front for the Cupid shuffle! This place is very spacious and clean and everything works properly. It was our first time coming here, and my kids loved it ! Though I got the wrong information on pricing, it was still not bad. I loved having somewhere new to go to for fun. The location is a win win because it helps revive the mall and is a plus for the community/city.
