Went for my best friends sons birthday party... Holy smokes, my husband and I had so much fun! Arcade games have improved so much since the last time I was in an arcade! We spent over 4 hours here and we still didn't get to do everything! Every person on staff that we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful! Will definitely be coming here again!

The place is really cool. It is open and everything appeared to be in good working condition. My problem with this place is there is staff everywhere just standing around talking and goofing off. No one seems to actually work. We also were given no explanation of how pricing or anything worked. We purchased 1 hour of bowling and 3 games of mini golf. Compared to other cities, this Main event I feel is a bit overpriced. It was fun, it is one of very few spots for entertainment there is in Lubbock, overall the kids have a great time and that's what matters.

Super fun has bowling, mini golf, Lazer tag, arcade pool and a bar. Fun family friendly and great for date night!

Never again!!! almost $500 to have a birthday party here. Our ?Party host? was awful our table was in the middle of walk way. Our party was scheduled at 2:30 and we only had the party table for 1 hour. It took them 30 minutes to get our pre ordered pizza out to our table then our host did not help clear the table we had to find places for trash. I had to make several trips to the trash can across the room. The party host was very put off by the fact that we were opening gifts at the party rather than at hom

Came in to town from Hobbs New Mexico. This place is worth the drive. The food is good and well priced. The sampler was grate and the drinks were good. The bowling, arcades,pool tables and bowling are all great fair prices. My family of 6 had a great time here

I wanted to take a minute to express the amazing and unforgettable experience we had with Main Event on New Year?s Eve!!! We have spent New Years Eve with them for multiple years now but this year was an absolutely unforgettable experience!!! Sasha the manager went above and beyond to ensure my children, our friends and I had a night to remember!!! The Food was amazing the workers were accommodating and willing to help and of course the kiddos loved every minute of the night with something enjoyable for all

Place is pretty well kept and clean. Can't speak to pricing of games but it was hit and miss with food value. My nephews and nieces love the place. I will say it gets very loud and it's exhausting of you're not the one playing lol but staff was great

My daughter had her birthday party here and the staff were amazing!! They were very patient, friendly, and listened to the kids and mind you this was a bunch of pre-k kids!! Loved how they never seemed irritated and that they genuinely seemed to care/want to ensure my daughter and her guests were taken care of!! Definitely recommend having birthday parties here!!

Was in town for a soccer tournament, so I booked a bday party for my 14 yo and his friends. Start to finish, every one who helped plan and organize the party was great and communicated well. I couldn't have asked for a more gracious, organized attendant! She kept a wild pack of teenage boys taken care of, and I got to relax and enjoy my own food and drinks with the parents. We all had a great time! I'm so happy and impressed with this experience, thank you.

Very amazingly good food, the staff was very polite and generous at the bar and in the bowling area. The games and bowling were awesome me and my kids had a wonderful time. Will be going back for more fun and and good atmosphere fun!!!!!!!

Staff are all amazingly polite and very helpful!! Place is really creatively put together and finely organized. Food: cooks, make sure we customers are getting everything fresh. If something looks old, don't make us ask to get it replaced, even waitress should check food before it arrives to the table... but we Loved everything they offer. Perfect place for a family day. Wonderfully loud, fun, and entertaining. Laser Tag has been updated and the glowing mini golf has too. Games are always being updated and you get points through a card system that seems to be accurate and quick to add up. The prizes range from junk to cute pieces that kids like. Staff is okay, I can imagine that all the people and noise can get tiring so a grumpy employee every once in a while is fine.

The sanitation wipe bins were empty in the arcade area. Air hockey, ski ball, and some other popular ones were available. The photo booth audio kept going on and off and it's a tight squeeze, not a lot of time to adjust the frame. More: There is not a rock climbing space at this location. They do have deals for the arcade.

Such a wonderful place for a little bit of family fun night. Well rounded array of different things to do for all ages groups so you don't get bored of only one after an hour or so. Employees are always extremely friendly, helpful, polite and some are down right hilarious and crazy fun. It's also a great place for couples, dates or singles to have fun and destress. We really enjoyed our hour of bowling. The front staff was very nice and greeted us with a smile. They were very accommidating on helping us find our shoe sizes for bowling. The score keeper has lots of fun additives to help make bowling even more fun. They even have dragon assistors for the littles. We have come here for my older sons birthday and also had a great experience. They have a huge range of games for your children to play. It was a great time to be had.

It was very clean. Love the alligator slide to help the little 1. Liked how you can program who uses bumpers so you don't have to put them up the whole time or continuously put them up or down. Bathroom was nasty. More of a adult experience. A lot of drunk people. We took my grandson for his birthday and he loves bowling. We bought the all access and we were limited on things so it was a waste of money.

Spent alot for 7 people to play, but had to wait 2 hrs for bowling. Decided to eat while we ate. Server told us they had no pretzel sticks and had been out all week. Yet the table next to us was sat and served after us. Server only checked on us one time. After waiting 2 hrs to bowl we got 4 frames in and they lost power. We celebrated our daughter?s 12th birthday on Saturday and I was walked through what came with our party package. Our host Renee was great very attentive and took care of everything. Highly recommend this place.

We took a large group of teenagers here as part of a church camp. It was my first visit. The place was clean and nice-looking. Bowling lanes were well-maintained. They had a variety of ball weights available, and the shoes weren't gross like at most bowling alleys. Laser tag was fun, and the course was difficult enough that it made the game challenging. This was definitely a great place to go, took both my younger cousins and they had a blast, from teaching and improving bowling skill for both of them, to taking out another family at Lazer tag. I'm appalled SASH STARK DECIDED SHE COULDN?T WAIT FOR ME TO REVERSE PARK AND BARRELED BEHIND ME ALMOST HITTING MY VEHICLE WITH MY CHILDREN IN IT. She then acted as if an imaginary phone call was more important than addressing the situation at hand. Poor staff.. stood in line for laser tag for almost a hr then for them to tell us we got to wait another 15 minutes because a party group was going before us. Yes it's a party but I don't think that's really fair. Also I ordered some wings and found a hair on them. Unfortunately I won't waste my time or money here anymore.

I had a bad experience with the wristband that they offer. They told me that we could play Laser Tag as many times as we wanted, but they DID NOT tell me that Birthday Parties have priority, so we went to play and wait for 15 minutes to get in the game, but the second time we were wating for 40 minutes because the Birthday groups kept getting priority (they have a special line for birthday groups). People from our line switched into the birthay party line and people that were coming out of the game got in

The games were all fun, but could not find anyone for help. We went to the front desk and had to return 10 minutes later because the person that was paged never showed.

Nice small location. I went here with my 7 year while waiting on some family. He had fun, but each time I tried to reload the card, none of the automated machines worked so I had to go to the desk. Also, several machines weren't working correctly and would allow a scan but not let him play. That is an expensive mistake when it happens several times on various games.

This place is fun, fun, fun. We have had both of my grandsons' birthdays here, and it was really fun. Highly recommend this for a party or just to have fun with friends and family. UPDATE: Had another birthday party here and it is the best place to have a kids party. What they include in their packages is a great deal compared to other places and the kids have a great time. The food is good quality and employees are great.

New to the area. Place is big on the outside, huge on the inside. Friendly people. Didn't do anything here just checked it out while I had a few moments to myself. And I felt happy there seeing all the neat stuff and atmosphere was great.

We've been here multiple times and have had a blast. The arcade games are a reasonable price. Most of the games we enjoyed playing cost us about $1 per game. We liked doing the all day pass but it can be frustrating when the wait times for everything are long. I'd recommend putting your name in for bowling and then going and doing another activity until a lane is available. Only thing we don't like about here is that the bowling pins are held up by strings. It seems to need more force to knock pins over com

Had a blast! This place is so worth it. If you get the pass, you get to do so much. As a workaholic and student this definitely is a stress relief. We also had a an EMT and firefighter who sees more than his share of trauma and I actually got to see him having fun. I would highly recommend this place and believe me when I say this. You won't be disappointed.

I liked the automatic bumpers in the bowling alley. It makes it much more fun to play together. I did not enjoy how overcrowded/loud it was. The games were very expensive and there did not seem to be much for the under 5 kids. I probably wouldn't take my family there again untill my children are older as I did not feel the cost was worth experience.

My co-workers and I came to Main Event for a corporate event. We had an amazing time. Everyone had a blast. The service was excellent, food was great, and the games were very entertaining.

Great job to the staff here. We paid $11 each to have an arm band which allowed us access to everything until close. We bowled a bit and ordered chips and salsa. Our server was perfect ! He was knowledgable on the menu and prompt as well as attentive. Although this location is a bit smaller than the ones in dallas still a great time.

Our party hostess Ashley was awesome! She was very attentive and answered any questions we had. She was very knowledgeable. The party package we got was worth it! Food was good. Only thing was the adults didn't really have anywhere to sit while the kids bowled. Either had to sit in the pizza restaurant or the bar area away from the party.

I don't leave reviews often enough but this trip deserved one all the way around. The new restaurant area looks amazing. The booths, chairs and tables give it a totally different look. The huge TV Projectors are super clear and visible from any area of the restaurant. The manager on duty, Charles, was fantastic and the entire server staff needs to be complimented. Amazing service the food was good and our experience was honestly 5 Star. Thank you for the great time we had and we will be back.

Family and I had a great time. The wait for bowling was 2 and a half hours but it was a Saturday night. Other than that, we enjoyed it.

Wow! What a great place to go. Take your kids and let them play video games you can bowl. They have food and ice cream and icees and sodas tea. Just about anything you can think of. I do have to compliment them on how clean the place was. Even though kids are running amok they kept this space spotless. Only come back. We'll have to try the bowling looks like fun!. Ordered drinks, and they said it was unlimited refills. After 1 refill, I did not get asked if I wanted another. After 30 minutes or more I brought it to someone's attention and they did nothing, finally the person who took out order the first tine finally showed back up, mentioned it to them and they got the order in but, they brought the wrong drink then after another 15 minutes they finally got my drink right. As I'm playing on one of the machines I get the bonus tickets and the machine is about to pay out the tickets and an employee comes in and turns off the machine on me. I was like I'm playing and I just got the bonus she was like I'm sorry I don't know. I told the manager and he says OK I'll take care of it. He didn't offer to get me points or didn't even get a refund. It was a bad experience for me today.

The bartenders were RUDE. We will not go back to this place. People should enjoy the type of job they choose & if not look for something else. We came in to celebrate a friend?s birthday. Our waitress was Renee and honestly, it wasn't a great experience. There was hardly anyone in dining, but she didn't come to check on us or get us refills. I had to go and ask staff to send our waitress over so we could get refills and condiments, and she ignored half the table.
