One of the manager's I think helped us out so much and was just so kind. We were at Main Event in Little Rock this past weekend and had such a great time! Huge shout-out to Thomas Nevin, the Games Operational Manager! Thomas was super friendly, helpful, and really made sure everything was running smoothly. You could tell he genuinely cared about guests having fun. Me and my son attended a birthday party here, it was a lot of fun highly recommended. We will definitely be back again sometime in the future.

I brought my daughter here for her 13th birthday party. It was a really great time, for the most part. There were a couple of hiccups, but nothing to get too upset about. The people that had the table before us took their sweet ole time to leave, so we were stuck at the bowling lanes just sitting there. The staff should have made them move, but they are kids that are hosting the events, so they don't know how to handle conflict resolution quite yet. Main Event Little Rock is a mix of food, drinks, kid games, and bowling lanes. This review is primarily on the private party room. The party room was especially clean, a cooled temperature with spacious seating. It has four bowling lanes with gutter bumber options on each lane and a ramp for the kiddos or anyone needing a little assistance centering the bowling ball. The whole family had a blast! We purchased the $19 armband and enjoyed hours of bowling and laser tag. You could also play pool and shuffleboard with the bands. We enjoyed the pizza palooza. Our family of five (3 kids) couldn't even finish it. It was a heck of a deal for us. I'm pretty sure taco bell costs us more these days. All in all, we spend 5 hours there this evening and a great time was had by all.

I would say it's similar to Main Event but much more of a selection on food. Gluten free options too!! They were very conscientious of allergies. Fun place, good music, fun games. Go check it out! Wheelchair accessible as well. I chose the meal+game cards.

Main Event is a fun time overall?the bowling is great, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It's a solid spot for hanging out with friends or family. That said, the tipping process felt a little pushy. Once you tap or swipe your card, the server immediately asks something like, ?Can I do 20%?? which kind of puts you on the spot. Love the concept of this place but the food (which is only a small part) is so bad oh my days? i ordered the Nashville Tennessee chicken sandwich and it was at best 3/10, fries were very good though. Laser tag here was great !!! My entire party had fun, soo many games and options to choose from. Service was a bit slow but the workers did their very best and they were so sweet! If you're going here for the food.. don't. If you're looking for entertainment, come on over!

OK, so McKenzie was an awesome server at my little cousin?s birthday party and she did a great job. Hopefully we'll have her the next time with my grandson has a birthday party.

Tried going on Saturday night, I walked and waited for assistance, but not one person was available. There's police on-site, it's overly loud, overly crowded (I realize it recently just opened, but the sensory overload is unreal). There's no front desk/counter to speak with a person to pay for a game. You immediately file into a queue to self-service kiosk to realize it's over an hour+ to go bowling, which costs $40 (!) for one hour (up to 5 people plus an additional $5 shoe rental) $9 for a billiard table

We went to the Van Gogh Immersive Experience next door. There were snacks available for purchase, but not really a meal, so no stars given for food rating per se, but for a Japanese flowering tea free for sampling that was avaible for purchase in the gift shop. Whether it was at the front desk, the bowling lanes, or the arcade, everyone made sure we were taken care of. The lanes were clean and well-maintained, and the food came out fast and fresh. Witnessed a 6 month old baby fall from a bar stool in the pool room inside the bar due to neglectful parents and he fell directly on his head, not a single f was given by any employee or management. I've seen babies die from these types of injuries. No intervention at all was done. No checking on the baby. Nothing at all was done! The parents went back to playing pool as if nothing had happened. We left soon after. The attitude from management was it's not severe enough to warrant action. As I quote from

I've been to main event before but this was my first time coming to the restaurant area. Shae was our server and she was amazing, literally the best! We loved her she was so cool and attentive. She told our party the food would be on the house if we could beat her in basketball (she said she was 2 years undefeated) and well? we lost ?? She gave us cards for one hour of game play afterwards. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Shae!!

Didn't eat while there but enjoyed several mixed drinks that were great. Came here to rave on the laser tag and Thomas who was working it last night. He did a great job at helping with the explanation as it was my first time and even helped with with a strategy! It was pretty busy but not overcrowded and didn't have to wait long for any game I was interested in.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kenz and Shy from Main Event for my 8-year-old son Jason's birthday party. They were absolutely fantastic hosts! From start to finish, they made sure everything ran smoothly and kept the kids entertained with fun games and activities. Upon entering Main Event this afternoon for my son's 15th birthday, we were hopeful for our first visit. With our family of four, we purchased four All You Can Play passes for a total of $100 from the machine. Unfortunately, three of the passes that printed out didn't work. Thankfully, we were greeted by a really nice man who assisted us in getting the other three passes corrected. Next, we headed to the bowling alley. Main Event is an amazing place to go to enjoy games, laser tag and bowling. There is a restaurant and bar. I tried the pb and j burger, it was surprisingly delicious! Play a game of pool if you choose. You can even order food and pick it up in the snack area or eat while you bowl. Perfect for date night or family fun.

I am an old dad, granddad, and great grandday; but I loved this place. It's loud, that kept me awake; it was people everywhere, they kept me moving, staying out of everybody way; I even tried some of the virtual games and the machines, that helped my heart beat faster. This place is WAY TOO HIGH for what they offer. Most of the games are not fun, nor for smaller kids. The rest are literally gambling games. The "VR" games with the oldest VR technology should be included with the unlimited, especially when the parts are broken, and some of the headsets don't work AFTER you've used points for it. A lot of the games are "for ticket" only games, so if you get the unlimited pass, which doesn't include "tickets", it's a huge waste. It's 65 ish dollars on Monday night to bowl wi

I went for a birthday party. It was pretty fun. Fun for the whole family. Kid friendly. Police and security all around. Plenty of staff, but those at the front when you walk in just seem to just be bored. Overall fun time.

Every person we encountered who worked here was friendly, but that just couldn't offset the cleanliness issues. We went to have drinks and play pool while the teens in our party played games, but the bar was disgustingly dirty. In the 2 hours we were there, we never saw a single person wipe down a spot after a guest left or do any cleaning at all. There were sticky spots everywhere, along with food particles and spilled beer. The floor was even worse - there were spilled liquids, food debris, paper, etc. al

We were visited the minimal amount possible, once for drinks order, once to bring drinks and take meal orders, bring the food out and then the check.
