Great place to take your family for a fun filled day. Many games for the whole family, as long as you like games. If your not a gamer type, take a seat in the bar area for a relaxed fun atmosphere.

Very Enjoyable. There are so many games to choose from. Great for kids and adults. Very nice bar to enjoy some drinks while playing some games. I love the carnival games and the connect 4 basketball is my favorite. I'm very competitive so when I play, I play to win LOL. I brought my new wife to the venue the day after our wedding for her big celebration. While some things didn't go according to plan with our guests, one of the operations managers (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) noticed that the day wasn't going as expected. She stepped in with kindness and helped us turn things around, making a huge difference for my wife. Had a great time with my family. We've been to other family fun centers in Lexington, and this one definitely felt like a nicer environment. The family pass was cheaper than others in the area; the food was better than I expected, and the events were unique. Laser tag was MUCH better than other family fun centers in the area. The rope course was a ton of fun once you got the hang of it, even if you're scared of heights. The arcade was great but like other arcades in the area, your money doesn't go far.

Started out rough?we waited 10 mins on a manager for our discount (understandable, not a complaint, just noted) once I paid it didn't load my card. Overall we spent about 20 mins to get started. After we got started, it was awesome! My son has tried to do the gravity ropes 3 times and always got scared and backed out. Alleyha was AWESOME!!!! She went above and beyond to walk my son through all of the gravity ropes for the first time ever! The manager Alesha was also great! She helped us several times.

This day I visited this location visiting family! I brought my grandkids here for a day of fun and adventure! They had an absolutely amazing time! 3/15/25 Came here for birthday fun and had a terrible experience. Our bowling lane wouldn't detect any plays and when we asked for help we got someone with an attitude that just fixed it without telling us how (It ended up happening again). There's many layers to this place. The restaurant inside the building is amazing. It's pricey, but it is extremely tasty food. We were very impressed. Pretty awful experience all around. Came in not knowing how to get a bowling alley, was greatest with overwhelming noise and kiosks to reserve bowling and game cards. Kiosk said no wait, we waited a half hour for a lane. Then after waiting a half hour for a lane we had unsupervised kids stacked on top of us who kept walking on the lanes and down our lane. Just awful experience top to bottom. First and last time I come to this place.

This place has so much potential, but just clearly does not take the time to hire people that want to work (also machines do not work). They have 1-2 workers that bust their hump, but the rest just sit at the bar and don't move a muscle. Main Event totally delivered! Marqui$e was the VIP host for bowling and kept things running smooth without hovering?perfect for me since I just wanted to kick back and watch some football. Bowling is like gym class. The pins were on a string. A bit cringe for me but good enough for family bowling and was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for bowling on a string. We came to town planning on going to Malibu Jacks until I saw the Main Event Logo while we were waiting at the light. It was already 4:30 pm, and Jacks closed at 7 pm, only giving us a few hours to enjoy (rush around).

The games are a little pricey. There is a ropes course it is reasonably priced. The restaurant and bar frequently are not staffed well enough. The snack bar is frequently not open. The staff that greet you at the front door is very friendly and helpful. When you are able to get food it is always good. They're desserts are great. They are just needing to hire more staff in the restaurants.

The most terrible birthday experience we have ever had. From the non attentive ?server? to the manager who demanded we settle up while my son was opening presents!! My son is 36 and has autism and loves to play games. He had the time of his life. We live 4 hours away and come to Drs appointments. I enjoyed an evening if having fun and just being us. We all had the chicken sandwiches and they were so delicious. We will definitely be back. We try to have some experience when we come and try new places. We truly enjoyed this. Didn't get to do the rope corse even with all access wristbands they closed the rope course 30 minutes early and tried to refuse us laser tag because they closed it an hour early. Other than the actual employees that work the floor the place is awesome. Just be ready to argue to get to use your all access passes. They close the kiosk to reload your cards 45 minutes before they close other than trying to cheat you on wristbands this place is really awesome.

Games were fun, staff needs work. Maybe it is just me, but I find it unprofessional to have your waiters and waitresses to select their own tip and hand me back the card reader for signature. The customer selects the tip amount and then signs. The server should not be selecting what they feel they deserve. All games are paid for by credits on a card not coins. Only has one classic arcade games it listed pac-man. But screen was at least 8 foot tall and controls we like 3 feet away from it. You can't see all of the screen at same time being so close. Does not have other classic games web site listed.

Had a company event here, and it was a hit! The team loved the atmosphere, and there was plenty to do, so no one was excluded. The pricing was good considering how many people we brought and how much fun they had. Not a single thing in that place was out of order, and I find that to be rare in giant prize arcades. We even got a bowling pin with our logo printed as a keepsake for the event. 10/10 will do it again.

Had the absolute worst service ever here last night. The server was not only terrible at her job, she also had the worst attitude. Went to bowl fun time great lanes. Slow weekday night and being the first time at a Main Event would have been nice greeted at the door. But instead it was like a free-for-all and figuring out things on our own. The staff never greeted us. Trying to figure out how to pay we were not helped when it wouldn't take the card. And although it was supposed to be an all day pass it ended after an hour. With no one to help us figure why it just stopped. Such potential but staff interaction is a must.

There's currently a 4 hour wait for bowling, laser tag, etc. We ended up just buying the fun passes to play the arcade games but most of the games even have a wait. We haven't played any of the games. Currently drinking overpriced drinks, waiting on overpriced food and then probably finding something else to do. It does look fun though.

Me, my father and my 4 year old came there Saturday evening for the first time, we usually took my son to Chuck E. Cheese but they're really small and expensive for what little they have. So we wanted to try Main Event out and it was amazing. We ate in the restaurant inside and our server Danny was awesome, kept our drinks refilled, He knew about everything on the menu!!
