My son recently had his birthday with friends here (great deal on weekday and Sunday). The food they served with the birthday was so delicious and brought in my own cake. Everyone was helpful and great with the kids.

I used to play pool at another place, but they closed today, so I came here. I've never had such a bad experience at the Main Event, both the customer service and pool table. There were two people at the front desk ?one handled online reservations and the other for walk-ins. There were three groups ahead of us and three more behind us, so the wait at the front was long. A gentleman helped us, and he was eating chips while serving and talking to the customers. Two of his fingers were covered in chips powder

My son got the 1000 on the Big Bass!!! We went to check our card and we didn't even have 100 on it. The guy in the prize room said they don't give the full points. That's just wrong!! We had a great time but that really brought my son win down! I never been to a place where they don't give the full win!! Why have it, if you don't give the full win. Very misleading.

My family and I went to Main Event on Saturday and had a few hiccups with the staff and our food wait times. I'm definitely not one to complain and this isn't a complaint. Tonight?s team was absolutely AMAZING. We brought our two kids in to celebrate their kindergarten and pre school graduation. When they walked in with their little caps and gowns on, the main event crew was cheering, whistling, clapping, and giving high fives to my kids! They helped make my kids see the importance of school and working hard! I booked a party here for my daughter and unfortunately had a bad experience with the service provided. I showed up 30min before the scheduled time to find no area or host was prepared for the event. We didn't receive all the food I purchased and I also had to go back the next to pickup the goodie bags as they were not prepared either. I don't recommend this place for any booking events. Me and my friends went today and although front desk gave good service we had a terrible waiter, he came up to us relatively quick when we got to the bowling lane but took forever to bring me my icee and my friend had to ask twice fir a simple glass of water, but the server/waiter for the pool area was really nice and brought us water really fast

We went for my niece graduation celebration. The staff was very professional, down to Earth, accurate, accommodating, and fast. The drinks and food were delicious!!! The staff joined us in line dancing, very tasteful!!! I will definitely be enjoying this location again ?? ????????????

Shout out to Rocky ! I needed some help to buy a game card and there is a lady who works there named " Rocky" and she was super professional !! Fun, family-oriented, and multi-activity entertainment center. My family could spend all day and enjoy all the games and sports they offer. You won't have to leave the place and get everything you need. Their restaurant food is OK. You won't get Michelle Star quality food, but when you are having so much fun, it won't matter. They offer all types of activities that all ages can enjoy. Also, if you get a play pass on a weekday, it won't drain your wallet either.

my experience was great went with a group of 5 and Gail was my server, she was so nice and friendly came check on us mutiple time make sure everything are good.

We were given bad information about our birthday package in regard to the menu. We had a pizza spill while bowling and the party host never cleaned it up. Due to the bad information on the menu I ended up ordering a separate order and after about 45 minutes I got burnt dry chicken which we didn't eat so it was a complete waste of money. My company has an annual summer event at Main Event for the last 15 years. It is a family event, so one of my daughters is addicted to the Wizard of Oz game. I have collected cards from this game for several years to get enough points to purchase a Nintendo switch. My girlfriend, my daughter and I went to Lewisville Grapevine Frisco Plano Main events in order to collect cards to get the full set of cards, which gets you 2,000 points. We all had a fun time questing to get this for our daughter!

Went to the establishment to grab a bite to eat, workers looked overworked and clocked out for the day. The bar was Filled up with dirty dishes With hardly anywhere to sit. Main Event here at Lewisville is a very nice place to go for a weekend night out. My family was helped by a lovely server named, Gail! She was great service and would highly recommend getting her to get food orders in. The prices are very reasonable when it comes to bowling. There is actually a summer promotion where you can bowl for an unlimited amount of times.

This location is the closest to my home. Every time I go there the women?s bathroom is disgusting. I'm not sure why people are so dirty but the employees don't take any time to clean the bathrooms. We came in for a family bowling game. We ordered the sampler for appetizers and could not substitute the Brussels sprouts for anything else. I asked if we could get a substitute and was told no. Been a while since I've been here. Mostly the same with clean facilities. Unfortunately the services was less than good. The person checking us in for bowling was not too enthusiastic. The real issue was that we asked for a server. They never came but we saw them dancing and walking around so I guess we weren't important enough to get service. I paid for one of the packages for my daughters birthday. They charge you a service fee, but i wasn't sure if it was the tip or not. I asked mainevent on Twitter on Friday. On Saturday, the day of the birthday i asked the manager of the hosts, and she said it wasn't a tip. So i paid a tip. On Monday Mainevent on Twitter told me that it was indeed a tip. So i tipped twice (service fee + tip). We had a good time, it's just this inconsistency that feels like i was lied to ok not paying two tips.

This establishment needs to be reported to the city of Lewisville?s environmental department for unsanitary conditions. The women?s facilities were filthy. I've been to another Main Event in Florida that had more options but for the most part it was similar. Getting game cards and signing up for bowling was quick and easy. Had our son's 8th Birthday party here and it was a blast! You have a designated attendant that makes things so much easier. She was helping with utensils, refills, game cards etc. It made things very easy and the kids enjoyed all of the games and activities! Definitely recommend.

I've been coming here for years and I plan to continue doing so if I'm still living in this area. What a fun experience for our family while we were visiting Texas. Our first time to the Main Event and it was a good one. Our server Gail was friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. Our orders were correct and the food was delicious.

Great place to visit when it's not super busy. We came during the week, and there's hardly anyone here. Very expensive but you get what you pay for. I don't agree with a set pricing for each activity, for example, $8 for all you can play laser tag, it's very unlikely I want to do that more than 2, 3 times. Better pricing system would be a set price for 1 round of each activity, so we can try them all out. :)

Your bartender on Friday night 12/20 10p is losing you money. No one can understand him and the area around his bar is a mess and trash has been on the ground for hours. It's not that busy. The attendant/server Shae (sp?) is the only reason this isn't a 1 star review she was fantastic. The place is a mess.

Awesome place. We got the $20 unlimited play on a Sunday. We got there right after it opened and there was literally no one else there but staff. It was unlimited bowling, lazer tag, and mini golf.
