I came to a birthday party and we had such a good experience . Joana the manager approached our table making sure everything was going great which it was . The food was delicious and the drinks were all ways kept full by the waiters . Great experience!

Food is delicious ????. Service not so good. We were bowling we had to go to the bar for refills our waitress didn't want to serve us ??.

My kids absolutely loved it here! The burgers are very good and my kids absolutely devoured their pizza. My server at the bowling was extremely attentive throughout my stay, and the manager, homero If I'm not mistaken, was very polite and even put on a Yankees game I requested while we bowled. Great food and even better staff! Would definitely come back.

First time at main event for my 6 year old. Young gentleman by the name of Jorge was very helpful with my son. He went above and beyond. He was the only one who provided excellent customer service. He was very friendly and looks like he enjoys his job. Kudos to Jorge.

Went for the first time, was greeted by warm and friendly staff. Got service almost immediately! The food was so very tasty and delicious. I also was able to meet a manager that greeted us with biggest and sincere smile named Carlos I believe his name was. His hospitality was among of the best made me and my family feel like we belonged there. The games and environment were very entertaining the servers were always attentive to make sure we weren't missing anything or wanted to add anything else. I will def

Main event is so fun, I love coming here during the weekend to spend some time at the games, and especially ski ball and air hockey. I rarely go to the dining area at main event, but at the time I've went the service was great and the food was amazing too. I've also sat at the bar, and the bartender was very nice and attentive. Overall I highly recommend this place for fun and for the very great and fun atmosphere.

This place was great for my nephew?s bday party! They had a package deal with goodie bags, 3 hour game cards, and food trays for the kids! Loved the laser tag and how it wasn't just like for 2 minutes, we played for a long time it seems like ?????? Food wasn't like the most amazing, but I think it was cool for where we were at. The food is awesome, the only thing is that the service is horrible!!!! We sat down and we did not get any service for about 15min and I had to call one of them ?SIRR? because none of them would pay attention. Plus we got our food and no utensils were given to us, we had to eat with our fingers ??????? also waiters have their attitudes like you need to have a positive attitude and have a smile as a waiter . I personally work as a waiter too and never in my life have done this !!!!!! Worse service ever!!!!

Came with a big family and the workers were able to accommodate to fit us all in the dining area! Using their VIP bowling area we had the best fun and great service overall. Workers were super kind to us all and we enjoyed their amazing food.

We had a very good experience with our family. EVER was our service and he provided excellent service. Came and made sure we were always good. Will definitely try to ask for him next time.

Had an awesome time at Main Event in Laredo! The place is always clean, family-friendly, and packed with fun things to do for all ages ? from bowling and arcade games to laser tag and great food. Two great things about Main Event is the Games and the Service of waiter Carlos Fernandez. Very attentive and friendly. I will be going back and specifically ask for him because of his outstanding work ethic.

Had a blast in here with my little brother, played so many games and got large prizes! The guys in the prize corner, Eli and Jorge, were the highlight of the evening with their hilarious banter. Can't wait to come back!

We came in to enjoy a night of games but stayed for the amazing food and service. Eli our games attendant was not only personable but also efficient and kind.

Went in the restaurant inside main event. Server forgot my order 3x. Poor training. No apology. Just excuses? They don't believe that the customer is right AT ALL! I got a new server and she lied saying my drink order was put in, came back and said ?what's your drink order?? Lied saying they were busy when it wasn't, cooks were in the back eating. Never have I ever had a waitress slam glasses and plates down on a table our waitress was very rude not attentive at all and had a major attitude her name was Kalia Honestly What an awful experience no customer service skills no smiles no friendly attitude if you don't like your job and you don't know how to do your job maybe you should move on girl. A plus before we ate we did have fun but main event you need to get people with good customer service skills.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I went bowling with my family and our server tipped herself without showing us the IPad. When we called her out on it she just gave us cash but did not give the receipt. If you go please be aware of the servers stealing tips.

Been here enough times. Unfortunately it's the same every time and this time, that's enough. Whatever bartender is there is always in their own head. They take their time and pretend like you aren't there. Pathetic joke. Great place. Lots of fun. Just horrible service. This little girl especially. Will not be returning

Came here for a work event and they did an amazing job. They catered the event and took great care of us. Very organized and honestly the food took us by surprise. Very good quality and tasty food. Ribs and potatoe salad were delicious and fall off the bone. Would definitely come back again

Appalling experience at Main Event bowling section. Our server brazenly stole tips from us, failing to show us the screen or give us the option to add a gratuity. When confronted, she half-heartedly handed us cash without even bothering to provide a receipt. If you value your customers' hard-earned money, you need to get your act together and train your staff to handle tips with integrity. Patrons beware: your tips might be lining your server's pockets.

Oliver and Golden treated us excellent as soon as we went inside. Oliver the manager was attentive And our server Golden meet our every need during our visit.

Haven't you ever dreamt of having your own private bowling alley? We just did! We held my daughter's birthday party here. We had 4 private bowling lanes with an attached party eating/hosting room. It held 40 people and the bowling alley allowed 24 bowlers. The food was great, the wings were great. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you Alex, Omar, Emi, Kim and Jenn. Everyone was great. I appreciate it.

Main Event is one of my favorite places to go eat. The burgers are awesome! Pizza was so delicious! The pizza was large and bit crunchy, I loved it. The fries are awesome. Horrible service. Did not get acknowledged and waiters were just in a corner talking. They saw us walk in and never came to serve us. This has happened so many times. The food is good, but it really isn't worth it with the service. It was completely empty besides a couple at the bar. There was at least 4 servers and no one bothered to break the conversation and serve us.

I went for my brother?s birthday. We had a good time bowling and playing games but then we ate and the waitress Kalea and another girl in a pink shirt were the worst waitresses ever bad customer service, bad attitude, slamming drinks, slamming pizza holder on our table very bad service from Kalia and the other girl.
