Most of the staff we encountered were very hateful, unfriendly, rude, ignored us countless times at the bar. The only staff members that were kind and very helpful were the lady (she had an arm sling on)at the front desk where you buy bands at, the staff that worked in the bowling area, as well as the servers in the bowling area. Out of at least 25 staff members there were only 5 that even make me consider coming back.

We went to bowl when we arrived I asked the guy at the bowling counter if we needed to go on a waiting list because we were going to eat first he told me know it took us over an hour to get pizza when we return back to the bowling alley we was told it was a 2-hour wait the same guy at the counter then said that he didn't tell me not to go on the waiting list. Wow ... We have been coming here for the last 7 years! This is a loud arcade atmosphere with bowling lanes, shuffle board, a bar, an ice cream shop, gravity ropes, and laser tag. So much to do here! I called Saturday morning to try last minute setting something up for the same Saturday night. Autumn went above and beyond to get me and my group set up with activities and dinner. When we arrived, Vanessa Z was ready to make sure we had an amazing time. She was the best host and an even better air hockey player! Main Event is a great facility but it's the people like Autumn and Vanessa who make it worth every penny!

Had a great time with my family from out of state! Our server was especially really great, I think his name was Archer he was very friendly, funny and showed us a lot of patience.

This last weekend, went to Main Event, at 9081 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN. The kids from Band had a field trip planned and I was asked to help chaperone the event. The Field Trip was to Main Event. I have never been there before but I am always wanting to try new things so I went along. The building was huge, the Parking was open when we got there, there are plenty of parking spaces including Handicap parking as well. Their parking lot was clean. Amber the tech manager was stellar. There were problems with our first two bowling alleys and had to keep moving, but Amber went out of her way to help us and was super apologetic. We were there for about 4 hours, and I never saw her stop working. I even pointed out 3 different arcades that weren't working properly throughout the day. She is clearly good at her job and was so cheerful doing it. I'm always so thankful to find people like Amber who is good at her craft and also enjoys it. She was awesome!

The manager Marcus?s behavior during our visit was completely unacceptable. We witnessed him verbally berate a small female employee during our visit, and physically mock her while she was visibly upset. (This happened on the bowling lanes in front of countless other people/employees) I truely hope the employees report him to HR, and he faces consequences for his actions. One of our male teachers had to step in and stop one of the patrons fighting with the miners that were attending an event there. Workers were extremely rude and slow. Multiple games did not work. air hockey did not give me a puck and when i asked a worker for help she said she would get it for me and then did nothing. Chelsea and Jordan were so great and attentive to us. We got our cups refilled regularly by Chelsea she was awesome! We got a family feast that includes a large pizza, cheese sticks, wings, and a salad. Well worth it!

First one star I've ever given, the drinks were terrible, and poured very light. We ordered 4 drinks and tipping 20% still it was over $65. Definitely pregame before you come here.

So much fun! We only played arcade games and laser tag but had a blast. We were able to go before noon so it was not very busy which was great for a younger kiddo.

My two son's loves, visiting Main Event in Knoxville every week. Every Monday, after 4pm to midnight my son can play unlimited games for only $10.00. Tuesday kids under 12 year old eat free with adult meal purchase. Main Event Entertainment has the best state of the art bowling, multi-level laser tag, sports bar for game day, over 100 games. My two son's loves the Gravity Ropes adventure course, you can work together for team building or alone.

Our family always has an awesome time at Main Event! We have been there for birthday parties, special events, and visited just to have family fun! There are so many activities to do there, you will never be bored. Even when it's busy, we've never had trouble getting to play the games and activities that we want to. The games are also generous with tickets, so the prize giving is usually an easy time at the end.

We are regulars at Main Event and we had a very unfortunate issue that Brandon and Jazz took immediate attention too. We are very Thankful for the staff here especially Loneshia, JACOB, Alex, Clinton and Brandy!

The food was really good, just a little bit weird tasting. The service was amazing, waitresses were super nice, and cashiers were very patient. The place is the perfect place for kids to have fun with laser tag, bowling, and arcade games.

Our families love Main Event for a fun night out! We like to go and take our girls to play arcade games, do the obstacle and zipline course, and bowl. You can do it all at Main Event. We even go on weeknights sometimes, to take a little mid-week break. The laser tag is also fun!

I love the arcade the bowling alley and all the food I ate. I'm definitely coming back and I love all the arcade games even that one monster jackpot win that I had on monster Drop extreme. I will definitely be coming back to this place

A very fun place as anyone could imagine. The part that makes or breaks it for many however, especially in uncertain times like these, is the cost of this entertainment. It is certainly not amongst the cheapest ways to have fun, but it certainly is fun.

Marcus R ( the manager) is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! I accidentally scheduled my group for the wrong day, and he handled everything beautifully! He was incredibly gracious, helpful, and motivated. I am so impressed with his work ethic and customer service!

The main thing my daughter wanted to do was the gravity ropes course and it was shut down. The beer was good. One bartender for too many customers but was doing okay. The server that was working was rude. The arcade games are over priced and without the ropes course, the cost of the multi pass thing wasn't worth it. I won't be back. Use to be a 5. I have taken my students here for a field trip a total of 4 times. The first 3 years were great. This year we was very disappointed by the service received. The Gravity ropes were unfortunately closed for our trip because they didn't schedule someone to operate these. It did state in our contract that Gravity ropes may be unavailable due to limited attraction hours, but we were never contacted that they were actually closed. We love to come here as a fun family activity our two year old always has a blast just hanging out with us! We're usually more into old school games but this is a great place for kids. We just share one card amongst our little family and it works great for us. If you've got older kids it might be harder and it will be more expensive but there's so much to do in such a small area. Yesterday, i took the three of the kids to main event. Two were mine, one was a friends. We paid almost $100 for them to bowl and do laser tag and one game card for them to share. Honestly, I wanted to love it when our family went for bowling and games (we didn't eat). But... It's fairly run down and multiple times the games took our credit but didn't let us play. I enjoyed this place so much! Lots of game options and the prize store is the best I've seen at Arcades so far. It's makes you want to play more to win cool prizes. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Child friendly and fun date night for sure. One night a week they have like 12.99 card in the evening that you can play about 90% of the arcade games unlimited. Only thing you don't collect tickets or points but it's so fun to just play and play and play.

This place is awesome - we did a Team building event there. The venue is clean and well maintained. The staff was awesome and very attentive before and during our event. The food was really good for the type of appetizers it was - the wings/sliders was the ticket - the bowling was fun and exciting. My company held our annual Christmas party at Main Event and we had a wonderful time. We have visited Main Even multiple time and always have a great time bowling playing Lazer tag and video gams. Main Event has an very friendly and accommodate staff and good food quality. I highly recommend Main Event for childrens event or teams building for work. Main Event can be very busy in the evenings or especially on the weekends so if you have a larger party call ahead and reserve a section or arrive early.

This place was really cool. We came with my sons school. It's great for pretty much all ages (except maybe kids under 2-3). Even adults can have fun here. We had a very good day here. Theres different thing to do for people of all ages. Theres places to eat and the food is good. They have good prices for unlimited play. They have the best arcade games! An awesome place with a lot exciting games even for adults. You also have a bar to the side and don't worry about any bar smell you won't get any of that. The place is very well maintained at any given minute. Don't worry if there is a 2 hr wait time for bowling. Just throw in your name and keep checking your messages every 15min because you get your lane very early most of the times. So look out for text messages as soon as throw in your name in queue.
