Waited 30 minutes on lanes for service. Food took another 20 minutes, and we were missing a kids' meal. Had to track down our server and waited 10 more minutes for the kids' meal. Our lane broke down multiple times, and we had to find someone to help fix it. The birthday party next to us was out of control and playing recklessly while the party host stood there doing nothing to ensure anyone's safety. Multiple games were down. Laser tag only had maybe 7 vests working out of 30. We were not told that until

Our 5 adult family had a fun time! Variety of arcade games & claw machines, laser tag, bowling, ropes course, pool tables, bar, couple restaurants. Staff was helpful and attentive. Lexx makes wonderful margaritas ($8 and $10 option) and was fun to chat with. Arcade card packages vary. We chose a $59 package (per person) which was option 3 of 5 in the cost range displayed. Lasted us all a couple hours, but would depend on the player. Cards can also be loaded for any dollar amount (prorated credits). Laser ta

Came for a fun morning of arcade games. Almost a third of the games were shut off, broken, and the balls/pucks sick or missing. Staff was all very young and lacked basic communication skills.

This was my first visit to a Main Event. We had a birthday party for my grandson. It was a wonderful time! We bowled for about 90 minutes. We went early on a Saturday, and we almost had the place to ourselves. By the time we were leaving, it was starting to get much busier. Overall, lots of fun!!

This place is fun for families of all ages! During bowling, our server Michael was awesome and he couldn't get any better! He took such great care of us and was what any boss wants in an employee I feel. If you're looking for a variety of things to do, look no further and come here!

I had called to see what options and services they had and prices for my bf?s birthday. I spoke with Mae the event coordinator and she was very sweet and recommended a lot of great things for our situation with kids and adults. Some wanted to play games and only certain people in my party wanted bowling so she spoke with me and talked me through my best options. She had great customer service and I appreciate her going the extra mile by sitting there and talking on the phone with me about my personal reques

I wish I could give 0 stars. I can't believe how awful the service was while we were bowling. Not once did a server come to check on us, even though we were clearly there and needed help. We had to get up and ask for someone not once, but twice?and still, nobody showed up. It's absolutely ridiculous to ignore customers like that. On top of that, we waited at least 20 minutes for our drinks, which just made the whole experience frustrating and disappointing. If you want to have a good time, don't expect any

Cole was exceptional in helping us with ordering food, drinks. His attitude was very friendly and welcoming m. The food was amazing and will be back because of this awesome experience from him, thank you!

I recommend going here if you love playing arcade games. I went here with my twin brother and mom. I had a great time here! ??

Im actually really irritated about my time here last night. We paid $40 for an HOUR of bowling. But the lane continuously broke down and ate up so much of our time having to wait for someone to reset it. They did give us some extra time for the inconvenience but it was frustrating none the less. We had to find the waitress to get her to come over to us to begin with. But it seemed the poor girl was on her first week. She was the only one in a pink shirt running around while a giant group of people in purple

Hi. I honestly think Main Event is a place for any age. We came today because my daughter has a free 60 Minute Game Pass. We started off with the games and then headed up for bowling. We had to switch lanes 3x, the wait to get water was crazy, it wasn't busy the waitress wasn't very attentive. The food finally came out after waiting almost 30 mins. We order the sliders and nachos. The meat on the nachos wasn't hot, and the smash burgers weren't fully cooked. It's usually a really fun experience but this ti

Rating: 2.5/5** **Experience Overview:** Me and my crew of 4 visited Main Event for some bowling, appetizers, and arcade games. Here's how it went: - **Bowling:** There were minor issues, but nothing significant enough to complain about. - **Food:** Delicious, though it took a bit longer than expected to arrive. The staff acknowledged the delay, which was appreciated. - **Arcade Games:** This is where the experience really fell apart. Main Event boasts a large selection of games, but frustratingly, more

Everytime we go it seems to get worse. This is the first negative review I've ever left. Tried waiting for a table. Never got one after 10 min with no line. Finally sat ourselves. Waitress walks by a few times. Still nothing. So we left to go eat at Texas Roadhouse. Much better. Came back to play games because we promised our daughter. We played 5-6 games with her but only one game worked. Seems like their game systems need updated.

Neat place for adults for a fun date night, but lots of kids/teens running around. Dine in kitchen and bar service is extremely slow. Order your next adult drink before you finish half of the one you already have so maybe it'll come out before you lose your buzz. Pizza is actually really good. Edit: we ordered another beer before closing our check, was told it was on the way, check included it, drink never came, reviewed check once again, it was taken off. Been sitting waiting for that beer and no one advi

I got invited here by some friends and I'm grateful for it. We played pool, bowling, got some drinks, and some food. They have plenty of pool table if you bring a lot of friends and family. The food was good. I ordered some traditional hot wings and fries, and my friend ordered some loaded fries. We finished the night with some bowling and beers!!! We had a great time. I would highly recommend this place. They also have a ton of games for kids.

It was my first time coming here with my boyfriend. We had lots of fun playing the arcade games. When we first walked in we were welcomed by a gentleman Darren G. He told us about how everything works because it was our first time. We greatly appreciate his service and kindness. Keep up the good work!!!

If there was a way to give this place negative stars, well, they'd be a negative 5 stars! I took my grandkids bowling here for my 9 year old grandsons birthday. He has a rare form of brain cancer so having fun when he's able and making lasting memories is a really important thing for us. That did not happen... We paid for our bowling game and shoes which is pricey at best but it is what it is. So, we ordered a pizza and 3 sliders. We bowled an entire game and still had not gotten our food. Then when it fi

Update::: So after the event below I went back yesterday and it was a 100% difference. The guy working the counter ( forgot his name) wore glasses. Was very nice. He was working the counter and bartending. He was going to walk me to my bowling lane and I told him I was going to get a drink first. He said ok and to give him a second as he was going to be my bartender. Totally fine and appreciated the communication. While he helped other customers another guy asked if I needed a drink and he helped me and

A great family place. Took my daughter here to celebrate her 23rd birthday. It had things for the entire family to do including my 5 yr old grand child. Awesome place.

The bowling alleys need to be maintained better. Some lanes do not have bumpers that work unless manually pulled up. But then the bowlers who do not want bumpers are stuck with them up. Unacceptable for what we pay to play here. Talking with the manager did not yield any affirmation that it would be looked into. Sad.

We showed up for bowling at 9:15, we were told 30 minute wait, after an hour and a half still not bowling, we counter 13 lanes that sat empty for.over a half hour and went to confront the staff and they told us they were all reserve. That was a 10:25, the lanes were empty for over 30 minutes before we confronted the staff. We ate and played pool and at 11:30 another hour later the lanes were still empty... a total disgrace the way we were treated. We gotnour money back that we had to pre- pay to bow

Food was tasty, cool vibe, and fun games!! The food service was a little slow but the gentleman at the bowl counter Chris was super helpful and friendly!

First time here won't be my last. Huge area, a lot to do. Food is awesome! Great service. Good prices if you get here before noon.

Ordered mozzarella sticks a slice of pizza and a kids chicken tender meal. He gave me a slice of pizza that has been sitting in the hot box basically all day and I had to ask him to rewarm it in the microwave because the pizza was cold the chicken tenders were as big as my pinky. I said at the cash register for about 10 minutes while I stared at an employee and he acknowledged me but still didn't come to the register to get my order. Customer service these days really suck and they still expect a tip

We went for my daughter's birthday in March and an Employee flipped off my daughter and her friends. When he was approached with management and myself I asked why he said "They was looking at me". It was said to us that for sure discipline will take place for him immediately. We haven't been back since.

This place is insanely expensive. It costs so much for "tokens" on your card, and like half the games my kids wanted to play were broken and would take the tokens off but not do anything. Skee ball, air hockey, even the vests for laser tag, all broken. We tried to go again just for bowling, at they wanted SIXTY dollars an hour plus shoes. Walked right out and went to a local bowling alley where we paid under $20 total. Overall, super unimpressed.

Half of the games we tried did not work. I understand one or two but this was half of them. Really sucked the fun out of the experience quickly. Please get your games serviced so they are functional.

So disappointed for one as thought they had a 19.99 unlimited video game play during the day when they were slow. Nope. Secondly. Opted to play pool. Saw remains of old food everywhere on various tables like no one had any interest to pick anything up. It's sad when it looks like someone who is a manager with a laptop sitting close by not doing anything about it. Witnessed twice two employees walk by stuff and not even bother to pick the stuff up. First one lady with long black hair walked by a couple di

Half the arcade games don't work right. Anything with a gun needs recalibrated. Boing is great. Food is great. Young man named Tristen working the bar and serving us was beyond amazing. He made it all worth it.

Big disappointment for us. Most of the arcade games were glitching to the point that it was impossible to play them. The staff were very accommodating by refunding the credits to the playing cards. The staff did not even question what happened, they knew that their machines were faulty and upon request would refund your credits back to the playing card. This whole ordeal eventually became pointless since nearly all arcade games we wanted to play were impossible to play due to malfunctions and mechanical iss

We frequent this establishment multiple times a year, and they really rock the birthday parties. Today I went in to pick up my kid and let my other two play a bit. I sat at the bar for a faster service option. The bartender was overwhelming busy I realized after ordering right away. It took over ten minutes for my glass of wine and 15 mins for my kids' shirley temples. After 45 minutes I decided I was tired of waiting for the appetizers we ordered (fried pickles and chicken tenders), and asked them to voi

Service was outstanding. All employees were HAPPY! It seems they love their job. From checking in to bowling, laser tag, ropes course, arcade! Even the games don't let you die when you crash. You get to keep playing!

My first time going and I had a blast. Ordering food was kind of tedious, but I think that was just our order taker. But the food was great. I recommend the cookie. Rest was awesome. Laser tag, rope course, games, and bowling. Couldn't have had a better night with friends. Thank you! Hope they have one of these where I'm moving to.

I am pretty disappointed. This place has a bunch of broken games. We probably lost 20% of our credits to broken games. I complained to the front desk and they just said, ?Yeah, we know.? They weren't surprised by my complaint at all so I'm guessing they hear it all the time. Pretty crappy for how much money you pay for a night of video games.

This is a great place to take the kids for fun. It's a little pricey, but they have options such as $7 per person unlimited play for activities like bowling. I found this worth it because we bowled first then played in the arcade, and came back and bowled another couple of games. The games in the arcade area range from $1-$5. The food price is pretty reasonable as well. The service here is on point. One of the managers named Chris noticed my girls were struggling with bowling and asked if he could get the

Will never be going back. Spent close 2 100 dollars walked out after 45 mins. 30 mins of that was just sitting at 1 dumb ticket machine cause it was one of very few working machines.3 different basket ball games had no balls. The ski ball machines could get any of the 4 we tried to work. Half the games some of the buttons wouldn't work making the game un playable. Or one the co op games me and spouse tried to play out of the 5 we tried 2 worked correctly. The other 3 was ether up playable for one of us o

Food is wonderful. Drinks are amazing. The floor has an amazing technician named Logan that will assist you with any machine.

Want to play a few games? Better be prepared to cough up 35 to 50 dollars minimum. It's literally cheaper to go to a nightclub, pay a cover charge, then buy drinks. Never going to one of these establishments ever again, I want my gas money back.

Their standards for quality control pertaining to equipment are extremely low. Multiple games were malfunctioning and buttons were sticky and unresponsive. We had to return to the front counter for point refunds multiple times. As for service, it leaves much to be desired. Bottom Line; you spend 40 dollars minimum to play games 26-30 times you'd expect them to work. I'd honestly invest in a home video game console or activities to do at home as a family, instead of spending the exorbitant amount main event

A safe fun plave for kids of all ages. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The food was something I would expect from upscale restaurant without the price. Great place for families to spend a day or evening.

Drinks expensive but more ice than liquid, waited for bowling lane just to get a lane that kept messing up had to get it fixed twice then it continued to mess up dropping out pins or not resetting correctly. TV behind us only had half the picture working. Server asked if I wanted drinks I said not right now and he never came back but helped the people next to us all night.

I came here with my family on my birthday spent around $100+ many of the machines were down and they had no signs on them so I wasted so much money on trying games that should have been taped off. The man at the front desk was very cold and barely acknowledged us the kiosk was out of cards so we had to go to him. When I told him they were out of cards he just made a face like we inconvenienced him. I waisted about 265 or our 500 points on games that didn't work. I should have just went to the one in Olathe

My son and I visited this place for the first time and it was a great experience. The food was good and reasonably priced. The Gravity Ropes course was a great experience for my son. The only reason why I couldn't give it 5 stars is because of the prices for games. They're not horrible but I feel like they were a little pricey. Overall great experience though.

Horrible experience! Got here a little after 1pm to eat lunch for 2 adults & 1 child?. It's after 3pm, and I'm still here. Tables are left dirty for extended periods of time, nobody checks on you, and it's been over 30 minutes of just waiting to pay. It wasn't busy when we arrived?. No excuse.

Sadly, they don't keep up on the maintenance on the games or equipment. We went there a few days ago and a bunch of games don't work, a bunch of the laser tag guns don't work, the bowling malfunctions frequently. The kids wanted to do the ropes, the employee looked right at them and walked off without saying anything and took her break leaving us in line waiting. Then they never came back again.

Service is awful. Paid $74 dollars for the special pass. Two pool tables were WIDE OPEN and was told there was a 30-45 minute wait to get balls. The tables stayed un-attended. Takes forever to get drinks at the bar. I could build a wall around China by the time it takes for someone to take my order.

Came here with my dad and sister to bowl ?? Bowling was fun and the food and drinks were really good from the bar. Service could be better especially at the front desk. Especially for what we paid to bowl

Don't come here if you want to bowl. Spend $100 for the family to bowl and spent half the time we had waiting for them to reset the lanes. Our lane broke 3 times with a 5-10 min wait between fixing waste of time and money I won't be returning

Kylee and Bryson were the best and most helpful employees!! Bowling was smooth and the service was excellent and served with a smile all while we got to enjoy some solid games with plenty of time to get all our fun in. Laser tag was the bomb too!

Horrible place asked for water for my group 3 times still didn't come to the table 40 minutes later then finally came after I asked for the check and said I was done with the place. Also asked for a coke and never came. Food was not tasty bowling experience not great overall bad time at Main Event. Nic was a horrible server definitely won't be back. Whole place seemed to be reserved and absolutely nobody was sitting in the seats.

We were told that tickets would be included when purchasing a game card. We even went back to the front desk to ask again. Not only can you not play half the games, but the other half are broken. Spent $80 on game cards and got nothing out of it. Probably won't be returning.

Went there for bowling and they gave the nicest facility! It's a great place to bring friends and family out there and you can easily spend half a day or more. They also have food serve if you decided to have lunch or munchies. I like the arcade and all the machines there are very new and fancy. You can definitely find something that you can have fun with.

Our company spent an evening here and had a blast. I believe we called ahead and got some discounts for wristbands and unlimited play cards. Whatever they arranged, we enjoyed ourselves bowling, Lazer tagging, and playing arcade games. Place seems fun for both kids and adults alike with lots to do. Friendly staff.

Monday night unlimited is definitely the way to go if you have kids that don't care about racking up points or tickets - can't beat $11 for all night fun! My whole group had a blast & I'll definitely be taking the kids there more often.

We wanted to find a place we could get together for family fun and thought this could be the place however we will not be back. I brought a party of 14 in to bowl, laser tag and play games. We were met with rudeness at the first cashier paying to get in. She looked at us as if we were an inconvenience to her. We went to our lanes to bowl and waited over 45 minutes before we were asked if wanted service, we said yes and she said she would be back however, 25 minutes later she did not return so I went to trac

Great family place. Something for everyone, from bowling, laser tag, video games for the kids to pool and shuffle board for the adults. Great food and drinks, tv's every where for watching sporting events, music videos, or what ever else they have on.

just showed up to play some arcade games only for half of them the be broken. staff should probably power off the broken machines instead of leaving them on for multiple people to discover that their credits were eaten.

There was a bit of a wait but what would you expect with no reservation on a Saturday night. We had a great time bowling. We enjoyed cocktails but no food. The food did look good.

This location was awesome, the arcade games and bowling were super fun! We had some trouble with our lane malfunctioning while bowling, but they exchanged the price of our bowling game for an arcade card which was very nice of them to do for us. We will be returning for sure! ??

Love this place. We come frequently, and for most part it is a great place. This time not so much. The booth by the bowling lanes were filthy. There was food stock in between the seats and it was sticky. The bathrooms were God awful dirty. The men's bathroom had vomit in one sink and the 3 of them had food particles in them. The floor of the bathroom was full of toilet paper and paper towels. Management should do better. Don't let this place go to crap. It's one of the nicer places we have in Northland. Do

Came in for the kids to play. I had the loaded fries while I waited. Hostess and server were attentive and helpful. Server did a great job of getting what I needed in a timely manner and without having to stop by multiple times, which was perfect! The fries were hot and delicious, a tad salty. The music is really loud, but I suppose that creates the atmosphere and stops you from having to listen to kids screaming. Might be worth the trade off.

Fun for the family and the food is good. It is one of the few bowling alleys left in the area. We usually go 3-5 times a year.

Alexis was wonderful and created a welcoming environment. Fast service, kind and friendly! Will definitely be returning.

I really liked the place, my husband, kids and I was looking forward to bowling we paid for an hour, the down fall was our lane kept freezing up the balls would build up in the lanes so we had to stop and wait each time it froze up we had to wait for employees to fix it so we spent alot if our hour not being able to play, we never got to finish a game at all. So we wont be going back we will go elsewhere.

We booked an Ultimate Gamer birthday package. We got a reserved table for 1 hour plus 1 round of laser tag and 3 hours of unlimited play. The kids were done eating after 30 minutes and started their 3 hour play cards early. The event host cleared our table before our hour was up and moved gifts and belongings to a partially enclosed room. The kids came back and were upset their food had been thrown away. Why throw away the food instead of moving it to the other room? I paid for that! If I hadn't ordered 2 e

Pretty standard for a main event. Everything was clean and the bathrooms were nice. The waiter staff was really friendly. Thanks for our great experience.

Came here to kill some time before heading to the airport and that was a great decision. It is close to the airport so don't have to worry about traffic or anything when leaving here. We got a pass for $20 that allowed unlimited play for bowling, pool, and some other games as well. We spent few hours bowling and pool which was well worth the $20. We had some food, the chicken sandwich was a bug piece of meat and the seasoned fries were good, BLT salad was also a hit.

Decided to do a 2nd review. The restrooms are decent, 2 out of the 6 toilets needed to be flushed, a couple of paper towels weren't picked up, probably from kids, other than that, the toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispenser were fully stocked for customers????

A lot of the games were broken, but the food and service made up for that. Issys is a phenomenal server! We got the sliders and more and it exceeded my expectations. The Brussel sprouts were sooooo good! Don't even get me started on the hot chocolate milkshake. Wow!!!! We had a great time!

Wish they had a little more control of what was being brought in. The bathroom smelled heavily of weed. Bad enough, it gave my daughter a headache

Food is whatever your average bar food, drinks are ok but the atmosphere and games are a good time for the family

Holy crap this place is fun. My family and I come here to unwind and get the kids energy OUT!! LOL I love Main Event

Went during the kc vs bronco game and all but one staff member were to interested in the game or their phone to provide service. Food was good so props to the ones in the kitchen. Pretty sad these teenagers are being paid to watch sports, text and ignore guests. Won't be going back and will definitely be telling friends and family to go elsewhere

Me and my girlfriend had a terrible experience! More than half the games we tried to play didn't work altogether. Zero games that were broken had any sort of sign or error code saying that it wasn't working. So people will just swipe their cards over and over wasting their money unknowingly. I'd rather go to chuck e cheese than this crap show.

Date night with my girl so we decided to play some games. Got a drink at the bar and ordered a couple appetizers to snack on. The drinks weren't particularly great and it's hard to mess up chips and dips. Seems like a good place to kill a little time with loved ones.

So poor service. We were the on Memorial Day weekend and had rough time with service. The staff tried but the management understaffed to keep up with the crowd.

We always enjoy coming here. Plenty to do with bowling, play pool, plenty of modern arcade games, bar beverages, soft drinks and food... Always fun times

Took our 15m old bowling for the first time at Main Event and she LOVED it. They were very accommodating with the Dino looking bowler slide. The food was great too!

Always a fun time with the family, food is....ok, they really need to improve food quality...ALOT! But great atmosphere. Will for sure go back, we had fun:)

Some of the machines are broke, and our 1 hour freeplay kept saying 15 minutes left. The guy at the counter was nice enough to fix it again! Some of the shooting games wouldn't work at all!

Main Event is a blast. Perfect party location for any thrill seeker. Bowling laser tag some rope challenge where you walk like 18 ft above the whole arcade on a ropeslikecourse! Not for folks who dont like heights!! Arcade games and adult beverages to help with the noise!! Queso is sorta spicy like they added nacho cheese too their white queso. f#lavorful

Came with our group and we had a great time! Wait times were low and Jordan was a huge help to us! Would definitely recommend.

The guy Chris working at the restaurant area thingy for the Lincoln school group was really nice to me thank you Chris

Great place. I've been there several times. Great food and drinks also.Always busy

This place was so fun. I feel like Dave and Buster's has some of the same arcade games but there was definitely more hands on stuff to do. Bowling and Lazer tag and zip line. Plus there is a restaurant inside. And a nice bar.

Great place to go with friends or family. Lots of fun games including bowling and laser tag. Service is good. There could be waiting time for bowling during weekends. However not more than 10 to 15 mins.

Joe was absolutely incredible service. He was super on his game and took care of everyone. Loved him so much I'm coming back just to see him. Everyone else loved him too. Rita, also, incredible. These young employees have really impressed me. I will be back due to Joe and Rita.

Don't play the arcade. 75% of machines are broken and they don't fix them when you ask. They just take your $

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?
