We had a great time at Main Event. We went as a family and spent about an hour, sharing a $20 game swipe card. It's very affordable and you can choose the amount of game credits that's best for you at the kiosks when you come in the building. Be sure you keep your card for the next visit, as they will charge you for a new one each time. First time at Main Event! I will definitely be back! I had such a good time! Dinner bowling and drinks! We spent about 120 with everything. We got beers, a sprite, round of bowling. I got the sliders and more tray. Everything on it was delicious!!! I loved the presentation! The place was extremely loud but it was a happy loud. Games, food, laser tag, and prizes for those that like that. It's an exciting place where if I had little kids, may end up chasing them every where! I totally recommend Main Event! I

Food highly over priced. 6 traditional wings with no fries is $15. Could have had wingstop 8piece wing combo with fries and drink for this price. Servers in snack bar area watched me get irritated before coming to seat me and there were only 3-4 tables occupied at the time. Will only come for the fun and games.

Fantastic deals and we always have a blast here...kids and adults... highly recommend!!! Food isn't the best for the price sadly but not terrible if you're just wanting a snack and drink.

Feels like an adult chuckle cheese. Went on a Monday afternoon not packed at all. The drinks were good the loaded fries were better and the service was on point. Bowling was a blast very nice lanes and all the balls were in great shape. The giant arcade games made us feel like kids again. Was so much fun. Great for a day date with your person and even better with a group. We will definitely be back.

Since my original review at the pre-opening of the Main Event, we have come back many times to let the kids play games and for a couple Birthday parties. The kids really enjoy playing games here, to include laser tag. The service remains mediocre at best but they have security at the door in the evening and it's a safe place for kids to play and parents/adults to hang out. We booked a "Teen All Access" birthday party and we could not be more happy with the service and location. It was worth every penny. From food options, to the game cards and activities the kids had an absolute blast. And our attendant Jomarriah was amazing. This location is also extremely clean.

I had so much fun with my family at Main Event! We usually go to Dave & Busters when we come to Huntsville, but decided to go here last minute since it was within walking distance of our hotel and I'm so glad that we gave it a try. Wanted to order food at the restaurant portion of the building. Was seated quickly by the host and then sat at a booth for 25 minutes while a few employees chatted amongst themselves. There was only one other table of people, so not even busy. Finally got up and left, was hoping to eat and then bowl but didn't end up spending any money.

Rip off! We bough the activities pass because the guy at the entrance said we had unlimited times to play. What he didn't explain is that we have to go wait in a long line and sign up for a time any time we want to play. In the end they get your money and it is impossible to get more than 1-2 plays on anything. The staff are overworked and don't provide consistent information. The place is cool and could be great but the business model is terrible.

We stopped by after the Glorilla concert to grab something to eat.. It was barely anyone in here which was a shocking. I had the Supreme Flatbread ..it was so good ?? kids had wings and fries but I didn't get a picture.

Went there for a girls night. Although we had fun, the service we received did not match. My queso was like warm upon receiving it and then they so called remade it after about 20mins and when I received it, it AGAIN was warm. It wasn't smoking or anything. Environment was great, staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable! R'Eyonna T. definitely deserves to be recognized for her friendliness and attentiveness during service! She interacted with the baby every time she came to check on us!

Only complaint I have so far about Main Event was that there is no prices to refer to online and if there are then they need to be easier to find It would be very helpful for us and I'm sure other families that try to plan ahead. But we had a good time, just would have known how much money to bring in all so we could've gotten the whole experience. But that's ok. We will be returning. ??

The atmosphere seemed fun and exciting when we came in. Took my kids for my daughter's 15th day. 200$ and some.. 50$ on the game card. 165$ for pass. Only to sign up at allocated times to do things. Seems a bit expensive. At any rate, the activities all seemed understaffed. Went to the "kitchen" to order some light food. Waited 10+ min with Noone showing up to take an order. Will never come back

This is a great arcade. It has a lot of games, no wait, but it is a bit pricey.

Great place to take you and your spouse or make it a family night out . It's priceless to see the look on ur babies faces. And the fun they have and let's not leave out how much mommies and daddy had as well . We had a freakn blast . I highly recommend it to anyone

Nice day for the family to create memories. Place was clean for an arcade. Lots of selections for games. Easy to buy passes at kiosk. It is not cheap but it is a good experience. I like the fact all your tickets earned are stored on cards. That makes it easier to track these . We tried to bowl but wait was 2 hours. Would make reservations for that if you want a lane. Did not try food but looks like nice. Lots of options for ticket winnings. Easy parking and close to many hotels.

Kinda "do-it-yourself" not much help from staff Took over an hour to get food. Pizza board was just ok, loaded fries were delicious but drowning in cheese sauce, $17 ice cream dessert was flavorless, cookie tasted stale, and was mostly whipped cream instead of desserts. Couldn't use 2 gift cards so now i have 2 gift cards with just a little on each. No clue if i can even use them since i couldn't use one for less than full total this time. Games were ok but not much selection and too many were just ticket

VIP room was very ??. We were lucky enough to have to ourselves and it was great family fun. Decor was neat and the lights on the lanes very nice. There were animations on the scoring board as we were playing. Editing: TV screen reflects onto the lane and can't see the arrows.

Spent over $500 at this place took my son here for his birthday and we brought his friends. We bought the unlimited activity pass, but we were not even able to use it because the events were closed. There was no workers at any other stations and when we did go ask for help, the workers always said that the event was closed. We also had some employees say they were not on the clock numerous times and had 67 employees gathered around the new NBA game that is not professional at all. We did get to do laser tag

They was very respectful and very easy to talk too. understaffed but managed. The place is alittle over priced for the games unfortunately 1.50$ per game is alittle much to exchange for the small amount of tickets earned. there was a nintendo switch for around 60000 tickets at 50 tickets a play that's 1200$for a nintendo switch a little much. the place is fun but .25 cents to .50 cents a play is a fairer price in my opinion.

Fun location for families and people of all ages. There are many things to chose from. It is very busy on the weekends so plan ahead of time! Main Event is like Stars and Stripes but seems to have many more offerings.

We had a birthday party here, and it was extremely organized. Tahj was assigned our party, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I didn't need anything or have any questions. She was flexible and handled literally everything for us. I took a small group of students to Main Event for a Christmas Party, and we had a great time. We showed up on a Wednesday night that is usually pretty slow, but found a packed house. I wasn't sure how this was going to affect our ability to enjoy the different activities with the All You Can Play Activities Pass, but the manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Heard about this amazing place called Mainevent that fairly new to Huntsville, so with it being my birthday yesterday me and some friends decided to go check it out. When we arrived we were blown away by amazing the place looked and the staff was really nice. Jesse the manager came by to check on us and was really nice even told me Happy belated birthday. I went bowling here and it was a good experience. The bowling shoes were comfortable and it was pretty easy to sign up for your lane. The service was great and the waiter was attentive. The drinks were not mention worthy and less than average.

We come here every other weekend and we really enjoy it. Everyone is so nice, friendly and they make everyone feel so comfortable. Tasha and Kacey at the bar are amazing, funny, always so polite but make sure you have a good time there. The way the treat Us is the reason we come back every time.

We went here for the first time with our family that is from out of state. I'm so sad that we had to get up and leave the restaurant because we sat there for more than 15 to 20 minutes and couldn't get any service after waiting a while to be seated. I actually got up and asked someone working there if we could get someone to come take our order and still waited an additional 10 minutes so we got up and left. This was our first time going. Holy expensive, but the kids had fun. We did eat at the Family kitchen and the wait was ridiculous (over 30 mins to get our food). The workers would go around to each table with food and drinks asking the customers if it was what they ordered. Maybe number the tables or something? The service was horrible. Half our 4 person party didn't get their drinks until after we had completely eaten our food. Two orders were incorrect. One never came. No reason we should wait 45 minutes for a draft beer and a wine. They took 50% off of our ticket and the super late drinks were free. I don't regret my painting, but they did make up for it a little.

The employees are racist and rude. Purchasing drinks for my grandkids, I left a tip when I paid but before I was served. Attendant sat drinks on her side of counter. Even if I did not have a leg injury I would have still struggled to reach them. The attendant and what appeared to be her manager grinned at each other. We went for my husband's work event. My 9-year-old and I tagged along. We all had a good time bowling and playing games. It was a Tuesday night, so I'm not sure how the weekends are. Our waitress for the bar-bowling area was great! She was so nice/sweet to my son. She was fast and very helpful with the food and drinks. Then I realized we didn't have socks. I didn't know we were going to bowl. They have free socks! I was so thankful. We all had a great time. We are definitely going back.

Tanaka and Didi provided top notch customer service to my family and I. My family traveled for over 10 hours to come for our first family thanksgiving event. This is our first family event. They made it very special with their tenacity and being polite and very generous. I just wanted to take a minute and praise Tajh for the service she provided for our birthday party. Paid 132.00 for the all you can play pass for for 4 people was there from 9am till 2pm and only got to bowl one time, one game of laser tag. The cards for the games charge you an activation fee got a 25 dollar card and was charged 30. This place is not all you can play it is a rip off take your money to your local bowling alley and arcade you will have a lot more fun for less money

Last week (9/30) I had an excellent evening with my parents and my special needs son, thanks to Anthony at Main Event. Anthony was very helpful with finding the best Monday Evening special to purchase, as a family with unusual limitations on games & activities. He was also very helpful with accommodations that best fit our family and allowed us to experience a memorable night. I will definitely be going back.

Anthony did an amazing job helping me out today at Main Event! With his help my kids were able to decide on what toys they wanted out of the gift shop! He has a kind spirit that gives the place a warm atmosphere! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!??????

Anthony was ontop with it!!!! When the machine ate our points he said he could either give us the points back or give us a random amount of tickets and he came back with 900!!!! Then when we were adding more points to our card he helped us get more points for the same price! Really cool guy and extremely helpful!

Very fun! It's like an advanced Chuck E Cheese?s. They have great food and not too pricey. The games are on the pricey side. If you take more than 2 kids be ready to spend alot of money. It has a bowling alley and a laser tag. Lots and lots of games. Clean bathrooms. Clean eating areas. I highly recommend to take your kids.

It's definitely very pricey for the services and food they provide. It's a great attraction for having a birthday party or other events, the bowling is nice too. The Lazer Tag is some of the best in all of AL. There are even different modes you can switch your blaster between.

Everything was great! We really enjoyed being able to play and eat. Nancy was a fantastic waitress coming to check on us consistently. Highly recommend for family fun time!

My family and I visited today for Spring Break! There was a good amount of people in the building but it didn't feel crowded. Manager Jesse got us all set up in a lane for bowling and Riley was a great server. Jesse also personalized the lane to say "welcome Haines Family." That was a great!!! We then played some games and a round of laser tag. All and all we will be back whenever visiting Huntsville.
