I had to rewrite another review due to the Family Kitchen inside main event. This place is AWESOME we came for my son's bday around 4pm on a Monday. Not sure who was the chef or the manager for this place is AMAZING everything we ordered was outstanding! 6 yrs ago I rates this place 5?. Amazing place to have some fun with family or friends. There are all kinds of activities to choose from, like bowling, arcades, and billiards. The food is very good too and the staff is very kind and helpful. We had a great time!!

Initially attempted a birthday reservation and unfortunately had a family issue and couldn't afford it all and just kept up communication with Ms. Allison and this lady is the kindest and compassionate person and she made my daughters Birthday celebration still happen after my last call to cancel. If I could give a zero stars I would. The cashier Serri is the rudest worker ever. Her mouth and the way she talks to adults is ridiculous. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Ben from management at Main Event?his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care deserve to be celebrated. I work for CPS (Child Protective Services), and during a visit with a youth in care, Ben went above and beyond to make our experience special. Yesterday I went to a company event, which is our holiday party. I loved everything about the place, I played arcade games and went bowling with my co-workers. We really enjoyed the experience and overall a great atmosphere. The only downside was the bland tasting food, I had the chicken, Macaroni and potato salad. I have never tasted something so bland I had to imagine eating fried chicken so I could eat something. The potato salad tasted like mustard and nothing else, I thought I was drinking from a Musta

The bowling cost over twice as much as Max Bowl. We sat at the restaurant and waited 30ish minutes before our waitress finally came by to ask our drinks. This was after the 5 minute wait to be seated turned out to actually be a 20-minute wait. The fried pickles were burnt and had hardly any batter on them. This place was a major disappointment. It was my child's first time visiting, so we weren't sure what to expect. The customer service was abysmal. I had a wonderful time! The games were so fun. But the beat part of our experience was eating at the bar. The bar manager Mario was such a delight. He was so helpful with suggestions and getting our order just right. He was fun and super personable, it made the night so great. The food was awesome and the games were so fun!

They have a new manager named Chris that was effective at turning a really disheartening situation good! There weren't any waiters on deck and when we were told waiters were going to attend to us, they didn't. Chris took ownership of the situation once we alerted him to the issue, he served us himself, brought fun complimentary drinks for the kids and ensured that we had a great waiter after ensuring that the matter was rectified !

I called and in guest services and she was a great help from the beginning as I explained to her that I was home for a short break on deployment in Florida. ??I expressed that I wanted my 5 grandstars to have a blast and eat without breaking the bank. I was surprised for my visit as it's rated highly but wasn't my experience. We came last Tuesday and it took 35 minutes for us to even get a server, the kitchen was out of things, the service was so slow, the food when it came was good, I got my food before I got my drinks which was confusing to me and I didn't even get my drink til half through my food. I paid for my kids to get the Shirley temple however they were out of stuff to decorate it with so I still paid the same price for the drink for just sprit

The only reason I said 2 stars was because the staff was so rude tonight. Especially the girl manager who took our order on lanes on June 26th 2025. My family and I didn't get anything to eat, but we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the arcade games. This was our 2nd time going. My son & I played the virtual paint and it was SOOOOO fun. I didn't want to leave lol. I highly recommend this establishment for lots of family fun. We will definitely be back.

Despite the fact that they were short- staffed , the service was great . The servers were very polite and helpful, very professional. The food was delivered quickly and it was very fresh . There were a lot of us here , coworkers , with team building activities. I recommend this business for the good restaurant and great entertainment.

So on June 22nd I was recommended to take my 6 year old son to Main Event and was excited to go. My plan was to sit down, have lunch and then allow my son to have the best of fun with all of the games. That didn't happen. When we first walked in, we went to the restaurant, there was a sign displayed that said "wait for host to be seated" we waited and waited, saw employees walked by and no one approached us. After a while nearly 10mins of waiting (could've been more) I finally just flagged an employee down

This is a great place to go for family fun. And also to enjoy a good meal and watch Glitch games. The server staff was very friendly and the food was well made. They even accommodated my request for. Specialty beyond meatBurger patties with no charge.

0 customer service. The girl upfront to help people at the kiosk, doesn't know where she is or what her job is. She's playing on her phone. Noone works here. You do everything yourself and the kiosks barely work. I typically don't even do reviews or complain. But this is ridiculous. Lazy people run this place. Lazy.

I went to main event with me and my family on Saturday and I had a blast the food was AMAZING and came out incredibly fast and the bar drinks were delicious also everyone was so helpful my server Sabrina made the entire experience one to remember I've never had better service in my life and her suggestions on the drinks were spot on definitely coming back it was a ten out of ten experience and the games were a plus next time gonna spend the extra bucks on the activity band to get the full experience!!!!

Had a good time at a business event here. Food was decent and fresh. Service was good at the bars and for food. Mostly we went bowling. It was a fun experience although our lane kept knocking down pins as it would set up the second frames. No big deal though as we were having fun.

Be careful when you purchase concessions with cash. My niece paid for her food which totaled to about $16 with $100 bill, and the cashier kept her change. She tried to convince my niece (who is a teenager) that she paid with a $20 bill. We spoke to the officer on duty and the manager who ended up covering for the cashier. I had a birthday party today, I had a great experience with the hosts who were a great help with setting everything up, including help with the decorations I brought myself. I had a lot of help with everything including the clean up and putting all the stuff away, didn't have to do anything. The only thing I had problems with were with the activities I had for my guests. So I had a great time there, we celebrated the birthday party for my husband's God daughter.... I did not really want to eat the pizza that is included as the party package so I went to the restaurant and ordered me a Caesar salad with chicken it was supposed to come with eggs in addition to the usual toppings of the Caesars salad, but when the salad was delivered to me, my server did not inform me anything and I noticed that both the eggs and croutons were missing.... I went on a field trip, and it was really fun. The wings are the best on the menu, but the bartender forgot my change, but he told us he was new, so it wasn't his fault it was the restaurants fault for not training him properly.

First time at a Main event with the family. We did the bowling for 2 hrs and had a blast. Got some pizza and nachos. The pizza was better than expected and the nachos were awesome as well. We didn't stay for the arcade but next time we plan on it. Everyone we delt with was really nice and we had no issues.

We've been to Main Event a handful of times and it's always incredibly busy, so this time we decided to go on a Monday as soon as it opened. There wasn't that many people there so my son was able to play games quickly so I recommend going on a day and time when no one would normally be there, otherwise you'd have to wait in line. Several of the games were offline/not working. It was quite a bit of them and since you're already spending so much money on these game cards, you'd think the machines would work.

Went for a night of bowling. Atmosphere was nice, easy process to check in for lane. 10 minutes into our game we asked the bowling attendant about drinks, he stated he would have a server come to our lane. Throughout our hour game I noticed servers at other lanes hanging out talking with one server almost 15 minutes at one lane. Still continue to wait. This was our second visit to this Main Event location. The prices are higher than a lot of their competitors but their selection of arcade games is pretty good. There weren't as many non-functioning games on this trip as there were last time. The floors and restrooms were dirty yet there was no less than five of the staff members sitting around and chatting with each other. The kids had fun with laser tag, bowling, walking the rope course, and playing the arcade games. Overall, it's not a bad place to take

Very limited variety of games. The vast majority seem to be of the carnival type, claw grabbers, skee ball and the like, the type where you win tickets redeemable for cheap knock off prizes. Visiting the area. Main Event is not far away and seemed to be a good outing for the kids. Online it says there is a Monday special for $12.99. I didn't see anything mentioning that it was either $12.99 for the arcade, OR $12.99 for the activities. Not all access. The kids picked the arcade, but later told me many of the games were broken. I sat in the restaurant while they played. I ordered a strawberry margarita and the chicken platter. Everything had a pleasant taste.

We were there for what was supposed to be a fun night of bowling with friends, but ended up wasting nearly an hour just trying to get someone to help us with a lane issue. I was excited for a fun night at Main Event in Humble, TX, but it turned into a complete disaster. We waited 20 minutes for our food, only for my buffalo chicken sandwich to be overcooked and my fries to be cold. The service in the restaurant and bar area is horrible. Waited for drinks and food for a long time. All the booths are dirty, the waiters are no where to be found except in the back of the kitchen area texting on their phones. Games are fun, everything else is not very satisfactory.

Terrible experience. I thought I'd take my kid for a fun day at an arcade, but it was pretty miserable. Most of the games were broken, and even the ones that worked normally were blatant rip-offs. The staff did give us our credits back on all the games that just took our money, but when it happens on 5 different games in a row, it's very disappointing. If you're looking for an enjoyable day with your family, go somewhere else.

We love Main Event. Place is always clean and sanitizer available in multiple areas. Staff has always been friendly. We love the unlimited games pass they offer on Mondays. Place is okay but staff is rude. Not surprised since it seems like they just hire a bunch of high school kids. Went last night (2/23) with my kids and this Hispanic looking lady who was running the zipline was being rude to the kids. Attended two birthday party?s this past week Thursday and Friday. They both gave us arcade cards and got to play laser tag. Some games didn't work or were broken, and also we couldn't keep the tickets we won on it for some reason. Won so many tickets but was told can't redeem them. Alot of cool upgraded games with oculus and etc virtual games , my nephews and son loved it!
