My family had so much fun celebrating my child's birthday here. The staff was helpful and flexible during the party chaos. Pricing was reasonable and includes a lot. There are party packages available and you can customize things to suit your party needs. Lazer tag was a huge hit, bowling was lots of fun too. The arcade had a variety of fun games and VR experiences, plus classic skee ball and axe throwing games too. Variety and fun for everyone.

We came here for my daughters Birthday and from the beginning the staff was super attentive from beginning to end. We had a few issues due to servers being out, but the Ops Manager, Ashlea was very helpful in resolving any concerns and we left with great memories and an awesome experience at GVL Main Event. I will definitely visit again.

Every weekend we try and find something new to do as a family and we had a BLAST here - Even with a 4-year-old, who we had concerns about being able to do much. I took the kids Tuesday and they had a good time. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went when they opened I would recommend if you want to play laser tag go later because there wasn't anyone for my son to play with but that's my fault.

We came in to have a fun family night on a rare night that my husband was off work. We did not have a good time at all and won't be back. 1. The place is disgusting. Went here to bowl and play arcade games. We bowled for 2 hours, which was nicely priced. We ordered some food while we bowled. We ordered fries, mozzarella sticks, and drinks. The portions were large, and the food was great. We had a great time, and I totally want to shout out that our waitress for our bowling lane was Absolutely Fantastic in every way!!!! We will be back for our Son's Birthday Day Party very soon.

Service was great after we looked for someone that was willing to work and even knew what the daily specials were or what was included! Great concept and nice location. A lot of standing around, but the three or four employees that were working were awesome! As far as the food, it was nice and would recommend giving this place a try!

HORRIBLE!!! Rented the VIP room for our party. Room was filthy! We set up and proceeded only to find out that the service was also horrible. We held my son?s birthday party at Main Event. It was really a great value for the price. Our birthday assistant was amazing. She helped set up decorations for the table, helped serve our pizza, and was very attentive the entire time. She was such a sweetheart and kept a positive attitude the entire time. She made my job as a mom so easy. Basically just showed up. Would definitely recommend!

We have been to the Main Event in Missouri and Kansas. Normally it's a great experience. The Greenville location is horrible. I do not recommend. Things I did not like: 1. The only thing my son wanted for his birthday was to play arcade games. We decided to have lunch in the restaurant with family/friends and then spend the rest of our time playing games. I was worried when we told them our plan that there would be some annoyed people but it was opposite. Erin was AMAZING! She took care of us from start to end. Wow! My daughter had a great birthday party at Main Event Greenville. Our party director was extremely attentive and helpful. The location was clean, the party food served was yummy, fresh, and kid friendly, and the games were all crowd pleasers. We loved the family-friendly atmosphere. We'll definitely be back and will recommend Main Event to my friends.

We had our son?s birthday parties here two years in a row and we were pleasantly surprised to see Joss as our party host again. She did everything as a party host, was very respectful, and even sorted out a miscommunication that happened during one of the laser tag games. Would absolutely recommend a party at Main Event and Joss!

1st experience and i do not recommend! Waited over 30 mins to get military discount for 2 play cards. The restaurant had food and napkins on floor/vacant tables, my kids food came out cold which was very upsetting due to the 30 min wait, my son food supposedly got warmed up twice and he eventually switched meals(chicken tenders) they gave 2 tenders, i asked for water which i never received, no napkins or silver ware was given to us. We had to get some clean napkins from a used table.

This is the first arcade entertainment location I've been to that I've enjoyed in a while. We had a work event at this place. They have a huge selection of games to choose from, not just the ticket bottom feeder games. Sadly, for the unlimited games card, you don't have the ability to earn tickets, so know that before you casually book this. My brother and I went to have a late lunch and go bowling here. We waited for a while for our sever so decided to go to the bar and eat assuming they were short staffed. The bartender never acknowledged us for the 10 minutes we were sitting there. We decided to let someone know of our experience before leaving without eating or bowling. The manager Cami went above and beyond to rectify the situation and keep our business. Her customer service was exceptional and the only reason I give this place 5 stars.

It was so nice to see more than 1 air hockey table to allow more people to play. They had 3 that I saw. I would suggest Ms.Pacman game be added. We rented a private room with a lunch buffet and drinks. The food was good but nothing to ride home about. It is a great place to come if you like arcade games, VR, laser tag, bowling, and or want to host a kids party. There is a separate area for an adult bar. Overall pretty similar vibe to Dave & Busters.

My wife found a bowling pin in the park, and we won a free hour of game play each week for a year. We were invited to the Grand Opening VIP event and had an absolute blast. Lots of fun games to play, we still have yet to check out Lazer tag and bowl. We will definitely be back at least once a week for the next year!

We took a large group from Tyger River Children's Center to this location during Spring Break. Our host, Joss, was amazing! She met us at the door, had everything ready, and was available and helpful throughout the time we were there. Nice place to go with family. They offer bowling, laser tag, billiards, food, and a wide assortment of games for everyone. After visiting during week and weekends I can say prices vary alot. Weekends almost doubled cost of all the main things. So bowling and billiards are better for during week prices...games are 25.00 for a card, like 140 credits but most games are 8 to 10 credits each. We booked the Teen All Access pass for our son's 13th birthday party at Main Event Greenville. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. A customer is a customer regardless of how they are paying. A $200 gift card was more than enough to cover all costs and they still refused. The teen party package is where it is at!! My kids (and us) had a blast!!! Used to love this place and go all the time. The new bartender (the girl wearing the pink shirt on 1/19/25 at around 4pm) is extremely racist and that is disheartening. Service at the bowling area was atrocious. Our area was never picked up from the group prior and was dirty. We had to track down a server multiple times. Never asked if we needed new drinks or more food. The lane has tech issues twice. Was all around a bad experience and will never go back.

Definitely better than D&B! I enjoyed this place today and for 12.99 on Monday?s after 4pm you can get unlimited plays on the floor games. You don't earn tickets but that was ok with us. We callled ahead of Time before my son?s birthday to make sure they had rewards for tickets, like Dave & Buster?s. The lady that answered said yes, and she even went over the unlimited package for the night. We bought everyone that was there the unlimited for his birthday. Then we found out after, none of the tickets you acquire go on your card. And only half of the games work with the unlimited card. We still had an OK time. But it was a bummer for the kids.
