Main Event Grapevine

We had a last minute change from one Main Event to This one on Grapevine and the staff was INCREDIBLE! We brought 60 people in at the last minute and they worked hard to make it an amazing event. Steve, the manager is the BEST! And his staff, Kaitlyn, Rebecca, Shanda and Jacob are were amazing! We had 50 customers in town and chose Main Event Grapevine as our networking activity. 1. Because of their responsivness. From obtaining a quote to the evening of the event...THEY WERE AWESOME! 2. Great place for family time. My 5 year old absolutely loved it! There's so many things to do. So many games to play. The only bad thing was the food. The loaded nachos came to our tables super cold like it had been sitting there for a long time. Other than that everything else went great. ?? accessibility available.

Wanted to go play some games with friends and got to this location around 12am. We were told a server would come to our lane (we were bowling) nobody ever approached us. It sucks we couldn't order food and due to the fact nobody asked us if we wanted anything to drink we didn't get anything either. ????? We've had such a great experience at Main Event Bowling Center! With kids who love to bowl, this place has been a hit for us. We purchased the Kids Bowl Free pass, which ran from summer until Halloween, and it was absolutely worth it. The center is super clean, well air-conditioned, and has a friendly vibe. The pizza is surprisingly good?definitely better than what you'd expect at a bowling alley. If you're looking for a spot where your kids can have fun and you can relax, Main Event is a hidden gem.

Had been here to celebrate a birthday. The booking process was seamless for a group of 10 , we did the 3 hour unlimited pass + laser tag and included the VR games too. The hostess was amazing and the service spot on. They did manage the kids and their expectations well, the we had brought our cake and the hostess did help with setting up , cleaning and managing the group. Celebrated my 52nd birthday at Main Event in Grapevine. We had a great time. Lexi, our waiter was the best! The manager gave me a cute little birthday bear. The slider and appetizer tray was delicious. ?? drink flight was yummy, but needed an extra shot. Bowling prices were pretty good. We will definitely go again.

My boyfriend and I came on 5/25. Someone came up to us while we were bowling and asked if we wanted to order any food. We said we needed a minute, she said she'd come back to us. She never did. After we finished bowling, we went to the host stand to be seated, cause that's what it said to do. No one was there, we even saw the same woman that approached us while blowing just at the bar chitchatting on her phone. We then played some pool and left. Not the greatest experience, they should do better.

Yall this place sucks only because I wanted to bowl and half of the lanes were shut down. I still enjoyed the arcade, but what I really enjoyed was Darleen service. My friends and I were extremely impressed at the quality of her service. She was calm and organized and super funny. She rocks main event she's the best employee there!

We read a lot of 5 star reviews but there were 2 one-star reviews that were so bad it made us think the good reviews must have been fake. We came anyway and we had a GREAT experience. We got a great deal on food and gameplay (they have combos where basically you get the food free if you spend $50 on games). The hostess Natalia and the manager Shelby went above and beyond for us! Also the burger was really really good and the soft drinks were on point! Definitely come here!

The laser tag person made my son -200 points for running! It was ridiculous, there were only three of us in there and this lady just stood there docking points!! don't play laser tag at main event!!! Best place to host a kids? birthday party! We celebrated our son?s 8th bday and he and his friends had a blast. From the pancake bar, bowling, arcade games to the excellent service from Collin, we highly recommend Main Event in Grapevine!

I went here for a company sponsored holiday event and had a great time. There is plenty of parking and very easy access. It is tucked away from the street so hard to see their sign. Inside the venue is large and very well maintained. They have lots of friendly staff, so the lines are very short. They offer bowling, pool tables, laser tag, arcade games and more. Great food and drink options. You can reserve for large group events. Highly recommend.

Attended during a public school spring break week. There was a number of groups bowling & at laser tag which are paid for individually. The video arcade has no cover charge. We hosted our 5-year old?s birthday party here and it was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Our party hosts were Carly and Karen and they helped us with literally all of our needs. They were even willing to help us set up our own decorations. The service, the party schedule, the food, the extra care was all spectacular. They even brought out a cart to help us take gifts and leftover things to the car. We will definitely have other events here.

We went here for the primal ranch VR experience. We had a small problem with scheduling, but the staff and management were amazing and super helpful! The games here are super modern and include things such as connect four, a massive pacman screen, skee ball, etc. I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

Came to Main Event with some church friends. Found the shoes that we had to rent, uncomfortable. The balls we used were damaged. The lanes were not in good shape and it was just ok for me today. I had a Cezar salad, it was just ok. I had a slice of pizza, very just ok. Not bad not good just blah. I think it's fun to have an outing like this and there were 5 of us and we bowled for two hours and it cost us $25 each or $250 I don't know how the math worked out but that seemed high.

The staff working at the location were excellent. They were professional with their work, but were also an absolute delight to interact with throughout the evening. Jacob and Jessica, y'all were outstanding and thank you for being so charismatic and considerate. Y'all made the Main Event experience memorable!

So much fun for the family. We have been to several Main Event locations however this one is by far one of the nicest with the best staff. My husband's company rents the entire place for friends and family and their staff make all of us feel like VIPs!

Worst experience ever. We had my son?s Birthday there on Saturday. We spent total over $600. The food took over an hour to get to us and that is after we had to finally find someone to take our order. My food never showed up and it was a salad. Everything was awesome, the service was great, it was our first visit with our grandson so we had questions but the front desk ladies we encountered ignored us standing at the counter, so we had to go find another employee to help us. The food court folks were very helpful!

Had a great family night here! Our son got separated from us in the game area and was scared. The staff was amazing and Steve went above and beyond. This review is in no way about Main Event itself. My girlfriend and I went for the AR experience. We both enjoyed it. However, there needs to be more time to get through the "levels." Half an hour isn't enough. Maybe 45 minutes.

The food was great and plentiful at my friend's birthday gathering. We bowled which was pretty fun. The games there were mediocre however. Overall I had a great time and wouldn't mind going back in the near future.

The second Super Bowl Sunday that I spent with my kids at Main Event was awesome. Watch Super Bowl LIII while playing pool, shuffleboard, and Blasting the enemies at laser tag. It was definitely and exciting time.

We really enjoyed this location, the food could have been better. But the service that Natalia and Steve provide was A-one. They made sure the food was remade that wasn't made correct and their customer service is some of the best I've seen in a long time at any restaurant or entertainment establishment. The contract stated $16.99 per kid but they tried to charge us $17.99. They then said they randomly took off $10 on a receipt we couldn't see to adjust price. Why not just charge the correct amount? The managers Tiana and courtany went above and beyond for our group of over 20 visiting town for a flag football tournament. The staff was incredible. Sat and ate at the bar and the manager and servers clearly did not like that. After the third time of someone asking us if we were done with our half eaten fries I just said yes to get them to leave us alone it was very clear that that we all were still munching on them but just as clear that they didn't want us to eat there. Every other experience here has been at least decent and the bowling is good, a little on the expensive side but decent overall.

Awesome place for a birthday. Excellent service. The person taking care of our party was on top of things. The bowling the atmosphere was really find the laser tag was right. Fun place to meet up with other families, but nothing special. Prices are a little high, food isn't anything to get excited about, and the overall experience was pretty average. They do have a cool dragon thing to help the kids bowl, though.

I don't recommend verse at all, poor customer service, no directions, 2 headsets not working. Device defects are understandable but the employees lack of customer service was ridiculous.
