This is the best bowling alley I've ever been to! It's really modern and up-to-date (2024), which is awesome because most bowling alleys feel so old. There's also so much more to do than just bowling, like playing pool, arcade games, grabbing snacks, climbing, or playing laser tag. We had such a great time, and I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again. I'm from Pennsylvania and was here on vacation there's nothing like this where I live!

Taking a moment to offer some kudos for the staff, specifically the manager at this location, Thomas. I brought my children to ME and purchased the highest points bundle arcade package they had and split it between several cards for the kids. When one of them informed me that they lost their card after we came back home, I called the venue and Thomas was able to facilitate transferring the remaining balance off the lost card to a new one so that we can use it the next time we go back. Came here on a Saturday night. Busy, as expected. Wait time and over all entertainment experience were perfectly fine, but the wait staff attendance to customers is very irritable. At about 9:29, we'd tried navigating two online order kiosks and both said they had issues processing our order. We ask a staff member about it and are told to try ordering at a table instead. We were invited to a birthday party in one of the party rooms. My kids got to bowl, play laser tag, and climb the ropes course and zip line. They also got arcade cards, but we left early. They had fun and the employee really took great care of us in the party room. There's also an escape room and pool tables.

We went last night to have some food and drinks and then bowl. Waited 15 min to be seated because there were signs everywhere to wait, however every single employee ignored us as they walked by. They weren't busy and there were three large tables open. We stepped aside to decide where we were going next and i watched as another couple waited to be seated and were also completely ignored. First time and last time at this location.

We recently had our son's 7th birthday party there and we accidentally thought it was 2 hours earlier than we scheduled. The staff was awesome, they went out of their way to squeeze us in at a table, get us extra game cards to fill the time and move up our laser time slot. Wow it's been a while since I've been to main event. I loved my time here. For a 23$ fee you can have all you can play bowling!!! Such a good deal compared to other places where they charge 40$ for a lane and then it's the only thing you can play. We came for Monday Madness. Amanda from the bar pool area was amazing! We came for my nephew?s birthday. Her mangers were so accomodating. Monday night madness well the marketing team got it right it was a madness alright. 30 mins to get a waiter to bowling lane blamed it on expo machine going down. Food is way overpriced but to be expected in this type of establishment. We were able to start our bowling early, which was good, but the escape rooms were not staffed, so we couldn't get into them. The exterior landscaping, though, is full of debris and trash. Definitely would recommend they clean up more of this as first impressions are lasting.

We were just there for my daughters 8th birthday and it was above & beyond. Our hostess Kyla was the kindest warm heart I have encountered in a very long time! You better keep her! I sincerely enjoyed this location. There's no rock climbing but they do have zip line on their obstacle course above the games which was so fun. They have guitar hero, laser tag. $20 on a weekend per person gives you unlimited everything except arcade games.

Went with a group on Monday & it was what seemed to be a circus of employees that didn't want to be there. Came here for my son?s birthday and we didn't even get to eat. I waited 5 minutes to be seated, then another 20 minutes to never be serviced again. When I went to tell my family what was going on the cards were almost empty. So we decided to go somewhere else to eat. We've been to this location lots of times. They are always consistent with service and keep the place maintained. Games are serviced regularly and swapped periodically so there's always new games to play. They have bowling, laser tag, arcade, ropes, full service bar, and full dining options, billiards and shuffle board. Food is very good and bartenders are trained well. First time I took my 5 year old here and he had an incredible time! He loved the laser tag, the bowling, the air hockey, the arcade and the ropes! The pizza also was delicious! We did have to wait for a while for laser tag and overall it's a little bit pricey, however Tuesday nights kids eat free and they have other deals throughout the week. My boys had a blast. Food is expensive but decent. I suggest u eat before u go. We bought a wristband but the lines were so long for everything included on it, which discouraged the kids a bit. My kids love coming here because they play and play until they drop. Just be careful because it can get a bit expensive if your not paying attention. Good bowling place with lots of games to play. The laser tag is really fun and they have a store for tickets you get from winning games. It goes in your card and you can refill the credits that help you play the games. The lady at the laser tag was rude and it didn't seem like she wanted my friends daughter to go in. She measured her and said that she was too short, but there was another boy the same size as her inside. She finally let us in but I don't appreciate that we pay money and get rude service.

I have been to other main events, but this one was the best one yet. It was clean, well staffed, and lots of things to do! Bowling was a little expensive, $64 for 4 people to bowl for an hour? but was a lot of fun, and will be back!

Our waiter Jorge greeted us with a warm smile, he was very friendly. He refilled our drinks promptly & food came out super fast. he checked on us often to ensure everything was perfect. If you every stop by the Fort Worth location ask for him he's the best

I love that there are so many options to do here but very disappointed in service EVERY SINGLE time. Staff is pretty friendly for the most part If we are able to get ahold of someone who works here. Wait line is always long. We will be seated in our lane tables and will go 20-30 minutes for someone to even show up to ask us if we want food or drinks. For how expensive this place is, there should be great service to match it.

We absolutely enjoy coming to the main event when we come down to Texas it's fun for all ages from 4 to 34 we all can find something to do. Bowling. Pool tables. Video games laser tag. And gravity ropes along with some other things. Service wasn't horrible. It did lack in a few areas but nothing major. Price was affordable.

Another one of our favorite summer stops of fun, but the VR was shut down because they had no one to run it. The drinj prices are just outrageous and a hundred dollar game card wont get you very far BUT everyone was nice, it was clean and we had a blast.

My daughter wanted to have her 18th Birthday party here, when we got there it was packed and only one table to fit 20 people which wasn't going to work; the waiters were so awesome and got extra chairs until the other tables around us left and even then they cleaned them to fit everyone nicely. I'm 42 and my TX DL was expired by 3 days. Couldn't even get a single bottle of suds. The server seemed to get a kick out of telling me no. I have dumped over $2k at that place in 2024 alone and I will not be spending another penny there. Common sense is all out at main event. Better to go to a bowling alley. Great time! Bowling is fun, but had to get 3 different pair of shoes due to insoles coming out, velcro strap was broke. Games were outstanding! Food was good, and the Staff was very nice.

Went here with some friends for a buddy's birthday. We ended up spending six hours here. We shared nachos and the pretzels they were delicious. Most everyone got alcoholic beverages, they each had two through out the night. I got a cherry coke with lime as suggested by the bar tender who very much respected that I'm sober handmade my mocktail pretty so I felt included. We bowled and played arcade games for hours. I didn't try their food because I was welcomed by a rude manager who kept arguing about a discount I got through groupon app and the additional video game credit. She insisted that the credit was included in the ticket discount and refused to add the credit. (Credit is 5-7 points by the way, which is nothing compared to the ticket price on a weekend. So, I bought nothing and won't recommend unless it's your last option.

Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. Very little arcade games and some didn't even work but still took your credit. Only positive was the bar.

Good place to hangout with friends and family. Would love to give 4 but will close with 3 stars only. Shoe rental is half the amount of Monday night madness. I think it should be less. Only 6 billiards/pool tables and then for your surprise you need to be in a long wait to get the table. Bowling and laser tags are good but that too comes with wait. So be prepared that in order to enjoy you need to wait. So all the best.

We basically live there we're there so much. Videos games, laser tag, bowling, billiards, rope course , and tons of food. The food is actually pretty good here and responsibly priced. They have many different specials so you don't have to break the bank. However don't expect to bowl all day if there is a special going on especially in the summer. There are a lot of camps that come through. Take advantage of the unlimited play. I've taking my football and basketball team here for celebrations.

Booked a party and had to cancel 5 days due to a low count of guests. Cancelation was done within the specified window to receive deposit back. Sales manager emailed us asking if we still wanted to cancel, we said yes and he agreed to refund our deposit. However, 8 days passed and no refund. Emailed back manager asking for refund status and he said "he forgot" to request his accounting team to issue refund. Finally the refund arrived 2 days later.
