This is the best bowling alley I've ever been to! It's really modern and up-to-date (2024), which is awesome because most bowling alleys feel so old. There's also so much more to do than just bowling, like playing pool, arcade games, grabbing snacks, climbing, or playing laser tag. We had such a great time, and I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again. I'm from Pennsylvania and was here on vacation there's nothing like this where I live!
Taking a moment to offer some kudos for the staff, specifically the manager at this location, Thomas. I brought my children to ME and purchased the highest points bundle arcade package they had and split it between several cards for the kids. When one of them informed me that they lost their card after we came back home, I called the venue and Thomas was able to facilitate transferring the remaining balance off the lost card to a new one so that we can use it the next time we go back. Also, a shout out to
Came here on a Saturday night. Busy, as expected. Wait time and over all entertainment experience were perfectly fine, but the wait staff attendance to customers is very irritable. At about 9:29, we'd tried navigating two online order kiosks and both said they had issues processing our order. We ask a staff member about it and are told to try ordering at a table instead. That's not a problem, I understand digital takeout will be ass sometimes as I work fast food. We get seated quickly and given menu?s. Bu
We were invited to a birthday party in one of the party rooms. My kids got to bowl, play laser tag, and climb the ropes course and zip line. They also got arcade cards, but we left early. They had fun and the employee really took great care of us in the party room. There's also an escape room and pool tables.
We went last night to have some food and drinks and then bowl. Waited 15 min to be seated because there were signs everywhere to wait, however every single employee ignored us as they walked by. They weren't busy and there were three large tables open. We stepped aside to decide where we were going next and i watched as another couple waited to be seated and were also completely ignored. First time and last time at this location.
We recently had our son's 7th birthday party there and we accidentally thought it was 2 hours earlier than we scheduled. The staff was awesome, they went out of their way to squeeze us in at a table, get us extra game cards to fill the time and move up our laser time slot. To all the staff, thank you for all the extra effort to accommodate us!!!
The staff is wonderful. Very nice young people. Most of the games didn't work even tho they took your points. Claw machine claws wouldn't actuate and one had a prize door completely sealed/screwed shut.
Wow it's been a while since I've been to main event. I loved my time here. For a 23$ fee you can have all you can play bowling!!! Such a good deal compared to other places where they charge 40$ for a lane and then it's the only thing you can play. The only complaint is they didn't disclose that the ropes course was closed bc it wasn't as busy. That's not fair to make guests pay the full price when one attraction is not available. And the bar tender was very rude- I was wanting a glass of water and was prett
Went for the laser tag because we were not able to buy the all you can play passes on the website. We asked the manager if we were able to upgrade our tickets to the all you can play and pay the difference to which we were told ?no you paid online and that has nothing to do with us? even though we bought directly from their website. But whatever. So we make our way to laser tag. The staff member that ?helped us? was extremely unpersonable and didn't give us any direction on 1. How to put the vest on (me and
We came for Monday Madness. Amanda from the bar pool area was amazing! We came for my nephew?s birthday. Her mangers were so accomodating. The pizza strip family appetizer meal was kind of not available, but they made it happen. Dot was amazing too! Thank you for making this day special for my nephew. He lost is mom last year and I really wanted to make his day birthday special and you all did this for me. Thank you!!!
Monday night madness well the marketing team got it right it was a madness alright. 30 mins to get a waiter to bowling lane blamed it on expo machine going down. Then order food out of mozz sticks took a total of 45 mins just to get drinks then another hour to get pizza then waiter forgets to put wings on order. This waiter would be gone from the lanes for 15-20 mins at a time. Them servers would bring out food with gloves on and would have to ask for plates. Summer and Theresa tired their best but the GM n
I had tooo much fun Food , bowling Lazer tag is a must. This place was so fun we lost track of time. All games went off lights on lol . Keyontay Blaze your favorite gide.
Food is way overpriced but to be expected in this type of establishment. We were able to start our bowling early, which was good, but the escape rooms were not staffed, so we couldn't get into them. The exterior landscaping, though, is full of debris and trash. Definitely would recommend they clean up more of this as first impressions are lasting.
We were just there for my daughters 8th birthday and it was above & beyond. Our hostess Kyla was the kindest warm heart I have encountered in a very long time! You better keep her! Her customer service during the entire party was outstanding and I never actually had to seek her out. She had my back 100% which was a life saver. Thank you for being so awesome Kyla! My daughter had an incredible memorable experience she will not forget. We will definitely be back. ???????? Thank you guys!
I sincerely enjoyed this location. There's no rock climbing but they do have zip line on their obstacle course above the games which was so fun. They have guitar hero, laser tag. $20 on a weekend per person gives you unlimited everything except arcade games.
Went with a group on Monday & it was what seemed to be a circus of employees that didn't want to be there. While waiting for someone at the front desk, employees were standing around, on their phones.. Waited 5-10 minutes to get help. When it came to ordering food, half their menu was unavailable because ?we only have 1 chef." After ordering our food, twice. Twice we were told that our food could not be made despite our bowling neighbors having the same food. As a manager, I think the situation could?ve bee
Every time we go the staff in the prize room is awesome! Niomi was so nice! Only down side at all was some of the games were down and didn't have any signs saying they were. Other than that super clean, and kind staff! Always a go to for our family!
Came here for my son?s birthday and we didn't even get to eat. I waited 5 minutes to be seated, then another 20 minutes to never be serviced again. When I went to tell my family what was going on the cards were almost empty. So we decided to go somewhere else to eat. No it was not busy, there was one other family waiting for food and another one already eating.
took my daughter for a night of fun bought a 60 dollar card the first card did not work so i went to get a new one then came to realize half of the game machones took our points and did not work. the prize room had incorrect labels on prizes plus some labels were missing all together. staff wasnt very helpful. just find a different main event to go to next time.
We've been to this location lots of times. They are always consistent with service and keep the place maintained. Games are serviced regularly and swapped periodically so there's always new games to play. They have bowling, laser tag, arcade, ropes, full service bar, and full dining options, billiards and shuffle board. Food is very good and bartenders are trained well. We have rarely had any issues when bowling and problems are addressed immediately. The staff is always friendly no matter what section we a
First time I took my 5 year old here and he had an incredible time! He loved the laser tag, the bowling, the air hockey, the arcade and the ropes! The pizza also was delicious! We did have to wait for a while for laser tag and overall it's a little bit pricey, however Tuesday nights kids eat free and they have other deals throughout the week. They keep the areas petty clean and staff is friendly!
My boys had a blast. Food is expensive but decent. I suggest u eat before u go. We bought a wristband but the lines were so long for everything included on it, which discouraged the kids a bit. Long wait for bowling and the rope opened late at like 6pm but was apart of the wristband. The escape room is $20 for 10 mins, not worth it in my opinion, the puzzle was super easy for my boys who finished in 5 mins. The games are expensive and u can only load dollar amounts so $20 is 100 credits, game are like 7.5
My kids love coming here because they play and play until they drop. Just be careful because it can get a bit expensive if your not paying attention. The games use a card you preload with money and then swipe at the game console. This is great in theory, but kids don't understand the cost of the games? so before you know it, you're having to reload the card. Laser tag, gravity ropes, and bowling are all great. It can just take some time if the place is crowded. When I have eaten there, the food has always b
Today, I had a very bad experience with this location?s managers, while celebrating my son 6th BD. We had three different issues with the same lane#3 during less than 30 min play! Two issues were resolved nicely from regular staff members & we were eating dinner while they are fixing it. and in the third time which was a different issue- the lane was not counting correctly at all !!! One manager called ?Jackson? came talking to me un-politely, zero customer service and in-front of my 3 kids which was really
I visited on a weekday afternoon with my grandchild, for his first-ever bowling experience. The front desk person was super friendly, welcoming, and made my little one feel extra special. She made conversation with him, asked for his input, and brought him little trinkets for added fun! I feel so bad that I don't remember her name. The atmosphere was bright, energetic, and clean. Our server was kind, although seemed preoccupied. As for the food, my chicken sandwich was tasty, with fresh veggies. The fries
We celebrated my daughter 5th birthday party and everyone had a blast, especially with laser tag. I wanted to give a special shout out to Jakob and Kade that really made my daughter's party that much better.
Fun and a fantastic spot for Birthdays.
1st time visit with kids and they loved it. Bunch of games options.
There are so many things to do here, from bowling, laser tag, skywalking, arcade, and pool. They have phenomenal food with great pricis with great prices and a great bar with great prices. It's very family friendly. They have amazing prizes in the gift shop for the points that are earned from the arcade. The restrooms are very clean and the staff is very customer service or Is rented and very helpful and polite. They were amazing with my autistic son. This is a very clean facility. I definitely recommend co
Miah was extremely kind, courteous, and helpful! She allowed me and my son to have an awesome time. Thank you Miah!
Me and my boy's went for the first time it was so much fun and the food was good the staff was awesome at special this one watress we had name jason he was super kind and respectful love it he made sure we were taken care of ??so thank you so much we had a blast!
Found mold at the bottom of my cup. Server asked me what I expected him to do about it. Not his problem. Lanes around us down. Same treatment to those families. The don't care about your experience here just as long as they make money. No respect from the staff other than the girl who rang us up for the bowling.
Good bowling place with lots of games to play. The laser tag is really fun and they have a store for tickets you get from winning games. It goes in your card and you can refill the credits that help you play the games. The lady at the laser tag was rude and it didn't seem like she wanted my friends daughter to go in. She measured her and said that she was too short, but there was another boy the same size as her inside. She finally let us in but I don't appreciate that we pay money and get rude service.
This place is horrible. The bartenders will look at you and not service you. Not an inviting place for family. Very unprofessional staff and management. The place is dirty and full of filth. They need to revamp this place. Do not go here travel outside the area to go someone where else. If you are going to spend your money. Spend your money on places that value you, value your time, and respect your entire family. They seen us waiting for 5-10 minutes. I made eye contact with one of the female bartender and
10/10 recommend, had a super stressful day and came to the right place for a drink! DEFINITELY go to Alice because her drinks have been the absolute best!!
This was a solid three-star type of experience...just kinda "ok." We will probably be back, but not for a children's birthday party. Despite paying $600 for 10 people to have a three-hour birthday experience, I had to pay $150 in order to have a table for the whole party, or else we'd just have had the party area for an hour. I'm not real sure where people not playing would sit, where our "stuff" was expected to go for the other two hours, etc. Very expensive for what you get already, but paying $150 mo
Fun times with the family or a night of bowling and hanging out at the bar. Always a good time. Food is good, what you'd expect...Staff do an excellent job of corralling the kids as needed, keeping the place clean and food served. Thanks Angela for taking good care of us
I have been to other main events, but this one was the best one yet. It was clean, well staffed, and lots of things to do! Bowling was a little expensive, $64 for 4 people to bowl for an hour? but was a lot of fun, and will be back!
Our waiter Jorge greeted us with a warm smile, he was very friendly. He refilled our drinks promptly & food came out super fast. he checked on us often to ensure everything was perfect. If you every stop by the Fort Worth location ask for him he's the best
I love that there are so many options to do here but very disappointed in service EVERY SINGLE time. Staff is pretty friendly for the most part If we are able to get ahold of someone who works here. Wait line is always long. We will be seated in our lane tables and will go 20-30 minutes for someone to even show up to ask us if we want food or drinks. For how expensive this place is, there should be great service to match it.
We absolutely enjoy coming to the main event when we come down to Texas it's fun for all ages from 4 to 34 we all can find something to do. Bowling. Pool tables. Video games laser tag. And gravity ropes along with some other things. Service wasn't horrible. It did lack in a few areas but nothing major. Price was affordable.
Nicole and the entire staff did an absolute amazing job taking care of my family. It was an amazing experience!
Another one of our favorite summer stops of fun, but the VR was shut down because they had no one to run it. The drinj prices are just outrageous and a hundred dollar game card wont get you very far BUT everyone was nice, it was clean and we had a blast.
Friendly staff that explained everything. Lots of fun. Teenager enjoyed herself. Can do a lot of different things for all age groups.
Food is inconsistent either bad or good takes forever to get it. if your bowling don't expect to get service unless you go look for it make sure they know you need service.
My daughter wanted to have her 18th Birthday party here, when we got there it was packed and only one table to fit 20 people which wasn't going to work; the waiters were so awesome and got extra chairs until the other tables around us left and even then they cleaned them to fit everyone nicely. My daughter had a great time as did everyone who came, I highly recommend this Main Event rather it's a party, gathering, or just a fun day out this location has been our favorite!!!
I'm 42 and my TX DL was expired by 3 days. Couldn't even get a single bottle of suds. The server seemed to get a kick out of telling me no. I have dumped over $2k at that place in 2024 alone and I will not be spending another penny there. Common sense is all out at main event. Better to go to a bowling alley. Better class of people anyway.
Great time! Bowling is fun, but had to get 3 different pair of shoes due to insoles coming out, velcro strap was broke. Games were outstanding! Food was good, and the Staff was very nice.
Went here with some friends for a buddy's birthday. We ended up spending six hours here. We shared nachos and the pretzels they were delicious. Most everyone got alcoholic beverages, they each had two through out the night. I got a cherry coke with lime as suggested by the bar tender who very much respected that I'm sober handmade my mocktail pretty so I felt included. We bowled and played arcade games for hours. Some of the games we broken but none the rest we had fun
Tim and his staff went above and beyond for our daughters birthday !!!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we appreciated them very much!
A little pricey, but they have good deals on mondays. Very kind employees. Great atmosphere. Food is ok.
Everything was great we had fun here..the only thing no one liked that came with us was the food, for 5 people we paid as much as we would've had we went out to eat and the food wasn't good..customer service is excellent from front desk to the restaurant to the place where you spend your points!!! We will be back well just eat out before/after we come here!!!!
Went here for my daughter?s 6th birthday to let her play some games and Brian the manager was absolutely amazing! We can't wait to go back!!
Lots of fun stuff to do, including bowling, gravity ropes adventure course, laser tag, billiards and more. Go on a Monday and ask about their unlimited play specials. Great deal
Totally disappointed, they advertising a new ice cream, there is not many people here, most of the tables are empty, and my waiter Diego said that there is no more bowls available to serve the ice cream. I walked around the entire place and only one party had this ice cream. ??
Fun times - recent B-Day celebration was great. Only knock on the experience: Video game area is Extremely loud, plan accordingly.
Great place to hangout on a Monday. Monday madness is pretty good and great value option. Bowling, Laser Tag, Pool table and arcade games. Enjoyed :)
I took my nephew there for his birthday. He enjoyed himself. It wasn't crowded, which was great. We didn't eat anything, so I can't comment on the food, but we had a good time.
Had a great time here. The place is huge and has so many game and food options. We will definitely be back!
Haven't been to main event in a long time, decided to take the kids last night. So glad we did! They had officers walking around & one gave my youngest a badge sticker. He is still wearing it the next day && calling himself a police officer. lol staff was super friendly && super helpful! Even though it was Saturday night we didn't have to wait long for a bowling lane, plenty of parking too! All in all great experience! My only bugaboo was that getting someone to take our order in the bowling lanes was a tas
Food was over cooked, the bowling alley would always glitch every round, didn't let us finish the game because it was glitching, the games took most of my credits, 2.4/10
Everything was nice and clean. The food was blend but hot and fresh.
Best place to hang out with friends .. summer pass is the best !!
The Bowling Alley was fun, the arcade games were fun and entertaining.
Extremely fun for kids can celebrate but not much service but still recommend going
I didn't try their food because I was welcomed by a rude manager who kept arguing about a discount I got through groupon app and the additional video game credit. She insisted that the credit was included in the ticket discount and refused to add the credit. (Credit is 5-7 points by the way, which is nothing compared to the ticket price on a weekend. So, I bought nothing and won't recommend unless it's your last option.
Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. Very little arcade games and some didn't even work but still took your credit. Only positive was the bar.
Good place to hangout with friends and family. Would love to give 4 but will close with 3 stars only. Shoe rental is half the amount of Monday night madness. I think it should be less. Only 6 billiards/pool tables and then for your surprise you need to be in a long wait to get the table. Bowling and laser tags are good but that too comes with wait. So be prepared that in order to enjoy you need to wait. So all the best.
It was a fun time hanging out with a good friend today! We are fans of Friends and asked if they could put it on for us and they did! ??? Thanks ???? as well as had fun playing arcade games. We will want to come back and do laser tag and all the other stuff there is to do!
Went in the middle of the day and no one was there!!! It was so fun and clean!! Staff was super helpful and friendly
We basically live there we're there so much. Videos games, laser tag, bowling, billiards, rope course , and tons of food. The food is actually pretty good here and responsibly priced. They have many different specials so you don't have to break the bank. However don't expect to bowl all day if there is a special going on especially in the summer. There are a lot of camps that come through. Take advantage of the unlimited play. I've taking my football and basketball team here for celebrations.
Nicole was also, she went out of her way when my game froze both standing by and waiting why tech can to fix the sustem
Great fun for the whole family. Brand new indoor facility with a gorgeous laser tag area. They have bowling, billiards, rope climbing course and a giant arcade.
Booked a party and had to cancel 5 days due to a low count of guests. Cancelation was done within the specified window to receive deposit back. Sales manager emailed us asking if we still wanted to cancel, we said yes and he agreed to refund our deposit. However, 8 days passed and no refund. Emailed back manager asking for refund status and he said "he forgot" to request his accounting team to issue refund. Finally the refund arrived 2 days later. It took 10 days to get that deposit refund. Manager did not
9/1 around 2 PM I would give the service zero stars if I could. Do not expect any kind of acknowledgement, or even really service from Cierra/Sierra behind the bar. Blatantly ignored us, and got loud with me when I asked when we would receive service, because we wanted to place another order...... ya know..... give her money... a tip? Needless to say she did not receive a tip. We watched several parties walk away after being ignored by her. But that didn't stop her from taking a personal call and laughing a
I mean of course the place is expensive and when we came here for a birthday party about 3 months ago I found the meet-and-greet staff to not be that with it but today everybody seemed quite with it but it was definitely staffed well for the numbers of guests for as last time you could tell I must have had some new people and probably where two people short on staffing
At Main Event the staff is always very friendly and helpful. We love going and having a great time!
I had so much fun even as an adult. There's the zip line above the arcade where you can see everybody right under you. There's the laser tag & bowling. Then there's great food & the bar when it's time to relax & the kids aren't quite done.
7-20-24 My 3 daughters just came home from bowling with their friend. They also ordered food so it was a supposed to be a long night of fun. They told me that the management was having problems with their own credit card machine. (That happens sometimes). The employee asked them to stop bowling to walk over to the front desk and check out even before they were done bowling because of the shift change that was taking place. For their inconvenience of losing bowling time, the server offered them all a free de
Great place & affordable . I wish there was more for my 22yr old handy capped daughter the participate in but she still has tons of fun.. I'd like to see more coupons on Groupon or in my email . The sign up for the email promo was supposed to be for 30 min free in the arcade but we never received it
Good time. Just chilled out at the pool tables. Excellent service and great food! Friends. What more can I ask for
i was expecting a lot more. my boyfriend and i came on a wednesday night and they closed at 12. the guy at the front desk (nash) was really nice. only made one of pay and gave us extra game time on our cards for free. however, they closed everything down beside the arcade games by like 10pm. that's over two hours where there's nothing to do but games. laser tag, gravity ropes, bowling, escape room, all closed. so if you're planning to go and stay until closed, be prepared to only do arcade games. and if you
Mani was our server and we was either drunk or on some type of drugs. She couldn't remember to bring our drinks to the table 3 times. She kept mumbling to herself Another host walked by a knocked her headset out and hit my nephew in the head and just kept walking. The food was cold. I brought my two nephew because I read good reviews but after coming I will never be back. I had asked for my check but it took her 25 mins to bring it to us. She walked by people asking for help and told them to hold on.
Had my son's 12 birthday party here. We did the package with food (pizza), bowling, and gravity ropes. I paid extra for people to have extra money on their video game cards. Good fun. Our "concierge" was helpful. We only had 11 people and with tip I paid about $300 for the 3 hour event. Brought our own cake. They confiscated everything (cake, gifts, cards, etc.) at the door when we arrived and did a nice job serving us and presenting the gifts.
This was a really fun birthday idea! No, not for my kiddo. For me, silly :) So I really wanted to go bowling which is why I started looking up places that offer bowling when I came across Main Event. I tried to book a lane online for Saturday (today), but it was blocked. We ended up just coming in around 9am and chancing it, and we're able to secure a lane for an hour!!!! It is kind of pricey, IMO, compared to Cowtown. It costed $36, that's for up to 6 people, plus about $5 for shoe rental per person. Then
Great place to take everyone especially your kids. You will have a great time no matter how old you are laser tag bowling and played some pool I got highest record score in laser tag acting as i was in a battle against a black-ops 4 game ??... overall great atmosphere and costomer service.. just needs better price on food.. maybe I'm wrong just expected little bit of cheaper prices on pizza and nacho fries..
Sunday 1215 8/1/24 Bartender (female black woman) was very unfriendly, and lacked taking customer orders in an effective manner, walking around to get walkie talkies, this n that. I wanted to walk out entirely. Miah was great, very apologetic for the bartender's poor attitude. She stayed on top of serving my table and turned the experience around. I only saw the manager (I guess he was the manager) spinning in circles near the bowling entry stairs. Food was pretty good, no complaints. A couple of extra orde
Very nice location. Games were working, the facilities were clean. Kids enjoyed themselves. And we had a few adult drinks in the process.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
