Great place to take the family to have fun with bowling, arcades, and more! We bowled for a little bit in the 'VIP' area which was only a couple of bucks more.. Not really that necessary but we enjoyed it. The food is a bit on the saltier side but was still decent. Overall we all had fun!

TL;DR arcade is smaller than we expected but other options such as bowling lanes and laser tag are available! Onsite manager was great. Unfortunate experience on many levels. It was unclear how to purchase activity cards using the kiosk. We received help and were misguided to purchase online and when we did, were then unable to redeem at the kiosk. We were sent by another employee to the rewards center to get help and they transferred our online order to two physical cards which we then took back to the kiosk and were still unable to use. We had a great time bowling, and the VIP room was super cool, but the drink limit was ridiculous. We ordered two buckets of beer for 12ppl and weren't allowed to get another, even though we had designated drivers and drinking water. It really put a damper on the experience.

It was our first time at Main Event and Nicole and Bry took great care of us at the bar! Excellent customer service and everything was done with a smile. We will come back just to be served by them. Go see them and tip them real good! They deserve it.

Overpriced games. 17.5 credits for one game that didn't even work. But I give it two stars bc they did give us our credits back with 8 extra. I heard the bowling is better. We did do the laser tag and we had a scheduled time and they told us to wait past that which is weird. Why would that time be available if you knew you had a class scheduled at that time. Overall subpar. Wouldn't go again.

Just tried out this place for the first time and had an absolutely amazing time. I rented the VIP bowling lanes and it delivered. We had a quiet space to ourselves, perfectly accommodating our large party. The food and atmosphere were awesome. Definitely check this place out next time you want a fun family night out.

Fun for all ages! VIP lanes were awesome! Figured out bumpers are available, you just have to work the computer. Made sure to let the family know next to ours. We had our son?s 10th birthday party at Main Event, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Debbie, the party coordinator, did a fantastic job putting everything together seamlessly. Our party host, Monaye, went above and beyond?she was incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. The kids had an absolute blast with the games, and the food was great too. Ryan hetiman I believe that was his name, he had a cool mustache and some incredible muscles but he's is the best waitress I ever had and he treated me and my family good nah not good is not the word I'm looking for I would say AMAZING!!! Monday Madness at Main Event was a great time had by all. My son's birthday was a hit, he, my niece and their friends really enjoyed the arcade section to the fullest with the unlimited game play for only $12.99. Everything was fun, just wish the laser tag was open but either way my families' experience was memorable and we will definitely return .

We came in 5 Apr to celebrate my oldest son's birthday and Shamar was very friendly and helpful. We were at the card machine for quite a while when one of my sons asked Shamar if he'd come and assist. He came over with a great attitude and assisted without an issue. Ryan H. Five stars for the food, but ten stars for the waiter?s biceps! I came here hungry and left feeling weak in the knees?mostly because our server looked like he bench-pressed the entire kitchen staff before his shift. I visited Main Event for the first time 12/24. I simply just came in to look around. I am a 80's video game junkie so I wanted to see ' Was ist los'. LOL. I saw an array of video games and I love the basketball shoot games. There wasn't a large crowd so getting around was very easy. I have nothing negative to report. I'm 18 years old and provided ID and yet I can't come inside a place that advertises arcade games, bowling, and etc. If you don't want people under 21 coming in then why advertise it as if it's children and young adult friendly. Kids pizza the size of a personal pizza you can get at Target and test better. Spinach dip was great and burgers were wonderful! The arcade areas is fun but make sure to ask about which pass you get. Games are separate by plan colored card swipe and rainbow card swipes.

I went with my roommate first time to main event had a great time......couple of games did not work and it took point from me game tech Ariana asked was my first time and was able to help me with my point very friendly and polite. Got the opportunity to try Main Event in Fayetteville today for the first time. We were just taking the kids out for my son?s birthday. The food was pretty good as well as the games. A few games were glitching out on us. That's the only reason for the mark down. Ms Ariana did a great job of working ln the equipment as well as communicating what was wrong and wait time. I had a group of people and went to main event we want to eat and I was told they couldn't seat a party of 20 or more I told them I didn't mind if we was broken up we just wanted to eat. Then I had to speak to the manager she said the same thing but eventually she she said it would be about 30 minutes to to an hour but it ended up up being 1and 30 minutes we did get to sit next to each other but some of us got our orders taken and other didn't service was really bad

Had a great time! We paid, I think, $600 for like 18 kids, adults had to pay for themselves. We got everybody some really tasty pizza, we had a sampler plate, also tasty. Then, we went for Lazer tag, which was, of course, utter chaos and impossible to keep track of any score....so....it was fun. Then 3 more hours of non-stop video games. Best part? It was ok. Food was average. They had no forks. Got 1 person's order wrong twice. Had to keep asking for refills. Took like 10 minutes to pay bill. Games are like typical arcade. Some are out of order or glitchy. Overall might be a fun place to bring family for a fun environment. But for everyone else other restaurants have better food and you'd get more fun at an arcade or playing your video games at home.

We did a fundraiser with main event in August of 2024. I had to call every week for 3 weeks before I finally got somebody to cut us a check around 8 weeks after our fundraiser ended.
