We did not have a good experience here. Several times we would scan our card and it would take credits but not give you any credit on the games. A good number of the games were broken or not fully functional. A majority of the prizes aren't labeled with how many tickets they are and when we asked how much items were we got 2 different answers from different people. The bathrooms were dirty and broken.
We had to wait for a table which took about 20 minutes. After being seated we waited another 5 minutes for a server named, Ariana who gave us menus to view. She left the table, came back another 10 minutes later, took our orders, but never brought any drinks or food back within 55 minutes. I had to go find someone just to get a glass of water. I watched as other parties were seated after us, served, paid, and left the venue while we hadn't received anything. The manager Lena or Lana came over to see what th
Mess in every sense of the word. We made a bowling reservation days in advance (and prepaid) but when we arrived we were told it was not entered in their system. Fortunately they were able to get us lanes, but the tables were filthy. All of the food and drinks from a previous party were still out. After 20 minutes of it sitting there on the table we ended up moving the used cups/plates to a separate table ourselves to make room. In the entire two hours we were here, no one came by to bus the tables or take
Wonderful place for kids so nice and clean!! Stephan was so helpful and the attendant by the prizes she was so great with my son. We had a blast and would highly reccomend another visit! ???? #FamilyFun #KidsDay #Arcade #GoodTimes #Memories #mindfullyintegrative
Great place for a birthday party, or just hang and chill with friends. Caters to everyone's style.
Booked the My Way 2 for my child?s birthday. From the booking process to the event my experience was less than. The sales team is not easy to get in contact with when I had questions regarding my contract prior to signing it. That process alone from booking online to getting the contract finalized took 2 weeks. Once arriving for the child?s party the party street area was not set up and dirty. Floor not swept, tables not wiped off from previous party, and tables not set up. Our host had a hard time stickin
After falling in love with the Main Event in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Main Event Columbia broke my love affair. My eight-year-old daughter and I went around 4pm on a Saturday in February and left with a headache. Here's why: 1) Cost: We can't knock them on the price because we willingly paid, but it is expensive. To maximize our stay, we got a lot of credit for the arcade. Many of the games are rip offs. Your money is thrown at them. 2) Arcade: More than ten games were out of order. A number of them took o
This place is cool but the staff is very hit or miss. We asked two different people for our lane bumpers to be put on and no one ever came around For the entire time we played. The bartenders were also rude and ignored me but kept serving the same people. Some of the arcade games don't recognize the swipe, but they still take your credits. It's just hard to get any help if you need something. It's also dirty most of the prizes aren't labeled with a ticket price so you have to keep going up to ask.
So I want to start this off by saying over about a year or so I've spent around 300$ at this place playing the arcade games. I go with friends after work since this is one of the only places around that are open late, and service + quality has decreased RAPIDLY! I go every two to three months and spend about 100 each time on cards since I forget them when I go, and at first it was only a few games with issues, no big deal I asked for credits back they gave them and all good (but annoying) and it was the sam
Not as good as it used to be. New (worse) management maybe? 1. Had too many machines (five at least for each of the four of us) that would take our credits, then just wouldn't work 2. They scratched off all the ticket prices for prizes, so you have to take each individual item up to the counter and ask how much it costs 3. The prizes are much lower quality now. They just suck and cost way too many tickets for what they're worth. 4. So many BROKEN MACHINES.
Elliot and Luna was amazing. Me and my sister's enter the bar area the were pleasant with a smile on a smile. Every thingbeas great. I will be back
Absolutely disgusting? we came here to bowl and get drinks/food. First, the bartender didn't greet me at all. Her name is Chantell. She finally said something to me 15 minutes later. Probably because she seen me staring at her lol. But then she says, ?it's only cash bar right now. Because our system is down.?.. so i look at my gf and we were just like ?um, okay..? then she comes back and says, ?but i do take cashapp tho.? So guess what? I ordered our shots and cashapped her ??????? even after this transacti
I booked a party for my daughter?s eighth birthday this past Saturday. When I arrived at 4:30 my party attendant gave us a breakdown of the party and took us to our bowling section. We did not see her again until a half hour later when the children were seated for pizza, they messed up the orders for the pizza. I ordered three pizzas have cheese have pepperoni. They brought out one pizza and the other pizza pepperoni. This was at 5:30 PM. They apologize for the mistake however, the second round of pizzas di
Had my son birthday party here over the weekend. I've brought my kids here for their birthday in the past but never did a birthday package until this year. For the money I spent I was highly dissatisfied with the service. We had a host who didn't host, he sat in the back with his friends and we had to continuously go get him. The kids had to rush and eat so we could rush and sing happy birthday before it was the time to clear the tables. I didnt receive everything that came with my package and had to go to
Let me start this review with honesty. We had a birthday party for 14 kids yesterday . Upon arriving, we were greeted with no organization skills. The host did apologize multiple times which I completely commend him for, but it was still unacceptable. I understand that you guys are short, but it was pretty much us having to ask other people for things because he was never around. The whole entire experience, we will never be back for a party again, very unorganized. We still tipped the host, even though hon
We came for a group event and unfortunately were not treated as special as in other places where I have been. The food was abundant and was kept hot but the servers seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than attending to our group. To be fair our group was a bit older and not really in sync with the vibe of the place but the staff didn't help to bridge that gap. For younger groups it's highly recommended but not quite the place for a team building experience.
Temu Dave and Busters Kid?s casino where the house not only always wins, but thinks giving you credits on swipe cards that you can only use on site, are a solution to the inconveniences. The food was good though.
Talk about the worst food ever. God food poisoning and my friend too after a party last night we also ordered wings burger and fries pickles. Was throwing up my guts all night. The food at that place should be called the health department. Let's not even talk about the machines taking credits and not able to pay. Worst dirty bathrooms Ever I used in my life after telling staff the bathrooms are nasty more than a few times spent hours there nothing was done about it. Waited an hour for food and drinks.
Had a great dining experience at Main Event! Our waiter, Jamie, was absolutely amazing?attentive, accommodating, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The food was good and it came out impressively fast. What really stood out was the service. The manager, Kyle, was extremely professional and ensured everything ran smoothly. It's clear that customer service is a priority here. Will definitely be back for the excellent hospitality!
Had an event for our kids, completely disorganized. When I arrived I noticed 1 person working the front desk, online reservations, and the gift shop at the same time, completely holding up the line. I noticed that was a theme, they seemed extremely understaffed to the point some people thought I worked here, at some point I felt like I worked their because of their lack of staff in the gift shop I had to chaperone 5 kids at a time while I had other kids from my site to check on. Staff are standoffish which
My party host was Johnathan. Right from the beginning he insulted me- I had a vape in my hand (which he pointed out). He proceeded to warn me that their facility does not allow smoking inside and mentioned that they found it ?sketchy? and that there were ?police officers outside as well? - insinuating that I was getting high inside their business. First of all, I'm an intelligent grown woman. Of course I wasn't smoking inside, nor was I getting high. Second of all, he is rude as hell for even mentioning it.
Nice atmosphere but service was not what I'd hoped for. Lanes were not functioning properly (bumpers did not lower, and lane was stuck for almost 20 minutes of our paid play time). The service was quite slow, but this is understandable, since it was a busy Saturday.
We entered the establishment and waiting 20 minutes for someone to greet and seat us. Then another 20-30 to get service. None of the bathroom paper towel dispensers were functional and only one soap dispenser was working. The bartender was getting HAMMERED by complaints, which she handled with grace and kindness. It took another customer asking to get the dirty tables around us cleaned. Our table had a large sticky spot. The only way to describe the place was a disaster. I felt terrible for our hardworking,
Dysfunctional and unorganized. Needs more staff! One, yes at one point there was only one person working the entry, bowling, and points redemption line causing major delays. Bowling reservations weren't being upheld. Paid for the all you can play but that only included the laser tag and Bowling. My 5 year old wasn't even tall enough for the laser tag. You will need to keep adding money to play the games. Once we got go the Bowling, we wanted to order food but there were no servers on staff at 1pm. Not a gre
Our church game group came to bowl and Jae and Mike at the desk were soooooo helpful! They really made our entire day! We couldn't have had this much fun without them.
Nice location the crowd is cool. Definitely not a chucke e cheese crowd. Great games. Bowling to the laser tag. They should add more hoops aka basketball machines. The prices can be expensive unless you catch a special. I usually go at night and let the kids burn their energy out before dinner and home
Chris, was super helpful , he let me know when the laser tag game was getting started , found me while I was playing with my son , my son loved it , and right after my bowling reservation was ready , this is the 3rd time I've came and he's always been super helpful . So this time I decided to do a review , 1am on a weekend and , he's still very diligent in his service ! This place is lucky to have him !
The staff were very kind but the facility itself was horrible. Came with a friend to play games and more than half of the machines did not work. Sometimes we swiped the card and it would take the credits but would not start. It was also dirty.. drink spills everywhere, food crumbs, papers etc. It was just frustrating trying to have a good time. We already wasting money on playing games but for them not to work, was even worse.
This place is falling apart, a lot of the games are out of order but there's no signage, there are no prices listed in the prize shop so you have to bring any item to the counter to see if you have enough points for it. We had to hunt down someone and ask to have a server sent our way to order food when bowling, still no one came. Eventually we flagged down another employee who took our order but it only came out after we were almost finished with our lane. Not enough people are working, and some are super
Chris was supper excellent and was so nice! He showed us so much hospitality and he was very knowledgeable about what the children could do with their points that they won on their cards. Very friendly and easy to talk to! Customer service was out of this work with Chris! Just because of him I will be returning back!
We were told to seat ourselves and quickly ordered an appetizer and drinks (soda and bar flight). Pretzel sticks were good but took 30mins. The bar drinks never came after 30mins, so we canceled those. The sodas we received were wrong/bad. The service was so incredibly awful. I felt bad for the one server who was running the entire table sat section. The manager should be ashamed that they were not supporting her at all.
If you enjoy chaos, this is the place for you!! Incredibly loud, even in the restroom. We arrived early for our party, but there was no one at the check-in table. I wandered around looking for any staff member and ad to go almost into the kitchen to find someone. We were directed to the other end of the venue to check in. When we got to the counter, they couldn't find our reservation. This was eventually sorted out. We were shorted two of the eight pizzas ordered for our party, which they gave us lat
My sister and I went to the Main Event in Columbia today to Bowl. We had a great time. I want to give a shout out to Stephen. He was wonderful. My sister is special needs and he made a point to talk to her and ask her how her day was going. So many people just ignore her when we go out. I also want to give a shout out to Kyle the manager that stopped to see if we needed anything. The place was clean and well kept up. The staff very nice and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely go back. Ju
The food was pretty good nachos amazing??. Our server was a little weird I think it was I guess stress. We had a little problem with a drink but nothing big. It was fun the arcade all the games worked everybody minded their own business I had a great time.
I was extremely excited to take my brother and family/friends to Main Event for his birthday this year. Some of us had been there a few times and had an amazing experience, but after this visit I'm not sure if I will return. I went on a Sat so I expected it to be a little busy but it was ridiculous. We waited to be seated to eat for 30 minutes, which was fine, but when our party sat at about 7pm we were told the last party ate most of the food ?? and in fact I saw McDonald's boxes behind me. They also info
Overall, our visit to Main Event was a delightful experience, showcasing vibrant atmospherics and well-maintained gaming amenities. The absence of servers to assist us was a bit off-putting, however, it didn't significantly detract from the fun-filled evening. Pros: - Our main activities, bowling and shuffleboard, were fantastic and well-kept, providing an enjoyable experience. - The vibrant colours and cleanliness of the bowling lanes and arcade made Main Event an exciting, inviting environment to be in.
Great Service & Atmosphere! 10/10 experience. Mr. Stephen at the bowl desk was extremely helpful and kind and gave us all the information we needed. Truly a wonderful person and had a great attitude. To anyone higher up in management please give Stephen some appreciation and recognition for his efforts and excellent work. ????
We stopped in with my daughter and her friends. Always gun to play the games. Got the special kids drinks. Told to go to the bar, but poor bar worker didn't know how to make them. Let us know she was going to get someone to teach her. But, oh my, they need to change the recipe. They are wayyyyy too sweet. Kids only drank half.
I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Phil at Main Event, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience! From the moment I walked in, Phil greeted me with a friendly smile and an incredibly positive attitude. His energy was contagious, and it truly set the tone for an amazing visit. Phil went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Whether it was helping us navigate the arcade, giving us tips on the best games to play, or ensuring we had everything we needed for our tim
I was planning on spending my 65th birthday with my younger grandchildren and chose this place as an option while scrolling on facebook. I am soooo happy I read the reviews before going . The concept and advertising are exceptional, I'm sorry but I won't be considering this place .?? I hope they fix these issues , THE PLACE SEEMS SO FUN ?. Minus the employees and their non existent work enthusiasm
Very similar to Dave and Busters but they seem to have a smaller selection of games. We're big fans of claw machines and they didn't have that many. The prizes in the claw machines were either tickets or substandard plushies. They seemed understaffed for a Saturday afternoon -- I waited in line for about 20 minutes to request a bowling lane. At times it seemed the staff was aloof to issues. The guy at the bowling counter, however, was working his tail off. The pizza was pretty good. The place was clean.
This rating is purely on the service and wait time. I had a reservation at 4 on 3/29/25. We got there and there was no one to check us in. We walked around everywhere and finally the bar. The waitress told us to pick a table and walk back up to give the bartender your order..Not!! I don't work there. I need a waitress. This was not McDonald's! All of the tables were dirty. We sat down and a waitress came over. I had to ask her to wipe the table. She did and wipes the crumbs in my lap. Honest mistake and she
At first I thought my experience was great. It started off great at least. I booked a birthday party for my daughter which included 1 hour of bowling 1 hour at the birthday table laser tag and game play. We ended up starting bowling late which was cool in all but looking back that wasn't even our fault. Once it was time to move to the table the host came and told us the food wasn't ready. I informed him that it would be a point to move everyone if the food wasn't ready because our table limit was only an
Our experience started off a little shaky, waiting for a server for about 10 mins and then the order coming out wrong but Christian - who I may mention wasn't our direct server but jumped in and was willing and trying to expedite everything for us. When all else failed he brought Lina the manager into the situation to make her aware of what when on. Lina offered us 2 cards for 2 free hours of free play. 10/10 service, ask for Christian for your waiter, he'll make the experience worth it!!! Will be coming
We had our daughter?s 4th birthday party at Main event yesterday and Lina was our party host. She helped us so much and was awesome! She is seriously the best person I have ever had help us with any previous parties anywhere. Best customer service, top tier!! She made us not have to worry about anything.
Came here in a Tuesday and was surprised at how reasonably priced it was. They have an all you can play pass too. Mikey S was polite and explained everything to us . Will come back
I went to Main Event on 3/22. We purchased the all day play wrist bands which was a complete waste. We were there from 2:30- 7 pm, once we left I received a text that the bowling lane was available. We did laser tag twice in that time due to parties being given priority, the dining area is first come first serve, there is no time limit for the length of time you can stay at a table. We waited 2.5 hours for a table. Some tables had guest bags and coats but the guest were playing games and using tables as loc
Kevin is a great server and very attentive and will deffinetly will look for him next time we come back. Great experience.
This was our first time here. We drove almost 2 hours from VA and we were welcomed by Chris. Chris was truly an angel! Very kind, professional and patient with my family and I. He made all 4 of my children?s night with his customer service. Chris, thank you so much again. This place is so much fun and everyone was very attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend and we will be coming back without a doubt!
Monday I took two young men here. The guy at the register was so confusing. We explained that we wanted our boys to do laser tag and play games he then assisted or so we thought but what he asked us to pay for we thought included everything we asked for only for me to have to pay more because we got none of what we asked for. The employees should be clear on the products offered.
I had a wonderful experience at Main Event in Columbia, MD on Sunday. The cocktails were delicious. Vee was so much fun and provided me with outstanding service. She is an exceptional bartender and I can't wait to go back!
Family and I arrived 15 minutes before 12:00 to get the deal the line was 30 people long and by the time we got to the counter 45 minutes later they said they can no longer honor the deal. They also then informed us that there is a two and a half hour wait for bowling we wanted to reserve but didn't stick around you could not get a refund. After requesting the manager a person return 5 seconds later and said manager will also not honor the deal.
There was a dead mouse under our seats. Smelled horrible, like a dead animal. They did not believe us until we showed it to them. The bowling lane we were assigned was broken and we needed to hunt down staff ro reset it three separate times. No attempt at customer service. Would not recommend.
What a fun time. This bowling alley has an arcade also. The food is good. Takes a bit to get out but I've gone on busy nights. They have specials I believe for specific days or events. Nice date spot as well. Right in Columbia so there's plenty to do before or after.
Main Event was fabulous for my son?s 14th Birthday/8th grade graduation. We got there late due to traffic and they gave us extra time to do all the activities I paid for. Amber, who was our hostess, was kind, friendly and attentive. They were Incredibly short staffed but that didn't take the smile off Ambers face. For $200 we got 3.5 hours of unlimited play time between bowling, laser tag and the arcade. A Buffett of food and unlimited fountain drinks for 6 teens and in my eyes is a great value. I definitel
Our host was incredible. Stephan was very helpful with everything I needed. I definitely recommend booking your birthdays here. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great!
Came in for bowling but was met with a wait list. ? pay now and get a text when lane is available? I was told. Text never came. When I went to get a refund was told that they could put me in a lane right away. At this point I was ready to go and asked for a refund. Guy said let me get the manager and manager said let me get you a free bowling card for next time. To which I responded I don't what that I just want a refund. Management got a bit of attitude and funky give my refund back after a brief exchang
This place has gone down hill!!!! The rewards shops has no prices and is completely a mess. No one and I mean no one had answers to any of my questions. Like hey how much longer for our food? We ordered waters and got them after the food came. It was a nightmare and it used to be awesome.
Came here on a Saturday night with kids and boy was it a nightmare. The customer service was terrible. Most of the staff lack proper training in customer service. Came to the dinning room area and after not being acknowledged I realized that I need to go to the bar. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes without acknowledgment until I got up and made a fuss to someone who didn't work in said area. All the employees were too busy on their phones having side bar conversations that they didn't have time to cater to pa
Went on a Saturday afternoon wasn't to crowded, My 6 year old Loved it. Brought a $25 game card which lasted him the entire day. Most games uses about 7 points from a game card. We also dined there, wait is a bit long but they only had one waitress.
The experience did not match the cost. It was ok. The issue for me was the cleanliness. It's visible that all games need to be cleaned and the condition of the bathroom was HORRIBLY DIRTY. Seems It needs to be cleaned every hour with the traffic that comes in. Then the games, some games did not work properly, or was just out of order.
The people who work here do not want to be here. Lazy, incompetent people work here. The bowling lane got stuck and we asked for help several times. The front counter said they would send someone but no one showed up. We waited for half an hour and ended up leaving.
This place is better than I expected! I was thinking it was a bowling place but is more similar to Dave & Busters, but a smaller version of it. They have restaurant, space for birthday parties, you can play games, bowling, pool, unlimited laser tag or sit around and wait for the kids. Everybody in the family can have fun here. Down side: We came here to play bowling but the waiting time was over two hours. Then we decided to play pool and they said they had people in the waiting list, So we ended up playing
Horrible don't go!!! Standing in here now, thats how much this is pissing me off. Dirty, I mean really dirty, a bunch of teens run this place unorganized, trash everywhere. And when you go into the store part to redeem game points, nothing is labeled nobody is working the register. Trash all on floor. You just wait and wait and wait. Nobody is actively out on the floor cleaning up.
Prices for bowling was cheaper than bowlero. During play, the machine resetting pins was glitching and sometimes took too long to reset. Maybe it was just our lane #15. Order pretzels sticks, loaded fries, a couple of burgers and a large pizza. Food took forever to come out, over 45 minutes late. They weren't very busy. We didn't get our loaded fries, how long does it take to fry it up??? Pretzels didn't really taste like pretzel, more like baked dough. Pizza and burgers were good. Unlimited bowling
Carolina made my night as she waa very professional after feeling beer overwhelmed. I truly wish there are more hard working and dedicated people like her who work there. i would come back just for her. Thank you for your impeccable service.
Stephen greeted us at the bowling counter. He was genuinely kind, knowledgeable and courteous. And his explanation of the pricing structure somehow made us excited about spending our money! Kudos to Stephen and the other staff.
I sat at the bar with friends and our bartender name was Brianna who was absolutely amazing!!! She was very detail oriented, memory was immaculate. I was really impressed at our attentive she was. She's definitely a keeper!!
I mainly visited this location for my kids to burn some energy. I would like to point the uber professionalism of Mr. Chris who was working at the front desk near the entrance. He was able to assist and provide customer service in a timely manner, which help prevent build-up at the guest services line.
Wow this place was a dump. Bathrooms were a MESS no soap, toilet paper everywhere, stains all over seats, no sanitary bags. The worst thing was I told the front about it and they said, ?well take care of that asap.? Finished bowling 1hr later not a single thing was done or person seeing to it, still no soap. When we bowled our section hadn't been bussed, empty beer bottles everywhere, bowling shoes all over the floor and several groups showed up to play with a similar mess. Husband ordered a bacon double ch
fun place but they let us pay 300 dollars without telling us they were closing the kitchen so we couldn't eat nor drink. We had to find that out on our own and they still had yet to come to our table to check up on us or anything. i've literally been wanting to come here for so long and they disappointed.
Just wanted to give a glowing shoutout to Cody! We had several members with disabilities come in and he showed nothing but kindness and compassion. He went above and beyond to ensure our members had a great unique experience. You're a godsend. We can't thank you enough. From your new friend, the guy with ?farts in a can?
We didn't eat here, but we were helped by Chriss at the customer service desk and he was absolutely incredible. Super attentive, super knowledgeable, and very professional. I would definitely come back he made our experience.
Hi I went to main event today for a field trip and I was not impressed at all. first the game cards to use then only work for few minutes and then you have to redeem or buy another card which is more money I thought they would last half the day like Dave and busters but sadly no and I don't have enough money as it is to pay on my own especially using my own money up no way! also they have fountain drinks and soda which is amazing! but the ice thing doesn't work how? it looks like their is ice all in the tra
Celebrated my Son?s 14th Birthday Party here and He said it was the best party he's ever had. I purchased the Teen All Access package (12-16 y/o) at $29.99 per guest and includes a choice of pizza or sliders and boneless wings each served with FF, doughnuts and unlimited fountain drinks. It was the absolute best decision since the teens had unlimited game and activity access. The food also exceeded my expectations. A huge shoutout to our host Jeremiah who went above and beyond to make our first experience u
We had a teenager birthday party here. It was ok. The kids did laser tag which was fun. The food was basic. The virtual reality machines had issues being broken or with the masks being painful and loose. The kids still enjoyed the arcade and had fun despite the flaws.
If I could forego any rating, I would. My sister hosted a birthday party here for my 7 year old niece, and the customer service was the worst I've ever seen in an establishment. Luckily for kids, they had fun with the games. We had a private room, decorated very nice but the service was the pits. They discarded food without even warning us or asking if we wanted anything before removing it. Told us they had another party after ours so we needed to begin to wrap up and no other party came after ours. We stay
Came to play some bowling. When we got to our lane, the bumpers were up. I went to the desk to ask to put the bumpers down. Waited 5 minutes and nothing happened. Asked a 2nd time and waited 5 minutes and no one came. Went a 3rd time and after about 3 minutes someone put the bumpers down. That process was a bit frustrating. The other thing was that it seemed that the wood at the bowling was making the balls curve a lot more than they normally would curve. Not sure if there was some substance out there midw
Love this place!! Really helps survive the long days when there's no school. ?? Stephen went over and beyond to help. Very nice and made our experience extra special.
The parent organization at my children?s school hosted an event here and Lina was our host. She was very attentive and provided amazing customer service. Our group raved about how smooth our event went.
Normally, I have great experience, but Feb 2025 had the worst service. Had to beg for food, hunt for host often with poor service. Did not get utensils for 20 minutes after food was served. Prizes are not labeled, and front counter people just stare into space and ignore customers.
We went to a birthday party here and had a great time. The facility was clean, and there were a lot of things to do, especially if you had children. So, it puts you in mind of a Dave N Busters. It was cool, and the location is right next to Columbia Mall.
The man who checked us in was wonderful. He clearly explained what we could get for our money and how to have the most fun. We are a class of students who are disabled and he was extremely helpful to us. We bowled and ate and bowled. It was wonderful.Yay for him and yay for you.
Absolutely horrible service. Started bowling, but wanted to get food before the kitchen closed. Around 12 o'clock, tried to get the waiter, someone said that they were gonna come around after their table, asked again and still didnt come. Had the nerve to clean up the table next to us but still not come. Im an amazing tipper so at this point didnt even eant his service. They still didn't come period so then I went to the bar to get food before it closed. The bartender was alittle busy bit clearly saw me, ha
Came here to celebrate my son?s 8th birthday, and everything was perfect! The food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was just right. Huge shoutout to Aniyah and Tashan for making the experience even better? and for their outstanding service; they were attentive, friendly, and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
Lina and Kelise were awesome! Kelise made sure everything ran smoothly for my son?s birthday celebration and Lina was super friendly and always making herself available!
Wouldn't be able to speak for food seeing as though the server never acknowledged us during our hour session. It's not that he didn't see us but just decided to avoid us and not address/ greet us. We came at 10pm with a pre-booked slot, no service. I asked the guy at the front and was asked did I try to get his attention? I work at a bar and that's my job to be attentive to guests that come in. No one has to ?flag me down? nor get my attention. So I guess after a certain time it's just left up to luck if yo
HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE. From the bowling staff, to the waitress, to the laser tag gentleman. They were all so helpful and attentive. They made my son's birthday such a great experience. My family thanks you all so much for such a great day. Thank you Main Event and team! You guys were amazing.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
