Took my son here for the first time for his Birthday, it was an all around great experience. The arcade was awesome and the customer service was excellent. One of the managers ?Angela? was very kind and helpful when I was having issues with my game cards.

Go here all the time with my son. We have so much fun in the arcade. We don't spend much money, he gets lots of tickets and the games are fun. We particularly love Angry birds.

Lovely environment, always good times when I come here with my family and friends. Will never forget when I won a PS4 here!

This was our first time here. I am a mom and brought six kids so I was a little confused on how all of the wristbands and pricing went, but I have to say Grace went above and beyond and helped me out. She was super sweet and fixed my mistake. Aidan was also great and the kids had a blast doing laser tag!! We will be back because of them!!

I took the kids to Main Event for bowling and dinner, and we all had a great time. It was a nice place for them to enjoy themselves. Both my son and daughter had a fantastic experience. Can't say enough about our server Skyler today one of the best there. I'm part of a winter league on Wednesday and she is always the best checking on all of us to ensure we have what we always need. She's great and even remembers drinks that we normally have. Should train some of the other staff to do the same.

Bowling was great! Had lots of fun. I do not recommend getting anything from their food services though. We were left asking for service and when I asked for the menu, my family and I were heavily judged and didn't get our drinks for 25mins!!! The waitress was very rude and was sassy almost to the point that I wasn't going to order anything. When paying, she tipped herself and didn't show me the tip screen at all! Isn't that stealing? Me and my family loved the experience they have a variety of things you can do the restaurant there is awesome we ordered this giant ice cream as a treat for our kids it was 16 dollars but was worth every penny to see the excitement in their eyes we all shared it. I would definitely recommend taking your family here for a day of fun but it's mostly met for older kids so I'd say probably 5 and up. But they do offer bowling as well but we haven't had the chance to try it yet. We look forward to going back.

Very disappointing experience. We booked two lanes for 11 people and were very surprised with how bad the service was. Felt like false advertisement. We went there with my daughter on a Monday at 4 pm to use the all you can play promotion. I checked their website before to read all terms and conditions. Once we got there, there were several other conditions not listed. You could only play certain arcades, not all of them (several were restricted). I'm sorry but I don't get the hype. This is what 80$ looked like. EIGHTY dollars. This was an event we attended where the bowling was provided (not by main event) so I can't imagine spending 100$+ here and ever returning. The bowling was? bowling. We came to Main Event for Mother?s Day and had a horrible experience. We ordered the Slider Platter while bowling and were served completely raw chicken, dangerously undercooked. When we brought it to the staff?s attention, the manager offered us a pathetic $6 discount and told us we needed to ?compromise? because they had a business to run. Absolutely unacceptable. We went to Main Event last weekend and it was crazy busy for a bowling lane so we decided to order food while we waited. Once we were seated, the manager came over and took our order because the rest of the waiting staff was super busy with other orders and even comp?d us two $5 arcade play cards for the kids. Dennis and Heidi help manage a bowling league on Sundays that is one of my favorite things to do with my closest friends!! They are open to everyone and the staff is always amazing! The managers here will solve any issue and make sure everyone has fun.

Dirty. Broken and rigged games. Food came out extremely late. Staff were ok. Food was good but they forgot some items. Not worth the price. Minimum $50 to bowl? Nah. Hard pass. I've been here a few times. Gets worse each time. ... and no, I'm not filling out any surveys or anything. You had your chance, many times. You lost a few customers tonight.

I've been to main event a few times and have gone with friends/family. The food is tasty, staff is really nice and the atmosphere is great! Be ready for a fun night with your loved ones. Highly recommend.

Good place for families to have some fun. They were extremely busy. The wait staff did inform people that the food orders were an hour behind. I would suggest to the wait staff to put a name on the ticket so the order goes to the right person. Leave someone at your table to guard your food so it doesn't come up missing when they clear off the finished dishes. I'll go back.

Morgan and Julie were amazing. They got us everything we needed to keep two 8 year olds happy.

We had fun. But when we asked about the birthday parties if we could shift lanes, they denied us. Then that family over took our table, so it made a really crowded. I would suggest moving parties away from other person that I've been there for a while or shifting lanes. Not sure I'll come back

It's easy to blow through money fast here (over $100 with the kids in 45 minutes). But there are a lot of things to do and a huge variety of prices available. They have laser tag, bowling, and a restaurant to go with the plethora of games.

We had to wait over an hour to get a lane with many lanes not being used (broken). While waiting we sat at the bar and waited another 15 minutes to order two drinks. This place absolutely crushes the Dave & Buster's in town. You get your money's worth here. The customer service is on point, and the food and drinks are way better. We have always loved coming here. Ever since it was the summit. We are veterans of this place BUT the experience today for my son's B day blew us away. We showed up with no reservation and 15+ people coming. We just asked if they could help us with a place to sit. The team went massively out of their way to accommodate us with the full b day experience even though we didn't reserve it. Laid us out a place in the restaurant, with our own wait staff (Morgan is amazing) and gave us 10 games cards on the house

The laser tag was mostly inoperable, and we could not get a refund. Bowling was comical as the pin setter constantly would drop anywhere from 1 to 4 pins. Food was decent. People were nice.

Soon to be known as "Main Event," they have already changed for the better in bits and pieces thus far. The old game cards will need to be traded in for an exchange of the newer cards involving their new system which charges less for the arcades allowing more bang for your buck. A few new arcades are already present as well. I look forward to the new operation to see what they have to offer, considering the fact that The Summit was doing a fine job. I hope to see that nothing changes for the worst.

Great Trunk or Treat at Main Event today! Heidi is always amazing and has been for 8 years of birthday parties, bowling leagues and overall being a great person! We always come back and always will, our favorite fun spot forever in our hearts. Matt at the bar made my day with fun drinks and food. Had a very nice time at the Summit. Went during half price games and lazer tag on a Wednesday. The more you load on the game cards the more bonus dollars you earn. For example, bought a $30 card and got $5 extra! The points won on games go onto the card automatically so there's no need for tickets!
