Customer Reviews

Took my son here for the first time for his Birthday, it was an all around great experience. The arcade was awesome and the customer service was excellent. One of the managers ?Angela? was very kind and helpful when I was having issues with my game cards.

Go here all the time with my son. We have so much fun in the arcade. We don't spend much money, he gets lots of tickets and the games are fun. We particularly love Angry birds.

Lovely environment, always good times when I come here with my family and friends. Will never forget when I won a PS4 here!

This was our first time here. I am a mom and brought six kids so I was a little confused on how all of the wristbands and pricing went, but I have to say Grace went above and beyond and helped me out. She was super sweet and fixed my mistake. Aidan was also great and the kids had a blast doing laser tag!! We will be back because of them!!

Kaylee and Julie were awesome! Truly made our experience at Main Event unforgettable! Can't wait to come back again and I recommend anyone looking for a fun place to relax and unwind to certainly try this place out. Trust me you will not regret it!

I took the kids to Main Event for bowling and dinner, and we all had a great time. It was a nice place for them to enjoy themselves. Both my son and daughter had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and our server was excellent. Our meals were delivered quickly. I highly recommend this place!

Great service and Food! Olivia was very attentive! Everybody is friendly. We always have a great time when we come here. Loaded fries are the best!

Our server Jose was amazing and took excellent care of us. The food and drinks were delicious! The manager on duty, Julie, stopped by throughout our visit to ensure everything was going smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Main Event and will definitely be back.

Can't say enough about our server Skyler today one of the best there. I'm part of a winter league on Wednesday and she is always the best checking on all of us to ensure we have what we always need. She's great and even remembers drinks that we normally have. Should train some of the other staff to do the same.

Everything was perfect. We came here last minute for my daughter?s sweet 16. Dennis and jason were awesome!!!! There were 12 of us traveling from Louisiana on a family vacation. They made our night perfect!! Thanks again. We will be back.

If you're looking for a place to have fun come here. They have many options to play the arcade, lazer tag and bowling. We came to bowl tonight at the main event to celebrate a birthday. . The staff was friendly and made our experience for our family amazing. We will be back again.

Service was really good, server was really nice and same with manager. This place is really cheap especially for people wanting a bowling lane with a few friends or family. The only issue I would say I have is the bowling area. Me and my friend went just to have some fun because why not and when we would hit our pins down the thing that resets your pins up would knock over some of our pins and then it wouldn't count for our score (you would basically be bowling at nothing and if you missed where that pin no

Bowling was great! Had lots of fun. I do not recommend getting anything from their food services though. We were left asking for service and when I asked for the menu, my family and I were heavily judged and didn't get our drinks for 25mins!!! The waitress was very rude and was sassy almost to the point that I wasn't going to order anything. When paying, she tipped herself and didn't show me the tip screen at all! Isn't that stealing? That is the second time this has happened here. Don't order food or drink

Me and my family loved the experience they have a variety of things you can do the restaurant there is awesome we ordered this giant ice cream as a treat for our kids it was 16 dollars but was worth every penny to see the excitement in their eyes we all shared it. I would definitely recommend taking your family here for a day of fun but it's mostly met for older kids so I'd say probably 5 and up. But they do offer bowling as well but we haven't had the chance to try it yet. We look forward to going back.

This place is perfect for adults and kids to have fun all the staff are so friendly and helpful here I am definitely coming to this place again with my family.

Great time! Thank you Morgan for taking care of our family as we enjoyed a meal during bowling! Thank you Julie for all the fun in your game area! We'll be back soon!

We had a great 8th birthday party today, with Julie manager to help us with whatever we needed, as well as Kayla to serve us. The team went way above and beyond making our day very special! Our guests were very impressed as well! Many thanks for a great job by all the staff!!

Had a work event here, very affordable. Great for adults and kids. Food, drinks, and service was great

Julie is amazing!! She is dedicated, kind, and persistent - and always made sure we were taken care of. You can rely on her and she brings energy and fun!!!!!!!

Very disappointing experience. We booked two lanes for 11 people and were very surprised with how bad the service was. We arrived 5 minutes before the reservation and proceeded to the desk only to be told by the lady at the front desk that we are early (it was 5:56pm and reservations were for 6pm) and to come back at the reservation time? Okay no problem. We stood there for 3 minutes for absolutely no reason. We check in and get lane 9 and lane 10 for our reservation. Once we arrive a server swings by and

Felt like false advertisement. We went there with my daughter on a Monday at 4 pm to use the all you can play promotion. I checked their website before to read all terms and conditions. Once we got there, there were several other conditions not listed. You could only play certain arcades, not all of them (several were restricted). You had to pay for bowling separate (although there was happy hour going on). Laser Tag also needed to be paid separate. So in the end, you end up spending way more money so you c

The team was great. This was my husband and my first time here. We got the birthday package with food, game, bowling, pool and laser tag and got more for our money. The general manager was fantastic.

Kami Rusinak was great today - helped us put together an awesome last minute event! Pizza was great. Our server, Molly, and other assistants with shoes and drink station and Alex at the bar (refills) were great too! We have a blast and service made it even better!

I'm sorry but I don't get the hype. This is what 80$ looked like. EIGHTY dollars. This was an event we attended where the bowling was provided (not by main event) so I can't imagine spending 100$+ here and ever returning. The bowling was? bowling. I'd rather take my money else where. Have a nicer dinner out and go somewhere else to bowl. The plate of wings, with 7 tiny on the plate? was 17$. So pissed we could have spent that much money on a lovely dinner somewhere else. Moral of the story?save your money.

Super fun and family friendly! This location always has amazing deals and great customer service. Ask for Angela, she will take great care of you! Would definitely recommend!

We came to Main Event for Mother?s Day and had a horrible experience. We ordered the Slider Platter while bowling and were served completely raw chicken, dangerously undercooked. When we brought it to the staff?s attention, the manager offered us a pathetic $6 discount and told us we needed to ?compromise? because they had a business to run. Absolutely unacceptable. Serving raw chicken is a serious health risk, and the lack of accountability or professionalism was shocking. We spent a lot of money here and

We went to Main Event last weekend and it was crazy busy for a bowling lane so we decided to order food while we waited. Once we were seated, the manager came over and took our order because the rest of the waiting staff was super busy with other orders and even comp?d us two $5 arcade play cards for the kids. The food was really good too.. the hot honey pizza was delicious and they were able to out it on cauliflower crust for gluten allergies!

The food was amazing as well as the exceptional service provided by Kaylee. Julie was helpful in making our bowling experience so much fun...fixing the pins and resetting the lane when needed.

We recently had our daughter's and her best friends 13th bday party there! It was amazing from the food to the bowling lazer tag and arcade!!!! Would recommend this venue for everyone looking to have stress free fun!!! A special shout out to manager Tim who went out of his way to make our day fantastic! Also to our server Yasmin who was so patient and attentive despite all our crazy teens! Thank you both!

I had my daughter's birthday party there and the kids had so much fun. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I would recommend 100%. Shout out to HIEDI...she is awesome

Main Event made planning and hosting my daughter?s birthday party so easy! This is the second year I've hosted her party at Main Event. I don't have to do anything except show up and pay. My daughter and her friends had so much fun. Julie and Bryce were super attentive and made sure we had everything we ordered, knew what time things were happening, explained where to find everything, and brought out extra plates, utensils, and refills without even being asked. I highly recommend using Main Event for your p

Killer service and killer bowling lanes, fun for a large group without breaking the bank, the manager was even kind enough to add time to our lane near closing time.

Julie, Shannon and Kaylee are great. Great service very friendly and courteous. Thanks Julie you have a great staff

Such a welcoming place for the whole family, with lots of fun stuff to keep the kids entertained! The manager Julie is amazing... She truly cares about the customers, and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service and really puts her all into the job that she does,, The bar staff were friendly and knowledgeable on their cocktails. Would def recommend!!!!!

Fun bowling and incredible funnel cake fries 10/10 experience and sweet servers.

Our server Jason was absolutely amazing. He is such a lovely spirit and made our experience the best!!! 10/10

Dennis and Heidi help manage a bowling league on Sundays that is one of my favorite things to do with my closest friends!! They are open to everyone and the staff is always amazing! The managers here will solve any issue and make sure everyone has fun.

Dirty. Broken and rigged games. Food came out extremely late. Staff were ok. Food was good but they forgot some items. Not worth the price. Minimum $50 to bowl? Nah. Hard pass. I've been here a few times. Gets worse each time. ... and no, I'm not filling out any surveys or anything. You had your chance, many times. You lost a few customers tonight.

I've been to main event a few times and have gone with friends/family. The food is tasty, staff is really nice and the atmosphere is great! Be ready for a fun night with your loved ones. Highly recommend.

Good place for families to have some fun. They were extremely busy. The wait staff did inform people that the food orders were an hour behind. I would suggest to the wait staff to put a name on the ticket so the order goes to the right person. Leave someone at your table to guard your food so it doesn't come up missing when they clear off the finished dishes. I'll go back.

Morgan and Julie were amazing. They got us everything we needed to keep two 8 year olds happy.

We had fun. But when we asked about the birthday parties if we could shift lanes, they denied us. Then that family over took our table, so it made a really crowded. I would suggest moving parties away from other person that I've been there for a while or shifting lanes. Not sure I'll come back

Julie and Angela were great! They worked together to help my family and I and our friends! I would highly recommend this place, they have excellent and chill service:)

I love the full-sized pool tables here. Julie, the manager is awesome and so compensating! The sliders hit!

This play is so fun. I had a great time here. Definitely a great place to spend time with friends, Highly Recommend. Julie is the best manager!!!

Wow! You don't have to wait at the bar, they have Servers at the bowling lanes!!! Ask for Jose, he's So Awesome! Angie makes The Best drinks and Julie is the Super Cute Manager! I will spend a Lot of time here cuz it's So FUN!!! YAY

The experience of main events has been extra extraordinary, their staff, including managers and servers truly go above and beyond for their customers!!!! Definitely the place to go!!!!

Julie and Alex were phenomenal! Alex made sure the night was fun and care free, loved her service! The food and drinks were amazing!

Had a blast with the kiddos! Food was good didn't do much so can only vouch for bowling and video games... and was top notch the server was great called himself the hippie guy... great fun filled personality... would definitely recommend ??

I am VERY disappointed with my visits tonight! If you do not want to read closely they will shove their whole hand in your behind! The issue is not the money it's about how everything was just so unprofessional and super dissatisfying! So first when we were making an online reservation so we could book the Sunday $9.99 deal, which has never been an ?in-person deal only.? I have been a loyal customer since the establishment was summit and it was advertised online. Once we went to make a reservation and did

Paid for 1 hour of bowling, didn't receive our food until after the 1 hour mark. We were told that we could extend our play at anytime. There were no timers telling us when our time was up. When the hour finished, we still hadn't received our food and when requesting to extend our time, we were told we couldn't. We were told the only option would be to wait for our food to arrive and then move it to a table at the restraunt. Instead of allowing us to finish our food at the lane, we had two members of the st

Food was typical bar food but the Brussel sprouts were good. Atmosphere was fun! Our server Zach was on top of our big party.

Great for bowling, laser tag and arcade games! Definitely a bit pricey but a good time to be had. I enjoyed eating and bowling. The kids really liked the games. You feel a bit rushed but overall it's a cool experience!

Skyela was the best server I've ever had at main event. Will come back on her days and request any lane she is working. Phenomenal

So sad and disappointed by our experience here. One of the reasons people choose bowling alleys like this is the convenience and experience to order food or drinks at the lanes. Well, we came on Friday night and not a single server came by. After it became clear no one was coming, my friend went to the bar for a drink and asked if they would be able to send someone over. Again, no one came. It took about 15 minutes waiting in line at the bar to get a drink. In normal situations, it's really not a big deal b

We had a blast here. The staff was amazing! Unlimited bowling was perfect having two 3 yrs olds w us. All of our meals were very very tasty. It was perfect because we were staying at great wolf lodge which is walking distance. Thank you to all the staff you made our night so much better w your hospitality. Definitely will be back next time we come out. From your Vegas friends!

They never asked our group if we wanted to order food or drinks. We ended up leaving since they didn't want our money. Not greeting or acknowledging us was rude and uncalled for. We waited 45 minutes for a lane but as we didn't get service we left. It was clean and had lots for options for a group or family. I wish I could say my group had a better experience but we didn't. Until next time.

Went in yesterday to get in a little practice for bowling league. Skyela was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and always checking in on us to make certain we had everything we needed. Skyela is by far, the best employee there.

As far as entertainment goes, it takes the prize. All kinds of stuff to do here; bowling, video games, laser tag, you name it. It's a very lively environment, good for the whole family. My three star rating is based on the restaurant part of it. It's basic bar food. Nothing big, bad or different. However, I felt it was overpriced and the service needs improvement. My son and I ordered buffalo wings and some nachos for starters (in which we had to wait for 45+ minutes for). My son also had a coke; all for a

Online priceing should reflect in store priceing for late night happy hour deals! Online reservations are supposed to make the company and guests life easier instead of pissing people off. We were given the amazing gift of refunding this price difference only after our food was not rang in and not noticed for over a half hour. Once the issue arose about the food, it was too late to think about eating before the establishment closed. I'm curious how many people you have ripped off, who have left without payi

It's easy to blow through money fast here (over $100 with the kids in 45 minutes). But there are a lot of things to do and a huge variety of prices available. They have laser tag, bowling, and a restaurant to go with the plethora of games.

So I don't get why when they have schools show up they have to have every lane booked up when kids are not even playing and lanes are just there empty cause the kids are playing arcades. Showed up with my daughter and was told 2 hour wait . I come back 2 hours later, busses are leaving and I see lanes open and get told it's another hour wait ... at least make it make sense . Terrible , gonna have to find a new bowling alley

We had to wait over an hour to get a lane with many lanes not being used (broken). While waiting we sat at the bar and waited another 15 minutes to order two drinks. The drinks were very weak and cost us $30. The bar was extremely dirty and smelled bad too. For a hour and a half of bowling and the rental of two pair of shoes cost $100. The shoes had candy and goo on the bottoms and were impossible to bowl in. Tried to exchange them but they were all the same and completely wore out.The shoes can cause injur

This place absolutely crushes the Dave & Buster's in town. You get your money's worth here. The customer service is on point, and the food and drinks are way better. Plus, they offer bowling and laser tag, which adds a whole new level of fun to your outing. If you're looking for a good time that doesn't break the bank, this is definitely a spot to check out.

I had such a great experience here, the service was wonderful and the manager Angela was exceptional! She definitely makes me want to come back again!

We had an impromptu night out and Our server Zach made it even easier! This location manager Julie was also a great help !

Kids had a birthday here. Tons of stuff to keep kids occupied. Great for bowling birthdays. Has a great arcade and price store highly recommend

We have always loved coming here. Ever since it was the summit. We are veterans of this place BUT the experience today for my son's B day blew us away. We showed up with no reservation and 15+ people coming. We just asked if they could help us with a place to sit. The team went massively out of their way to accommodate us with the full b day experience even though we didn't reserve it. Laid us out a place in the restaurant, with our own wait staff (Morgan is amazing) and gave us 10 games cards on the house

The laser tag was mostly inoperable, and we could not get a refund. Bowling was comical as the pin setter constantly would drop anywhere from 1 to 4 pins. Food was decent. People were nice.

Great variety of working games! Clean. Good food. There is something fun for everyone.

Do not spend your money here, overpriced and the worst service I've had in a long time - and some disgusting sanitary violations at the bar So, my boyfriend surprised me for my thirtieth birthday by taking me to the restaurant with a bunch of friends. He reserved a table for 10 online, but when we got there an ENORMOUS party for the Ohio State game that took up half the restaurant. No big deal, except they said "they lost" the reservation, but luckily they could squeeze us into a booth with four tiny table

Soon to be known as "Main Event," they have already changed for the better in bits and pieces thus far. The old game cards will need to be traded in for an exchange of the newer cards involving their new system which charges less for the arcades allowing more bang for your buck. A few new arcades are already present as well. I look forward to the new operation to see what they have to offer, considering the fact that The Summit was doing a fine job. I hope to see that nothing changes for the worst.

Great Trunk or Treat at Main Event today! Heidi is always amazing and has been for 8 years of birthday parties, bowling leagues and overall being a great person! We always come back and always will, our favorite fun spot forever in our hearts. Matt at the bar made my day with fun drinks and food. Kami was the star who connected us to the trunk or treat, suck an amazing person, thank you.

Had a very nice time at the Summit. Went during half price games and lazer tag on a Wednesday. The more you load on the game cards the more bonus dollars you earn. For example, bought a $30 card and got $5 extra! The points won on games go onto the card automatically so there's no need for tickets! The points you win seem to be more than at most arcade establishments. The prizes are very good as well. One of my kids walked out of there with a giant stuffed animal he got for 1500 points. There's also bowling

We had a great time. Bowling was fun. The food was yummy and my kids loved the arcade and Lazer tag. We were there to 115am. How time flies having g fun

Kaylee our server was awesome. Julie the manager made sure everything was great!!

Enjoyed a fun time bowling, laser tag anf arcade. The hospitality was great! Will be back in the future.

This has been the best experience I have ever had at any arcade or event center ever. I highly recommend and my Manager name was Julie and waiter was Kayla within the eatery and I highly recommend you try a little bit of everything and have a blast.

We came back to Main Event because we had a lot of fun last time! We come here just for bowling. We checked in quickly and got set up at lane 16. We ordered a drink for our child and waters while we looked at the menu. Shortly after starting our game, the person who checked us in informed us we had to move to lane 6 because lane 16 was reserved. No worries - mistakes happen. Once we moved, our server never came back. We ended up having to flag down another server just to order drinks an hour later. Just wan

Fun times , good food!

Main Event was such a great family experience. The hospitality from the managers Heidi and Dennis was phenomenal. I would highly recommend for any family outing.

Place was great. Had a karen behind us the first hour. Second hour was better. Lane kept shutting down, manager took the time off our bill.

I dropped my son off for a birthday party and he said he had so much fun bowling and lazertag he now wants to do his birthday here in July. Me and my daughter waited in the restaurant and we absolutely loved the food it was soo good.

Friendly staff, great deals based on days/times, awesome bowling section, and good food! But the arcade is lacking, several games were broken down and not alot of variety in comparison to other Main Events that ive visited. But overall a great place!

First the pros: it's modern, attractive, the games are new and exciting. Deal options for your meal and games together. Ultimately, not much different than a modern Dave& Buster's. *10% active military discount was provided, but not until I asked, even though I provided my military ID to prove I'm old enough to drink (I'm 45 with gray hair). Now the cons: The food is mediocre. If it was supposed to be fried, it was very fried.... Very very fried. The kids liked their noodles and the pizza was devoured. Qu

Paid to have our lane reserved. Waited for an hour. They text us to tell us our lane was ready. Get up to the counter and they tell us they didn't mean to text that it's going to be another 45mins. After spending $150 in just food we were frustrated and left. The place looks to be ran poorly by a bunch of young kids. I don't need fancy lights and overly expensive food to go bowling. We will go to one of the less expensive bowling alleys next time in town.

The waiter Jason and the manager were super cool, definitely coming back again.

It was a frustrating experience with management and staff, who were rude and defensive when my purse went missing after bowling one evening. The following day, when I returned to look for myself, I found my purse under an employee's jacket in the back corner of the arcade. When I informed the manager I found it, and where it was, she responded, ?We don't have people who do that here. We're lucky. We have good people.? There was no apology or concern for the obvious theft that had occurred. It was a sad and

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities.
