We booked our bowling lanes online to celebrate a graduation. I had never been to this location before. However, check in was easy at the front desk. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Sabrina went above and beyond to help me set up, answered my questions, and gave additional recommendations for my bowling group. The venue was large enough in size and had a decent array of games and activities. However, a large percentage of the machines didn't work or were broken to the point that the gaming experience was made impossible. On the other hand, the management is more than willing to compensate you for lost credits and machines are fixed quickly if possible. As for the other experiences, we didn't eat there or bowl so I can't speak on those activities.

The food was amazing . The place was super overpriced though. I asked about the $20 for 20 and was distracted and ended up buying a package instead . If they were really helpful they would have told me to by the day pass . Anyway I spent $240 for four people in 1 and half hours . Me and my two sons visited last Tuesday evening and had a great time! The restaurant/bar manager promptly greeted us and sat us at a table. The server was fantastic. the food was great, and the prices were awesome! We shared the large sampler platter and were good to go. The service was GREAT! We had a lot of fun! We combined bowling, laser tag, and the gravity rope. Each were fun and offered a lot of laughter together. The restaurant was also tasty. I appreciated the appointed time slots for the activities and the text notifications. The arcade had a bunch of fun games as well.

We brought our children to enjoy the arcade. Many of the games took our money and to try and get a refund was a joke. For what we paid for our kids to play was extremely high considering the machines just took our money. No one was to be found to get any help for anything. The bowling lane booths are so close you are sitting in the lap of the family next to you. Half of the game machines take your money and when you tell a worker they just look at you like you're stupid. Food was pretty good. Other than that the place pretty much sucked.

Went on 9/6 Saturday night. It was very crowded which, I expected. There was plenty of fun to be had here. I actually had a home in Texas, where we frequented the Main Event in Webster. We loved it there as well but, Louisiana is my home State. I had to come back. I was super excited to find out that they were building a Main Event here &, right at the Mall of Louisiana. First time I ended up regretting paying for bowling. Price is high and the overall quality is not on par with the price. Couldn't play since there wasn't any ball fitting us. Had to wait 35 minutes for a beer cut with water. I wondered why this one wasn't full, and now I understand why.

Would give 5 out of 5 stars if not for the fact that half the games steal your credits without you being able to play, however I learned at our last visit that you can go request a supervisor in the prizes section and whatever games steal your credits, you can get them back. We had a blast at Main Event! The gravity ropes were by far our favorite! Bowling, arcade games, a sports bar, laser tag... So much fun for all of us! The lanes are horrible... Not waxed at all. If you're going to just have fun and not worrying about score, it's cool. However, if you somewhat want to be competitive and know how to bowl, the lanes will not cooperate.

If you're looking for a place for friends AND family , this is the place. It may be a bit pricy but it's worth it. There's bowling, laser tag, sky ropes , & an arcade. It also has a bar for if you want to have a drink. Overall the place has a good atmosphere , good games and the location makes it an even better place to hang. Great place to take the kids, we big kids had fun too. Some of the equipment is pretty beat up, none of the virtual reality goggles stayed on with out holding them in place. The high walk stuff was really fun. We did lazer tag but there were 50 people in there so you turn around and your opponent is 1 foot away, oh well it was fun.

I love main event been going since I was a little kid but lawd the dine in part just upgraded. New and cool foods with the best service, like my server Lucas he's amazing. He checked in on us, made sure I food came in on time, and everything. Then I had fun playing games as well.
