Main Event Alpharetta

Had a great time at Main Event in Alpharetta with my wife and our two young daughters. There was a wide variety of video games and activities to keep everyone entertained. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, and we felt it was a good value for the money. Perfect spot for a family outing. We'll definitely be back!

Went to go bowling here and the lanes were not oiled very well. It was very hard to bowl. Usually I bowl a 150 0 and my front bowls over a 200 consistently but not here and not us. Not today. I don't think they take care of the bowling alley that well. The balls got hung up. At one point we had to get help. Also some other people kept coming in our lane while we were trying to bowl and take our balls. It was not the experience I was hoping for. While the atmosphere looks great when you walk in (huge location, separate areas for billiards, laser tag, games, and bowling), multiple games were either completely broken or partially broken. I had 3 different games take the credits off my card but then not work at all. It's a bummer. I'd recommend Stars & Strikes instead.

Great place for family fun. Our family of 4 went bowling for an hour. We enjoyed the cleanliness and ambiance. Music was loud but not so loud that we couldn't hear each other. Extremely disappointed, wanted to go for a fun date with my partner and play some arcade games, just for 35% of the arcade machines to be down, some of them weren't even turned off or had a out of order sign so people swiped and the machine would just eat the credits, a complete waste of money saw multiple families basically getting robbed cause they just kept swiping thinking it wasn't reading the card. Our lane was broken. It would knock down the pins at the beginning of the move and sometimes count more pins than you actually hit. Also, it would get stuck every couple of minutes, and we would have to wait a good minute for it to fix itself. When we approached the front desk and asked to change lanes, they said there were no lanes available (over half the lanes in our bay were empty). Wasn't pleased with young lady checking people in and then the arcade machines were breaking down. I was informed that the staff was very busy therefore not able to assist with machines. It is clean and spacious with more options for adults to play, such as bowling and billiards. I expected food won't be great since I had food at similar arcade places like D&B. And it wasn't good at all. Finger food tasted like frozen food, which I can get anywhere. Besides that, services were great and it's clean inside overall. I recommend main event over D&B.

My experience at main event was the best by far I absolutely loved my server at the bowling lanes you guys have to ask for him when you go! His name is Malcom and he seriously made my night so much more fun! He was very punctual and professional with also being himself! Extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Main Event. the experience was frustrating. The staff seemed unorganized, and customer service was seriously lacking. Kip who work at customer service was rude and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the problem, he brushed us off and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We celebrated our twins 11th Birthday in main event, Alpharetta. We loved the service. Jerreall was our party host and he was such a nice person. He tries his best to make our son?s party perfect. We will rate him 10 out of 10.

Fantastic place for fun family entertainment. Large, spacious arena with lots of activities and choices for both kids and adults. The service is scarce by means of not too many servers walking around however when you find them they're very helpful. I have one disclaimer - after we purchased our package we later discovered that the AC is broken and our bowling lanes felt like a sauna. Went to this location 2 days ago. Spent about $63 on the games card for me and my girlfriend. Not only did half the machines/games not even work, but you had to swipe the card (using up your card swipes) to even find out that they don't work. It was so disappointing that we decided to leave while still having almost half of the card swipes left. I do not recommend anyone come to this location.

My friends and I decided to have a couples night out. None of us had been to Main Event before and we are so happy we went! We had so much fun and there is a lot to do! We had a few glitches with the lanes but management was quick to move us! Our group arrived around 3:30pm"ish" on Saturday. Our waitress was nice, the food was tasty and the restrooms were clean! The food and service here sucks. I have been a few times. Each time we had a large group. We wanted to get two lanes together. There were multiple lanes open side by side and we still had to wait over an hour. There was a whole side open with just a few lanes being used too. We had a great time here. We met some friends from our of state. Clean, smoke free environment. We played the arcade games so I cannot rate the food, bowling or other attractions at this time but the game card price options are reasonable and the game cost is decent, also the ticket return is good as well. Came in on Sunday, 4/6 around 4pm to grab a bite at the bar. I sat for about 19 minutes before being acknowledged, which was frustrating. When the bartender, Brittany, finally greeted me, she did let me know she was the only one working at the time. I appreciated that, and once she took our order, the food came out quickly?no complaints at all about the wings. This place has gone downhill and fast! Biggest complaint is half of the games dont work and they dont have out of order signs on them. Unfortunately, the gift cards weren't working, and staff had no estimate on when the issue would be resolved. Very ?lax? service. They don't make much effort in seeing who just sat down and needs food and drink orders taken. It's like the servers don't have sections. You have to track someone down to get an order taken or go straight to the bar and wait. The food isn't too bad, but the mixed drinks aren't that great. The way they rent out the pool tables is pretty chaotic. No rhyme or reason behind it, and the way they charge you is inconsistent as they don't keep track of how long people actually use the table.

Cameron was the rudest server I have ever had. Got completely ignored the entire hour my group was here bowling, could not even order food. The others were also not the nicest, besides the bar tender. She was the ONLY nice person and only person I could even get a conversation out of. Half the games are broken and have been for more than a year. The games take your swipe then don't expend a ball or an air hockey puck. Make sure you pick a game that has successfully worked for someone else before you swipe. I give a 1 star because management knows this and does nothing about it.

Brought my brother in law from out of town to this location to drink , eat and bowl. We stopped at the bar to wait for our lane. We ordered 2 beers 2 vodka on the rocks and a strawberry mojito. Worst customer service experience we have ever encountered. Waited 10 minutes at the bar to be acknowledged, 1 hour for food and when it arrived it was frozen. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Other customers were visibly upset all around us. Best indoor games place in town. They have diffirent kind of games like pools, bowling, video games. They have best deals for corporate parties.
